I had a coupon for a 24.95 oil change. My appointment was at 9:30am. The oil change ended up costing 69.99. They suggested I fix a small bulb and get new windshield wipers. I waited and waited with no information. When it was almost noon I asked what was taking so long and found out they did not have the wipers I needed. (It took almost an hour to put in the bulb?) I have never had such poor service there before and still don’t understand why my coupon wasn’t honored!

Jon was able to show me the differences between the models and relate it to what I was looking for. When we went out for a test drive it was very clear he knew what he was talking about because the vehicle's performance lined up with his statements. Great experience with my 40K Checkup on my 2016 XC90. Chris and Steve in Service were really exceptional...keeping me informed of the status of the work and anything else I needed to know. Also had 4 new tires put in and they honored multiple competitive coupons which was great. Happy to have purchased at Wellesley Volvo and to do my service there. The visit ended up leading to us trading in the 2016 XC90 for a new 2019. We worked directly with Sam and agreed upon a good trade-in value and other value-added items to make the overall deal work and walk out the door with a new car and much lower payments.

So slow and unprofessional.I bought my car on Monday,first they told me car has gasket issue,that will take an hour,then they told me it will take a day,next day I called 3-4 times,then they told me they just got part, they will call me on Wednesday,now it is Wednesday and they left me voicemail car needs some other parts and that will take one more day.Car stayed in dealership more than 60 days,they didn't check car.They have to fix all problems before customer visit.But they didn't do it.I think I will change my mind.Because my Volvo xc90 has only 25000 miles,but car already has a lot of problems.The car will be headache in future.Now they transfer my calls each other.

I have an older model XC70 with some sensor and system issues, and which had not been seen by a Volvo dealer in some time. Celeste and her team recommended a number of fixes after about 36 hours, which I’m sure that she and her team would have been great to fix. I chose not to have them perform the work due to the price versus the value of the car, but Celeste was very understanding to let me simply take the car back.

Had a fantastic experience, honestly I couldn't be happier with how the whole process went from beginning to end. Jon and Sam were great, very nice, knowledgeable, easy going, and straightforward which I very much appreciate...especially when making an investment into a car. Jon was fantastic! Upbeat from the getgo. He listened, understood what I was interested in and focused on telling me about those items. He didn't push needless high cost features (which would have turned me away) or try and upsell me. He had an answer at the ready for every one of the questions I could have thought of regarding the car, from safety to child accessories to engine specs to storage space Etc. He also hung out and chatted as all the final docs were prepped, which was awesome b/c I've seen other dealers drop you as soon as you sign. Sam joined us to speak about pricing and options, which normally can be stressful, it wasn't at all in this case. Instead of all the traditional back and forth, getting up and coming back with another deal, we spoke directly about what we each could and couldn't do. The conversation was productive (a word I normally wouldn't use when purchasing a car), and it didn't take long for him to find a way that worked for us both. It was not a typical car dealership experience, in the best way. I was referred to Volvo of Wellesley from a friend, and will, without a doubt, recommend them to others. Thanks!!

I had a terrible and disappointing service experience. First, a part needed to be ordered. I never heard from this dealership and when I called months later, i was informed that the part had been there for a long time and that they "were planning to call me". Second, I was told it would be a 1-1.5 hour service. It took 2 hours and 15 minutes. Third, on my drive home I could not open my gas door because my car had been put into "valet mode". I called the dealership for help but they forced me to drive back because nobody could help me over the phone. It turned out that a simple maneuver with the key fob was all that was needed. In all, I spent nearly 3 hours of my day dealing with this disorganized and inefficient dealership. Do better for your customers!!

I had a good experience. There seemed to be less pressure to buy than at larger dealerships on Route 1. The team on the floor really seemed like a team, and everyone was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I found the car that I wanted from an online search, but when I walked through the lot, I saw that they have a surprisingly good selection, both used and new. Their prices are reasonable (I did research) and I think they stand behind their cars for reputation’s sake. Far, far better than the side-of-the road small places, and I liked it better than the huge big-name places, although I’ve had good service at the larger Bernardi down the road. I’d send people there.

While I've had some trouble with my car and have been in for service several times, I've been very impressed with Paulo's help and assistance. He's clear, communicative, and regularly reached out to me to let me know the status of the repair. They've been very good about acknowledging when the failure of the car is something Volvo should repair, and they have a set of nice, mostly Volvo, rental cars to put you in for as long as it takes to get the car repaired.

Hi, The experience with Josh and Kevin was fantastic. They were both super nice and extremely responsive. The car itself has been a bad experience. The first day of having my new car I was noticing a lot of ants both inside and outside of the car. I thought it was just a one day thing, but it went on. When I say a lot, I was killing over 20 ants each day. I have no idea what is happening and I have been trying to get rid of them, but doesn’t matter what I do the ants are still here. I tried googling for ideas and I also emailed Josh to see if he knew anything about it a few days later. Now couple weeks into my new car the check engine light is on and I’ve read online that if you see lots of ants inside and outside of your car it could mean ants has been leaving in your car potentially a colony in the engine. Now my 4 year old son is extremely afraid of being in the car because the ants would fall and crawl on him. This new purchase has been extremely disappointing, because we should be enjoying the car but instead we are afraid of getting into the car. As unhappy as I am with my new car, I still gave a 5 stars because the people were great. I hope that Volvo would be able to do something for me to make this right.

I received several alarms calling for Service in my car. When I arrived, I found out that it wasn’t time for service yet but there was a small fix that needed to be made, so I left my car. Original estimate was that service would take 1h15min. After almost 2 hrs waiting, I came out and saw my car - ready - on the waiting area. I don’t know for how long it was there but clearly there was not enough respect for my time to leave me waiting after such a big delay already.

Every time I go in for service it’s terrible. 1st time - they hit my car with shop broom and needed to repair dent. 2nd time they left my hood latch undone and my hood flew up in my face on the highway. 3rd time when they were doing my inspection ,somehow electrical panel shorted and I had no a/c .. had to have codes reset. Today I just spent 1,400$ and I asked for a complementary wash and vacuum - when I picked up my car -it wasn’t done . I asked why not and was rudely told “ we don’t do that” then got hung up on. I’m going elsewhere.. I can spend 50,000$ somewhere else and get bad service.. at least another place might actually have their lot paved.. total joke at this point

Excellent. Much better experience than at other luxury brands dealerships. Fast and professional. Negotiation of the price was very easy, without all that " sales tricks" that customers dislike so much when they are buying a car. I got an excellent price for an excellent car, and by the way the combination of the model, color and the package that I wanted turned to be pretty rare. So rare that I eventually received the only available car like this that Wellesley dealership found for me at other dealership and exchanged for one of their cars. Normally I would have to wait 3-4 months to get such a car, at Wellesley I had to wait only 2 days!
