My husband bought a 2015 express cargo van For apparently 20,600.00 and after tax and interest, the total was 37,000.00 , had a trade in for 2500.00.But the NADA value was only 12,000.00. So they charged him 8000.00 more than what the vehicle is worth another 16,000.00 for interest and absolutely no warranty .. so my personal opinion is their all crooks and don’t value their customers, they take advantage of people , especially the ones that really have no clue but they need a vehicle and feel like they should be able to trust these people.. but instead their getting totally screwed . We work hard for everything we got and we aren’t rich by any means and just trying to live and a normal life when these people sit back and enjoy the find things in life on our hard earned money. There the reason people give up sometimes , they make it impossible for normal people to do right and work hard when all they gonna do is steal their money..

We almost didn’t give Allen Hyundai a chance because they were a little out of the way but glad we did. We heard good things about the Kona and had to check it out. Just bought my car at a liquidation sale yesterday and Mr.Jimmy was a blessing. He didn't play games or any of the other persons. I told him what I wanted and what I expected and walked away with a new car! My plan wasn't even to purchase but just to look. The dealer even took care of all the taxes from Mississippi to Lousiana so when I go back home I won't have any worries. When I come back to Gulfport I'll make sure to have the car cleaned etc but I'm loving my new whip Missy!

Let me start off by saying how amazing allie and ms.pam are. This was the first time ever doing any car transactions on my own, and they covered everything for me. I was a little confused for a moment but they eased my worries and made everything super simple. Allie helped me get a cheaper insurance rate on a brand new elantra, the color I wanted, and had everything I was looking for. (Compared to the higher rate on a used vehicle. ) she really helped getting something in my price range and was very pleasant to talk to. Ms.pam is very professional and easy to also do business with. She did not make me feel like a kid which is really important to me. That being said I will never go back to Nissan haha. Another cool thing they did there was a giveaway, and I won a tv! How cool is that? I've never seen a dealership go above and beyond in incentives or customer service to actually make me want to come back if I ever get another vehicle. It was great doing business here, and I will definitely be back!

We have never seen a nicer bunch of people than the ones that work at Allen Hyundai. Everyone made sure buying our Santa Fe was a pleasant experience. They all made sure we knew everything that was going on with the financing. I think everyone came and introduced themselves and shook our hand. Our salesman, John Strength, was very informative and found us the perfect vehicle. He knew more what we wanted than we did. He asked what color and options we wanted and then appeared with our car. I live in the FL Keys & lost my 07 Highlander during Hurricane Irma. I found the same yr/model at Allen Hyundai. After losing my car, boat, & suffering a lot of property damage it was comforting to find a replacement vehicle. I struck a deal with Robert Anderson who was great to work with. I offered a deposit until I could make flight arrangements for 5 days later. Thats was not satisfactory to sales mgr. Wanted me to fly the next day or 2. Asked me if he could keep my $500 deposit for his 12 yr old vehicle if I did not like it. UNREAL! He did not want to take his 12 yr old vehicle off the market for 5 days. It took 3 days for the dealership to respond to my initial contact. Totally unbelievable! I'm buying plane tickets, driving 3.5 hrs to the Miami airport, paying to park my car, flying to MS with a layover, getting to the dealership, hoping the car is as described, pay for it, get a hotel overnight, and start my 1200+ miles trip back to Key West. And sales mgr thought he was risking a lot on a 12 yr old vehicle for $11k. UNREAL UNREAL UNREAL Nice way to treat a veteran...

Just brought my Santa Fe in for an oil leak, lo and behold, just under the wire to have it covered by my 10 year/100,000 mile warranty. Jennifer and Dennis were awesome! I took my car in to have it checked for one recall. They automatically fixed all 3 recalls. Sadly, none of the recalls fixed an issue I am having with my steering but they had a diagnosis (without me asking for one) and told me exactly what it would cost, including labor. The worst part was getting to the location, but then it isn't their fault the 605 bridge broke.

Can only speak of service department. This was the largest hyundai service dept. I have ever seen. Staff seemed very knowledgeable. Second hyundai I've owned, like the cars, but service department has been lacking at other dealerships I've been at. Lucky for me have had no need for major repairs on either car.

My only complaint was locating a staff member upon arriving for my oil change. Once I found the staff no one asked if I needed help. The service was fast and the staff did provide helpful infomation as it related to my vehicle which was a plus. My only advice is please do a better job at acknowledging your customers.

Unfortunately I have bad news to share Google maps family.... After owning my vehicle less than 3 months, the battery went out and my car wouldn't even start. They said there was nothing in my contract saying they would take of that for me. Huh???? I had to buy a new battery for $225.00. Not very good business Mr. Allen. Here's hoping that you REALLY DO MEAN TO DO RIGHT BY YOUR NEW CUSTOMERS!!

I went there on a promotional add that they had sent me in the mail. I had a bankruptcy that had been discharged. Their add said that bankruptcies were OK and for coming in you would get 3 gold coins and if you test drove a vehicle you would get something else as a prize. They were friendly when I walked in but their attatude changed when they found out that I had a bankruptcy even though their flyer said they could finance me with a bankruptcy they proceeded to tell me that they couldnt and wouldn't let me look at let alone test drive a vehicle. Their flyer said I would get 3 gold coins just for coming in but I only received 2 gold coins. Their advertising is very deceptive and not true. They don't stand behind what they say even if it is in writting. I have bought from them before but I will not go back again.

Wow!! Can't say enough good about Allen Hyundai. We were greeted by everyone. Offered a drink. Test drove and bought our beautiful car all within a hour hows that for service? Our sales person Eve was perfect she walked us through all the steps even wad able to get a lower monthly payment than we wete asking for . I purchased my first car here, expecting to sit in the dealership for the entire day. I knew exactly which car I wanted and my salesman, Paul, did whatever he could to get me that car. However, we never actually discussed how much I was comfortable paying monthly or those likes. The price came out to more than what was advertised, to which he claimed was caused by "bank and contract fees." Many people told me I should have backed out of the deal right then. I went with it anyways. When we test drove the car, my mother noticed a couple roaches in the front cupholder. She told the salesman, he assured us that the pests would be sprayed out and the car thoroughly detailed. However, when I took it home and opened the back doors, I noticed many, many more roaches scattered into cracks and beneath seats. We took it back the next morning, and they told me they'd bomb the car to remove anything else. By then, I'd also realized there was an issue with the locks not working. I informed them of this as well, and they agreed to look into it. They set me up in a temporary rental, which was appreciated considering I still needed a way to get to work every morning. Since then, we have gone in circles trying to get even a sliver of information on what's going on with my car. It's been in the service department for a week now, and a couple of days ago we were told that detail was finally done bombing the car, and they could start looking into the locks. Mind you, we have to keep going to the physical dealership because every time we call the service department, we get disconnected. We returned yesterday to squeeze more information out of them only to be told that they were just then looking at the locks, and that they'll give us a call in the afternoon to give us an update. Oh, and while we were there we were also told that the bank we were financing with was unable to verify my place of employment, and therefore they were looking for another bank to contract with (Haven't heard any update on this). Kimberly Slade has been an angel through all of our heckling. She is the only person here that has tried her best to salvage the situation that we're in, and for that I'm grateful. Yesterday afternoon she had someone personally call us to inform me that the parts for the broken locks should be in today (6/20, a week later), and that the car should therefore be ready to pickup afterwards. Reaching the end of the day, we have yet to receive any calls, therefore causing us to call the dealership AGAIN to find out what's going on with this car. Someone transfers the call to service, where we're told they're bombing and fumigating the car again? "Come by tomorrow anytime after 2." Yeah, okay. The only reason my car is still being worked on here instead of at Allen Toyota where the rest of my family goes is because I was informed that Hyundai would pay for it. Don't think I'll be returning IF I ever get ahold of my car again.

Made an appointment that morning for the afternoon. Was immediately waited upon when I got there. Was there for servicing. In a matter of 25 minutes or less, they had changed my oil, rotated my tires and replaced two filters. Saw the filters and they needed it. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. Do not bother with this place unless JJ is your dealer. He is the only person in that building worth it. I was in the process of trying to buy a santa fe sport. To start out with, I was rushed through the entire process (luckily I was sure that was the car I wanted). Long story short, nobody in that building knows a thing about which cars have what features. I was told my model had a lot more features than it really ended up having. I finally called to get help and JJ told me to come and see him. He made sure I didn't leave the lot again without knowing everything my car was capable of. He noticed my tire pressure light on and even though the service dept. was closed he hooked me up. I wish I would've had him from the very start. If you cant get him, go somewhere else.

I was unbelievably impressed with the whole staff at Allen. Charlie Mitchell was our direct salesman and he was supported by David and Gary. I had sent out 12 requests for bids to Hyundai dealers. Allen ended up as the dealer of choice. Charlie got EXACTLY what we wanted, told me the exact price so I could bring over a check. David, finance, was not high pressure - a REAL pleasure and Gary was very knowledgeable in explaining the workings of the Santa Fe Sport. Did not know there were such awesome dealers! These are people you would enjoy just going in and talking with about most anything. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Thought i was getting great customer service. After being approved for a car last night i had to go back today and finalize or so i thought. But no they showed the other car literally as my fiance was checking out the car and signed the deal. The response i got from salesperson after telling them it was being sold as we speak was "well they signed first." Due to their completely unprofessional "service" department I have to pay $200 for a rental car that my warranty should have covered. You would think that a car dealership would be all about customer service. Every day is definitely not a fun day at Allen Hyundai. I have over 4 years left on an extended warranty, and due to them not helping me with the problem that their lack of service created, they will not be getting any more of my business. Update.. I received an apology from the owner on my review, saying they had talked to management about resolving my problem. Havent heard anything from them since. My guess is they are just trying to save face, and look like they care by responding to a negative review, when they don't have any intentions on actually resolving anything.

Last year in March of 2018 I purchased a 2018 Elantra. To say it has been a headache dealing with this dealership, especially the repair department is an understatement. I purchased the car and took a trip to chicago to see my children. Upon returning from my trip and going back to work I received a text and call from the finance manger. She asked me to send her a picture of my vin number. I did although it seemed strange. She then told me the wrong vin number was on my registration and it needed to be re-registered and needed new license plates. I had just purchased the license plates. They did rush to get the plates themselves and pay for them. It was very strange and they said they were embarrassed about the mixup. Next, during the first oil change we asked them to check the drivers side windshield wiper because it was missing parts of the windshield when it was raining. The repair man told us that he cleaned it and it would be fine. We had them check it again in a couple of weeks and told them we wanted it replaced because it was still missing spots. He said he bent it and it would be fine. The next oil change we demanded it be changed and he said it was over 15,000 miles so it was no longer warrantied. I called a manager, explained the entire problem including how many times service brushed it off and didn't fix it correctly and it was changed. We were told by James our sales rep that we receive free oil changes for the first year. In late 2018 we went for an oil change and my husband was told it was over a certain mileage. We argued about it but James said he never said that. They are willing to lose a customer over 2 oil changes? Then just after Christmas we notice there is loud noise coming from the exhaust. Take it in and find out the weld has failed. They tell us they have to order parts. After a couple of weeks and no parts my husband took it back over and we told them we cannot drive it around like this, it was so loud. They do something temporary and tell us the parts will be in a couple more weeks. Beginning of February, no parts. Since the end of 2018.....no parts to repair a 2018 vehicle? We are told parts will be in mid February. Guess what.....no parts. Manager tells up they will be in March 1st and he is happy to have it welded but it voids the warranty. If we don't want the warranty voided we have to wait for the parts. Manager agrees to an oil change maybe due to all the problems or possibly because I am furious. Why in the world do I have to call managers and get angry to get a simple oil change and defective windshield wiper blade replaced? Today is March 2nd. NO PARTS. My husband tried to call and could not get through to service this morning. I will have to call Monday and if there are no parts I will have to try to call hyundai and speak with an attorney. I would not recommend this dealership to anybody. Go somewhere else. This was a brand new car and the worst car buying experience of my life. I sincerely hope I can get the exhaust fixed and without voiding the warranty.

Always, always, ALWAYS negotiate your price...here or any other dealership. I was naive and didn't negotiate at all and overpaid by about $5k. Not Allen Hyundai's fault because they operate like any other dealership and try to get the most money they can. Other than that, the service was good and I even got a free oil change at 5k miles.

I normally don’t post reviews but this Allen Hydunai dealership deserves this negative review for terrible customer service from a manager. My previous Genesis customer service experiences has been excellent. I booked by phone my Genesis G90 for an oil change two days prior to the appointment and received a email confirmation, the service advisor who made the appointment told me to inform the service advisor who take my car in that my oil change is free because of my Genesis free maintenance warranty. I arrived on time for my service appointment wearing a business suit. As stated earlier I reminded the service advisor that the oil change is covered by my Genesis maintenance warranty, she said no concern. After an hour later after the oil change was completed the service manager (I believe name is JT) tells me I have to pay for the oil change. I reminded him of my conversation with his two service advisors of the oil change being covered by Genesis maintenance warranty. The service manager tells me Hydunai changed its policy a few days ago and it no longer covers Genesis maintenance warranty. I kindly asked him how come I wasn’t informed of this by his two service advisors in which he stated they didn’t know, in which you would think it’s his responsibility to inform/train his employees on policies. He told me I could contact Genesis and ask them for possible reimbursement. I stated to him that Hydunai is under the same company as Genesis in which he should seek reimbursement. He became very rude in trying to convince me to pay because he states “he shouldn’t have to eat the cost for an oil change”. For a $70,000 car I thought it odd of this confrontation about a oil change. I’m a college administrator so I understand the art of effective communication. The worst part of it all is he tried to belittle me in front of his employees. After telling me rudely that I didn’t have to pay he threw the maintenance receipt in the trash and walked off. As the porter brought me my car the service manager presented me with another receipt probably realizing his negative behavior but didn’t apologize for bad customer service. This is my first time visiting ALLEN HYDUNAI dealership and hopefully last but they should expect better customer service from a manager especially in front of his employees. If I could give 0 stars I would. Allen Hyundai deliberately lies just to sell vehicles. We were upside down when we bought our vehicle and we knew the negative equity would go into the new vehicle. However, we were told that in 6 months we would be able to refinance it. At the time, we didn't know better. I tried several times with different financial institutions to get it refinanced. Yesterday, I was told by KFCU that since we owed more on the car than it's worth we couldn't refinance at least until it we paid it down 7000. So, we are stuck with a car note that Allen Hyundai knew we weren't comfortable with. I called Allen Hyundai and was told a manager would call me back. Guess what, that never happened. We bought a new car yesterday and the Hyundai will be going back. Stay far away from Allen Toyota & Allen Hyundai.

Dropped off my Wife's Sonata for regular service and talked with the sales rep Bart regarding some of their used Hyundai Santa Fe autos because my Honda Pilot was getting way too old. Man let me tell you, he took good care of me and we went out for a test drive. He was more that well versed with the product and showed me all of the new technology features that Hyundai has to offer. Well, to make a long story short, I purchased a 2018 Santa Fe from Bart that same day. He and the manager worked out a good deal for me and I highly recommend Allen Hyundai. If you get into the showroom, definitely ask for Bart. He's the Man! Thanks Bart for selling me an awesome vehicle for an awesome price!

Came in to see a brand new car I had found online and had a sub par experience with this dealership. Maybe they treat you better if you're not a minority as I'm not entirely sure where all the 5 star reviews are coming from. I ended up purchasing the car I wanted at Ray Brandt Hyundai In Harvey, LA where I got a far better deal on the same car with better customer service. First of all, our sales lady Eve had no idea that there were 2 white hyundai elantra sports in stock. She told us, "The other one might have been sold and they just didn't update the inventory yet." I found this hilarious as I was able to find the second one at the front of the lot. When we took the car for a test drive, the tire pressure was 20-21 PSI in all 4 tires which tells me they don't pay attention to their cars at all. Had to wait about 15 minutes just to get some air into the tires. When we walked inside the dealership to wait, no one greeted us. Our sales lady had no clue about the car, couldn't even pitch a worthy sales to me. I actually loved the car as I had already done my research and told her I was paying cash for it. She then decided to try to run a credit check on me even after I said I was paying cash, NOT financing. There was some back and forth regarding the price I wanted on the car. On top of this mess.. For the same car, there were two listings on their website with TWO different prices. When I had asked about this, I was told that the car I wanted was more expensive because of the turbo engine. Wrong again. There is only a base elantra and a sports model which comes with the turbo engine and both listings were for the same exact car, just one had a higher price on it for some reason. The manager of the dealership never even came out to speak to us. Apparently he was busy watching football is what Eve told us and didn't want to be bothered. After all this mess, I decided to go to Ray Brandt Hyundai instead as they actually made an effort and contacted me several times through phone and email to come in and see the car. The salesman and manager actually spoke to me and were willing to negotiate the price to something reasonable and lower than what I would have paid at Allen Hyundai. I was much happier and pleased bringing my business elsewhere and will never purchase a vehicle from Allen Hyundai.

After spending 2 -3 hours to finish all the process when we went to the other office for sign and they ask me for 25500.00.
