My sales guy was Pat, he was really personable and respected our time as we had a tight timeframe since we were not expecting to fully commit to a car when we came in. We mostly wanted to make sure our car seat fit since my old lease was too small for our family now. He ran through some questions with us and pulled around the 2019 Kia Optima for us to look at. We took a shorter test drive per my request to not make it lengthy and came back. I told him i wanted to do a credit app and see if i could drive away with the car. Thankfully everything on the finance side was just as smooth and I’d say i was in and out with my new car in 2hrs or less which was astonishing and has really been the part of the experience friends and family are most blown away by. She is the reason why I came to Kia, She helped me with my last car that's what brought me back to her. I also brought my son to get a car, Femi was good to him as well. The other person that made my experience great and brought tears to my eyes was Jeff in the service department. He mad sure that I was happy with my car, I was feeling pushed around. We went in to test drive the new Telluride and from that point forward, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Jim was phenomenal to work with. We had to order our vehicle in the color and trim we preferred which was a few weeks out. Jim would provide us with updates and check in on when the vehicle would be arriving. He was very knowledgeable and fun to work with. When we received our vehicle he seemed just as excited for us, as we were to receive the vehicle. The management would check in with us when we were there as well and were great to talk to. Matt helped us with the finance and he was great as well. Came with my parents to find them a car , we live a long ways away an were there about half hour before there closed, christene we dealt with was very nice an helpful an stayed late, but Matt I think it was the manager was very grumpy about staying late , also we were told the price could go down 200 dollars , when Matt heard this he acted offended an was not nice to deal with at all and would not budge a single cent an was awkward. If we didn't leave so far away we would have just left but wanted to get deal done so bought car anyway

I've always had amazing customer service with Luther Bloomington Kia. I purchased my first Kia Sorento in 2016. Loved that vehicle! She was totaled in a rear-end collision by a texting driver :( Put those phones down people! I replaced the 2016 with a lease into a 2017 Sorento. My son and I needed the v6 with tow and 3rd row seats. It also had heated leather seats. We just traded up to a 2019 Sorento lease. So far we love her even more than the 2017!! I've recommended Luther Bloomington Kia to many friends and family. My mother bought a 2017 Sorento here and a coworker bought a Kia Soul from here. All of us have had great experiences with the sales staff!

I am writing to inform you that I am very upset with the service I received at the Luther Bloomington Kia. I originally went in to have my brakes serviced because of a recall letter I had received in the mail. I show up for my scheduled appointment. No warm welcoming, I waited a few moments while the service associate finished her personal phone call. *Multiple red flags* Recieved a disingenuous apology. At that moment I should have left and took my business elsewhere. I informed the maintenance associate that I knew my front left brake needed to be replaced. Was then informed that they would need to do a brake inspection which would cost ~$73. * Another red flag* Decided to make the regretful decision to go along with the brake inspection and wanted a list of all other recommended maintenance service. Spent an hour in the waiting area witnessing numerous unprofessional encounters. By now I already made up my mind that I wasn't going to be giving Luther Bloomington Kia anymore of my business. By no surprise I received the news that the cost to repair a set of brakes was going to cost $475. With a grand total to repair everything at ~$1,700. I did receive a complimentary car wash which I'm thankful for. I went and paid the $73 tab for a brake inspection. Afterwards asked where I could find my car, and was directed that it was just through the door behind me. Expecting it to be parked right outside the door. I wasn't surprised to find it parked about a block away. My seat wasn't put back in the position it was in, and my mirrors were all messed up. With the unbelievable amount of red flags I witnessed I've decided to go with this guy my dad highly recommends. Truth be told I won't be recommending Luther Bloomington Kia.

Got my car fixed. Such an easy experience, especially since I had been neglecting some things for awhile. Duane was super helpful and walked me through the entire process. They didn't try to upsell me on anything. After the initial inspection they showed me the underside of my car and what was rattling, and what else they found. Comfy waiting area, but they provide shuttle service too if you don't get a rental. I'm definitely going to be a return customer.

Wow is how I will start this I been running around trying to get a good deal I wasn't for sure who and were I could go the first dealership I tried was the Toyota dealership in my home town burnsville but I couldn't get no were with them the payments was much much more expensive than what I was looking for and having a family of 4 kids I needed a van and nothing else but a van like I said before the Toyota dealer was much more expensive than I was looking for. For a used van I talked to every single person but I couldn't find anyone who knew were to go after my time had been wasted with the Toyota dealership so I was talking to my dad who told me were to go talk to chris he would be able to get someone to help me he was right I applied for finance and just a day later I am in the van I want and all the options I need and wanted and the payment that I could afford and comfortable with I am glad I took the time to apply for finance with luther Kia of Bloomington they helped me when I needed it most I am very happy with chris stelljes and Kia of Bloomington and thank you also in finance who worked for me so hard on this deal thanks again Matthew Thomas douvier but I shout out a big thank you to chris stellijes I am happy with my van and with more options than I expected but wanted.

Returned a used 2011 ford focus on the 5th day per the Luther advantage policy, due to the car having too many issues. When i contacted Andrew Swanick my sales rep about it, he said the manager doesn't "want to accept my return". (Policy doesn't specifically state that he gets a say in the matter) so, i screenshotted their policy thats on their website and sent it to him, and he didn't even have the courtesy to reply. I even called another luther dealership to confirm that the policy applied to any luther dealership, and to confirm the policy had no stipulations. Once i finally got there, Andrew avoided me completely, and i was referred to his manager's office instead. The Used car Manager (I never got his name, but he wears Calvin Klein boots.) lied to my face and said returns only apply to cars 5 years or younger, and that he'd "inspect" the problems, with no guarantee they'd actually be fixed. I asked for a form/document where they state that "5 year or younger" stipulation, to which he said they had none. Once i realized i was getting nowhere, i walked out of his office, and then he changed his mind and said he will take the car back as soon as i did. So he obviously lied to my face about the 5 year or younger stipulation. Then i asked why he changed his mind and he got in my face and said "i can do whatever i want!", right in the showroom in front of everyone! I just walked past him because i just wanted to return the damn car. Then when i was finishing up taking stuff out of the car i was returning, the Used Car Manager got in my face again, to which i had to scream at him "back the $@#% up!". I seriously thought i was gonna have to call the cops on this asshole! Once he backed off, he had the audacity to say that i needed "better manners", then stormed off. Absolute worse experience with a dealership ever! I really wish i recorded it on my phone, because i most definetely would've uploaded it! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague!

It was an interesting experience test driving cars during a major rain event, but Mike Lipke wasn’t afraid to get a little wet, even if it meant dodging a few rain drops. Needing a new lease vehicle to replace the one I’d had, Mike went the extra mile to shepherd me during the lease return even though it was at the competition a couple of miles away. I found the experience to be very accommodating in total and left the dealership with a new 2019 Soul. The only thing missing were the hamsters.

I never did get a car from Luther Bloomington Kia. As I was walking to the salesroom, I passed the garage which was blaring right wing nut job Rush Limbaugh at volume 11. That should've been my clue to just leave, but I wanted to buy a car that afternoon. I had cash in hand. I met with a salesman named Gabriel and quickly decided on a car. Gabriel agreed to give me $100.00 off. This was a cash transaction. No financing. So, I was confused when told I had to meet with "Justin, the finance guy." I waited 45 minutes, assuming Justin was meeting with another customer, but when his door finally opened, he came out alone. "Justin the finance guy" showed me the price $8,999.00 and explained that he had taken off $100.00. However, the very next line on the bill showed he was charging me a "document fee" of $100.00. I understood there would be MN sales tax, but when I looked down at the bottom of my bill, the total was closer to $9,700.00. I really wanted to buy a car that day, but at that point, I knew I was getting hustled. I turned around, walked past the garage and the Rush Limbaugh radio, and drove away.

Took my car in for the 60,000 mile check up and it came back running and sounding worse than ever. I'll never use their shop again. A waste of money considering I need to go somewhere else now and have my car looked at again.

I worked with Jon Brenna. I wanted to buy a Kia Stinger GT2 in Ceramic Silver with red leather interior (a hard combo to find!) for a Christmas surprise gift for my husband. Jon was incredible to work with and really went out of his way to help me pull off the surprise. He found a huge magnetic red bow and put it on the hood of the car. I texted him when my husband got home and he DROVE the Stinger to our house and parked it in the driveway with the bow on it! This was at night, after hours! Got my car from this place and had such a good time interacting with all the various staff members who all stopped to check and see if I was okay or had been helped. Everybody appeared to be authentic and yet focused on making sure I did not feel like a instant sale. The parts guys were very helpful and got me in and out so I did not feel like I would be stuck all day that is a good feeling and the cashier was more than helpful and friendly and explain exactly where my money went and what my money paid for and what benefits I have in a warranty for what I paid. Ask for Kenny!!! The Mrs and I just finished getting our new Kia. We are giving up an old lease that we are WAY over miles on and Kenny was a breeze to work with. While we are definitely leaving slightly over where we wanted to be price wise, this was entirely our decision. Kenny asked what we wanted and what price points and showed us our options, it was me who decided to venture in the higher costs and I am very satisfied with doing so. Kenny was upfront about time, cost, and what to expect through the process. Never did I feel he was trying to get us by any means. I'm here on a Saturday so it's expected to be a slower than usual process and this place is slammed right now so that only speaks volumes to the service you will receive when coming here. Google doesn't take you to the front entrance, so we drove through the maze of cars and walked to the front door (the back lot is not a great first impression.) We found a car we wanted to look at, thankfully parked right on the sidewalk near the door. It was busy on Labor day weekend on Saturday so there were many people milling around, but what we didn't find easily was someone to talk to. So we left. Possibly if we had gone inside to find someone it would have gone differently, but at the previous and next place we didn't have to hunt for someone, so...

Customer service was not great, partly due to the online (chat) call center's lack of coordination with the dealership: the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing! I drove all the way down to the dealership to look at a specific used vehicle listed on their website, only to find out it was not for sale. While there, follow up search for another vehicle, and was told $17k was the next higher-priced available vehicle. A bit high for me. When I got home and looked on their website, found one for $15 (that I saw before, so not a new listing from today). I thought that was sloppy, too.

Andrew was wonderful throughout the entire process - Not only informative, but kept me laughing the entire time. A 5 hour ordeal at the dealership felt like far less thanks to him! He ended up running around outside in the bitter cold to track down the exact color vehicle I wanted, offered to bring me across the street to get food when time was getting long, helped me move my things from my trade-in to the new car and even brought me to the service departments and introduced me to those who I would see for maintenance as well as if I added any features. Talk about customer service! The GSM Dan worked with me and my budget and did everything he could to keep me within a reasonable range without making me feel pressured to say yes. And I ended up with quite an amazing deal on my new Kia Soul! Andrew, Dan, and Justin in finance explained everything so thoroughly, from the car to the cost break down and everything in-between. Car shopping is one of my top least favorite things to do - Mostly because I haven't had great experiences in the past. I was told about Kia and decided to check out Bloomington location based on the reviews and although skeptical at first due to previous dealerships and little knowledge in Kia cars, my experience there was nothing short of exceptional! Picked up a new Telluride today. Kenny was the best! He hooked us up. We were looking at a lower trim model. He never tried to upsell into a higher one. Instead he smartly helped us by having them add the features we wanted - tow package, heated seats, etc. - which saved us a few thousand dollars. Kenny - awesome guy. Everyone was great. If you go there expect very enthusiastic people that really enjoy what they do. I hope our new ride is as good.

We did purchase a car here and the salesperson seem to leave during the transaction. We also called ahead for a car to be ready for test drive and we needed to wait additional two hour for it to be ready. I felt the experience could have been much better if spending $23k. I think it was because we brought in our own financing and they could not make there YSP spread. If you can find a different Kia dealership it might be better. The operations dept was amazing and I felt they were more invested in the transaction then the salesperson
