Recently I visited the dealership to purchase a warranty. Kye first asked me about my driving habits and then objectively explained the pros and cons of two warranties that fit my needs. The entire process was very objective based on my needs. He did not rush me to make a decision, etc. Kye is a real asset to the dealership.

Absolutely pathetic. I schedule service for my car 10 days ago and they call today to cancel it because it will snow 5 inches in Boston tomorrow afternoon. This was my last winter with the car. I guess they lost the service and 2 car purchases as I scheduled service for my wife's car at Prime Mercedes at the same time next door. She was also trading up in the Spring.

While Kelly Ford was very good, I left dissatisfied due to issues related to my battery. The battery was dead and car was towed in, I was told I needed a new battery, I said the current Interstate battery should be under warranty but dealership would not assist with replacement battery? Only would sell me a Bosch battery. Two years ago I purchased a Interstate battery from the same dealership. I paid over $1700 for work done on car and went directly to Interstate battery center in Walpole, they tested the battery and gave me report showing the battery was fine. So I don’t trust this car dealer

Brought my Porchse in for service this am. Chad Tinti greeted me at the door and all the paperwork had been prepared prior to my arrival. I was handed keys to a sparkling new Macan and went about my day. This was my first service visit and it was 1,000,000 times better than my first service appointment at Range Rover (they sent me with a stranger to Enterpirse where I was given a sub par car and it took over an hour and a half to even percure the rental). Y’all cleaned my car so nicely, too. Shout out to Chad Tinti, the best service manager in New England. For the record, this is not Dan, this is his wife, the happy owner of the vechile that was serviced today.

Above expectations! Here I am trying to find who will take care of my Porsches once they are out of warranties... I went for 60k mile service on a 2013 Boxster with some detailed instructions as I had done part of the service myself - they took notes and worked on it diligently. Oh wait! I should mention that other places would take weeks and Westwood had me in in just a few days! In the end, service was completed around lunch time, any suggested services were clearly explained and with no pressure they accepted my declines... Kelly Ford was an ace the entire time!

I had to go in to get a part replaced that was recalled. When I called to schedule the appointment she wouldn’t let me make the appointment unless I knew the name of the part that was recalled so I had go look for the letter and luckily found it and called her right back, she made it clear that she was checking to see if they had the part before I came in. She said they did so we scheduled it. When I came in, I took the day off since it was on a Tuesday and I was expected to wait an hour for my car. The service advisor was nice and explained to me that they would give me a call when my car was finished so I went next door and as a sat down and was about to eat, I received a call that they didn’t have the part and that my car wasn’t getting fixed that day. So I swallowed my salad and headed back over to her saying “I’m sorry we wasted your time”. Not a great feeling leaving a Porsche dealership. She told me she would order the part and give me a call the following week to get everything done and here I am still waiting to hear if the part arrived and to set everything up. Not the type of service I expected from Porsche. Super disappointing.

I purchased my Porsche Macan GTS SPORT at Porsche of Westwood. I used to own Lexus cars for 12 years. Then bought a Range Rover. Not a good experience to own a Range Rover the rumors are in fact, true. Service is awful. I decided to buy the Macan bc after I left Lexus, hated Ranger Rover I realized that I needed my prior service manager from Lexus back in my life. Lucky for me he moved to Porsche of Westwood. Buying the car was actually enjoyable bc the management team doesn’t play around. I’m happy to report that since I’ve been reunited with Chad Tinti, Service Manager, all is good again. I cannot recommend Chad Tinti and Porsche enough. Chad doesn’t mess around. He calls when he says he will call and always works tirelessly for his clients. If you are considering buying this level of vechicle, this high end service should be the norm. Btw, the snacks at this location are retro and delicious currated by Chad! Hope this is useful to potential buyers.

This used to be my favorite dealership for repair. I used to trust the service department and for that reason I would drive 1.5 hr just to be there. This past Friday I went there and I wasn’t even greeted. Talked to the advisor to please check my fluids and make sure I get my new car mats. Also check the squeal from the tires or rotors. Supposedly he said they will clean and adjust it. When picking up my car Kelly was there and so I asked her if my fluids were done due to the fact that panameras get Minimum Oil Level light on and if my tires were cleaned and adjusted she said “ya everything was done.” Then I asked about my Mats that they forgot so they paged someone to bring it. Not only when I got home the Mats were wrong but my minimum oil level came back on . Meaning no one checked the fluid and not to mention the brakes squeal like a school bus. The brake lights are on too. Called Kelly after the weekend and she was supposed to find someone in the area to give the right mats and to check my fluids. Guess what she never called back and wasn’t even apologetic but tried to defend herself by saying she wasn’t the advisor and she wasn’t the mechanic but after hearing how upset I am she calmed her arrogant attitude down and said she’s sorry. She made the parts department call me but no one ever solved the problem for my fluids or brakes. I bought oil and fixed it myself. Also told the parts department to forget it I don’t even need the mats and I will have a refund . It shouldn’t even take hours to solve this matter. Offering to send the right mats and someone to fill my fluids could’ve been done in the matter of minutes not hours. This Porsche Dealer used to have my trust but not anymore.

While the 4 month wait was long for me to wait (and of course, it is factory-driven, and inherent when custom ordering!), it was within the estimates given at the time of purchase, and it ultimately arrived earlier than the predicted worst case. When I test drove and ordered the car, the salesman, Jeff Akasten, was very courteous, knowledgeable, and wasn't at all pushy. He steered me away from a few options that weren't as useful as one might think, and suggested a few that I hadn't realized would matter to me. While waiting for the delivery, he kept me posted on the progress, and always gave me the impression that he was almost as excited as I was about the car! When it came time to sign the papers and take delivery, everything went well there, and he was very helpful in getting to know some of the most critical features. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience, and completely satisfied with Jeff and Porsche Westwood!
