This is the second car we have bought from Fox KIA/Hyundai. Fox is a totally class act! My experience buying the 2013 KIA Souls yesterday was the best experience I have ever had buying a car, and I have bought many in my 47years of driving. Angie Jack was a great first contact. Brian Blair awesome! He was the best car salesman I have ever had. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Those qualities are why I will not only spread the word about Fox KIA/Hyundai to friends and colleagues, but I will be referring them to Brian. We purchased a used vehicle for our daughter, eventually it needed some front service repairs, lower ball joints , stabilizer links replaced. . After doing so the vehicle still handled terrible , clunks. Took it to another shop and they found the sway bar links were installed incorrectly and were loose and damaged. The control arms were to worn out to hold the ball joints tight and should of been replaced at the same time. Basically paid for the same service twice. Met with the service manager personally and we dropped off the old replaced control arms. I talked with him on the phone a week later , he asked if he could call the other shop on my behalf and resolve the situation. Well that's been over 2 weeks ago, the other shop has not been contacted and I've left 2 messages with the Kia service manager but no reply or returned call.

As my first official experience I found it to be a bit of a life experience, there were ups and downs, happy moments and sad moments. Employees here are very friendly and courteous. I wish I could give them a higher rating but unfortunately the following happened to me. BUYER BEWARE!!! Certified vehicles with 100,000 mile warranty does not cover engine problems due to worn pistons even though the warranty states that the following is covered- "Engine block and cylinder heads and all internally lubricated parts including PISTONS, PISTON RINGS AND CYLINDER SLEEVES ETC...... This is very disappointing that they will not stand behind this. I will not be purchasing another KIA or anything from Fox again.... Ever.

Girlfriend needed a car when her late 90s van died and she has been very happy with her 2015 Hyundai, of which I'm quite impressed with since having the opportunity to drive it some. While getting her oil changed today and a flat tire checked out, I was directed to find the waiting room where there are cookies and Schuil Coffee available along with a popcorn machine. The building has a nice design for the floor, waiting room, and cashier desk. Very impressive.

I just purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra from Fox Kia yesterday and my experience was amazing. I was not in the best financial situation and Brent and Jeff worked diligently to find me financing and at a decent interest rate with no co signer! Have had 3 experiences with this dealership. The first was my purchase experience. Went in to buy a car. I had already done my research and knew a fair price. I asked them to quote me a fair price rather than me giving them my idea. Not a problem if they were close, everyone needs to make a profit. When they refused to work that way I left and bought from the other dealer in town although they are much further away. In fairness the sales manger who was absent that day called to apologize but I had already purchased my car. I called requesting service on my car and was told they were booked up for a week. Service consultant was not helpful at all and actually seemed rude I’m leaving on a long trip next week and cannot drive the car with the current error. I call the other dealer they said they would get me in today.. Disappointed be Fox is convenient for me

I have owned three Kias over the years with no issues. I just bought my 2019 Kia Sorento from Fox Kia in Grand Rapids. This dealership is fantastic! Told we we're "BAITED"! We came in to discuss the 8-month early lease turn-in that you can still find at the link below. The salesperson we spoke with "Coach" said it doesn't exist so he brought in his sales manager who knew nothing about the program. I asked why he felt it was on EVERY Fox dealer website and he said it was "bait". What a horrible way to attract business. We finished the conversation by giving them an opportunity to let us know what it would cost to turn in our lease for a new one. We never heard back.

They told me that they are giving me a new car with great price sounds like generous for end of year clearance thing and they said better than used car which I was gonna buy it. And the paper also shows it has 10 miles in it. And we did all the paper work and insurance and right before sign they told me it has 3000 miles in it. So I asked same car with different color which has less than 20 miles and they said it has different program in it so can't give same price. That means they already knew that . But still not bad miles than I was gonna buy but I feel like they try to deceive customer because they saw I don't know anything....... I waist all my time and inquires on my credit.

We just left the dealership on 28th st. We came to test drive a car. It was a Hyaundi and we arrived 20 minutes to close and came from Holland. Nick walked around looking for someone to show us the vehicle so we could test drive it. The guy told nick to come back on Monday if he wanted to test drive the vehicle. Not impressed. I was just beginning to do some research on purchasing a a Kia Sorrento. I started checking out dealer inventory on line. I saw what looked like a great car at Fox Motors in Grand Rapids Michigan which is 50 miles from where I live. I called the salesman and found out that the car was still available. I hustled down there, took a test drive and put a deposit down all within an hour of seeing the car. They also offered me a good deal on getting the car financed which was at a lower interest than my credit union could offer me. I looked at the car late on a Saturday afternoon and by 6 pm of the following Monday I was driving off with a beautiful KIA Sorrento at a great price.

As a former car dealer it may surprise you but I'm a huge fan of the Korean products. They are absolutely stunning. The build quality is way above most Asian cars KIA and Hyundai share engineering partners. UPDATE: After posting this review I was contacted by both the GM and the sales person I worked with when I purchased the vehicle and they remedied the situation. I ended up getting the roof-rack crossbars for the original quoted price and they waved the additional installation fee. I bumped the rating from 2 stars to 4 starts because of this follow up, but did not do a full 5 because of the situation itself. ---------------------- ORIGINAL REVIEW: I bought my 2016 Kia Sorento in March, and at the time was quoted a price by the sales person to put roof-rack crossbars on the vehicle (I still have the text from the salesperson with that quote). Because of the urgent need to get the car as soon as possible at purchase this could not be done and I planned to have it done at the first oil change. In preparation for having this happen at the first oil change I called Fox Kia TWO times over the course of a month to verify the price and ability to have these roof-rack crossbars put on my vehicle at the same time as an oil change (in a survey I was sent about my oil change experience I have the specific dates and times of when I made these phone calls and left a message). Both times I called I was transferred to Kia Service and left a voice mail because no one picked up. No one ever called me back to follow up with my question and to confirm the quote I was given when I purchased the car back in March. This past week I brought the car in for an oil change, which went well. However, upon asking about the roof-rack cross bars I was told that they would cost over TWICE what I was originally quoted by the sales person back in March when I bought the car. This was unacceptable and I question the overall customer service from not being called back upon my request to confirm the price on TWO occasions, to the quote being off and much more expensive then originally told. I want that original price I was quoted. Overall the purchasing of the vehicle and my oil change service was great, but this has been a very bad experience in regards to the roof-rack crossbars, and this alone will question whether I recommend Fox as a dealer to others and continue to use Fox as my service provider for the vehicle.

Went in for an oil change yesterday and when I left I thought my brakes felt a little soft, but wasn't convinced that there was a problem. This morning I have brake fluid all over the floor of my garage. I have had quite a bit of work done to my Sorento at this dealership. I've always found the staff to be pleasant, but getting a call back in a timely fashion just doesn't seem to happen. They have had to do quite a few repairs to the vehicle under recalls and warranty. Most recently I had the motor replaced in my Sorento because it was burning a lot of oil every 1,000 miles. It took 6 weeks to replace the engine because of a part backlog. My power steering light started flashing and I thought that maybe it was a loose wire from the engine being taken out. They were kind enough to diagnose that it was low voltage coming from the alternator causing the issue. Kia will not warranty the part because they don't see how replacing the engine could have caused the issue. I'm sorry, but removing any part can cause issues. It could have been dropped, something spilled on it, condensation from sitting for 6 weeks during extremely rainy times, or even installed incorrectly. So in summary - I would only take my vehicle here for warranty work. The staff is friendly and I have no problems with them.

Went in to Fox Kia on a Saturday. We knew we wanted a Sedona and wanted to see what Fox could offer. We met with James and he was fantastic. We let him know what we were looking for as far as payments go on two vehicles. He was honest with us and let us know that we'd have to look at leasing or purchasing two used to get to that amount on two vehicles. Was happy with are sales man jb great guy honest straight forward and very personable was from the hyndie side covering for someone when we purchased a 2018 Kia Sorrento north shore custom interior really nice vehicle but I really wished we had turned on the stereo but the battery was dead as me and my wife are big into music you would think a car with a custom interior with DVD players in the headrest would have big sound but not the case the sound really sucks! Distorts bad just sounds horrible and considering we talked with the finance guy who designed the interior of are car and his exact words were the stereo rocks when it was the exact opposite of that

We worked with Matt, who I’d been talking to off and on for several weeks about the cars we were interested in. He was super nice, answered all of our questions, and even stayed late for us since he knew we were coming from out of town and it was going to take us a few hours to get there. He and his manager are the least pushy sales people I’ve ever met, which really made the whole experience a lot less stressful and much easier on us. I went in last week wanting to get a good deal on a newer used vehicle, but wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted. I just knew that I had a lot of questions, a trade in with negative equity and a budget to stay under. Vic was very patient with me. He allowed me to test drive many vehicles. I was almost positive I found the right vehicle, but I left the first day without the car and a goal to research more. I went to other dealerships and drove other cars. Almost got swindled at one place and after spending hours trying to be locked into a deal I didn’t want at another dealership, I realized I should have followed my gut and never left Fox in GR. After dealing with different salesman elsewhere, I texted Vic (who remained pressureless through the whole ordeal) and went back to Fox. They still had the 2015 Sonata that I loved and Vic was waiting with open arms and a great deal. I am a customer for life and I did the research. I tested the waters elsewhere and in my experience, buying a car is always stressful. It is a big commitment and often times, a financial burden. I called and they told me that the parts were on the truck headed here, yesterday. Never showed. I called and they told me they won't be in until next week. We are sold on this dealership due to it's excellent customer service be it in the Sales Department or the Service Department. We have always been treated like "the only customer"! John Farmer (Sales Mgr.) has always made our car shopping experience the best. We have been purchasing cars for over 50 years and this is the only place we have dealt with that hasn't been stressful and we didn't have to put up with the usual run around on prices, etc. Everyone from Sales Mgr., sales people, cashiers, etc. are friendly and helpful. We were in yesterday to have a small accessory item installed. We dealt with Matt Zimmer in the Parts Dept (also was a sales person at the time we bought our 2007 Kia) We called him Monday to have him order the part. It came in Thursday and it was installed that same day. Matt has always been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have never been a fan of dealerships in the past, but this one is "tops" in our book.

Bought a vehicle here and I will say that that experience was pleasant. Salesman was friendly and worked well with us to make sure we had the car we needed at the price we could afford, which is why they got the 2nd star in the rating. The Kia/Hyundai service department is another story... Every time we've come back as loyal customers, the department is in utter chaos. They say they offer a no schedule/drive up oil service, but for some reason they can never get you in and always seemed to be extremely backed up. Prepare for a 2 hour wait for an oil change if you decide to stick it out. The excuse is always the same, "we only have 1 tech working today... or right now..." They always seem to be under staffed during peak hours when people are able to bring their cars in for work. You can't call to make an appointment for this service either and if you try, they'll tell you to just come in when ever. It's hard to stay loyal to a company who won't commit to customer service. At least there is coffee, popcorn, and wifi while you wait!

Within a few days of purchasing my last car, I discovered the car needed an expensive engine repair from a faulty part that was not detected during the test drive. They refused to cover it under their own warranty. Also, the battery was dead the day I took possession and it needed to be replaced immediately. Again, at my own expense. I pointed out both of these issues to them and got no where. I will not be going back.

Terrible service. We ordered a key and waited to be called with no call back and had to call to find out it was in weeks already. We scheduled recall maintenance on our car and received email reminders of appointments up until the night before. We were called 10 minutes before our appointment time (we were in the lot already) to be told the part was not there. If you want to waste your time, use their service department. We only use Kia service for things that our local mechanic cannot do.
