Bertrand was was my Sales Consultant and he was amazing working with me on finding the perfect Vehicle for me. Tony in service is the rudest, when I asked for his supervisor he simply said he was on the phone or in a meeting. Wouldn’t give me his name and told me to call back and ask for a manager. Will never do work with this place. Ever.

I recently bought a Benzo at MBUSA in Somerville. Buying a car is a process and mine mainly involved Ash, Fred, and Erick all employees of MBUSA. ASH He was responsible for handling the actual selling of the Benzo to me. He was very flexible and accommodating and -- in my opinion -- put my interests above his. He went the extra mile to ensure that at the end of the process, I was a happy owner of a Benzo. FRED Recent Benzos are so high tech that when you buy one, you MUST not leave the dealership before consulting with a guy like Fred. Fred is a high level auto tech guy that will take the time to explain and demonstrate to you every technical aspect of a Benzo that you need to know about. Think of your meeting with him as an accelerated class on Benzo Tech. ERICK Erick is a car guy: He has always loved cars and always will. I needed a ride at some point during my process of purchasing my Benzo and it's he that met this need. He is very friendly, professional, and loves what he does.

*****DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE**** I got the service A done on my 2016 Mercedes c300 on July 9, 2019 . I was not happy at all with the service they provided in regards to my vehicle. This service costs 299.99. They said they checked the car completely and topped off all fluids. The windshield wash liquid light came on 2 days later. So they didn’t do that. Then the rear brakes start making a noise 3 days after that appt. I bring it to two different places to be looked at and they tell me it needs pads. Which means they didn’t check that either. On the report they gave me they said the car was all good. The car had just gotten detailed that morning so it was spotless when I brought it in. I’m assuming they washed it because when I got it back the exterior was all wet. For that amount of money for an “oil change” they should be really checking the car. I do not recommend this dealer at all. Erika was my service advisor she was great. She got me a coupon online for $50 off. I still paid $273.02 for a service they did not provide. If customers are paying that type of money for an “oil change” you guys shouldn’t do half a** jobs. They should take more pride in what they do. I got the car back in 1hr 30min which is impossible for them to go thru all the list really check it & do an oil change within that time frame as busy as they were. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!

If I can, I want to give negative points to this place. I had an extremely horrible experience in this place today. I went to fix my car's wheel and brakes. I went to this store twice for the same problems! First time they charged me 4 digits bill for fixing some things but not the problems!!! And I had to visit this place again. This time, a manager / machinist drove my car for testing. However, the problems did not emerge during the test. The machinist asked me carrying the problems and leaving the store! The reason was that he did not hear noise. I tried to talk to him for solutions, but he did not respond with respect! Excuse you?! I came for solutions and you asked me to go!!!!???? The most unacceptable answer was come next time when the problems emerge again. Hello?? I may try to find other shop which can fix my car's problem. Mercedes does not equal to quality service!!!!!!!!!

I would like to give Benz five stars, not only because it's Benz, but more importantly, I met a great sales manager named Max Wang. Max did such an amazing job on helping me find my dream car! He wasn't like other sales, just trying to finish their jobs on selling a car, who hide important information, which may lead you to get a bad deal. Max does the opposite. He stands in your position and tries to understand your needs. Then he would let you know whether you spend your money wisely even there is a chance you are walking out of the Benz store without buying any cars. For my case, I planned to get a GLC coupe at first and I was almost ready to pay the GLC 2019 deposit with my credit card. Any sales manager would be so happy to follow my idea and get the deposit from my card. That's how the previous sales at Benz tried to do. However, I got lucky that the previous sales was busy and I was transferred to Max. Max re-walked through with all my needs on an ideal car I would like to get. Then he insisted that I shouldn't get the GLC 2019 and suggested me at least to wait for a few months to get the new version of 2020 GLC. Because the car is going to have a major upgrade in the next version. Not many sales would really consider for you like Max. Then he told me if I spend similar amount of money or even less, and I can even get a GLE without unnecessary features which holds a better value after. He showed me the features, explained all the new tech patiently. A GLE actually was never in my consideration before but now he got me discovered a wonderful car! Finally, I got a GLE 350 with a cheaper price than the GLC coupe. It's a great car and I am so happy with it, with my decisions made. When the car get delivered, they even prepared a big bowtie on the car cover by a huge cloth. It was super nice and pleasant experience. Pictures attached below. (Sorry for the new buyers on disclosing the surprise) I would say the experience with Benz is much more better than buying a Tesla model S, which I went to the sales center at Dedham 3 times before I got my poor quality Tesla model S. Most importantly, I met Max, who helped me on getting the car which made me really happy! Thank you so much Max!

horrible...PLACE they make it look like a nice place BUT IT S NOT>>> dont be fooled by their LITTLE water bottles and apples at the counter... service issues do not get addressed as they should... under extended warranty...took them 77 days to fix engine problem... however; still having engine knocking noise till today...they tell me engine knocking noise is inherent to E350 models...PICTURE THAT>>>? rear passenger door jammed on 4 different occasions (including this time) ...they tell me they will fix (again) during my service "B"...in the future... had lower grill damage...was informed by their GM that they will replace...however; grill broke at the same location...it seems that they never replaced it... rude service advisory...specially tony & patrick (no eye contact lacks customer service skills)...matt will not return calls and mike will terminate call when asked too any questions... antony the service manager will NOT return calls or respond to e-mails... when purchasing novelty items they do not have bags at the counter... will not go back...there are too many chiefs @ this dealership with bad attitude problems...egotistic maniacs... good luck to all of you

Worst car buying experience of my life. Leased a 2020 GLE 350 on 6/29. The experience getting to the lease was OK. As soon as I signed it went downhill. Right after signing, the sales rep said the car wasn't on site and would arrive for me by 7/3. Fine. I had some time off. Not a big deal. 7/3 rolls around, I'm told the car won't arrive until 7/5 or 7/6. I got upset and said my lease payment should be offset since I didn't yet have the asset I leased. Rep Steve said nothing he could do. Called and complained to a manager who grudgingly agreed to pay me for the days I didn't have the car. On Saturday, 7/6, they tell me the car won't arrive until Monday 7/8. On Monday, 7/8 the rep tells me the car is in NJ and on it's way up. That afternoon he tells me it won't get there til Tuesday, 7/9 and I should be able to pick it up then. Tuesday, 7/9 I find out the car will arrive too late in the day to be prepped for me until Wednesday 7/10. Amazon can tell me when my package is a few stops away. Mercedes Benz can't keep track of a $65K car. After finally picking the car up and driving home, the tire pressure monitor goes off in 15 minutes. One of the tires was inflated to 50 psi - waaaay above the range of 37-40. Not a big deal to let pressure out, but it seemed like one more F you from Mercedes Benz.
