My experience at prestige auto in Taunton,Ma was very worry and hassle free. I've dealt with a lot of sales people in my life and by far this was the most stress free experience ever. No high pressure sales. Mike Pimental was my sales person. He asked me what did i want to spend, put for a down payment and what id like my monthly payment to be. I picked out a vehicle in my price range and he gave me exactly what i asked for. The rest is history. If you want fast courteous worry free service this is the dealership to buy your vehicle . I just bought my car here and was expecting the worse. I walked on lot and Mike approached me. He asked if he could help and then walked away and said no pressure. I then found him and told him what I was looking for and he told me he remembered I had been there before. He was telling me how they do a credit precheck before they actually run the hard inquiry. They know if they can get you approved before they run your credit. Even took care of the little issue I had after buying car.

Went in with my nineteen year old son just to look. Salesman asked a lot of questions, tried to get us to finance a more expensive car to 'build my son's credit'. Then he asked us a very inappropriate question, 'Is there a dad in the picture that will be helping make this decision'? I was stunned. What difference does it make if there's a dad? I found that very offensive. We left right after that, and definitely won't be going back, ever.

this place is horrible i bought a car from here for 16 thousand dollars 3 mths ago since then i had to have 3000 dollars of work done to it . then yesterday i found out that it needs 4 thousand dollars of work on it for steering shaft.also they lied to me telling me that all brakes and rotors were brand new when i took it to the manufactures dealership to get a tune up they tell me that i need breaks and rotors all around that will cost me prol 7 hundred i have owned this car for 3 mths almost a powertrain and extended warranty when i try to call them they are always busy can never talk they are too busy trying to sell more screwed up cars. Presitge are a bunch of crooks sold me a car for 16 grand i have to pay 8 grand in repairs in owning it for under 3 months trust me this place is the worst place to ever buy let alone a car from i wouldnt even by a 5 cent piece of candy from cause there will be something wrong with it.

They said car would be detailed and full of gas when I pick it up. It rained, so they said "it's all clean" seats were dirty and gas under a quarter of a tank. I had to come out my own pocket and pay a lot of money getting my brand new car detailed. While I'm still under warranty my "brand new brakes" they put on before I picked my car up were squeaking and shaking the whole front end of my car when I slow down from going over 50mph (unsafe). Their mechanic said he couldn't do nothing about it because they were brand new good brakes... mind you I have a child! So I called the manager he sent me back to the mechanic and had me on hold for over an hour just to tell me "Bring the car down there to look at it but he can't do nothing about it"! So they do NOT care about wasting your time and putting your life on the line so they can do nothing to your car. I took it to my trusted mechanic... he showed me the cheap brakes where bad quality.. bad professionalism mechanic, pushy salesman, and finance guy.

I was told by a couple people I know not to ever buy a car at Prestige because "they heard nothing but bad things. When I asked what type of things, no one could give me any specific examples or events so I went by to check things out myself and let me tell you, they couldn't have been farther from the truth! Right away I was greeted with respect and no pressure, I asked about a few different cars and explained my situation (not the best credit) and what I was looking for. Not once was I ever judged or treated with anything but respect. The sales team knew everything about the vehicles and told me the pros and cons about each one based on my needs and not about what was best for them. Once I made my decision Kevin Pimemtal sat with me and discussed my finance options and worked with to out the best deal possible together. I had done my homework and knew the value of the car and the asking price was already below book value which made my decision even easier! I guess if you expect to go into any dealership with poor credit and no money to put down and try to ask for an unrealistic price on a vehicle, I can see where people would come up with bad stories for no reason, but if you've done your homework and understand the actual values of what your looking for and understand your credit then you'll never leave disappointed! Kevin and team were amazing through the entire process, they kept constant communication the entire way and I look forward to buying many more vehicles from Prestige 3 in Taunton, Ma!

When you think crooked used car salesmen, you're thinking this place. They lied about the condition of the car, lied about the service the car would undergo before it was delivered to me, and used high pressure and intimidation tactics to secure the sale. And get this, the price we agreed on was not the price on the sales contract! I confess that I should have read it more closely, but I couldn't imagine people so sleazy as to actually change the numbers after shaking hands. After I realized that they cheated me, I took the car to a reputable mechanic who was shocked. Despite Prestige's "30 point inspection," numerous basic maintenance issues were found. It was even low on oil! Again, I should have checked, but when you pay $13k for a car, the very least you can expect is that they would check and add oil! Steer clear of this den of vipers!

We visited Prestige and were quite happy with the sales person. We checked out one more dealership but thought we could get the best deal at Prestige. We called the sales person to make sure we could get the price we wanted if we came back in. He called back after talking to a manager and said Yes, they would honor that price. I specifically asked him to confirm that we would get that price and he said yes. So we went out of our way to go back to the dealership. And then another manager (Miguel) comes over and says that there's no way he can offer that price. So were lied to. Not sure why they think this is a good ploy, but just be aware that they are not trustworthy.

TLDR - Offered us great deal, but changed their minds half way through and were incredibly rude, slimy dealer warning!! I came here recently with my partner to discuss and test drive a new car. We noticed that the online price of the car was good but wanted to do some haggling. To our surprise the dealer was happy to haggle with us about the price, bringing it down by 2K! So we were excited. We asked about financing and they brought out a list of repayment numbers but refused to tell us what the interest rate was, so we couldn't easily tell if they actually reduced the price or not. We then spent 30 minutes discussing this - ironically one of the topics was how we preferred to deal with a local dealer rather than carmax - suddenly after 40 minutes, the manager sat beside us - I felt the instant presence of a slimy dealer stereotype - after him speaking continuously for 5 minutes about himself - he said he wouldn't be able to reduce the price at all as the car was just too good. No problem if he said that in the first place, but offering us a cheaper price then not telling us the interest rate then cancelling the deal abruptly meant that we spent 40 minutes in that dealer for no reason. Tip - Go to CarMax or buy online! These guys have a reputation for a reason!

Everyone I worked with here was great. My salesman, Chris took his time going through their inventory with me and understanding what I was looking for. The sales manager Kevin worked with me on the price and was very upfront. Miguel did all the paperwork with me and he even arranged to have the car brought to my local mechanic to check out for me. I didn't have to lift a finger. Not at any point was there a hard sell or any pressure. One thing to be aware of going in is the prices on their website assume $2k in cash down or trade, so keep that in mind as you budget. I'm looking forward to having this car for many years.

Bought a car here, sales guy had no communication skills. I traded in my 04’ Z and put cash down on a car. I have a key and spare keys and even a spare transponder. I got a 2014 car and they only gave me one key. I asked they told me in the safe and they will get it. Finalized the deal, and nope jk they didn’t. They told me I’d have to go to Nissan and buy a key. Like dude I just spent 19k on a car and you can’t even provide a spare key? I love the car, I just regret giving them my money. Wish I went somewhere else. Scam artist at its finest, make sure you get paperwork so you have paper trail. Don’t go by their words.

Realized too late that the car was way more expensive than the number we verbally agreed on. They got the monthly payment right but were not upfront about the full cost of the car. The manager was pushy and a douche. Make sure the numbers are right before you sign anything or you'll end up paying $6000+ more than you verbally agree on. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, I've actually told a few friends not to go there when they were considering it.

Chris was my salesperson and he drove over 60 miles from Prestige Automart #3 to pick me up (because I didn't own a car) and bring me to the dealership. He explained all the bells and whistles of the 2014 Ford Fiesta (under 18,000 miles...own owner) I was interested in buying and didn't try and talk me into a more expensive car that I didn't want. They were even able to send a man to the RMV and get my car car registered with new title and plates while I waited. If that werent enough, they even brought it across the street and had it inspected! Kevin, the finance manager, was easy to talk with and was able to get me a loan rate I was happy to accept.
