Derek Rojas is the consummate service professional. He explains what will be done, the cost, and provides a reasonable estimate of timing. I had asked or something to be fixed and before anything was done he called ma and explained what was required. I had a question on on the tire warranty we had purchased. Derek on his own researched this and got it corrected. It is nice to see that the quality of service is in line with Porsche's tradition of car quality.

Mark and Jamie really helped me out with the purchase of a certified pre-owned 911 GTS at the Burlington location. After several visits and back and forth of different models, my wife and I chose the perfect car for our needs and Mark and Jamie were great at helping us make the purchase process smooth. Regarding the service, while I thought the total cost was on the pricey side, the service team always does a great job and returns the car back to me in great shape and nicely cleaned.

High performance service for your high performance car! I just got my car back from them after a major maintenance and the service was first rate. The new service rep there, Derek Rojas, did a fabulous job explaining the service and keeping me informed of the progress. My car was ready when he promised and the bill was what he quoted me. The service department had dropped somewhat in quality over the past year or so but with Derek in there now you can count on service as high quality as the cars they sell!

We tried to call several times to get proper answers for on an urgent issue..it was worse than calling Comcast if you ever experienced their call center. I have been buying cars from Porsche of Burlington for many years. Their customer service has always been exemplary, and it still is. I dropped my 2016 Mecan Turbo off for its first oil change. They gave me a great loaner vehicle and told me the car would be ready in about two hours. I drove over to the local Asian market called H-Mart did some shopping and then had lunch at the food court within the market. I went back to Porsche if Burlington and chatted with Philippe about cars and travel adventures. I checked out all the showroom cars (being careful not to drool on them). By then my car was ready to go. Marcos and Sam were great! The car was washed and vacuumed. It was a fun day! Have you ever heard anyone say that about a service appointment? Everything and everyone were sincere and felt like family.

Recently I purchase a 2017 Boxster S from Mike Wooton at Porsche of Burlington. My experience in the past was buying vehicles is usually a hassle, but Mike walked me through the process and answered openly and honestly all my concerns. As an example, I perceived that an issue may occur that when I entered my garage, the Porsche might bottom out. Mike brought a 718 to my house to make sure that problem would not occur. Mike is a real professional and on top of that a nice guy.

I was a long-time customer of Herb Chambers Audi service on the other side of the building, and they always went above and beyond to make sure the car was perfect. When I traded in the Audi, I was only looking at Audi and Porsche so I could continue servicing my car here. I picked up a CPO Cayenne Turbo and moved to the service department on the Porsche side. I have been very impressed with the service from the Porsche team. When my key fob didn't unlock my car after work, I walked down to the dealership at 5:45pm and Marcos not only got me a new battery (even though mine was still working), but also drove back to my car and re-initialized the key to get it up and running. His knowledge of the car and his willingness to go above and beyond at the end of the day is impressive. What could have turned into a real hassle only took 20 minutes, and I was on my way.

He explained and introduceded all functions of the vehicle during the test drive. Offered beverages during the whole experience was a plus! Don’t waste your time with this dealership! I test drove the Macan and Cayenne. I was trying to get pricing and the sales person would only give a range. He said he would email me some options. I never received the email. So, after a few days I emailed back and asked again for pricing and they said they don’t have what I’m looking for. They didn’t offer up other options and stopped communication. So, I called the sales manager and explained the situation. He said he was busy and would get back to me on Sunday. He never called me back. I guess they are too busy to make a sale and maybe wasn’t interested in making the sale because I’m a woman. Either way they lost my business and hope they lose yours too!

A great place if you are getting an oil change or something simple. As soon as it gets complicated, the incompetency, arrogance, and unprofessional behavior grows exponentially. I own a 2014 Porsche Panamera, and in the last year it has had three major problems; two that have put the lives my wife and toddler son in danger. The first incident was when all tires locked and the car malfunctioned as my wife was driving our then one year old son home from a friends house. It took Porsche two weeks to figure out what had gone wrong and another ten days to fix it. After voicing my concern, Porsche Cars North America admitted that this was an unknown malfunction in which they never dealt with in the past. The second incident happened in early July, when I pulled out of a shopping center at 30mph and the car began to stall and would not accelerate past 40mph. Again, it took Porsche of Burlington over two weeks to fix. At first, they believed it was "the low pressure pump," and when that didn't work, it was "the high pressure pump." At the end no clear explanation as to why. When I picked up the car and drove off the lot, I noticed a shake at 40mph and again at 70mph. I turned back to the dealership, and I was told by Marcos, the service advisor, that this is the way Prosches are, but if it is necessary he will have a mechanic take drive with me. I accepted, and took a 10 minutes drive with the licensed professional. He went on to support Marcos' theory. Given his level of confidence, I asked if he owns a Porsche; he replied, "no way, can't afford one and if I could I wouldn't cause they break easily." Uncomfortable moment to say the least. Third incident; in late August I got a dashboard warning light indicating that one of my tires is low. I went to the gas station to fill it with air and the gauge indicated that the tire was at 34 psi. I called the service center and I was told by an errogant Marcos that Porsche has two separate tire measurements, and I shouldn't pay attention to the psi but rather fill info which read at 0 and -1 for all the tires. I did not feel comfortable with putting more air in it, so I took it to another mechanic who specializes in tires. With certainty, he explained that the tires have more than enough air in them and refused to put more. He said it was a sensor issue. When I took the car to Porsche of Burlington, Marcos insisted again that the tires need air, I told him explicitly that you can go ahead and put air in, but that you take the responsibility for this. He did and he did. I drove the car home and put it in the garage. The car was not touched until a couple of nights later when my pregnant wife took the car to go to a birthday party and less than ten minutes on the highway the same tire exploded from the side almost causing her to crash. The same warning sign about the tires being too low came on before the tire exploded which indicates an issue with the sensors. I called Porsche road side assistance and it took them over two hours to send a tow truck leaving her on the highway by herself. I asked for a call back from @Porschecarsnorthamerica, and 5 weeks later, still no call. Two days after the car was towed to the dealership, I received an email, not a call, from Marcos that the tire will cost $436.43 to replace. Also, he said that the shake is now worse than before and they will need to road force balance the tires for an additional $520. I replied with a angry, but polite email about the tire being over inflated. Another seven days went by before I received a call from a supervisor yelling at me to make a decision or to return the loaner. Yelling at the top of his lungs, he would not accept my explanation or even allow me to talk. Without any options I was forced to have them change the tire. When I went to pick up my car at 2:30 in the afternoon, I asked to speak to a manger. The service manger on duty picked up the office phone and dailed the extension, and was instructed to tell me that he was at lunch. Again, I asked for a call back, and exactly three weeks later and no call.

I would not say they sell cars, but they make people happy. They are two versions of Joe Girard....may be upgrades !!!! When it comes to Porsche, we all know it is a great car and we all can get information on how well equipped. ( although in Boston dealership at commonwealth, my sales rep kept me waiting for several hours just to find some basic details on Cayenne. :( which finally he could not find :(( and never called me back with right info :((( Second, they promised to give me certain % discount, but when I finally made up my mind, they offered something very basic with the strong attitude as if they are obliging me by offering small rebate.... and were harsh too. I understand , they are also in business of making money, but all I was asking was just couple of thousand on such super expensive well equipped car....one more thing, please do not even go to BMW at commonwealth, they are so freaking rude...can you imagine, they offered me 250 dollars discount on 63 thousand dollar car :(((((( Micheal and Chris are really great at people management, very respectful, soft spoken, and I highly recommend even to those who do not want to buy Porsche, well if you will just walk in , they will make you so happy that you will end up BUYING A DREAM LUXURY CAR at affordable price.

Was excited to purchase my first Porsche but leery of the whole "buying a new car" experience. Finally decided to go test drive the Macan S. I went to Porsche of Burlington and met Hayk Davtyon. We went on a test drive. Hayk was extremely knowledgeable about the car and answered all my questions. What's not to like about the car but the test drive isn't the hard part of buying a car. We got back to the dealership and Hayk asked what I'd like to do next. No pressure, just a question. I decided to see if we could make a deal. Gave Hayk the keys to my trade in and then he and I configured my Macan S. I was upfront with Hayk about looking for some discount to MSRP. He said he would go talk to his Sales Manager (Chris Husband). Less than 2 minutes later, Chris came over, introduced himself, and gave me a very fair offer for my trade-in and a discount to MSRP for the new car. The discount wasn't what I was looking for (surprise, surprise) and I told Chris what I'd buy the car for. Chris immediately came back with a counteroffer that still didn't get me to where I wanted to be but was something I considered fair. Deal done. While waiting for the car to be delivered, I made several follow up visits to the dealership. During these visits, Hayk, Chris or David Corbin (if Hayk was not available) were all willing to spend however much time with me as I needed. I also had a good experience with Mike Wooten going over the financing and closing on the car. Overall, this was the most pleasant car buying experience I have had and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Porsche.
