They will say anything to get you into the dealership. I'm not one to fall for a dime down and I have a checkered credit past, but they refused to help and didn't even run credit after explaining. Went somewhere else and got approved. I'm frustrated they even told me to come down because I told them the same thing over the phone and swore up and down they could help. Ah well, my fault for being optimistic knowing their famous commercials are not for most people.

I have to say my expectations were very low when went to Kia auto mall to see what my options were. Due to some bad credit issues I was already hesitant. That turned into hope the minute I was approached by a salesman by the name of Vincent. He was very attentive to both our wants and needs and never once made us feel less than because of our credit. Not only was the sales process amazing but when we were brought into finance I was blown away by how fast, honest and EXTREMELY organized Rob Collins (finance manager) was. He explained to us in detail what our loan consisted of and what to expect. All in all this was one of the BEST car buying experiences we have ever had. Thank you so much Vincent and Robert!

I asked them and told them my situation told me I'm all set for a loan blah blah get there didn't even look at a single car I bring home over 400 a week didn't matter I need a cosigner this place is a lie. We were Greeted and helped promptly, very friendly staff. I felt as tho they were very transparent with everything. Prices are great compared to other dealers with same kind of inventory. They are rude, they’ll give you 500 for a trade in blue booked at 4500, they’re radio ad is just to get you in the door. When you question them about the ad the manager said “It’s like a coupon when you shop at Walmart” would not recommend. Also, pretty sure the other reviews are written by employees

Our day started with our car completely breaking down we got to towed kia auto mall and Vinny Immediately greeted us. we explained our situation. we need a new car and we had to get it all done for our son got out of daycare. To put this into further perspective we just moved to Providence from Virginia so we had out of state tags out of state licenses that we had to figure out how to get all squared away before the end of the day. To make a long story short they worked with us through every curve ball, every issue we have we ended up leaving in a 2019 kis sportage with a great payment we never felt as though we couldn't do or were looked down on or anything that I've dealt with with other dealerships as my husband and I both work construction so we tend to like little scrubby and today was our day off so we looked scrubby anyway but everybody there from Vinnie to Robert were absolutely amazing courteous and professional. Oh and we were in and out in 2 hrs. We are absolutely going to be customers for life.
Do NOT go here if you have bad credit. They say they can guarantee you credit approval but they are SCAMMERS. They ran my credit through the online, then when I came in they had me sign a paper credit form and said “we won’t run your credit again it’s just so we have an actual copy” well they are f***ing liars. They ran it 8 more times for each individual bank. My credit has gone down another 65 points. I hate these people.
If you are in a hurry Carla is your girl! Walked in on a Thursday with only 2 hours to spare. Carla was amazing! She was extremely knowledgeable and her customer service was a 10/10! I left within two hours with brand new car! I will definitely be seeing her for my future purchases!

I needed to have tire pressures checked. Though I'm not a KIA owner, they graciously corrected the low pressures in the tires of my Hyundai Tucson. The service department staff was very friendly and serviced my vehicle at no charge. This proved to me that Rte 6 Auto Mall Kia will be a great place to purchase my next car.

Just got home from picking up my brand new 2019 Kia Sportage! SUPER EXCITED! We had Dean Morrissette as our sales associate. We had never purchased a car before, and were a bit nervous. But, Dean happily explained everything to us and made it so simple and easy to understand. From start to finish, Dean made our experience very enjoyable. He was honest and straight forward with us from the moment we met. He was very accommodating to us since we live on Martha's Vineyard and had to travel so much in order to pick up our vehicle a few days later. He made sure that the vehicle was ready for us when we arrived. It was so clean and shiny! He also went over the vehicle with us from front to back and answered any and all questions we had before we drove away. So my SO and I went to Route 6 Auto Mall Kia for the first time on 7/12/18. We were looking to trade our Jeep and get into something newer. Carla was our sales representative. She was AMAZING throughout the entire process. She is nice, patient, helpful and more. She helped us and was able to get me into a new 2018 Kia Forte. Even after getting the car she continues to keep in touch, checking how things are going and answers any questions we still have. We will go to her for anything that is need while we still have the Kia and will go back to her in the future if we decide to trade this car in for something newer . Thank you Carla!!
When I first pulled up to Route 6 Automall Kia, Syed was the first to greet me. He was super friendly, helpful, and knew what he was talking about. Staffed with rude liars always looking to screw the customers that walk through their doors. Many horror stories I could share here. There are plenty of other KIA dealerships in the area.... go to those instead!
If I could give a zero star rating I would. 4 hours we sat there after being told we were appoved, they just left us sitting at a desk without checking in with us or letting us know why things were taking so long! We kept having go to the salesman asking what's going on. I would NEVER recommend this place. Their ads are all lies. There is no guarantee approval with job verification. BS

I couldn’t believe how rude the sales associate was! I don’t care if you have gold star credit or low credit every person should be treated with respect . The moment we walked in Joseph Gomes was extremely rude , when I asked to speak with Heidi , with whom I had been corresponding , instead of explaining she handled calls and true car leads etc he said he would get her , then proceeded to ask questions I had already answered . When I reiterated that I would like to continue with her then he told me she didn’t handle theses things . He was condescending and not the least bit professional . After supposedly running our credit he came back and told us there was nothing he could do for us ... hmmmm a month ago empire Hyundai offered us a loan for a brand car loan with no down payment , which we decided against due to the payment amount , but now with a co-signer they couldn’t help us . I’m my opinion he didn’t run the credit because his co- worker over heard us discussing his rude and unprofessional behavior . After leaving there we went to a different dealership where we did purchase a car . He stated he has been doing this for 12 years , well good luck to him because I can’t understand who would buy from him or recommend doing business with someone who treated anyone the way he treated us.
Horrible. I walked in with my father on Saturday to purchase a new car. While we sat there the salesman only talked about himself. He may have asked us 2 questions which turned into him telling us about his adopted dog and how he knows a race car driver. I am not impressed at all by this. If your job is to actually sell a car maybe you should stop talking about yourself. My father and myself ended up disliking this salesman so much that we walked out. I went to a dealership in Warwick and purchased a new car.

I’m kind of disappointed in this place. I went there to try and buy a truck, but apparently I did not get the truck for various reasons. I was working with a man that goes by the name Gary. I have since tried to call Gary several times to find out what was going on with the buy or maybe find out if there were more options available. Gary has never returned my calls Despite telling me he would get back to me. I was going to take my wife there to look at another car as well but I think I will take my business elsewhere. In & out in less than an hour. Had $ down and a trade in. All of the dime down BS & guaranteed approval and the 1st thing I was asked was how much I could put down. Immediately tried to put me in a used VW, never even looked at my paystubs or proof of address. I left with not even a business card and was told I would get a call "after the banks were open so they could figure the #s out". Never recieved a call back, I do however keep recieving letters from the finance department for a "Michael Mendoza" since they apparantly could not even bother getting my name right that I wrote ON THE APPLICATION
My parents did not speak English & knew nothing about purchasing a car got helped here & they tried to make a COUPLE thousands towards their pocket on that 1 sale. After I got involved they were not hearing anything I was saying so I had to bring someone i knew in the car finance business to get involved & all they were giving us was the run around. Came to the store not once, not twice, but 5 times in 1 week JUST to get everything situated, made an appointment with finance & he never showed up... called everyday "sorry GM is not here" I came in the 4th day, brought the car & the handed them the keys & I never seen them run so fast to fix the situation. Finally after they fixed the problem they told us "first payment is payed so your next payment isn't till 2 months" WRONG everyday kia motors was calling for missing first payment & late penalties to find out they out the LAST month payment was payed not the first month. & they did not even bother showing my parents how the car works or how the features work I had to bring it back & complain to the GM. SMFH will never let myself or my parents or anyone come buy a car from them ever again. They only care about screwing people over & making money
I submitted a credit inquiry with Route 6 Kia. I spoke to Heidi and which she stated she would submit my credit application to her finance guy. Fast forward about 2 days. I did not receive a call back but I had to call Heidi twice (on two different occasions.) Heidi advised of incorrect information. I was later advised my application was not fully ran. After 10 minutes of calling Heidi and being advised that they couldn't do anything for me, I received a call from Mastria Kia. Mastria Kia went above and beyond!! Mastria got me into my new car and I could not be more pleased with my interaction with Mastria.
Dean helped me get in my first ever SUV tonight. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely had my best interest in mind. There was a hiccup in the deal that was my fault, so Dean exhausted his resources to make things work. These guys are next level if you're a reasonable and patient car shopper. From the time I walked in until the time I signed the paperwork, Dean was very professional, courteous, and patient. I went in knowing what I wanted and Dean worked with me to get the best deal possible. I shopped around at a few other places, and this dealership had the best deals by far. I have dealt with other dealerships in the area, and Route 6 Auto Mall Kia is amazing! From the owners, to the sales consultants..... this place is the BEST!
The worse customer service I have ever dealt with make sure you double check your paperwork when you sign it dooo not trust that they are honest people cause they are not and make sure you get your paperwork at the time you pick up your vehicle do not them mail it to you i was charged extra 2600 more then the agreed upon price do not by here .

Mike, the current service manager at Route 6 Automall KIA is TERRIBLE!! Things were far better last year when the two ladies ran the show. I wait much longer, no one returns my phone calls, and my car was not done correctly, not once, not twice, THREE times. My car wasn't done when promised, and I ended up having to pay more than anticipated and QUOTED. UGH! Whatever. I will not go here unless there is a new service manager. They lost my business, we have 4 cars from them. This place needs changes.

After my Kia Sportage recently got totaled I knew I had to go back to Route 6 to purchase another one! I was lucky enough to work with Lucas & Ricardo this time around, and I was yet again impressed. I told them what price point I needed to be at and what features I wanted in a new car. I was very hesitant to lease a car but after they spent the time to talk to me (like I was a human and not just a paycheck!!) they explained how the leasing process works and how I can make it work for me and my lifestyle. Very happy to say I walked out leasing a 2020 Sportage. The staff is kind, understanding, and very willing to help. I will continue to visit them for my car purchasing needs!

I usually don’t do these thing, but after todays experience I felt I needed to do this. I feel these 5 star ratings are about as fake as you can get. It’s even past the Trump “fake news”, that’s how fake they are. Anyways.... So before today, I’ve heard their horrendous commercials in the radio(They are bad) it made me homicidal when they came on. The one thing that caught my ear through the nonsense, was that “If you make more than 350 a week you will be approved.... It’s a crime to pay more than a dime. We finance to fit all credit.” So, I decided to give it a shot of a vehicle. I went online Tuesday, to see if I was pre-approved. Within a few minutes my phone rang and I was told they ran my credit and was approved to be able to get a vehicle. I set up to talk to the woman I was talking to in the phone(sorry I don’t like using names). I was excited, due to the fact I need a new vehicle. The days came and went, to Thursday the day of a possible new vehicle. I pulled into the dealership and there was no customer parking or anything marked for parking, besides handicap parking(no complaints there it’s truly needed). So we found parking in some back forty parking area. As we were walking in there were two salespeople outside talking and one was smoking right by where everyone walks in(I get it people who smoke need one, but right where your customer walk in.... C’MON MAN!!). The non smoking salesperson opened up the door(why I gave 1 star), but didn’t give a greeting. The smoking salesperson put out is cigarette in annoyance because we were walking in and interrupt him. With the door open, my fiancée and I were walking in, he blew his cloud of cancer smoke in our path(not saying it was intentional, but there were so many other directions he could go. We were then asked what we were there for. We told the salesman we were there to meet with the woman we talked to on the phone. He said “Ok. Sit right here and I will go get her.” So we sat and he left. A moment later he came back sat down(no woman, thanks for coming in or handshake)with paper work and asked what we were looking for etc.(usual car stuff). He proceeded to give us a credit check form to fill out. I said the woman did it aleady. Nope this is a hard check for the banks. As my fiancée and I were filling it out, he was clicking his pen, due to the fact we were taking “too long”. While we were filling out the paperwork, the salesman was talking to another salesman and trash talking the client of the other salesman(I felt it was very unprofessional. What would he say after we left.) After filling the paperwork out, he left. 45 mins later he came back and said “I have good news and maybe some bad. Well potentially bad, but it’s how we look at it.”(hmm ok?) He said “Good thing you are approved, but the payments will be 360 a month.” (Wait.... what??!! Didn’t their commercial and website say if you make 350 or more a week, they can finance a deal to fit any credit no matter what it is??). He said he could run it through other banks, but didn’t want to “waste our time”(ie meaning his time). I said no we are all set. He said “Ok. Good luck.” We got up from the desk and he just sat there(no thank you, have a good day or handshake again. Like because we didn’t buy anything, curtesy and extra movement wasn’t meant for us). We left and headed to my fiancées car. When we approached it there were cars blocking us in that the detailers moved for end of the night. We asked if someone could please move them so we could back out. Everyone looked at us like they didn’t speak any english(nothing against people like that). After 5 mins and my fiancée honking the horn someone came out to move the cars. Then realized he didn’t grab the keys. Well another 15 mins went by the cars were finally moved and we got out. With the look of disgust from the detailers they never said sorry about that or anything. All in all my experience was horrible there and I will tell everyone I know never to go here for a vehicle. Sorry this was so long, but I had to Get everything out.

My fiance and i went there yesterday just to see if we could get approved on the credit amnesty program. Gary, our salesman, was completely AMAZING!!!! Not only did he listen to what we were looking for he wasn't pushy at all. We ended up leaving with a 2019 and a 2012 spotage!!! If you want a dealership that DOES NOT follow through on important things like registering the car timely, DOES NOT return phone calls, DOES NOT honor statements that are made at the time of negotiation, then choose Kia Auto Mall Swansea. If you choose Kia Swansea and they tell you that you don't have to worry about the first month's payment, ask them specifically what that means and get it in writing. If they promise you free oil changes, get it in writing before you drive off the lot. The non-existence of any customer service and/or follow up after you drive off the lot is an understatement.
I am not a fan of Car Dealerships. However, When I walked into Rte 6 Kia, I was treated extremely well. .I was not attacked or harassed, nor was I pushed into a vehicle I could not afford nor wanted. I worked with Dean Morrissette. He asked what I was looking for in a vehicle. I gave him all my requirements and was immediately shown a vehicle. In a matter of 15 minutes, that's right fifteen minutes!! I was approved and done. I picked my car up the next day after work and could not be happier! I have purchased a few vehicles from different dealerships in the past and not one was this accommodating and fast. I was not it with any gimmicks or BS. What was on paper, was exactly what I was told. I highly recommend this dealership and especially DEAN!!! Hope Thibault

I started the car buying experience while being sick. I showed and had little interest in hearing anything my salesman had to say. Bryan was professional and handled my cranky and rude attitude. I was sick and and should have waited to go car shopping, however I needed a new car. Bryan remained friendly and helpful the entire time. When I went into the financing office with Rob, I had been working all day and was irritable with him as well, he worked the numbers and was able to get me financed at with a lower car payment then I had anticipated. My overall experience was excellent no thanks to me. Even though I was sick and a horrible customer, Bryan and Rob remained friendly, smiling, respectful and helpful at all times. Thank you for dealing with me, I guess what they say is true, men are horrible when they are sick. Thank you again, I am very happy with my new car.
I needed to get my mother in a lease that was reasonable for her budget. I went to Tasca Ford in Cranston and then to Bald Hill Kia in warwick. Both said zero down but it was a sham as usual Bald Hill Kia being the absolute worst. I then worked with Julie and Gary and had the complete opposite experience. They met our monthly payment requirements with Zero down! We drove off in a brand new Kia Forte. Thanks Julie and Gary.
First off, the annoying commercials even play in the dealership! Second, the salesman I got didn’t like to listen to what I wanted and tried pushing other things on me. It took me about 15 mins of saying I wanted a specific car to actually get him to acknowledge it. After being told about a new car, I asked if we could go see it, seeing as I’ve only seen the year prior model. He assured me there was no change to the cars and no need to see it and waved me out of the door because of my unsure desires to actually get the car. Horrible never going back. Only reason I gave 2 stars is I was seated and spoken to immediately.
They got me approved for a second carloan with a better rate then my first car loan ! I still can't believe I got approved ! Everyone else said no and I figured I would give these guys a try. It was the commercial on the radio that got me in the door but the guys that put in the work got me out the door with my a new car ! I love my new car it's far more then I expected and it's a base model. I test drove an automatic but wanted a standard and didn't even know that it would be a 6sp ! That's awesome ! I'm looking forward to seeing what Kia is going to do in the future.

I got my hopes up tryingvtwo new cars, then was told numbers wouldn't work. Was honest that I already had a good car even if 10 years old.
I thought was going to a positive review and 5 stars BUT after a good (but typical) shopping experience, I purchase a used car, get it financed, and get ready to drive off happy THEN they hand me ONLY 1 KEY. Now these are those smart keys that cost $500 to replace. Never was this disclosed before purchase. I don't think expecting two keys is unreasonable. When I complained, thinking they would make this right (which would still get them back to 4/5 stars)... the best they would do was 15 percent off the replacement. Unacceptable!
Great service here at Route 6 Auto Mall Kia. I went in for a oil change and decided to check into an early lease termination. Dean Morresette helped us right away. My boyfriend Anthony Noronha recommended Route 6 Auto Mall Kia, since he has bought cars from here and he told Dean what I needed. Dean made sure I got all my needs met and came right around the corner with what I was looking for a red 2019 Kia Sportage. Test drove it and that was it. Dean didn't make me feel pressured into getting my new car, instead he just made me feel like I deserved what I work hard for. I know I made a good choice, because I can't stop looking at my car every time I park it. Dean is a great asset to Route 6 Auto Mall Kia. I will definitely see Dean again in 3 years or maybe even earlier for another early lease termination. Also, I can't leave out Robert Collins who assisted us with the financial part of leasing the car. I couldn't believe how quick he had me out of there. brought my vehicle in for a detailing and oil change. My car had paint in the back that I told them.aboutnin advance. in hope's they could possibly get some or all of it out. they called me about it and I told them I knew it was there and whatever they can get out I'll appreciate. when I picked the car up they said they couldn't get it all out, but that they blended it in. They spray painted over the paint they couldnt get out! I was never contacted and asked if this was ok! it was never authorized by me. So now I have black paint on my floor, the bottom of the third row seating, and the back of the third row seating. my car smells awful even after trying to air it out. I contacted Dan, who I finally reached after 4 days of leaving messages and him not returning my call. Dan is the service manager who couldn't have cared any less, he informed me he new nothing about the issue and was sort staffed right now. He didn't think it was a big deal but said he understood I was upset. he had no solution for me except the smell will go away in a day or 2. he could blow a fan through it but that was about it. He told me the use a 3rd party company for the detailing, which I have found out since then is not true. So now my car has even more paint than it did before and still smells! I am so disappointed in how this was handled and that I was made to feel like I was upset for no reason. Why would anyone think it's ok to spray paint the inside of someone's car! especially after they brought it In in Hope's to get paint out of it!!!

A quick, easy sale on a Brownstone Kia Soul +. All I had to do myself was the inspection sticker because I'd forgotten to bring the title on my trade-in. They were supposed to refund my inspection sticker expense but never did (I emailed them the receipt a week ago), however $35 isn't the end of the world. I bought the 10 year/100,000 bumper to bumper; I hope they honor it should I ever require work done! That's the most I can say at this point.
My husband and I are retired and had an appointment to drive a new car which was advertised on the dealership website today. After driving one hour to the Kia dealership we’re were told by the salesperson that the car was sold and because of this we could not even test drive it—but the salesperson could “get us another one just like it.” The salesperson also called us “rude” when we were unhappy about the false advertising. We had confirmed with Alyssa today, hours before our arrival that the car was still available, and guess what, it’s still listed for sale on the dealership web site. We will not do business with these folks and neither should you.

We communicated via text with a sales associate to drive to their dealership to look at a specific vehicle, only to be told when we arrived, that the vehicle was not available. What was the point of our appointment? Left feeling very frustrated. We took our business elsewhere because if you can't get the smaller details of your business right, what makes me think you'll be more accountable in getting the bigger things correct.

This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Nick was professional and courteous and kept Me well informed of the status of my loan application. It was Black Friday so the dealership was quite busy and the wait was longer then I’ve experienced before but i was expecting and did not mind the wait. All in all I spent almost 4 hours here and left later that afternoon in my brand new 2017 Kia Forte. After 4 hours of watching all the Sales Professionals interactions with other customers and between themselves I can promise you anyone who is writing a negative review about their interaction with the GM or any of The Sales Professionals simply demanded things from the dealership they couldn’t do and aren’t used to hearing the word “no”. After all this is a car dealership, not Walmart. Anyway I Would definitely recommend anyone in the market for a new or Used Vehicle to stop by and talk to Nick, you won’t leave disappointed.
Course im one of the few to fall victim to there ads false advertisement. Called in and asked about the "make $350 a week and pay a dime down gimmick". They said its only for bad credit...ok check...have to make 350 a week...ok check make 700 a week....and last have a dime down...ok i have 2k down... go down waste my time for an hour and a half then get told well do to you having a credit score of 585 i need 60% down! Be it safe to say i called em pieces of s*** went down the street and bought a subaru

We were looking to trade my Corolla in after 2 years financing with a terribly high interest rate. We called ahead to see what our options were, and were told someone would be waiting for us. Dean greeted us the minute we pulled up, and was extremely accommodating throughout the entire process. He got us into a lease on a brand new Kia Sorrento which we absolutely love! I was driving on 195 and a passing truck coated my windshield and car with black oils. I couldn't see but through a nickel size spot. I managed to get off the highway. Lucky for me I saw Kia. Pulled in. Immediately the staff came to my aid. I was trembling. I was so shaken up. Julie got me water. And the service manager took my car and had the oil cleaned off. Can't say enough about their kids to me. It was a stressful experience. But once they got my car cleaned I was escorted to the door and wished a safe trip. Now how is that for customer service???? No they didn't have to help me. No they didn't have to be nice. But they were. Thank you Kia. The staff went way above what anyone could ask for. Thanks to all who helped me continue on my way.
Omg these guys are the truth! I had a vehicle that was score of less than what I school code on it and everywhere else that I went was telling me that I had to put down so much for a down payment to cover the difference in the pay off, but these guys made it work out for me! Lucas got me the application, Andrea got me the appointment, and Vincent is the man who got me the deal!! They made an extremely stressful situation painless! Great team, cannot thank them enough!!
I've been to a lot of car dealerships in my life and they're all full of lying rats that couldn't give two shots about you or your car after the paperwork is signed, but not this place. The best testimony I can give you is this: the night I closed on my new Sorento, I saw this guy in a nice suit mopping the floor carefully while everyone else was doing their jobs. I later found out that guy was the owner of the dealership. Great leadership inspires great employees, so I'll leave that right there for you to process. Almost two years later and they still stand behind their car and their sale. I will never use another dealer. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Her voice makes my ears bleed. It comes on and I instantly turn the radio dial to whatever comes on, because the annoying sound of static is a soothing antidote to the piercing tretchory that is her voice. I’m going out of my way to tell you how awful the commercials are, and I can not possibly be alone in this, so for the love of God and all things holy Please stop.

Bought a used truck from here. Love the truck and got a decent price on financing, not what I wanted unfortunately. But since the first day I got the truck the ac doesn’t hold a charge and blows out warm air. This will be the second time I have to go back and get the vehicle repaired. Something that should have been checked and done before selling me the vehicle. Huge inconvenience and waste of my time to have to keep going back. All in all, I had a good experience here besides the issues with the used truck I purchased.

I wish I could give this place no stars. They are horrible I called earlier in the day for a particular car they told me to give them the vin number on the website and called me and assured me the car was there. I then found a sitter for my 5 month old and took my 3 year old with me and drove up there to be told the second we sat down they don't have the car and that car was a demo which wasn't even available to look at because the manager was driving the car. I stated this was horrible to do to people to tell them a car is there to make them come in so they can try to sell you another car bad business and false advertising !! I then was told "well providence isn't far at least you didn't drive from Connecticut". The sales person was cocky and rude I have never been treated that way before when I left I received two phone calls I answered and they continued to lie saying I wasn't even suppose to be there at the time that I went and I have the proof from a text at the time that i was suppose to be there was the correct time I was there.. and then they said that the car was gonna be back for me to look AT. Bottom line i wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place.. Horrible
Everyone is very professional. My salesperson is Vinny St.Angelo.He is not at all pushy or high pressure . He got me a really good deal on a Kia Soul. The show room is spotless and so is the service department.
Buying my new kia sedona was awesome sales was great but 6300 miles later I made my 1st service appointment and had great expectations but were quickly removed upon arrival arrows I. To drive line but cars were facing other way so I waited a min out of o one came out so I parked and walked in to driveline not sure where to go instead of 2 employees taking initiative to greet me I had to ask where to go upon entering service area another customer walks in 1 guy at a desk then low and behold after a few min of waiting they customer who walks in AFTER ME GETS SERVED 1ST AND IM STILL WAITING then the guy at 1st desks sees me still there and stops to help me ( why he didnt do this 5 min earlier is beyond me) so van goes in so I had a snack and a smoke it was ok and 3 customers in waiting area he calls last name and as I say here he walks over to another customer gives her my receipt and keys I spoke those are mine he assumed a girls name was a girl he was wrong as I'm thinking boy glad this nightmare is over I go out my van is soaking wet water spots all over starting to form and they didn't even take 1 min to vaccuum the I side .....left in despair I dont want to go back but I have a free oil change and I am dreading when I hit 11300 miles and I have to return I did go to car wash 3 min vaccuum whole van and 2 min to dry it off Very disappointed customer
By far the worst experience!! I will NEVER purchase a car from this dealership again. They only care about you purchasing a vehicle and that is it. Once you made that purchase they are ABSOULETLY NO HELP!!!! I’ve been trying to get in contact with them for over a month, regarding money that THEY owe me and I STILL have not got a response. They do not care about their customers, ONLY money. The WORST investment I had ever made!!!!! If I could give them a 0 star rating I would!!!
