Chris from Porsche Norwell helped me out and made sure that the car I purchased was set and ready to go when I got there to pick it up.

Jeff, Muhammad and Tom are great - kept in great communication leading up to my test drive (2015 Cayman GTS), it was a pleasure to drive the car and speak with Jeff the whole time, he is a true expert and truly passionate about the Porsche brand. Afterward we talked numbers without any pressure but with a general time frame in mind. Definitely look forward to coming back to this dealership - after shopping around, I'm pretty sure this is the place I'll be getting my car from - an update will be added after my next visit.

I had tried to purchase an Audi from this dealership under the previous ownership (Reitzl) and my experience was very poor. The sales people were rude, the service department was a joke and the prices they wanted were astronomical. Even though they were just a few miles from my house I opted to purchase and have the car serviced elsewhere (Audi of Westwood to be specific, which is also a good dealership if not a bit more “corporate”). Over the years I also dropped in to harass the Porsche dealers (as any proper enthusiast does from time to time). When it was time to purchase my first Porsche a few years ago I stopped by on a whim and met John Z. To this day I am still not really clear on what his job title is (he is sales, but seems more involved than just that) and it was a night and day experience compared to my previous visits. John was part of the transition to new ownership (Village Auto Group) that happened in 2010’ish) and oh my, what a difference! John was very easy to work with and he introduced me to my service advisor, Dennis (and I don’t mean this in the usual “here’s your service advisor who won’t be here six months from now when you bring your car in for service”) – Dennis is still there and recognizes my voice before I even tell him who I am. On the off chance I speak to someone else I just tell them my name and they already know who I am and what my car needs – like they were expecting my call! Above all the prices John offered me for my trade and my new car were a more-than-fair deal – which I took and never regretted! So that was about two years ago. I have had the car serviced there a few times (including having three of the rims replaced after hitting a pothole the size of an elephant) and all has gone as planned. The service department is always ready to assist – early drop offs, late pickups, email updates, payment over the phone and the car has always been ready (and perfectly cleaned) on time with no surprises. I saw another review about the service dept being a “rip off” – it’s a Porsche, don’t expect a $29 oil change! I am now working with John again (after flipping back and forth between a sedan, and SUV or a new 911 for a year now which he has been very patient with) on putting in an order for a new car and right off the bat, fair price, no BS and no surprises – now I just have to wait until March to get my car. Long story short, online reviews are what they are, everyone has different experiences with businesses and I can only speak to what I have experienced. To that end, convenient location (for me at least), easy to work with sales people, a stellar service department and fair (and better) deals than I can get elsewhere all lead me to conclude that if you are in the market for a Porsche or Audi, this is the place to buy and service it. They are actually in the process of breaking Porsche and Audi into their own buildings (with Volvo moving elsewhere) – while this will cause a bit of confusion over the next year, it shouldn’t detract from how good this dealership has gotten and the investment they are making in its future!

Over-the-top excellent service, and I'm not a regular customer. My '09 Carrera developed problems with the convertible top last week at my vacation home on Cape Cod. I called Porsche of Norwell to inquire about solutions to try on my own and the service manager, Dennis, had a few helpful tips. When none of them solved the problem I had the car towed to their shop. Dennis was extremely friendly, helpful and polite. He kept me up to date on the repairs needed and the progress they were making. I had the car back in under 48 hours. I got top flight service and communication from Porsche Norwell and I have never visited their dealership or used their service department before. This is the kind of service Porsche owners deserve for their cars.

We were shopping for a new Porsche Cayenne for about a week or two. We did not visit the dealership right away as it was quite a ways for us but i am glad we made the drive out there. We did business with the GM (Muhammad) via text messages and phone calls. We came to an agreement quite quickly and the numbers were right in the range of where we wanted to be and then we showed up at the dealer to test drive the car. We had some concerns with the car but they were able to address it right away. Before we know it we were driving the Cayenne home. It was such pleasant experience with the dealership and with Muhammad and Mark. They were both super helpful and i never felt pushed to buy the vehicle in anyway. If you're ever in the market for a car i would definitely check out Porsche of Norwell as customer service does give this dealership a 5 star rating for me.

Attended the unveiling of the 2017 Porsche 911 cocktail party, what a great event! Fun people, great conversations, and the team at Norwell really knows how to put together a memorable event!! Mark Webber was a great host, made sure I was fed and entertained all evening. Thanks, everyone for a great job! Love my Porsche too!!!

I am so pleased with the excellent service I received when I recently brought my car in for service. Although I was early for my appointment, my car was taken in immediately and I was seated in the very comfortable lounge. The mysterious noise was quickly diagnosed and the problem was explained to me by Dennis Burke in terms I could easily understand. The repair was made quickly and Dennis sent me on my way. I usually dread taking cars in for service but I confidently recommend the team at Porsche Norwell. Thank you.

Maria Haseotes

My husband and I highly recommend Porsche Norwell and Porsche Brand Specialist, Sam Doxsey. We recently purchased our 2017 911 Cabriolet there and could not have asked for more accommodating & professional service. We were working with 3 other Porsche dealerships and we go the car we wanted at the price we wanted with Sam & Porsche Norwell.

I’m a local New England automotive photographer and am part of the car scene and decided to go on a little dealership run today with a friend of mine and when we arrived at Porsche Norwell we were not welcomed or anything given we could have been customers but we weren’t but anyway we see an unlocked Ferrari 488 with the keys inside of the car so we open it up and sit inside to grab some pictures now I admit we definitely should have asked to open it up and take pictures because we were unaware that the car had recently been sold, then 3 sales reps come over and practically yell at us to get out of the car and leave the dealership the attitude of one sales rep in particular was totally unprofessional and could have handled the situation in a more calm manner I won’t be returning again and I expect an apology of some sort on the behalf of that sales representative I apologized at least 4 times sincerely on my way out the door and the guy was still being a jerk

I ordered a 2015 911 GTS through this dealership recently - recently in Porsche speak at least, it takes a few months before the car actually shows up. Even though they were moving locations at the time, my experience was simple and easy. I was given a fair price on my trade and a stellar deal on my new car. Having bought around 14 cars in the last 20 years, I know what to look for in a good dealership - look no further than Porsche/Audi of Norwell! And that goes for the service team too - been having my previous Porsche serviced there for two years and always on the ball. Can't wait for their new showroom to open!

Beautiful dealership with very knowledgeable staff. I didn't know too much about Porsche before stopping in. As soon as I walked through the door, I was welcomed by Mike, the GM, who gave me a brief history of the brand and walked me through the different models they had on the lot. He then suggested we go for a test drive and brought me out in a 2013 911 Carrera 4. I had never driven anything quite like that, very impressive. As we walked to get the keys he gave me a tour of the entire dealership and explained how they will take care of the car after you buy it. While I didn't end up buying a car that day I was blown away by their professionalism and attention to detail. I will definitely be back.

Attended the Porsche 911 unveiling and official Grand Opening last night at Porsche of Norwell. The event was well produced and well catered. There were Valets out front with a red carpet leading you inside. The atmosphere was inviting and the building was immaculate. A true state-of-the-art facility. The GM, Mike Shaw, graciously took the time to talk with my guests and I about the facility and all the great things happening in the world of Porsche. This is the place to come if you are looking to learn more about and/or purchase a brand new Porsche!

Nick Liarakos

Derrick and Muhammad were helpful and easy to deal with on my contemplated long-distance purchase. Very good customer experience.

I was at the dealership for the new 911 Carrara unveiling and was VERY impressed with how well the event was run. Their GM Mike Shaw did a great job and was a pleasure to interact with. 5 star dealership!

Picked up my Macan GTS this week from Porsche Norwell MA. There are plenty of Porsche dealers in New England, but I returned to Porsche Norwell for 2 reasons: Dennis Burke in Service and Steve Delongchamp in Sales. Conventional wisdom indicates that Porsche buyers would expect top notch treatment throughout the ownership cycle. But expectations are often mismatched with experience. At Porsche Norwell, these two folks are clearly passionate about customer experience at their store, and ownership experience with Porsche. So, Thanks Steve and Dennis!

Calvin Zuraw

I’m only 16 was treated as if I was a regular customer; I just wanted to look at the cars. Yet I still had a phenomenal experience here with great service from Matthew. He set the bar for luxury car dealership customer service.

Robert Hall

Scheduled an appointment to drive over an hour and a half to look at a car they had in stock. The dealership lost power and they had to close for the day; it’s completely understandable, they can’t control the weather. What I can’t understand is why I had to find out they closed when I pulled up to the dealership and it was empty. No courtesy call to tell me they’d need to reschedule. I only found out why they’d closed when I sent an angry message to the salesman I was working with. Very unprofessional.

TheGazopedalus .

I have bought 3 Porsches here over the years, a 2006 Cayenne, a 2011 Panamera and most recently a new Macan Turbo. In each case the salesperson, Steve Delongchamp was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and Porsches in general. Over the years I have done all of my service here as well and Denis Burke has been equally professional and competent. This is a well run dealership that I would highly recommend and intend on continuing to use in the future.

Great dealership, very helpful and knowledgable. I recently leased an A8 and must say the experience and cooperation was A+ . Sam D. the Porsche Brand Specialist was extremely helpful and great to work with.

Two days after signing a purchase agreement and submitting a $1000 deposit for a purchase of a 2016 Cayenne Turbo, the dealership unilaterally canceled the transaction, falsely accusing me of trying to illegally export the car because of my non-American name! I have never had such a terrible car buying experience. At the least, the dealership could have spent less than 1 minute in doing a Google search under my name to see who I am or what I do.

I was at the dealership last night for the release of the 2017 Porsche 911. Amazing event all around, food was great, music was perfect and of course the new 911 was stunning! Great job by Mike Shaw and his entire Norwell Porsche team you guys did spectacular job, and congratulations on your new facility/ breath taking showroom.

Caveat Emptor! Literally, in this case. First dealings with them, not exactly local for me, but my salesperson from my last purchase, who was excellent (thanks for everything, Jeff) is here now. I was fine with CPO car and price but wasn't happy with the trade (also a CPO vehicle), which I didn't have with me, so it's understandable. We had some work to still do. I agreed to leave a deposit to hold the car until I could return. Next thing I know, the Finance guy has run my credit card and is writing up the sale. I stopped him, said that wasn't what we were doing today, and then the big pressure sale tactics start. So I walked. The deal is dead, never signed anything. Now it's five days later and despite numerous attempts and promises, my deposit hasn't been returned and the dealership GM won't return my calls or texts. Do not EVER give this dealer cash or a check. Don't use a debit card. Fortunately, I am fully protected by having used a credit card. I shudder to think what would have happened if I had given them a personal check. Shame on you guys. Bad enough you allowed a repeat customer to walk because you Just. Didn't. Listen. Now you're going to try to keep my money, money that you didn't earn, that you aren't entitled to?

Everyone there is great, from Dennis in service to Mark and Steve in sales. Always a very positive experience.

I recently bought a 2015 GT3 from Porsche Norwell and the experience was nothing short of horrible. This was a long distance deal as the car was in Norwell MA and I am Washington State. I asked for detailed pictures specially highlighting scratches and defects on the car. Which they clearly avoided so there were a few interior and exterior scratches that were not disclosed. I dealt mostly with the sales manager, who after the sale claimed not to receive texts, emails and voice messages for days. Upon receiving the car I took an oil sample to be analyzed at Blackstone. The oil looked burnt not like a fresh oil. Then I took my new car for ride and it was all over the place, clearly something was wrong. I took the car to Bellevue Porsche in the next available opening. They found the alignment to be well out of Porsche’s specs and lose members in the suspension, old oil and oil filter, brake pads at the low 70% compared to the 90-95% claimed, tires were at 4mm and 5mm compared to the 6mm (Porsche requires tires to have a minimum of 5mm). Since there were clear discrepancies, I offered Norwell to take the car to one of the local Porsche dealers to do a CPO and rectify whatever needed to be rectified at their cost, but they did not accept. In short, buyer be aware, Norwell is not an honest dealer and I am going to let the lawyers deal with misrepresentation in the CPO documentation. Do as I tell not as I did...If you are a Porsche person check Rennlist this is not the first time this dealer has pulled a fast one on other honest buyers.

Went in to ask about an inspection, I own a standard transmission Porsche- they didn't know what I drove, I didn't tell them, but simply did not want a possible hack chopping away at my clutch. Was asked for the key, stated I would prefer to drive it in the bay myself. Was told "that's not possible, the tech does that." I asked why, they simply told me "I could go somewhere else," duh- like I don't know a 1000 places do inspections. Their attitude in telling me was arrogant, dismissive and snooty, although it may seem like a small thing, I was quite disappointed. They simply needed to say "sorry sir, that's our policy," would have been a non issue. These are the same service people, one in particular, that we have dealt with when we had an A4 as well, and his arrogance continues... I mean calm down buddy, you work at a service desk at a car dealership. I will not divulge his name out of common courtesy. Too bad little things like this lead to loss of customers, I know I will never drop another dime there. I would avoid and I do not recommend this dealership to others based upon a number of times in. Again, too bad- when it was Mr. Reitzl's place, they were much more down to earth.

Great dealership...Great people!

Chris

I bought a Porsche Macan s on 2/4/19 and was treated like a complete jerk by Lynn the Business Manager. I let it go as perhaps it was just an off day but I could not regret it more. Now over 30 days later and after several calls to the General Manager, Sales person and Lynn I still have no registration for my car, no phone calls back...i wish i could give the car back and go back to Porsche Westwood where they have always treated like a respected customer. As a three time repeat Porsche customer (second from this terrible outfit) you would expect a little better customer service. Stay away at all costs!

I attended the event last night for the unveiling of the new 911 at Porsche Norwell. I can't say enough good things. Upon arriving we were greeted by a red carpet and incredibly nice staff. As we entered the dealership we were greeted by the General Manager, Mike Shaw, who could not have been nicer. He welcomed us and directed us towards the raw bar and whiskey tasting. Every detail was covered and the night was extremely enjoyable. I will definitely be going back to this dealership in the future.

After many years of thinking about it, I finally pulled the trigger on a Porsche. The dealership had the exact car I wanted and after visiting this past Saturday afternoon, I was able to finalize the deal Saturday night after the dealership closed. Mike Shaw sent me a nice email after my visit and we ended up speaking that night. Mark Webber could not have been better to deal with (including a follow up call the day after delivery). Overall, a great experience and I couldn't be happier.

Daniel Ready

Mike Shaw and the team at Porsche Norwell are second to none. They strive for excellence and deliver every time. There are several other Porsche dealers that are closer to my residence but I choose to make the extra effort and get down to Porsche Norwell for a consistent first class experience.

I recently purchased a 2013 Porsche 911 from Porsche Norwell. I couldn’t be more pleased on how I was treated there. They were very competitive in pricing for my trade and the purchase of the car and also really did everything possible to deliver a quality product. No comparison to some of the nearby BMW dealers. Thanks Paul, Mark and Steve.

Johanna Westcott

I purchased a used car from this dealership a few months ago and I could not have asked for a better experience. After car shopping for over a year, dealing with scummy, pushy sales people, Porsche Norwell was like a breath of fresh air! The staff was so kind and helpful, and the entire process was very painless. My car was extremely well priced and in perfect condition. During the detailing process they even gave me new tires and new brake pads. I highly recommend taking a look at their used inventory even if you are not in the market for a Porsche!

John Pappalardo

Porsche Norwell is outstanding in all respects. I have been a very satisfied customer for over ten years, purchasing four vehicles from Steve Delonchamp, including two new Porches in the last 18 months. Steve has always been quite knowledgeable about all things Porsche and is helpful, accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. His patience was rewarded when my wife finally realized that her Golden Retriever could actually be comfortable in a Macan Turbo. Sam Doxsey is a new addition and rising star. He sold me a new car while at a dealership close by. Mark Webber is always good for a fun and interesting conversation. Of course, no dealership could be highly rated without fabulous service and Porsche Norwell is consistently excellent. Dennis Burke is highly skilled, efficient and runs a terrific operation. Ritchie and Mary are great to work with and complement the program with their ability and enthusiasm. Porsche manufactures a fabulous product but the team at Porsche Norwell, in their sparkling new and state of the art facility, not only live up to the brand but make the experience great.

These guys have treated myself and my Porsche great...from sales to service they have been a pleasure to deal with !! Very happy....

Thanks to your staff for an excellent experience with my new Porsche Cayman GT. Mark Webber went "above and beyond", sending me at least a dozen photographs, service records and some general information on the ClearBra and previous owner meticulous-ness (?). I think we exchanged about 3 dozen emails through the sales and purchase process (example below). We began this process Jan29 and wrapped it up Mar 7 and during that time, I think I went back and forth 3 times on whether I could afford the car. Mark called me once from his home on his day off because we were unable to hook up due to your place losing power to a snowstorm. I called Mark on a Saturday and we came to a deal. I felt good buying this car and so far, I have been very happy with it. No surprises! Andrew in Finance was also very expeditious with the paperwork. Thank you Dante Ceniccola

Had a splendid time last night at the new dealership. Everyone was friendly and helpful especially Sam Doxsey.

I attended the Porsche 911 unveiling last night and very much enjoyed myself. The dealership was pristine! The event was well catered and the atmosphere was elegant but relaxed. I definitely noticed the attention to detail and enjoyed chatting with Mike, the General Manager, who was very welcoming and attentive.

Deal with Anyone BUT Samantha! I recently inquired about purchasing a Porsche 911 and asked for a fair trade assessment. Not only did the Sales Rep (Samantha) Argue about how little my trade-in was worth, but tried to educate me during the process. I have a 2015 F-150 King Ranch. Definitely not the type of vehicle Porsche Norwell would normally stock. Most likely the type that they would send directly to a Manheim Auction. My thought was, if I received a fair trade, I would trade, otherwise, I’d consider buying outright. The 911 is $8k Over MMR. They Offered me $10k Less Than MMR. Manheim Express Gurantee Price is $28,700. KBB Trade is still $27k. The part that really gets me is that I didn’t have to trade, but after dealing with her….I would NEVER consider buying from them. She sent over comparable vehicles for sale that were advertised for $30k and had higher mileage. They offered $20k for my trade. She continues to try to justify why this is all my truck is worth and has not shown anything remotely close to that price point. It’s like she didn’t even pay attention to the information she was sending. I’m not sure if she thought I was a Moron….OR if she is the MORON. Management should review the manner in which she responds to customer inquiries or perhaps move her to a more appropriate position such as janitorial work. I’m not even sure she has the skill set to answer questions regarding “hours of operation” or “directions to the dealership.” I’d have no problem with someone from management reaching out to discuss the issue.

Picked up my Macan S yesterday, I just want to say Matt is such an awesome guy! It was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had.

There is book out there with the history of Porsche sports and racing cars titled "Excellence was Expected". At Porsche Norwell you can "Expect Excellence" and you don't have to wait or look for it. I purchased a used vehicle from Jeff (Sales Manager) and have NEVER been given such excellent treatment in any car dealership in my life. And I didn't even buy a Porsche! The whole process was a delight to say the least. A great deal and simply the best service. They had the vehicle in for full service before I took it home and after the fact put two new front tires on it. Dennis (Service Manager) was just the friendliest guy you could meet and took exceptional care of me and my car. They had detailed it just before I picked it up but after putting on the tires they did it again so when I picked it up it was once again like new! The folks at Porsche Norwell are EXCELLENT and I greatly appreciate their professional and courteous demeanor! Please pay them a visit.

Vince Pegurri

I drove a Porsche for a number of years and when I stopped by to learn more about the new Cayenne, the GM (Mike) was a genuine pleasure to speak with. If anyone is looking for a Porsche, you need to swing by Norwell before you pull the trigger.

Stuart Cerullo

We have purchased two cars from the Norwell dealership in the past 1.5 - 2 yars, a brand new A4 and recently a pre-certified Porsche SUV. The dealership is head and shoulders better than when it was owned and operated by the previous Retziel team. We have found the sales department to be very friendly, informed and accommodating. Mark Webber in our case, did an excellent job locating and delivering the pre-owned Cayenne that we bought. He followed thru on everything he promised and went the "extra mile" on a couple occasions as well. Dennis and Wayne in the service department were very helpful as well getting the car ready and remedying the items we agreed to ahead of time. We could tell that John Ziedins runs a good business, takes a personnel interest and the results show. We will go back next time we need a vehicle and recommend the firm to others. Stu, Kate & Romeo

Horrible experience with this dealership. I was contacted by Derrick Prescod, the internet sales manager, that a car I've been looking for came in. They and their website said they were open Sundays. I drove over an hour to find the dealership CLOSED!!!, on the way to this waste of time I get rear ended. I then called on Monday to set up another appointment, he told me the car just came in and was out for reconditioning and he would send me pictures when it was ready. Today, a week later, I get an email from him saying the car was sold. I would avoid these clowns at all costs. No respect for my time, horrible communication, Wasted my very limited and valuble free time, my money. VERY unprofessional !

This is a very nice dealership; The staff from the lady who picks up the phone to the service manager to sales manager are all very polite, nice and respectful. You feel appreciated here which is very important when you are a Porsche customer. I'll pay double the fees if I have to, just to be treated like this. Some of the other dealership act as if you owe them something, but here they are the opposite. Great service on the 911 as well.

What more can I say Porsche everywhere. In the best Porsche around

What a great Porsche dealership! Very friendly and extremely helpful. No pressure, no attitude. I spent time with Mark Webber, he's awesome! If you stop there, be sure to look him up and tell him I said hi!

Zhiming HUANG

Very bad dealership with poor customer service. Took advantage of a young 1st time buyer and sold a CERTIFIED used porsche 911 with a premium for the certification and later turned out the car was never certified. Still trying to get them to address the problem after 13 months. No trust at all.

Jay in the parts department is a great! He went above and beyond to help find a Boxster part for me. Thank You again Jay!

I live in NYC and purchased a certified but used Panamera at Norwell from an ad on the internet. Norwell was a long way away from me, and I had to trust what I was told (which can be challenging when a used car is involved). Mark by email and on the phone, and then Mark, Alex and Steve when I got there to pick up the car, represented everything accurately, did everything they said they would do and more, and stood by 100% of the deal we made - no surprises, no hidden charges, no nothing. My only wish is that they were closer to home. Best experience I have ever had buying a car.
