I’d like to say that I’m a happy customer but I’m not unfortunately. I love my car but the air conditioning on my 2016 car intermittently does not work. I brought it in three weeks ago and they said they fixed it. And now three weeks later I have NO ac! It’s August and they are telling me that I have to wait 15 days to look at it. You’d think when you’d spend top dollar on a luxury car that you’d get luxury service. But not here at Herb Chambers Porsche in Burlington.

Excellent experience with Herb Chambers Porsche. I was actually driving to another dealership to test drive a Panamera when I heard from the sales manager, Sam Moustafa who said that I need to see a 2015 Panamera with just 3500 miles that just came in. So, I made a detour and was greeted by Chris Brustas. He dug the car out (it snowed heavily the day before) and we took it out for a test drive. Great car! We ended up settling on a price for my trade-in and he delivered the car to me the following week in southern Maine where I live. However, when he showed up I noticed "curb rash" on both front wheels. Chris said that they'd take care of it and I then heard from the service advisor, Noah Goldberg. He showed up with a loaner the following week and they made the repairs. Excellent sales and service. I highly recommend!

This is the worst service I have ever seen. I bought my car there, and the first major service I brought my car in for has been a disaster. The service manager, Joe Rondinelli, has been incredibly rude to my wife and I. They lied about the work performed, had us drive all the way in (1.5hr round trip with our two month old son) only to tell us the car was not ready, and tried to charge us $800 for a problem they created. The dealership experience was fine, even good, but NEVER bring your car here for service.

Herb Chambers Porsche sent me to the Porsche track event back in October -- wow!! We were really treated to the whole "Porsche Experience". Racetrack Rick gave us a lovely introduction to the instructors, all of whom were wonderful. All of the folks that worked there were incredibly nice and made me feel welcomed, even as a woman in a male-dominated environment. Had a great time testing out the Macan GTS and was pretty pleased to maneuver a Cayman S around the tracks as well. In general the dealership is a great place, all of the folks that work there and friendly and knowledgeable, and Racetrack Rick is a hoot (and very helpful).

Hello , My experience with there salemen (race car rick ) has been in my opinion very unprofessional, i had a series of emails with that person and sent info and pictures by email as per there request, i was told they will contact me with a price for my trade in and over 12 days later ....... nothing... i contacted customer service telling them there sales rep ghosted me..... guess what ..... 5 days later ..... No answer from them either...... so here i am waiting like a dummy for them to contact me with my trade in price..... ask your self how you might feel . I know how i feel about this dealership.! I wonder how the after sales treats clients? I have no idea but if they do the same as the client service and sale rep i communicated with , well........ you be the judge and form your own opinion. My experience has brought me to not want to do business with this company. Maybe they have a legitimate reason for frustrating a client wanting to spend his hard earned money, if they do maybe someone should have the decency and respect to explain them selves! There are many many porsche dealers i sugest exploring all your options before settling for and one dealership! Thank you

All of Rick's years with Porsche helped me through a custom build process and he was incredibly patient and good-humored as I made change after change. Tremendous experience working with Megan and Peter at this dealership. I had visited several dealerships before choosing to purchase a vehicle from Megan and Peter. They were heads and tails better in all aspects and most importantly in price and overall knowledge of the vehicle and the varying options. They were extremely helpful in assisting me in the process of choosing from the vast number of options and helpful in determining the correct options for my needs. I found that they were able to explain the options far better than their competitors. They offered much better pricing and were extremely patient as I changed my mind several times after ordering the initial build. Lastly they were very attentive where I found other dealers to be somewhat disinterested. Cons: • Although I had scheduled a test drive and the dealership knew I was coming, the car was not cleaned. The interior had coffee stains etc. • Although the actual car purchase was smooth (see above), what followed afterwards was annoying. After I had already signed all the required paperwork for buying the car, I had to spend another 2 hours at the dealership. The time was filled with various meetings with various people trying to sell additional warranties, products, upgrades etc etc etc in addition to asking me to sign various additional documents and even some of the same documents that I had already signed during the purchase agreement. In between those one-on-one meetings there was typically idle times of 15-20 minutes. I rather would have spent those 2 hours celebrating my new car or calling my insurance company. In fact, due to wasting time at the dealership I had to postpone the call with insurance for a day, which ultimately resulted in a 3 day delay of picking up the car. • This was a certified pre-owned car. When I picked it up it had significant damage at one of the rims. I hadn’t picked it up when I test drove the car. On the plus side, Herb Chambers agreed to fix it for free. On the con side, if they do this out of courtesy, why not doing it before selling the car. • The car was washed when I picked it up. Just as a minor comment: I bought 2 BMWs before. When those cars were washed at BMW, they were spotless. In comparison, the Porsche wash was a bit sloppy (no washing underneath the rear wing; no cleaning within interior compartments). This is no big deal but small details sometimes count as well.

I purchased a 2013 Porsche 911 Turbo Cab used and Porsche Certified with 4500 miles on it. The negotiating process was okay but with slow response times from sales people. As I was buying this 100K plus vehicle sight unseen I inquired telephonically and via email as to it's condition and was assured it was "showroom ready and only needed detailing". When it was delivered (at 9:30 at night) the car was covered with deep rain spotting and bird droppings. I had paid for a covered carrier so this was unexpected and unacceptable. I also found several deep scratches on the bumper which were not disclosed to me by the dealership. I was also only given one key for the vehicle when the purchase agreement clearly stated two keys as part of the purchase. I contacted Ian Miller the General Manager for Herb Chambers Porsche of Boston and brought all the above to his attention. He agreed to have a key sent to me (on several occasions) and to have the vehicle detailed and scratches painted at my local Porsche dealership and the he would pay for and coordinate with my local dealership. To date several months after the fact I am still waiting for my key and my local Porsche dealership has been unable to receive payment from Herb Chambers Porsche after many attempts to do so. In addition, I overpaid for my registration and I am due a refund from Herb Chambers Porsche but even though Ian Miller has told me several times he would do so I am still awaiting the check. If you choose to do business with Ian Miller and Herb Chambers of Boston please do so with eyes wide open. Do not give them ANY money until all has been delivered to your satisfaction. I attempted to resolve this through Porsche Customer Commitment and it appears to have fallen on deaf ears. BEWARE!

What is unique is that the service department is run more like a boutique shop than an impersonal auto dealer service department. Porsche charged $4200. for a "99 boxster for repairs that I did not request nor authorize,. Whatever they did to the car, it is junk now. It doesn't start, it squeaks, the horn starts up on its own, the underside makes noises, and the list goes on. The service people are scam artists. They now have my car and only credited $3500. So, now, the Porsche people have my car for basically $0. Total scam artists. I intend to report this to the attorney general's office.

Terrible experience with Porsche of Boston. We bought new Cayenne and they did not finish the paperwork complete. They simply switched our registration plates from the car I traded in and put it on new cayenne and took the money including RMV registration cost + sales tax and let us go. They did not even explain the process. The car did not have inspection sticker. We called number of time for next few days to find out about our registration and inspection sticker. Every time we got answer that we will call you back. We left our belongings in the car we traded in. We called number of times about that but they did not give any satisfactory answer. The sales person name is Rick, he seemed to be in rush. He may be a great sales person but customers needs service and proper guidance. He seemed to be irresponsible person and did not seem to worry about the customer. After spending few days I finally got hold of GM Ian. The worst part is that we gave them our insurance company info and they are supposed to finish up insurance paper work, they did not do that and we were driving the car for over a week without insurance without knowing that. It is total negligence on their part. At the time of this review writing they still have not completed the work. They cannot simply take the money and let customer go without finishing the paperwork properly and then not returning calls.
