Dave was helpful and combined with his experience and dedication in order to make this purchase special once again! This was a second purchase from Dave. Thanks again! Dan
I got some service done at this dealership and they give me my bill and the keys I paid the bill a few weeks later they call me up saying that they didn't add something to the billl and then they took me to court for it why is it my fault they made the mistake.
They mess up frequently.
Excellent Jim was very helpful and got my dream car!
My experience with Parklane Chevrolet, and Dave Curtis in particular was outstanding. Dave went above and beyond (including the 78 emails we exchanged back and forth!) to find me the perfect 2019 XT4 and I am forever grateful for the trust and comfort level he gave me. A special shout out to Tracey Palmer, who is the business manager there. She made the financial piece incredibly seamless. The whole team at Parklane was superb! Thanks to all of you!
Dave Burgess was an excellent experienced salesman and facilitator. He made the purchase easy and direct with no fuss or grey areas. I appreciated his knowledge and patience as well as opinion to meet our needs and not to just sell us a truck. The finance team was easy to work with and straight forward as well.
Dave Curtis is an excellent salesman !
Went to Parklane on April 5 to have my engine inspected because i was almost certain there was coolant leaking into my oil and the head gasket had blown. I was told by service advisor Ken that there was nothing wrong with my engine, A1 condition in his words. My car had been misfiring for several days and he assured me it was probably just the spark plugs. So i decided to book an appointment to have them change my spark plugs the next day. I would have done it myself but it is a pain. After waiting 6+ hours i finally got a call that the work was done and I could pick up my car. The next morning, April 7, on my way to work, my car started spewing massive amounts of stinky smoke out of my exhaust and violently shaking and chugging. Tell tale signs of a blown head gasket. I couldn't even make it home after work and my car died on the side of the road. Called Parklane this week to speak to Ken about his "engine inspection" and the fact that he ignored me when I told him what i thought the issue was, and he took no responsibility for it. He told me there is nothing he can do for me. I wouldn't have put 200+ dollars into a car that had a blown head gasket, but he told me my engine was fine! This guy obviously has no idea what he's talking about and shouldn't be advising people about their cars. Satisfaction guarantee my ass.
Great sales service and John was very helpful. Glad I left dodge and went to gm. Plus my new diesel terrain is unreal and gets better mileage than anything on the market. Thanks John v. And park lane
Poor service Damaged vehicle while replacing part Made all sorts of excuses, and then blamed me Expensive and not reliable
Made an appointment with service for safety inspection and SAFETY RECALL item. Waited a week for an appointment. Brought my truck in today for 9am appointment. Called back to see what time vehicle would be ready at 1:30pm to hear that the vehicle wouldn’t even be looked at today. Obviously more expensive work took my appointment away. Maybe my SAFETY RECALL item and safety inspection was not important enough or expensive enough. Won’t go there for service, warranty work or future buys!
We had dealt with Park Lane before and treated very well. This time I think I must have had their best salesman, he took that extra time to explain in detail everything about my new vehicle. By the way I just love my new 2019 Equinox!!!
Carlos is a great guy to go see for a truck. No pressure and very thorough. Easy to talk to. Roger was great for wrapping up the deal.
Zero stars
Great experience . Friendly and knowledgable Sales Staff. Would do business again.
John V. was very helpful and friendly
Worst experience I've ever had. I can't speak as to how their sales division acts, but their service department seems as if they have been trained to rip you off. Go ahead and buy a Chevrolet, but DO NOT bring it here for service. They only got 1 star because google wont let you leave them 0.
This place has brutal service. We had a car towed here from another shop to flash a pcm. First, they run their computer at $58.99 then called and said the car needed a battery. Hesitant, since I had the battery tested by 3 different places the week before, I had my sister run over a battery an hour after I received that call. I call back 5 days later for an update and they say they never received a battery. So I tell him my sister handed it gord and Bruno tells me that no one by the name of Gord works there. So i go in myself to get the battery and install it. They did not give me a battery because I had no proof that we dropped on off or which one it could be. Talk about unorganized. I send my sister in with the receipt for the missing battery and a page for a Gord flies over the PA. I then get a call from a lady days later stating the car is fixed, ready to be picked up and when I asked what they found was the problem she had no idea. So $200 we pick the car up that night and it has no working gauges or turn signals. So now my 60 year old mother has a car again that is not safe to drive. So I call my regular guy and he says he figures they likely fried the body control module. Lovely eh, that has to be fixed at the dealer. I call the manager and leave a message for someone to call and explain my moms bill and ask why I was told the car was fixed when it is clearly not. Mechanic clearly noted gauges were not working on paperwork. The car now back at the dealer I need to wait 5 days before they will have time to run their computer at $58.99 for the third time. I can't believe how this place operates. Rude and Deplorable service.
This is my second Cadillac purchase. Dealing with Andrew Goss is always a good experience. Professional, respectful & responsible.
I live in London, Ontario and drive to Sarnia for all my car/truck needs! Our family has been dealing with this dealership for over 40 yrs !
First time here, 90 min oil change. Brutal.
Update: Parklane followed up with me, applogized for the inconvenience caused and resolved issues to my satisfaction and convenience. Thanks to Bruno and the owner. Looking forward to improved future Business. I am moving up my rating from 1 to 4 ****** Previously, I had commented: Pathetic after sales service for Cadillac. They just want to push one on you with a smiling face. Once you are out of their gate the most horrible customer service for your vehicle service or maintenance. Above all, shows an attitude for your scheduled services, and makes you repent your Cadillac purchase. Especially Bruno, at the service division. I would never deal with them again whenever I have a choice. ******
Matt Bailey is an outstanding sales person. He is human being of thoughtfulness and respect for all class of clients. Matt treats every client with respect and dignity. Even if they are buying a $1000 dollar vehicle or a $100,000 dollar vehicle. A lot of his dealership mates could learn from his humble, respectful manners. He listens to every client very closely and respects their wishes and dreams. Matt never imposes his own bottom line on any client. Man or women he treats everyone with equality and respect. He never looks down on any clients and his attention to details for the client is outstanding to say the least. Thank You again Matt for doing an outstanding job for Carol and I in these terrible times. Jean Marc and Carol Villeneuve
- Great staff - very professional - Easy to deal with Great place to deal with when you are purchasing your first new vehicle. I would highly recommend them
Matt was great, really appreciated his knowledge of EV technology
Very happy with the service here.
Dave was very professional and knowledgeable in our dealings. I thoroughly enjoyed his good sense of humour during and after the sales experience. I would highly recommend Dave to anyone who is looking for a vehicle to purchase.
I bought my new GMC truck from Matt Bailey. I am a small business owner from London and told Matt my needs and he found the perfect truck to meet all my business and personal needs. He was very professional and well informed about the vehicle. Great experience from start to finish. I recently had my vehicle in for scheduled maintenance. I left my truck with my company trailer attached. They detached my trailer, serviced my vehicle, cleaned my truck, and reattached my trailer for me by the time I came to pick it up. The service manager, Ryan Bailey, was very accomodating and coordinated my scheduled services in a timely manner. Ryan Williamson was also very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely continue to make the drive from London to Sarnia to have my truck serviced here. Highly recommend!
we had a great experience the sales agent was one of the most friendliest and most helpful person we ever met and extremely honest went above and beyond to make our new vehicle purchase a great experience thank you Greg Lefebvre we give you a 5 star plus
Fantastic staff. They listen and allow you to make your own choices without up selling unnecessary features.
They are extremely helpful & they take great car of your car and answer any of your questions that you may have!! I'd recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a car
Great experience purchasing a new vehicle and Matt was awesome
Very rude Owner and one sales staff in particular. I felt I was important to them till the second the paperwork was signed. They damaged my new car before I took delivery. I didn't notice the damage till a day later. They 1st insisted i did the damage to which i said "you sold me a protective paint coating 1st off so how would a rock chip do that to a protected surface in less than 70km?" then I said "there's tar like undercoating material in the chip so obviously you did it before the undercoating was applied". The owner said "nothing we can do about it"... F you and fix it! No liability at all. No customer service. I don't care if you need to buy a new panel I just paid 60 grand for this car. So basically id never ever buy a car here again. Bad business. I'm trying to decide now if this chip is worth taking them to court or not. Separate event: they advertises 4 free oil changes but in their opinion that means the value of conventional oil. So using a "free" oil change I still paid 150 dollars. That should be false advertising. That same oil change took 3 hours as well. I took my service needs to Petrolia Chevy who are giving me 4 actually free full synthetic oil changes. They are far better but sadly parklane sold me in house warrantees I can only use with them (though I'm sure they're fraudulent and wouldn't perform the work either way). I sure wish I didn't pay those thousands for their in house warrantee when I could have gotten it from a more reputable dealership. Buyer beware the Baileys are above you and they don't care about your satisfaction. The dealership responded to this and there's no platform to respond to their response so here it is. I brought this to your attention the next day so let's not pretend that this is a 1 year later review. Second of all you claim I inspected the vehicle with great detail but you wouldn't notice this dent unless you were on your hands and knees and let's not pretend I inspected the car on my hands and knees in your shop. The owner came out and looked at the undercoating filled dent and had your guys hit it with paint thinner to try to take the undercoating out of the dent and failed. I forget the other untruths you claimed I'll have to revisit your response, something about a picture taken... the dent is the size of a dime so no a camera from 10 feet back wouldn't catch it. It's such a shame your owner took zero responsibility because this was a very good experience until it wasn't.
worst service evr had book and apointment to book and apointment to ahve vehicle looked at what a waste of time sure we will look at your vehice bring it in and park it for 4 hrs maybe we will get to it
I was extremely happy with the entire experience from shopping and test drives right through to the final decision. While shopping I never felt pressured and felt that my questions were respected and answered by Dave Curtis, who was so easy to get along with during the whole process. When it finally came down to the final steps everything was looked after and I barely had to lift a finger. Dave did not stop there, when I came to pick up my car he made sure to go over every feature of the car and made himself available whenever I had any questions. His customer service goes over and beyond expectation. Thanks again Dave!
Thank you to Andrew and the gang for helping out my daughter when the car quit while she was at school in Sarnia. I appreciate everything u did and for quickly fixing the car.
Fast service reliable with technicians you can trust
We love our car but hate that it was purchased at Parklane. Here is why: we purchased a 2012 Chevy Equinox from Parklane and sold my 2007 Chevy Malibu to my wife's friend. The Malibu developed a humming noise. We brought the car to Parklane. BIG MISTAKE. $745 later the car was allegedly fixed. Our friend drove her car off the lot and heard the same humming noise. We brought the car back to the dealership. The mechanic who worked on the car and Bruno, a shop manager, admitted they never test drove the car! They were awful to my wife and her friend. They refuse to apologize and did not offer to finish the job. I finally got ahold of the shop manager Ryan Bailey. As it turns out, he is the son of the dealership's owner. He too refuse to apologize. He did not bother to hear my side of the story. He said "I don't need to take this" and hung up on me. Thank you Canadian Tire for taking the Malibu for a test drive and fixing the car. Unless there's a warranty issue, we will never be back to Parklane!
Stay away from the service department unless you want your car damaged.Very incompetent people rude and unknowledgeable.I would of given them negative 5 stars but Google wouldn't let me.
My experience with Carlos at Park lane was great. He was a very professional and informative salesman. I left more than happy with my purchase and experience throughout the process and I would recommend Carlos to others buying vehicles in the future.
Not impressed..with the service garage..three times I made appts.and never got My car done in time provided.
When I purchase my used vehicle Park Lane was very accommodating with helping me with warranties on my car.
Took us in in short notice
Seemed unimpressed that I was there and bothering him. So I left.
Thia was one of the best automotive buying experiences I have ever had. Dave Curtis was a great sales person. Not pushy, very knowledgeable and even came to pick me up after I dropped of my leased vehical at another dealership. Everyone else that I delt with was equally impressive. They have a well trained groyp of people there.
Just getting a body shop estimate!! They do great body work work in here!!
I bought a new 2018 Cadillac XTS from Jim Dudley at Parklane Motors in March 2018. Jim was very courteous and worked hard to negotiate a price that was acceptable to both myself and P.L. After the papers were signed, Jim made full effort to familiarize us with the vehicle features before we dove off. The whole experience was pleasant and we did not feel pressured to do something we didn't want to do. I have also used PL Motors for all my after purchases maintenance work for years and find their after sale service in the same professional manner. They will continue to be my dealer of choice. By the way - we love our new car.
i bought a second hand car (2009) quite recently from Parklane, i felt more in love with the dealership than the car. they are super supportive and i highly recommend them. to be very detail: 1- in terms of purchase price, they are not players, right off the bat they dropped down the price to its min possible and not lower and their price was cheaper than any similar car in AutoTrader 2- for safety & certification, they installed brand new Michelin tires, OEM brake pads and rotors. (most dealerships just put second hand tires to pass safety). they also deliver the car with a tank full of gas and meticulously detailed. 3- best part of it, after 1 week of driving i found some little issues with the car here and there and booked an appointment with them. they fixed all the issues without charging me even one dollar although my car didn't have any extended warranty. Special thanks to: Andrew Goss, Sales Bruno Persichetti, Service advisor Dave, Service Manager
Long wait times for auto service
Purchased a new car here 1 week ago. Sales Staff were awesome. Very happy
Broke down on the way to the USA Sean (mechanic) and paul (service advisor) got us back on the road with a mass air flow replacement. Our go to dealer always if we are in the area. Thanks again for the professional and exceptional service!
I have to say that Andrew Goss, my sales rep, he's a 5 *! Before my first year was up, albeit minor issues, when you spend a lot on a quality truck, you don't anticipate that your key fob ($175 to replace) or decals, will just fall apart. I'm giving a one star, because the service manager didn't have the time to come talk to me,after 3 voicemails with one call back. I typically keep this stuff to myself, but when a desk person comes back and says, sorry I managed to get 5 minutes of his time and he said to tell you there's nothing he can do. If you want to talk, give him a call or come back another time? Sorry to say, but that is not customer service. Especially when one can easily see, the minor damages were not caused by "wear and tear". I've now reached out to GMC themselves to see if they are willing to provide the service I feel warranted for a vehicle you spend good money on.
Don't go here. They are as lazy as they are incompetent
Very good service! The staff is friendly and helpful.
Dave Curtis was the best salesman at Park Lane. He was very knowledgeable about the car and very very helpful. He has gone above and beyond most salesman that I have encountered. He also helped me after I purchased the car when I could not figure something out he came right out and showed me how to program it very very nice person I recommend anyone to go and ask for him if they want to purchase a car
We recently purchased a 2018 GMC Sierra SLT Premium from Andrew Goss at Park Lane. From the first moment he got right down to business with us and gave us the bottom line as requested. He was professional and had most of the answers we needed. It was a smooth sale and the best aspect was that at night and on weekends he made himself available for text questions and answers as they came up. This was important as, being first time truck owners, we had questions about gear ratios, towing capacity, bells and whistles, etc and he was there to offer help. When spending $60k+, we very much appreciate sales folks who understand that isn’t chump change and that the best quality service should be given to any and all of those who are investing their hard earned money into their product. We are happy with our purchase and the service and word to the wise, ask about how to ensure your windows don’t go down on their own during a rainstorm lol. There’s a trick to that! Thanks Andrew and thanks GMC!
Great place
Fantastic experience again at Park Lane. Thank you Matt, Greg and Kelly for making everything seamless. Will return without hesitation.
All of the staff at Park Lane are super helpful. Dave was the salesman that walked us through the purchase of our 2018 Chevy spark. He made sure everything was clear and understandable before we signed any papers and walked us through all of the features in the car the day we picked it up. Definitely a great experience.
Great customer service.
Trucks
Horrible experience! I am actually extremely disappointed and wish I could just leave the car there and never return. I originally took the car in weeks ago because the car would not accelerate properly leaving me scared making any turns. They sent me away saying they couldn't find anything wrong. After two weeks I came back telling them that now it's worse they finally started fixing my car saying they would set me up with a loaner vehicle.. never happened.. I haven't had a vehicle in three days and their response well cutting me off trying to tell them this is very inconvenient is that it's not their problem they cannot do anything. I have never had such bad customer service in my life. I will never buy another Chev vehicle that is for sure!
Dealt with Andrew, fantastic salesman, understands car sales in 2018, no bs, not pushy, easy to deal with, super helpful and accommodating. Would absolutely deal with him again.
Excellent service, every question asked was answered. All around great experience.
Service department needs to realize it's 2018 and start treating women and men alike with the same respect. Bruno on the other hand was great !
Great experience, great car. A good deal for both me and Parklane. Thanks Andrew!
Great people at parts who are very knowledgeable and very kind ....not trying to soak you like most places :)
Carlos was fantastic to deal with and the dealership has been very helpful with the concerns we had.
Tracy from Finance and Andrew from Sales were both extremely helpful! I definitely recommend going to see them for your next purchase!
I came into get a KeyFob programed, which is a 10 minute job. I ended up sitting in their lobby waiting for over 2 hours. I will be taking my business else where.
Always courteous and honest in any dealings I have had over the years.
Friendly
I bought a 2015 Silverado from Andrew in March 2015 and six months later because of my total satisfaction with my first buy I went back to Andrew and bought a car from him. My second experience was just as good as my first.
Great salesman, understood what I wanted and was not pushy about a quick sale.
The salesman that helped my wife and I with our car choice was Andrew Goss , and he was very knowledgable and more than willing to answer any questions that we had. I think that Andrew went far beyond what we expected from a salesman, and we will definitely go to Andrew for our next car, when that day arrives. I don't appreciate busy, pushy know it all sales people and Andrew was none of the above. He was a pleasure to do bussiness with.
My experience at parklane was great the sales man Jim Dudley was very friendly and well spoken. Would definitely do business with him again. I got a car I am extremely happy I got!
I recently purchased a vehicle from Parklane. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially Greg Lefebvre. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new car to go to Parklane and ask for Greg. He made every effort to be as helpful as possible. That's all I wanted, the facts, no pushy overselling tactics. He's the best!! :)
