Was there on 7/22/2019. Google said they'd be open by 8:30 am, but turns out they won't be until 9 am. Nonetheless, they found a salesperson to helped me immediately. Nick (Pacheco) walked me through the entire transaction, from test drive to signing. He was patient, knowledgeable, communicative, and very well-mannered. Experience was hassle-free. Would go back if I decide to trade-in or get a new car.

I stopped at Herb Chambers Lexus in Sharon 12/20, for a state inspection. I met Brian Matthews who took my information..and just seems like a great guy. They had the sticker and car wash done in no time all the while I was having a coffee and a bagel in their cafe. This was the nicest service visit I have ever experienced. Sales experience is fine but service is the worst ever. We were in the area and thought to take them up on the “complimentary car wash” offer. I guess if you come in for a complimentary service, they don’t care about customers. It was the first time for us to come in for a car wash so we didn’t realize that you have to be in the same wait line as people that come for actual service. After 15 minutes of waiting, we decided it wasn’t worth it and wanted to get the car and leave. That’s where the lies started. First a young man said the car was already at the wash and just 10 more minutes to get it out. 15 minutes later inquired with another woman totally willing to just get the car and leave. The woman came back saying the car was already being washed and we can’t get it back. But in 5/7 minutes after they dry it, we can pick up. 15 minutes later already running late for an appointment, called a guy who seemed to be a manager. He didn’t apologize, just brought the car out with some sprinkles of water in it, and it was still dirty! Unbelievable! 1 hour, lying employees saying the car was being washed and it wasn’t even washed! I do t have a problem if the place is busy, but say so directly that it would take 2 hours before your car maybe will get washed. No need to waste our time and tell us it would only be 7 more minutes. I can only imagine quality of actual service here. This was the worst dealership service ever. Too bad because I really like the car and sales people are much more reliable

I came in to look at a used Toyota Corolla I had seen on website. Nicole Leithauser answered my inquiry on the cars availability within minutes and was very personable. Because of her quick friendly response I was intrigued and excited to come in that day to see the Corolla. I asked for Nicole at the reception desk and she promptly came out to meet me. To my surprise she had the Corolla out front waiting for me. Nicole then took me to sales person Sean Devlin. Sean was very nice, offered me food, drink and when he said capaccino or expresso I could not refuse. The capaccino was excellent!! Sean then went for a test drive with me and was very knowledgeable and upfront about the Corolla. This was my seventh purchase of a vehicle from this dealership. My last 6 cars were purchased from the same salesman; he has now retired. I did a bit of research and reading reviews and found Rene LaPaz. Rene is upbeat and easy to talk to. I wasn't planning on a new car but had seen the UX 250h on a service visit for my CT 200h and really liked it. It was easy to setup a test drive and Rene and the team worked quickly to find the exact model and color I wanted. I've had 2 excellent interactions with this dealership. 1 - I purchased an Infinity through this dealership a couple years ago. They were very knowledgeable of the car and its features even though it was an off brand car for them. Everything from the test drive, to financing, to delivery was made incredibly easy, and the staff was was always friendly. 2 - Recently I went back to test drive a Lexus I saw listed online. I walked in and Patty Quick took me out for a test drive. I instantly loved the car, however the person who test drove it before me bought it while I was driving it. Patty went above and beyond to keep helping me. She looked up all cars in inventory at their location and surrounding locations that were in a similar price range. The next day I got a follow up call regarding my visit and that she was going to monitoring new listings to match what I was looking for. Again, I'm so impressed with the level of customer service this dealership offers. Both great experiences I've had here will keep me coming back as well as referring my family and friends.

Went in with confidence with their reputation. Left feeling like 75 percent of the problems weren't addressed. Not sure if the service rep has too much on his plate but their was a clear disconnect between him and the technicians. After explaining that they couldn't find any apparent problem, I overheard the technician explain he never test drove the car because the tires were too worn. I can respect that but please tell me that up front rather than feeding me BS. They pulled my "serviced" car up to me with my plastic guards dragging on the concrete. I could keep going with about 6 other talking points but the short version is that their customer service has gone downhill. The worst part of it all, after the service rep recognized that he dropped the ball regarding several issues, he didn't offer any type of relief or remedy to make me feel better as a customer. After spending 375$ on an oil change, tire rotation and a/c service, the least they could do is vacuum the mats and deliver me my vehicle clean!

This dealer Lexus’s rate seem pretty good in term of rating review stars (4.5 out of 5) but why am i fell into this category of .5 out of 5 stars. Anyway first of all , my experience with dealer seem pretty good so far , got a deal with an rx350L and the deal is done just wait to see if the bank is approve or not. The next day, I got called from the dealer stated that the bank was approve. I took half day off from work because I really exited to get the car. Once I get there , they asked me to put some more money down. Since I’m too tired of fighting back and ford I did put some money down (note: bank is already approved before I get there) under agreement of 60 month but when I got the bill it say 61 month. Second of all, I got a car and found out that one of the bumper is missing a part and after contact them, they said they will order it for me and send it to my address. I’ve been waiting for about 4 month and still did not get my part so I decided to call them. Now they try to charge me again said that I should of notify them right away after I bought the car. Would I recommend this dealer ship to a friend? Well I don’t know, use your judgement or maybe you might have a good experience with them.

Well let me start off by saying ,The receptionist laughed at us because we did not remember the name of the person we had an appointment with . So my fiancée and I arrived an hour before our actual appointment.Our appointment was for 5:45 we got a call at 3pm saying they close at 6 and it would be great for us to arrive earlier,so we dismiss my youngest from school 20 minutes early .why give us an appointment for 5:45 if you close at 6 .We are a middle class family walked in with two kids not very well dressed because our appointment was for later in the day so we didn’t have much time .so we go in look at a 2012 Cadillac.priced At $14,000 . 80,000 miles give or take .They pull the suv to the front and before We even took it for a test drive I noticed there is significant damage to the right side passenger door .Which is not stated on the website .We did drive over 2 hours to look at this vehicle.so we talk to the guy asked is this going to be taken care of because if not I don’t even want to drive it .He says hold on let me go talk to “him” He then comes out and says well the repairs will be $2,500 but if you go through our guy it will be $1,000 So on top of the “said “price we would have to now pay for repairs.after an hour of trying to talk down the price and get the door fixed which they was not budging we was greeted by “him” can’t remember his name but basically decided he would pay for the door but the price would stand at $ 14,000 they would not budge on the price so we walked because of the awful experience we had We just decided maybe this is not the place for a middle class family .To be fair they did try to work with us but by then it was a little to late at the end of the day we would have paid over $15,000 not including interest . And to add when the sales person went to get the manager “him” “he” only because we heard that term 100 times regarding “he”was not able to pay for the door .He made us feel like he was doing us a favor by having the door fixed and was told it wouldn’t be that great of a job but it would look better .He also said “we did put a picture of the vehicle online we didn’t hide the damage” but online there is no way that one is going to see that the way the lighting is My fiancé then said why not just note on the website that there is significant damage to the door and that buyer would be held responsible for it .The reply was and I Quote “I’m not gonna note that on my site “while shrugging his shoulders his body language said ,what am I an idiot. So unless your rich they don’t care about selling your used trade ins so don’t bother

My parents have a Lexus and come here all the time, maybe I was give some flack because I was young. This is the fourth Lexus we have purchased from Herb Chambers in Sharon , MA. We live in New Hampshire and have to drive over an hour to get to Sharon but the drive is definitely worth it to work with the staff at Herb Chambers Lexus. We have had only good experiences. The most recent vehicle we purchased we worked with Marc Vigor. Marc patiently listened to our needs. It was obvious that he has a in depth knowledge of the products when we were talking about different cars. He found us a perfect vehicle to meet our needs and price range. The new vehicle has a joystick controller. I was amazed at how well Marc handled the joystick and he taught me well. When we left our CDs in our trade-in vehicle, I called Marc and he retrieved them from our vehicle. We had a good experience with the finance department when we worked Andrew Tavares. It was a smooth and efficient transaction. Finally, the Service Department under Brian Matthews, Manager, is run on knowledge and good service. Had a very horrible experience. We went in to look for a used ES350, we liked a car and placed a $1000 deposit towards the car. When we called the dealer the next day to tell them to go ahead with the paperwork, we were told that the car was sold. This is simply unacceptable and reckless behavior. And it has been over 2 weeks since then and they have not refunded our deposit money. Will not be not be going back there and will not recommend this dealership for any reason

Excellent Service from the minute you arrive, all the way to end of the purchase agreement. Highly recommend Nick Pacheco, honest and comes delivers on the promises to make the car buying experience so worth it. I bought a Mazda CX5 grand touring, and couldn't believe all the perks you get when buying at Herb Chambers Lexus, but most of all I was so impressed by the service, the price and the experience there was truly no need to go anywhere else. First & foremost, Mr. Lapaz was the quintessential gentleman. No pressure, no tactics, he simply extolled the virtues of each car, letting the cars speak for themselves. First class service is all I can say. From being greeted warmly upon entering the garage to being escorted to my Service Rep Wayne. Wayne Mclaughlin cared about what I was in for. I was originally in for an airbag recall for my GX. Not only did this get taken care of but he asked if I had any other concerns. I brought up the fact that I was having an issue with the alarm system over the past couple of weeks. He hit the nail on the head, Battery issue, and was sure that it was taken care of at a fair price and timely fashion! Can't say enough about Wayne and how he is always there to take care of needs for both of my cars! From service it was up to the café, the women there was extremely pleasant and made sure I knew lunch would be arriving in 15 minutes. I didn't have time to wait but appreciated being informed. Great experience all around!

Their service department is careless and unprofessional. I made the mistake of having my car serviced here on three separate occasions with each time my car incurring some sort of damage from their carelessness. The third time I specifically asked the service advisor Ronni to inspect my car prior to/after the service was completed to ensure my car was not damaged. I received a call stating my car was complete and she had inspected my car and everything looked “fine” I drove fifty miles to the dealership to pick up my car, and found it damaged. I was frustrated and left, my service advisor nowhere to be found just the valet drivers. I emailed my advisor over two weeks ago regarding the damages and disappointment in which she never responded. Herb you should be ashamed of this dealership, I would encourage you to reach out to me so I can provide documentation of services and validate the damages incurred. I would NOT recommend anyone get service completed here.

I was in the middle of a deal with another dealership whom after two weeks of holding my deposit was still not able to deliver my vehicle, stating that they were still working on the paperwork. I saw a similar car available at this dealership on a Wednesday. I called and scheduled a appointment that evening. I met with Tom R jr. Test drove the vehicle, met with Sanjay the fiance guy, the same evening after 7pm, and I picked up my new vehicle on Friday, new tags and all. These guys get a A+ from me. We recently visited Herb Chambers in Sharon to look at a used Toyota. We arrived and met with Hung Truong. He was super nice and low pressure. We drove the truck, and came back for an extended test drive. The purchase was easy and any concerns on the vehicle were take care of. Great place and nice people. Edit: Fast forward 4 weeks. Had to bring truck in for a repair that was agreed to at purchase and told to also do a recall as well. Wrong parts were ordered, thus pushing the repair out until now. My wife brings our truck in and now we are told that they can't do a Toyota recall because they are Lexus. That could have been taken care of a while ago if we knew that. Then my wife states she will wait for the repair, well 4 hours elapsed and no information. So she walked to the service department and they hadn't started the repair, and nobody thought it was a good idea to let her know. I am very unhappy with the after sale service.

Low stress car buying experience. I went in to test drive a 2019 ES350 F-Sport. The car was exactly what I was looking for. I went on a test drive and was accompanied Sam. P. He was very laid back and informative. He allowed me to explore the car, some reps throw all the features in your face. If I had a question or missed something, he took the time to go over it with me in a tactful manor. After the test drive we talked numbers and locked down a price. Went to buy a used car here that I found online on their website. I walked around the car of my interest for about 40 minutes with couple sales people passing by me but nobody interested in helping me out to buy the car. Finally I went inside and asked the receptionist if they could get someone to help me out. Even then the sales person didn't let me even test drive the car.
