Good experience with MB of Westwood so far. Easy to get appointment by phone, loaner service was a plus (but I believe because I was there for issue related to manufacturer warranty I didn't have to pay for the loaner). The reason why I have given 4 and not 5 star is just coz after I dropped the car, there was follow up to inform or update on the status of the issue. If I could 4.5 start I would do that as I don't wanna take away an entire point but would be nice to be informed on what's going on. Pick was quick and easy in-an-out in like 5 min.

I don’t usually write reviews. But, my experience with this service point is great and incredible. They are honest and just do what is needed for your car. First time I took my car to another services and they said that I had to expend 7000$ to solve the problem, but westwood Mercedes Benz solved it for me for only 400$ and today I was there for oil change and again service was great with free car inspection. People there are really kind and you don’t have much wait time there.

My husband and I visited Westwood two weeks ago because we were ready to buy. I am not sure if the salesperson we were sent to is not very good at his job or was having a really off day. He mumbled, barely engaged with us, and overall acted like he was being forced against his will to interact with us. I have no idea if he is like that with everyone or he was making assumptions about us based on our appearance. We scooted out of there as fast as possible. The following weekend, we drove up to Lynnfield and bought our new car that same day. It should be delivered soon. Super odd behavior from Westwood sales person, especially since performance is measured by how many cards sold.

Had tires mounted on my 01 Audi s4. The techs placed 3 of my 4 wheels face down and created pits in the faces. The service representitive I was working with, Maria, mitigated the issue quickly and offered to have all 4 wheels refinished the following week. The tech that came out to view the damage attempted to deny responsibility despite obvious evidence. Unacceptable service for 190$ to mount tires, but I appreciate the care and generosity of my service rep. Will be back for the wheels to be refinished but never again.

I really enjoy taking our 2015 Mercedes Benz to Mercedes-Benz of Westwood. When we purchased our Mercedes, we purchased a maintenance plan which makes sure our Mercedes is in tip top mechanical condition. Next year, I will buy another maintenance plan from Mercedes to keep our Mercedes in superb running condition! It is a very good investment to buy a maintenance plan up front. Had my Mercedes E 350 20014 at this place, told them that the car has shock problems, in high speed the car is not stable. The clown number 1 told me that mechanic drove over bumps,and car is fine, and even dumber clown number 2 came, he waz the manager, and told me that I should not drive fast. Fyi to both clowns who don't even know anything about cars, I politely told them, shock absorbers are designed to hold the car on high speed, so air who's entering from below won't lift or sway tha car on a straightaway. To both clowns,driving over bumps u only using coils and shocks a bit, so the car doesn't jump up. I'm mad because both clowns are clueless of automotive industry. Is far as driving fast, a Korean tin can of a car like Hyundai can do 140 mph with no problem. Mercedes has been the leading car manufacturer for innovation in the past 100 years. And u two clowns try to diagnose my car by driving over some bumps, third world class service. I'm not bitter or anything, I'm just infuriating that you 2 clowns are the face or the first encounter with Mercedes related services. I'm going to fix my car, and I'm coming back to your service and bring back the bad shock absorbers, so at least u can fully understand how undereducated u both are. To anyone who wishes to prove me wrong, u can reply, and enlighten me on a procedure how to diagnose a shock absorbers problem. And please have some respect for your self. Only educated guess. Sincerely Igli... Responding to your comments of me driving fast, I'm not suggesting u or any one driving 100mph, I'm emphasizing that shock absorbers are designed when the speed increases, once more, your response is at a kinder garden level. This dealership is a joke. The salesman and sales manager messed up the paper work on my lease and I should have known then to back out of my lease agreement. Fast forward 28months later I called Sean the GM and asked for some assistance getting out of my lease and into a new Mercedes lease because I hate my current C coupe. Tells me he will check his inventory and work a number for me. 3days later no call back not answering any of my calls. This is why I will buy from any other Mercedes dealership besides this one. In fact might just go buy a Audi because I’m sure this is not how they will treat me. This would have been my 4th Mercedes between my brother and myself. Won’t be going here any longer.

I was given a loaner car for what I thought was for a day. I received a phone call from nick updating me on the repairs I needed. It turned out that a few days were needed to complete the repairs and a detailed list was emailed promptly. I was able to keep the loaner car which was very convenient and was the same model of car as mine so I was comfortable driving it. I received a phone call in 2 days as was estimated and the repairs were complete. I have been a customer of the Westwood location for about 5 years. Every visit and any problems were always addressed in a timely manner and the staff are courteous and polite. I will continue to be a loyal customer!!!!

Very surprised. I did not receive the Mercedes-Benz service I am used to receiving. I was looking for a new car as my lease is up this month, and it did not seem as if they were willing to go the mile let alone the extra mile to assist with my search. Very brief one sentence responses and was told by the sales person they would be able to further assist once “back from lunch”......I did however finally receive a call 2 days later, after I had already spoken to (Flagship Mercedes-Benz) which is a lot further away from where I live. Follow up is for sure not on point, especially when someone has somewhat of a time constriction.

They were very efficient and valued my time as a waiting customer. The service was seamless. In conclusion I brought up a concern about some chipping on the hood and Kip Renas took the time to walk out said with me, looked at it and told me it wouldn’t be covered but he would talk to his supervisor. Bought a Certified Mercedes E class in February from Thomas Parker.I was told the car has two keys and then after paperwork i was only handed one.I did end up getting the second key after 2 weeks of numerous calling.Now i am still waiting for the GAP refund for the car i traded in.I was told it only takes 3 to 4 weeks but it’s now been 2 and a half months.No Refund yet.I tried calling Gene and Shawn today but nobody answered my call.It’s getting very frustrating.

Westwood assumed full responsibility, delivered my car to their body shop for repairs and provide a beautiful new Mercedes loaner. The repairs were excellently done and my car is as good as new. You buy a Mercedes and they sell you on their white glove service... but then you need to fight to get it. Dropped my car off for a “90 minute” service and a detail mid-morning on Saturday and asked for them to drop the car off at home when finished. Monday night, still not there. Called the dealership 6 times around 5pm, nobody answered the phone. Nobody in Service, nobody in Sales. Automated phone service. With the exception of buying the car, I’ve yet to have a positive experience at the dealership. The sofas in the service waiting area are grungy and the faux-leather is splitting. Not what you expect from a Mercedes dealership.

The service done by the service department is excellent. Unfortunately the communication by the staff is very poor. When you walk in, the person at the front desk asks like you are a total inconvenience as a customer and rudely points to where you should go. We had huge issues getting the car back. They said they would deliver it to my house when work was finished and after 4 calls, I finally took an Uber over there to get it myself. There’s no problem if they can’t deliver it - I would have had someone drop me off but tell me that so I’m not going to be late for work. Then when I explain the communication problems they tell me I should have asked for a loaner car when no one offered me one in the first place and when the last time I had work done they told me there were a shortage of loaner cars. They did eventually offer me a free detail if I come back again but maybe not worth the hassle. Too bad because the guys who do the work are awesome and super nice.

Took my car in for routine service. When I picked up the my check tire pressure light was on. The technician apparently did not check the tire pressure as part of the routine service for which I paid for. When called back and mentioned it to the service advisor he didn’t seem to care much that the service had not been completed. Also, the car was so dirty inside from the technicians working on it. I had to wipe it myself to avoid stains on my clothes. It depends what service advisor you get and the service they provide.

Brought my Mercedes in to Prime Mercedes in Westwood for a recall having the Takata air bags replaced at no charge. The service advisor quickly wrote up the work order and provided a free loaner car for the day. They called me around 2 pm to inform me the airbag work was finished. Picked up my vehicle with fresh car wash at No Charge. No problem. Recommend them. Service advisor was extremely professional.

I was told that the service would take between 1and 1 1/2 hours. After about 15 minutes I was told that it would be longer (an hour and 1/2 from that time) because of an incident with the car In front of mine in which there was an oil spill. I then waited another hour and 45 minutes. Apparently when the car was ready and the service advisor came to get me I was in the ladies room so he waited another 15 or so minutes before coming again to tell me the car was ready. The waiting area is great and the server was friendly.

Just had my car serviced there recently. I’ve been there before & I like it there & I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Just wished they where able to wash my car which they couldn’t but overall it was a positive experience. I highly recommend going there.

I was at dealership on Saturday late afternoon. Everyone was very busy. Luckily I met Stephen Carrigan. He is very professional, courteous and nice person. Took one hour, which was quicker than predicted, everyone was pleasant but many employees spoke extremely quickly and had accents, so it was a bit confusing at times. I was waiting in the lounge and was very disappointed there was NO COFFEE. The entire cafe area was closed. There really is no excuse for that.

The service rep that processed my car today was very courteous, explained everything that was done to my car and he made sure my inspection sticker was renewed as it was due to expire this month as I had not noticed the expiration. He also made sure my coolant was checked with winter approaching. He went above and beyond checking fluids that I didn’t consider when I brought my car in for service. I was extremely pleased with him and will recommend my friends bring their Mercedes in for service with him.

Would not expect to pay $924.86 to a Mercedes-Benz dealer to not have your vehicle wash and also the battery terminal cover broken off my battery . Thats there to prevent a spark to avoid a fire service like this coming from a dealership, I expect that from a back yard mechanic

I have done business with Mercedes of Westwood for 10 plus years. I am sad to say that the service I received the past few times has not been what I have come to expect. The cost of having service there is premium therefore I expect premium service. Normally when I pick up my car after service I find it to be washed and vacuumed. I asked if it had been and was told it was, only to find out that they meant only the front mats are cleaned/vacuumed. When I asked about it I was told that vacuuming of the car is not done. Did the policy/service change? Disappointed nonetheless. I will he researching other Mercedes dealers to see if they still offer premium service.

Don’t waste your time. This is like a individual store. Employees for service don’t communicate each other. I dropped my car fixing a tire. ***** was no responses for 5 hours and off the day suddenly. If he was sick, he needed to transfer of his duties to someone. He doesn’t know the meaning of appointment with customer and is very rude for Asian. Only answer he has is “I don’t know”. I bought the car here but I won’t visit this store anymore.

This was a nightmare of a service visit - which lasted a total of about 4 hours - went in at (745 an and came out at 1145) without any status updates - I went in for a 50000 service - and wanted the service to check out squeaking noise- . The whole process was as if the dealer was not interested at all - disappointing as I had been using their service for some 5 years. I was thinking of upgrading my car but with this kind of service - would never visit them - Ofcourse they pick and choose who they serve better - customer service is not consistent at all. The final rub was that after 4 hours - the car was not washed properly -
