I had a a car accident recently and was in a tough spot with a rental car and being upside down in totalled vehicle. Michael Bates made my experience seamless, flawless, and a super customer experience like none other. He bent over backwards and did everything he could to make certain I got into the perfect vehicle and at the same time selling me on road hazzard protection, gap insurance, everything my previous dealership NEVER offered me. Michael even met met me at my car rental office with my new car because I was at work, and spent his time helping me and possibly losing a sale or 2, to make sure I was totally satisfied with my purchase. Hands down, if you never decide to buy a car, especially and Acura, go see Michael Bates, he's your man and looks out for you, he won't sell you anything that doesn't fit your needs, also, he follows up after the sale instead of running away and moving on to the next, he can do both! Great dealership. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful service department. I brought my 2007 Acura TL Type-S for a recall that has been out for 6 years. I honestly thought both the service advisor would brush me off and be reluctant to schedule me in due to the fact that it’s warranty work. I was so surprised when not only did he give me an appointment for two days later; he told me that it would be done the same day. He delivered on everything I was told. I drive the two hours to be there at 7:30 a.m., and around 3:00 p.m. I called just to ask how things were going, and he told me to give him a moment because the technician should be finishing up on the job. Two minutes on hold he informs me that the job is done and that I can come get my car.

The experience was fantastic. I had to have it towed because it wouldn’t crank at all. Jumping it off didn’t work with. Dead battery cell so they replaced the battery. Went further and found why it went dead. Another computerized control item was staying on thus killing the battery. They replaced all of it free of charge. It’s still under warranty. They have been real good to us even though we didn’t buy the vehicle from them. Thank you!!!!

Update:Had a problem before.The service manger was so nice and listened to what I was complaining about what they didn't fix so He told to bring it back.Now they are fixing the problem.Other places would tell you That's Your Problem.They are the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure doing business with.They were not pushy they let you decide on what was right for you.Tommie, the sales lady was absolutely fantastic and the financial manager was very caring and they both worked very hard to see that you was completely satisfied with the whole transaction and the vehicle. Excellent service!!! I took my car in for a recall on my tail light. It took 3 hours to fix, but they had a 2019 Acura available for me use. It took less time to fix it than estimated. They called me as soon as it was ready. I walked in, paper work was printed and ready to be signed, and in 5 minutes I was on my way. It was great! Highly recommend Acura if Jackson!!!!

The associate met me at my car with a smile and begin processing my information so that I would not have to wait in my car. Once inside you have options of where to wait. They have a snack bar that is phenomenal. Love the chocolate chip cookies. The atmosphere is well kept and the employees are very courteous.

Wait... they did everything u think all dealerships should do... Mark, my sales rep, went to hell an back, like an investigator, talking to everyone, to figure out how to get me driving TODAY. Almost 250k miles and riddled with the wear and tear of Jackson roads...My over aged and well used SUV decided it had seen enough highway and was time to finally retire. So I needed to find a new (to me) vehicle in a hurry. I could've spent restless hours scouring the internet to find the perfect car with the best price. There are car dealerships around every turn. And just about every one of them would have an SUV that fits what I needed from one. I went to Acura of Jackson though. I didn't want to waste days or weeks searching for an MDX with the cheapest price. I didn't have to. I have bought from this dealership before and knew I could find what I wanted and still find the best price all at once. And if they didn't have what I was looking for, they could find it for me. I called Tim (the general manager) who set me up with a 25+ year Acura veteran Sales Specialist, Greg Nelson. Greg and Tim had a vehicle waiting, clean and ready for me to drive when I arrived. And it was exactly what I needed from color, to mileage and best of all price. After my arrival we did a test drive, went over purchase options, agreed on price, signed paperwork, became familiar with the service department and I was headed home in my new car quicker than I can get my children in bed. This dealership was the most efficient, detailed and service minded store I've ever purchased from. My next vehicle and all the ones after it will be purchased from Tim and Greg. I have taken my truck on multiple occasions for the same issue. I was told when I brought it in a week ago they were going to replace the component that works with the idle stop. This was not replaced and I am still having the same issues. I am getting very frustrated with the service due to the problem being unresolved. I was given a list of things that could be causing it not to work. Ex: if your air conditioner is on. Why should I be without air in 100 degree weather for this thing to work? This was a plus that came with the vehicle. I have driven other Acura vehicles that didn’t have the problem that I am having; therefore, I believe that it’s a defect in this one. I have paid too much money for this vehicle to not get all of the options that I was promised working correctly. I only learned that it wasn’t replaced when I looked at the receipt. No one told me that it hadn’t been replaced. This is a question that I asked and I was told a lie. I have owned an Acura since 2007 and was a fan until now.

Wow where do I begin, first of all I’ve been on my Job over ten years I make 80k plus per year! The bank didn’t approve my loan two weeks after purchase and the finance manger called me and said he was going to call the police on me if I didn’t come drop the car off! Mind you he called me on a weekend, which means there account is department was closed so I wouldn’t be able to get my down payment back until the weekend passes. So I drop the car off I didnt go inside because we couldnt complete the deal until Monday as far as my refund goes! He called me back again saying I comttied a crime and a fraud and he was going to call a friend at the Ridgeland police department to have me arrested over a civil matter. So typical of white people who always try to call the police in none emergency affairs to harrase black people! I work every day two Jobs at that and he accused me of fraud and theft over a denied bank loan. Don’t shop here so unprofessional from beginning till end.

My experience at Acura of Jackson was a good experience. I was given a loaner and was contacted when my car was ready. After paying my bill, I noticed I was charged for the rental so I called the service advisor (which is who handled my visit) and let him know. He was very apologetic and gave me a written promise for a discount for the next visit, which would counter the rental and it’s tax. All employees there were polite!

I was not pleased at all. My car now has a slight vibration of which it didn't have before I brought it in as well there is some unfamiliar sound that seems to be coming from the rear back tire on the drivers side your over all inspection results I find them hard to believe my tires were brand new when I purchased the car only had the car 2 years and one tire was replaced by this dealership due to a pin hole that was to close to the outside of the tire to plug. Then brakes that were recommended to be replaced was replaced by this location also less than 3 months ago along with a front end alignment which was the only recommendation that was made at that time I had the brakes replaced but now within 3 months you're recommending some of the same services be performed of which your location already performed 3 months ago I brought my car in to repair issues but seems it caused issues I didn't have before bringing it to this location. I'm seriously thinking of once these issues are resolved I will need to take my business elsewhere tonmaintain my vehicle needs. The sales consultant I had in my opinion lacked a lot of customer service skills. I called back to complain about the service and not once did he EVER apologize or react in any way that I could hear during the short conversation over the phone of empathy. His reply to my complaint was ” you just have to bring it back in” nothing of mam I'm so sorry that happen let me get you an appointment to get you back in to get this re looked at. I asked to speak with someone else due to such little concern and Mr Anthony advised me there was no one else there at the time of which I could speak with and my reply to him was ok, thank you, I will call back tomorrow and with that being said in the future if I am to bring my car back to this dealership my preference would not be Mr. Anthony Doss for my service consultant I was very displeased with his service

Acura of Jackson service department is one of the best around. Dropping off and picking up my car is so easy and stress free. James is an amazing service rep who makes sure I have everything I need when dropping off my car and makes sure I understand any issues that may be coming up on my car or extra services that have been done on my car. Acura is a great car brand and I have enjoyed all Acura models that we have purchased since 1989, but the service department is what keeps us Acura customers. They treat us like family instead of headaches they want to get rid of.

This was awful , they halfway your vehicle, the salesman in which I purchase from Acura of Jackson, 5 months ago in which there inspection on the Lexus suppose to of had the brakes and rotates replace . Now there service department saying I need to replcaeacend now them, less then five months and I only drive to work and home I call the salesman back and he say their service people just trying to make a sale. But I call the service man to discuss it and he hangs up on me.....What type of place is Acura of Jackson...I will never purchase anything from there nor service my vehicle again

Okay! Hate car shopping! Bought a lexus 350RX to be different and wasn’t happy. Why? Hate the Lexus dealership here. Why? Rude staff, sub par on the level of dirty around the dealership and coffee/snack bar, just negative atmosphere.Tried it for 2 years and finally got enough of it. I even took my lexus to Acura dealer for service. Ha! I was a previous 2011 Acura MDX owner for 8 years. Nevertheless, I decided I was going back and getting what I should have gotten to start with...MDX..It was super easy. Jonathon McClendon worked with me and made it easy. LOVE LOVE LOVE him..just a great guy and hard worker. Thanks for the positive experience.

Normally the service reps are helpful and understanding! NOT TODAY! I almost hit the partially opened gate because I couldn’t see it til it was two inches from my windshield on the right side. Then I tell the agent and no sympathy but after me repeating myself he sent someone to fix it. Then two or three people were in and out while I waited for my two hour oil change. And if I wouldn’t have messaged him then I may still be sitting there. I got no updates from him no notices when the work was complete.
