Out of town and stopped by to have tire replaced under warranty. Took 3 hours and they didn't have the Michelin tire I needed, so they replaced with a substitute knowing they didn't have the Michelin in stock after 1 hour. Poor scheduling and customer service.
Kaytelin and Nicole were awesome. They made my first experience with Allen Toyota so easy and stress free. I will definitely recommend to everyone I know.
I'm from New Orleans but was driving I-10 to Florida for vacation when my Prius virtually shut down on the interstate outside of Gulfport. I had my car towed to Allen and left it there overnight, checking it in in the morning. Edwin was the service rep that helped me. He explained what charges I would incur for diagnosing the problem, and I agreed. He called me with what the problem was and what the estimate would be to fix it (apparently a failed water pump in a Prius is a $1400+ fix, yikes!), and I agreed, needing to get my car back home. When he had to order the part, he told me it would come in on Tuesday and that they would have me back on the road Tuesday afternoon. At every stage of the process, I knew clearly what was going on and why, and what it was going to cost me. By the time I picked up my car, the repair was $100 less than I was quoted, AND I got the car back earlier than expected. Bravo, Allen (and Edwin!), for easing my mind through a major repair.

2.5 hours for an oil change. I usually am in and out at an hour but today was my day to hold the clock. Great people working there and always make me feel at home.

Unfortunately I had a very displesant odor coming from the front of my 2018 Camry XSE. This morning I took it in to figure out what it was. I could not have asked for a better experience . Mike in service was so nice. The odor was from a dead rodent of which they removed for me . They were able to get rid of the smell and and deodorize my car. Best of all no change!! They could of easily charged me an hour or so of labor. This dealership is the best. Kudos to the management for allowing the employees to take such good care of the customer!! Thanks.

I have been researching over a month and used to be a die hard Ford fan. Ford has been getting worse with safety. The two Manufacturers came to mind Toyota and Subaru. I really liked the Toyota on how they have safety in mind as long with looks. I was extremely satisfied with William and the Sales department as a whole. My wife is extremely happy with her new Camry.

Bought my new 2018 Toyota 4Runner at Allen Toyota today. I was willing to go to Gulfport (an hour drive) because they had the vehicle I wanted. Raymond and Kain worked with me to get everything worked out. Was pleased with their down to Earth, willing to assist and professional nature. Highly recommend them if you are in the market for a Toyota. Nicole was super easy to work with and professional when it came to sealing the deal. These three people, especially Raymond made my car buying experience a walk in the park.

Well i was in town car shopping and spoke to John Millett and the young guy was a bit rude and arrogant.. pretty poor customer care i was actually going to buy a car for my wife that day and this young man completely changed my mind from doing business with him and the dealership. This young lad should learn how to speak to buying customers .

George Singley knows every technical detail about each truck in Toyota's lineup. It was a pleasure to work with such a knowledgeable salesman. Went to Allen Toyota to trade my SUV in for a new car did a test drives picked the car I wanted only to be told that my trade in had a broken motor mount so my trade in value went down. The people at Allen Toyota freaked out when I went to drive my car off the lot saying things like no no that car is not safe u shouldn't be driving it. Well they try to give me 2000 for my trade in when I know for a fact my SUV was worth more then that its fully loaded. So I decide to get a second opinion on the motor mount so I brought my vehicle to a mechanic who in fact told me NONE of my motor mounts are broken and that my car in his opinion is worth at least twice what they were offering even if a motor mount was broken. So I will NOT be returning to any of the Allen Dealerships because if they pull this at one I am sure they will try at others. So if you go to trade in your car and they tell you something is wrong with your car always get a second opinion. PS I called to let the salesperson know what the mechanic said to only be told well your miles was high too so now it's another reason to devalue my car no no sir no no sir.

So my Camry wasn’t running right brought it in, told the guy what was going on and Brandon Eldridge suggests a transmission fluid change and says yeah that will most likely fix it. Ok start driving home and as soon as I get on the interstate same deal. I bring it back about 2 weeks later and thankfully I called before and talk to the sweetest girl jasmine who typed my model in and instantly a recall popped up which would have been present the first time in. Drop the car off again and of course Brandon is at the counter and he tells me oh don’t worry it’s free and this will definitely fix you up. I was like we will see since this is the same person who didn’t see the recall for my vehicle which get this the recall was for a part with the same symptoms I was describing some to the letter of the posted recall. Start driving driving home and the same thing. Call next day Mr. Brandon Eldridge answers the phone he knew who I was told him you guaranteed me yesterday would fix it but guess what it’s not. After a few ahhhs he’s said I don’t know just bring it in. I tell him ok but I’ll need a rental car and won’t be there until after 5 to pick it up. Get there at 5:15 and lucky me here’s Brandon tell him everything he says no one here makes rental reservations. I said really I need a manager. Manager comes I tell the story and was asked who did I speak with I looked at him again nothing so I say it was mr. Brandon here. He gets so red doesn’t say a word then as I was being assisted I here him telling his superior I swear it wasn’t me. What the bosses didn’t know was this wasn’t the first issues I had. Brandon is your typical douche salesman tell them what they want to hear. Get the back days later and they after installing part we didn’t update the computer. Get in drive home and finally fixed. Three separate trips with days of maintenance for something that should have been taken care of in one not to mention the money for unnecessary fluid change.
Great car buying experience (if there ever was one). The sales crew doesn't seem to get into high pressure tactics and the service crew is always on it. To me, this is the best place for new and certified pre-owned Toyotas. I've done my car buying business with these folks twice and walked away happy (with a new vehicle) each time. The service experience was great with toyota care. It takes a little longer than Jiffy Lube, but lets be honest, you get what you pay for.

I took my Lexus here. I was told that it needed a new transmission ($5000) and new water pump. I should also mention that I paid 130.00 for this diagnosis. I decided to get a second opinion with a reputable car shop and guess what? It needed neither. Shysters.

David Potter was the 1st person I ran into, and he treated my brother Bobby and I like we were his brothers. We were offered refreshment, and made comfortable from the start. We did a question and answer interview, which resulted in us getting exactly what we were looking for. A salesman, Mark Ryland was asked to show us the car, and he did a great job ! As he showed us the car, he gave us a short history of the dealership, and the family behind it. These people Care !!! As I stated in the beginning, What a Wonderful Experience ! Allen Toyota is a bad place to do business. They are disrespectful and the customer service is garbage!! The way they do business is very shady . We had a problem ,we brought it to their attention and they got loud at us like we were dogs! Why is this kind of behavior tolerated at what is supposed to be a professional place of business.. They have some serious lack of management training. We will never do business there again and I will go out of my way to tell everybody I come encounter with about their disrespect!!! Buyer beware

I’m annoyed at the fact that I was in a hit and run while my car was parked in my driveway, it got totaled and a few weeks later, my mom gets a call saying if I get a paper saying it was totaled out, that I can get me another car. I get the paper and go up there just to be told that they want me to trade in a car. They said that my bank wants a trade in but once I talked to my bank, they said it was up to the dealership, they have basically lied to me. I’m sick of wasting my time. I’m very annoyed. I have paid my bill on time or before it was even due so I really don’t deserve this. Btw, the man that called and lied to my mom is names Chad. Won’t be getting another car from Toyota again.

From a sales manager here- Allen Toyota’s staff is superb. The quality of service I have received from this dealership on every car purchase since 2011 has been 110% great!!! I’m naturally not easy to please due to being in sales I never feel like I get a “great deal anywhere BUT I never have left Allen Toyota feeling any other way then “I got a great deal and excellent customer service.” Cedric in finance gave me the best possible deal he could get and he works extra hard to get you the best interest rate there is in the market and Kelvin let’s go there,!!! not only did I come 1 minute before closing time because naturally we try to avoid salespeople he not only made me feel extremely welcome at 9pm he could tell I was in love with the new 4 runners he insisted I drive it versus coming back the next day while normally closing time to employees means it’s time to go Kelvin literally went out of his way and we test drove a few and he did it with a great attitude and was knowledgeable on the vehicle he SOLD me (oh also thanks for going to get me a water) A+ customer service!!! Way to GO!!! Thank y’all!!!

Kendrick was our salesman. Also Tristan assisted us with financing. Overall it was a great experience. We got the car we wanted for the discounted rate. They also cleaned and filled the car before we left. The facility was large, clean, and modern complete with free bottle water and popcorn along with recliners and tables. We got to ring the bell and sign our signifying our new car. We had to wait about four hours from time to finish. Online they said it was a speedy checkout. We also went on a Monday and had everything together. So the process could have gone quicker. Kendrick did cone to check on us.Tristan was also very nice and efficient. Another negative is we lived in Hattiesburg and were not given temporary tags. We had to drive back up to get there as that is the law which was an inconvenience. Overall we would recommend.
I first gave them a 5 star but now I have to change it. The service was good but the car I brought turned out to have problems . First two days car broke down then month later car would not start had to jump it. When you start the car it makes a pop sound and smoke comes from the engine. So on top of a lemon I got a auto insurance payment almost as much as the car payment. Beware of signing up with a high interest rate also. Now I have to buy a new battery so don't get taken . Go over the car you plan to buy with a fine tooth comb. If I could redo the deal I would have never brought this car. My old car was far better and paid for.

My fiancé and I were not disappointed! I bought a 2018 Camry XSE which came with everything including a lifetime warranty which Kaytelin described in detail!!! She explained everything to me and made sure I understood everything! Allen Toyota is the most patient car dealership you’ll ever visit. Especially Kaytelin!! Seriously go see her!!

We had the best possible car buying experience at Allen Toyota! Our salesman, Lee was knowledgeable, helpful, and not pushy at all. He took the time to keep in touch with us as we considered our options. John in parts gave us great information that really helped us make our decision. Melissa in financing really clarified our best financial options--she made sure we understood everything before we signed any papers. Lee, John, and Melissa really gave us sound advice that helped make our experience great. We got the truck we've both wanted for years! I give Allen Toyota the highest possible recommendation!

My wife and I were shopping for her a new RAV4 and Chad was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and took the time to set all of the features up and explained the functions to my wife. The experience at the time of purchasing the vehicle was not bad. The real problem was after I left the dealership and called for some info a few days after. I leased a 2018 Tacoma with the main focus of the sale being the fact that the salesperson offered me lifetime warranty on the vehicle as long as I kept it. Even though it was a lease ,if I purchased the vehicle after the three years, I was told I would have the lifetime powertrain warranty. Let me tell you that this was a lie. I called a few days after to get the info for the warranty and they hit me with the “ that’s a lease so we can’t do it”. I went to another dealership and walked away just because the warranty was nowhere close to what they offered me at Allen Toyota. Too bad it was not real even though everyone said it came with it. Now it’s been a month since the purchase and I’m still waiting on paperwork to get my tag. Be aware that your employees know their info. I am beyond dissappointed with the warranty issue. I got screwed over when it was not my fault.

This was my first time dealing with Kenny. He was knowledgeable, professional and also valued me as a longstanding customer. Kenny immediatly took care of a concern I had and was sympathetic and understanding. Great addition to the service department.
The WORST buying experience I have ever had. The salesman was so pushy and tried to use psychological warfare in order to get me to buy a car despite the fact that I said I wanted to wait. "YOU'LL NEVER REMEMBER THE GOOD RASH DECISIONS YOU MADE" was a statement he made. This man 100% lost me as a customer, and I will now go to a different dealership to get the car I wanted.

Donisha was very nice & pleasant as she explained to me all of my options in trying to trade in my car for a BETTER car. I had a bit of a problem with my 2011 Cruze that it wasn't worth trading but she worked some type of magic...lol...& got me into a beautiful 2019 Toyota Yaris iA anyways. Where to go to buy and service a Toyota. Before I bought my last vehicle I did an extensive search of every Toyota dealer in MS and three in AL and Allen Toyota beat them all. The vehicle service is good there. I do recommend an appointment, and as with any popular place, if you’re going to show up on the first Monday of a new month, don’t expect to be “first in, first out”
Friendly, courteous and ...tricky. I honestly wouldn't have been upset with the price I paid for my new car, but I had previously received a price via e-mail that was ~$800 lower than the price I eventually paid. MY mistake was in estimating a higher tax/title cost than I was charged. I agreed to and signed a paper with the price I eventually paid. That's on me. I should have asked for an itemized list of all the charges. My advice is to get an itemized list of EVERYTHING that goes into the final "drive it off the lot" price so that you know exactly what you're paying. I was too trusting and it was an expensive (for me) mistake. The two negative stars are for what I felt was a dishonest change in the price after I had been quoted a lower one. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and, at the time, I had a positive impression of the experience. Later, it felt like previous car buying experiences-- moderately disappointing.
Drove in for an oil change and tire rotation, end up leaving with a messed up balance on my front tires. Extreme vibrations in the front end & steering wheel when I hit 55mph on I-10. Take it back to them immediately just to sit there for 4 more hours. They test drove it, did a balance and said it's good. Driving home, AGAIN, it is vibrating all over the place at 55mph, AGAIN. So we'll see if they can get it right tomorrow. I'm not holding my breath on it though. Take a truck in with no issues and leave with a pretty big issue. Way to go, Allen Toyota service department.

First I never leave a bad review but today I’m going to give you guys, Horrible service management level and I already pay for my little car starter repair Only, also explain to the service manager he said we’ll charge you more money for your car repair, since My car had one issue it’s a starter bad I totally paid them cash over $ 463 plus tax, The services manager he wanted to charge more because he say his technician make a bad called, why should he telling me before I leave the parking lot, he is trying to make more money to flush my old oil cost $ 60.00 more bucks when my car ready to get off the Allen Toyota Parking Lots? His name is Chris bad attitude and disrespectful person
I bought my truck here with platinum warranty in2017 brand new. I’ve never been more satisfied. Had a few issues. But they willing to go out of their ways to fix problems. Hold up with their warranty package like they promised. And give me no excuse. I’m very satisfied

Just bought a new 2019 Toyota Highlander today at Allen Toyota in Gulfport. It is our third Highlander from Allen Toyota (and our sixth Toyota over the years) and they just keep getting better!! I have bad credit due to losing my job a few years ago. I moved to Gulfport to start my life over again. The whole team at Allen Toyota bent over backwards to insure me that I would receive a car I now love. If it wasn't for the great people at this dealership I would still have bad credit. I am happy to say that my credit score has gone up a little as of now. It will take time and only get better thanks to Allen Toyota for giving me a new start on rebuilding it. I am from out of town and when I visit the coast, this is my number one spot. They are friendly and professional. They took care of me and my car. They've always explained to me fully the repairs my car needed and the cost. This is my second visit with them and it won't be the last.
I have had my vehicle serviced here twice since buying my new vehicle, their bathrooms were very clean and updated. The staff are very nice and professional; however I think someone ( a customer) peed in one of the waiting area seats and I was promised a discount on my tire purchased but did not receive; after waiting four hours for what I had an appointment at the earliest time of 0731; I think I will drive an hour to Springhill Toyota in Mobile AL, at least my vehicle will get detailed if I have to wait a while for servicing.
Brandon at the front desk is awsome, and Tim the master mechanic is funamonal at his job, I have never had a more personal experience with any mechanic. He actually cares and will do everything in his power to make you understand what is going on and everything he can do to resolve the issue. Very knowledgeable and professional. A+

I had an service emergency and they were good enough to squeeze me in at the last minute and at the end of the day even though I had never been there before. They were very friendly and professional. I definitely plan on using them again in the future.
Had to rent a vehicle, due to transmission going out in my truck. This dealership offered a great rate on the some nice vehicles. I rented a Toyota Rav4 XLE for a weekend at $40/day. Not bad considering some of the other places wanted to rent me the same or similar from anywhere to $50 to $60 a day, they also let you use your debit card to rent a vehicle. Debit cards come with a $200 additional hold and credit cards with a $100 additional hold The vehicle was able to hold my husbands wheelchair without me having to take it apart and fold it down. The person who was working in the rental area was great answered all my questions and helped me with the process. I enjoyed the the process and will most definitely be renting another vehicle from them.

I must say that Jim Crampton is one of the best salesmen I've had the pleasure of dealing with. He is straight forward, honest and understands that the people that come to the dealership didn't walk in. So no pressure on his part at all. I brought my vehicle in to the dealership to get new tires and brakes. I was able to use the coupons on the website to receive a lower price than other tire companies and a wholesale club. My service advisor, Andy, was outstanding. He was there when I dropped off my vehicle and he was there when I picked it up. He went over everything and made the experience very easy. I hope all of the service advisors treat their customers as well as Andy did.
Their best thing is the service department. The salesman are worthless. I have been there twice to buy a car and twice I walked away.

I feel like this dealership was designed to make getting your car serviced as painless and fast as possible. All I had to do was drive up, and I was suddenly surrounded by pleasant, informative people, and guided into an open waiting area with comfy chairs, popcorn, and TV. Upon checkout ~45 minutes later, I was given specs on my brakes and tires and suggestions for replacing my wipers and filters. And I paid half of what I paid at another dealership!
Excellent service from start to finished. My service rep Mike looked over everything and made sure my vehicle was taken care of and advised me what may be needed at a later date. I even got a brief nap waiting the 45 minutes for completion of vehicle service.
Between my family and I we have bought over 20 vehicles. I personally have never had a bad experience with Allen Toyota. Fast, friendly, and dependable. Definitely recommend them to anyone.
I Actually give no⭐ but I have to select one. Horrible customer service. I had an appointment at 145 today I arrived just before 130. At 3pm I ask about the status of my car. My service rep told me it was going into the service bay now. At no point did anyone tell me the service area was behind or that it may take awhile. This car is only 2 months old and was in for the first 5,000 mile service. At the end,I had a question about the invoice and she rudely answered that's the way Toyota writes it! Well explain it to me clearly I dont work for toyota! I won't be back, I would rather drive 30 miles each way to another dealership, before I go back to Allen Toyota. Two

I went in for a routine maintenance along with a couple odd issues that fall in the realm of body and structural repairs. Mike mcCormick took me through all of the options that I had for the odd fixes, prices, and didn't pressure or steer me in one direction or the other. He also provided recommendations for body shops that I could find a trustworthy and reliable person to fix my exterior problem. Fantastic service, and a great atmosphere.

Horrible. I left work to go get 2 parts I called about. 1 hour away from me and when I get there they didn't have it and told me they had to order it. I also still had to pay more because they told me my part was there that I needed and it wasn't. I will not be going back. Nothing but a waste of time and money!!!!

**This Toyota offers rental cars!! ** Allen Toyota & Scion are very busy and they have jobs to do just like all of us so don't be rude! They are one of the biggest Dealerships around after all. If you work with them they will go far and beyond for you. Excellent service, excellent work and very professional. I've had my car serviced here as well as two major engine repairs. Both were completed very fast and I have had ZERO problems since. Service writers are knowledgeable, respectful and all staff are very helpful and cheerful making your whole experience 10 times better. As soon as you walk in the atmosphere is very inviting, well lit and quiet. No one's running around, no one's bombarding you asking what car you want to buy. There's plenty of comfortable and stylish seating while you wait. Beverages and snacks are also available. Over all I rate my experiences here a 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!
I am typically not the one to complain about things but Allen Toyota service department has disappointed me. After several oil changes and services with this company. They told me my battery was in the green and good but turns out that its not. After further going through paper work the paperwork doesn't add up. The battery is no good and has been going bad for a while now. They have been falsifying documents. I will be contacting headquarters on this matter because after several attempts to speak with someone and finally getting someone on the phone. It was blamed on the weather. Keep in mind I just got my car service with them almost 3 weeks ago.

I made an appointment online Monday night for early Tuesday afternoon. The process was seamless and efficient. I was greeted upon arrival and my service was handled very professionally. The people i interacted with were very friendly and respectful. The service was completed within the time estimate given to me at the start.
First let me start off by by saying this is not your average dealership, it is much MORE. My trade in was a 2012 Honda Accord, they gave me a great price on it. Actually much more than anticipated. Secondly my sales person was excellent, she not only helped me through the whole process, she wasn’t pushy or controlling like a lot of sales people are. She was very knowledgeable and even looked up specs for me when I quizzed her instead of making something up. Definitely recommend, this is my 6th vehicle purchase and will be coming back when the time comes!

I never actually bought a car from here, nor have I been to the dealership. But in search of a car, a sales person named Peggy Roby was extremely helpful and extremely professional. She responded to emails very quickly and did everything that she could to help me. I want to recognize her for her hard work and efforts. Although I didn't buy a car there, I can tell you, If the staff is anything like Peggy, they will work hard to find you a car!

Cedric was great. I was stranded when my car broke down in Gulfport from Pennsylvania, and even though he knew I was not in the market to buy a car, he made me feel at home and eased my nerves about my car by simply talking to me like a friend. I had such a great experience here. Will was also amazing at giving me timely updates on my car, and even though it was a Volvo, they did a great job on fixing it. It had 210,000 miles on it and it lasted me through the rest of my road trip and it is still running today. Thank you so much Allen Toyota!!!

Relaxed easy going atmosphere. Clean, organized interior. Our sales Rep was not pushy, helpful with trying to help us find what kind of car we where looking for. No rude or smerky comments where made. Although we had not purchased a vehicle with this visit we did take the offer home to discuss it further. The offer on the vehicle was a fantastic offer though!! We have a 2018 Tundra and was having serviced for it's oil Chang. We where comfortable and relaxed with our wait. Would recommend visiting this dealership when looking to purchase a vehicle.

Went today to buy a car. The sales person (Charles) was nice and worked with me the best he could. I turned in my bank statements and was told I'd get a call back if I was approved. I'm guessing I wasn't and that isn't his fault. However, my problem comes from Mindy who answered the phones and the woman who worked at the front desk (it may be the same person). I called and tried to get connected to financing to see the status of my application, before I could say anything mindy started talking to me as if i were an employee saying i had a customer. Then when I said i wasnt an employee, i was about to tell her where I wanted to be transferred to and Mindy never let me speak and just transferred me to service. I was then transferred back and was transferred to finance. As far as when I went up there to drop off my papers the girl at the front desk (younger girl with brown hair) sat there staring at her phone for 5 minutes before she even noticed I was there. (I could have said something but I decided to see how long it would take to determine the professionalism of the establishment) while standing there a manager looked directly at me and just walked right by not even saying anything to the woman at the front on her phone. (I am just assuming it was a manager he was the only one in a blue button down) This establishment is very unprofessional and unfriendly. The only decent experience I had what so ever was with charles. If i receive a call back even sometime today saying I was accepted I will politely decline and take my business elsewhere. Thanks but no thanks.
