Wish I could give lower, but cant. Last year, in july 2018, I went to see their Discovery sport 2018. I like it but didnt wanna finalize it but they said the offer they had would end that evening, so I kinda rushed and said yes and signed a paper. But remember the stuff hadn’t got to bank yet, next day I changed me mind, so called them saying I didn’t want it. But they didn’t let me get out of it, werent helpful. The bank hadn’t approved it nor did I get the car keys yet. They basically forced me into it. And now, Im leaving the country and wanted to get out of the lease. Apparently the wonderful landrover group doesnt let tou get out of lease easy. Either you buy the car out or pay the remaining amount on the lease. I just paid $9k ( that iz saved up for college) to another dealership to buy out the car that I used for 9 months along with the monthly payments I did for lease. Out of which Iwas out of country for four months..!!!!!’Thats not where this ends, I got my car serviced to check AC before I sell it off and they returned the car last Wednesday night and Thursday morning the car started giving me trouble and in the evening when I left work, the car broke down. They messed up the wiring and the car didnt power on. So had to wait till the guy came and towed it . And next day I had a buyer for the car whose appointment I missed cause of this. The service team is never available.

The sales department is great, but the service department is just horrible. I had to reschedule my appointment 3 times. they told me that the system was broken and that is why they missed the pick up. I don't know why the service managers cant keep up with a minimum service standard. this is supposed to be a luxury brand!

This place has been nothing but horrible. From the first day I bought my SUV until 4 years later. They won’t stand behind their products. Terrible sakes people. And They give you a hard time getting loaners dropped off. When it’s time to trade up~ they don’t call you back. I brought in my immaculate low mileage SUV for a trade in , And received a LOW ball trade in value. Insulting. especially when the sales person later stated, “l can do much better on that price”. Be honest upfront!! I recently spoke to the GM, Andy , and asked about the drop off and pick up service if I get my new vehicle there, I’m buying very soon. The ad for that dealership states 50 mile radius, even for an oil change . I am well within those 50 mile perimeters. He told me ~ “if I think your issue is a priority we will do it”. What?!?!? Apparently being a 20 year customer and purchasing $80k vehicles won’t qualify you as a priority. I won’t go back. Lots of other dealers to pick from. Remove your ad if you won’t honor it for what it claims and for EVERYONE.

I recently had a wonderful experience at the Land Rover in Sudbury. Max Rivadeneira was the sales person that assisted us in our purchase of a Range Rover Velar. Max was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the two models we were interested in, and explained the many options for us to choose. He was personable and made the whole process of purchasing a car quite enjoyable. He handled all the paperwork and details so that everything went smoothly and we were able to pick up our new car within a few days. I generally do not like to deal with car sales people because they are often high pressure. However, I was very impressed with the manner in which Max explained things to us, showed us various vehicles and option packages, and a took extra time to facilitate a successful purchase.

I met Hannah on my initial visit to the store and likely drove her and her peers a little crazy over my next 2-3 visits with all the options I wanted to see in terms of cars and packages... Worst service center I have been to. My co-worker had his Land Rover Discovery service at this establishment for an A/C problem last year, May 24, 2018. The work was completed stating that they found damaged O-ring. The repair order states that they recharged the system and found no other problems. One year later, the A/C does not work again. I found it odd cause I know many technicians that work for the Herb Chambers company that do great work. So I went with my co-worker to see if they can see why the A/C system is not working since Land Rover of Sudbury were the last to work on his A/C system. I soon as I walked in I notice unprofessional personal. The service advisor we dealt with, Bob Wendler, stayed in chair and didn't even greet us. When asked about how long the warranty is on labor he stated that is one year but nothing is written on their repair order. He didn't even care what was the concern with my co-worker's vehicle or try to accommodate with my co-worker. He stayed in his chair, slouch down and didn't even try to win a costumer. I felt so disrespected on his demeanor. Is personal like this that make me question why I served my country for so many years. I will never recommend this establishment to anyone. I rather drive to Norwood.

I’m definitely excited about this car purchase... I came in to look at both 2016 and 2017 Certified Pre-owned Evoques. Manny was a DELIGHT. He made the process simple and fun. And even though the truth is that I most likely would’ve bought the car anyway, Manny sealed the deal and really made a lasting impression — he is the reason I’d come back for my next car purchase/refer family and friends/tell people at work they should come here, too. (Oh, and sing his praises to my mom.) He is GOLD. Bonus shoutout for Jeff, who was funny, nice, and really knowledgeable, too. And, guess what: I’m driving away feeling great!

I believe this dealership is great if you are a standard customer. By that I mean you are a resident of Mass, use the dealers financing options (which had REALLY high rates) and walk in the front door to purchase a car. I was none of these. I purchased a car remotely, used my own financing (and saved a lot of $$), and live in another state. While the dealership said this was common for them, for me it was a total disaster because they were so disorganized. Finance: Couldn't provide the correct ACH information to USAA - a fairly large and common auto finance institution, this caused a 10 day delay. How can a finance department no know the difference between an ACH number and a wire number? Registration: Delay, excuse and more delay. It was so bad, that I received the car via a transport company I found (the one they recommended was $150 higher, and slower to deliver), but I didn't have license plates because the dealer didn't process them. Then when they did process them in NJ (the state I live), they had them sent BACK to Mass, then UPS to me. Oh yea, and they sent them "overnight" promising Saturday delivery, guess what - they didn't specify Saturday delivery so I got them on Monday. Detail Department: Don't let them buff your car. I purchased a very expensive car and it was delivered with swirl marks on every surface! I need to go and get it professionally detailed on the outside to have the swirl marks removed. I am profoundly unhappy with this dealership and welcome a call from them - however now that they transaction is done I am not sure they care.

I'm not one for writing reviews, but felt compelled to do so given how incredibly friendly everyone was. David (our sales associate) was a true gem! Super friendly, courteous and genuine. All of which makes our leasing experience extremely enjoyable and relaxing. Keith Burns (our finance manager) was also great to work with. From previous leases, all finance managers have been extremely pushy with service plans and such. They have also been quite rude and cold. Keith was a 180 from past experiences. He was very pleasant and kind and friendly. Simply went over all packages and left it at that. We made our decisions and moved on. Again, just adding to our overall AMAZING experience. Lastly, Mike Amato (general manager). He is the pinnacle of what other GM's should strive to be! Very courteous, incredibly friendly, very attentive to my concerns and a joy to talk to! He was very responsive to ALL of my requests and was very accommodating with appointment schedules. I was a bit disappointed during the delivery when I noticed that the scratches on vehicle that were to be removed were still on the vehicle. I thought that should have been taken care of by the dealership as agreed upon during the sales processes.

Frank was the single most disrespectful service “professional” I have encountered in my life. I went for a walk while waiting for my vehicle to be finished and to my dismay I witnessed a car being cleaned with a power washer in the back parking lot. I wasn’t surprised when my car came back with paint chipped off it in multiple locations including the Range Rover lettering on the hood. When I raised the issue frank threatened not to repair the damage and denied the power washing I had just witnessed with my very eyes. I saw it on the back corner of the building nearest the road, right next to a drain. Frank was confrontational and threatening. When I mentioned the power washing he started to walk away and said he wouldn’t repair the vehicle. I don’t know how this man could be a service manager and I suggest the location find themselves a new one. He threatened not to repair items under warranty and my car came back with a nail in the tire... They ultimately charged me for the tire and after pandering to their service manager frank, repaired the damaged lettering, but not a paint chip around my front parking sensor. I couldn’t bring myself to even bother to have my car fully restored to the condition it previously was before I brought it there. The second picture has yet to be repaired. You can actually still see the water from the wash on it. I took these at the dealership right away as I was shocked the damage was so obvious to my front end. The nail in the tire was “found” when they were repairing the damage to the lettering, they repaired it and charged me without consent.

This has been the worst buying experience of my life. Purchased my 2013 vehicle in July. It’s now January. The car has had tons of issues since the day I drove it off the lot. I have been ignored and ignored and ignored. After 5/6 weeks they finally took my car in to service. They replaced the brakes and steering. That’s it. Kept my car 2 months. 2 months and put heart 400 miles on the car. Returned it to me in October and the day it was returned the issues were all still there. Shaking like crazy, defrost not working, transmission slipping, torn ball joints, broken drivers window, rumbling engine shakes when reversing. The windshield was chipped and a missing lug nuts which were not intact before service. The GM didn’t return one email to me the entire 6 months. The woman I was dealing with lied and told her bosses she had been trying to reach me constantly which is false. She ignored all my calls and emails. I have so many records of emails and texts it’s insane. Showing how one side this is. The only person at the dealership who responded to me has been the last 6 weeks and it’s just constant delays in emails and offering me zero solutions. Now they want me to take a day off of work. Drive 3 hours and sit there and wait while they look at my car??? The car needs multiple days of service and it should be serviced. Oh and they have no drivers or loaners available for me? What? That is ridiculous! How is this 6 months later and not resolved. I’m completely blown away by how little this dealership cares. How horrific they have treated me. How completely full of excuses and lack of answers they have for me. I asked them one simple question. How could you have claimed to have serviced this vehicle before selling it? And if you serviced it how come it passed safety checks? You sold an unfit vehicle and can’t take responsibility for this. It’s simple. Fix my car. Refund me on the retail price. Trust me. Unless you purchase a 80k new vehicle they don’t care about you. They have no legs to stand on and I unfortunately have to take further action. Good luck to all of you dealing with the same issues of defective vehicle. Service your cars and stand behind them. Herb should be disappointed and really look into his customers best interest because his staff is not. They have not met any of my proposals or solutions I’ve suggested. Not having a reliable vehicle ruined my holidays and travel plans. It’s been 6 months of car payments for a car that is a lemon. It’s been constant stress and constant emailing and texting of people who just tell me they will look into it. I’m so disgusted and exhausted. Really simple. Fix my car, compensate me back and make this right!!!!
