Self Adjustment

I've been here 3 times for my 2019 truck over the last 6 months and every time I make an appointment it takes 3+ hours to complete the routine maintenance and then today it took over 5 hours. The work is done well by the mechanics and the service writers are nice but the time it takes to do routine maintenance even with an appointment is inexcusable.

Went there to pick up some paperwork from the service department and this was the third time visiting for this paperwork. I was very disappointed from going there previously and it not being ready, however, the paperwork was ready this time (It took two weeks to get the paperwork and 3 visits). This was inexcusable to me. You don't tell somebody you're going to do something and then not follow through with it, especially, the service department. I would've been more satisfied if they would have given me a realistic time frame as to when the paperwork would be ready instead of listening to a bunch of excuses as to why it wasn't ready.
