Rick, Steve, and the service team at Maple Hill went out of their way to accommodate my Volvo for service recently. I brought my vehicle in for unscheduled maintenance to address a warning light. While my vehicle was in the shop the team also completed the scheduled maintenance and updated the software to ensure that I wouldn’t need to return for my scheduled maintenance appointment in the calendar for a few weeks later. Thanks Maple Hill Volvo for accommodating my vehicle, and making my trip more efficient. I appreciate your service.

I recently brought my Volvo S60 in to Maple Hill for a routine service and inspection. Cassandra in service went above and beyond to get me and my Volvo taken care of! She was quick to respond, straight forward about what needed to be done and made it happen! It was truly a pleasure to work with her! I will be definitely be back!

I live in Portage. I've come here for service in the past and each experience has always been very frustrating. Mechanics and Sales staff are over stressed and tend to be short to the point of rudeness ("we know better, we're the experts, you're an idiot" mentality). I had to take my V50 to another company to replace the headliner after the exploratory work they did destroyed mine. I take my car to Grand Rapids (and even once to Ann Arbor) for service... such a huge hassle and headache to drive so far out of my way is all worth not having to deal with this company. They're the only Volvo dealer within a 60 minute drive so they don't have any competition forcing them to change (also means they get all the business in the area which is why they tend to be busy and stressed). I recommend taking your business elsewhere if you can or avoid buying a Volvo if you live in the area.
