My check engine light came on while I was driving to work and called Kia dealership in Burlington and spoke with Cesar. He told me to come on in. They are near my work so I stopped by. Cesar was friendly and helpful. We were not sure what the light meant but in about 20 minutes Cesar came out and told me it was all taken care of. It was just a quick simple fix. They washed and vacuumed my car too. Cesar is the guy to go to and ask for if you need assistance. He really went above and beyond. Made my experience easy and stress free. All I could ever hope for. So glad we stopped in here! While walking around looking at cars outside Rich Lowry came out to assist us. What a great guy. As we came 15 minutes before closing he stayed he answered all of our questions he didn’t rush us he was just present and helpful. We returned the following day to buy a car in trade in my current car. I can honestly say this was the best experience I’ve ever had at the car dealership. Literally no pressure, we asked questions he answered them he gave us plenty of space made himself available to us couldn’t be happier. Just bought a 2016 Kia Optima EX, very happy with my purchase. The whole experience from beginning to end was exceptional. I worked with Mike Carelli and Stu the finance manager. Mike kept me informed at all times regarding the detailing, the paperwork, etc. Stu is very thorough in answering any concerns I had with financing. There was none of the back and forth a million times to the finance office. My paperwork was ready and I was in and out within 45 minutes. I recommend this dealership hands down!

It had a unique glass part that got broken and Diego worked with my insurance company and me to get it fixed properly. I have always had my car detailed at a nearby car wash, and thought that they did a pretty decent job. Today I brought my Optima to the service department and though a bit more expensive, I left feeling like I had just driven a new car off the lot. Hats off to the service department - by far the best detailing job I have seen done. I wanted to tip the guys who worked so hard, but they don't take tips so I'm afraid that this is the best I could do.

My experience at Kia of Burlington could not have been better. Tonya the sales manager was wonderful, and the finance manager was helpful and "no pressure". My salesman, Tom O'Donnell, went above and beyond through the whole process - from test drive to delivery. He even took the time to locate a special edition Kia Soul for me...and kept me informed of its expected delivery time from port to dealership. Far and away the best experience I have ever had buying a car...I could not recommend them more.

Jennifer and her team (I wish I got their names! Sorry!) in service helped us out of a jam. We were on the road to vacation and one of us slammed the door on the seatbelt, jamming the door. Don’t waste your time! They won’t not get back to you and aren’t actually interested in selling cars. When they finally do get back to you, their pricing is higher than other dealers. I tried using Herb Chambers Kia three years ago when we originally leased a new Kia, but ended up going with another dealership because Herb Chambers was too difficult to deal with. They would not return calls and getting pricing info from them was like pulling teeth. Fast forward three years, and I received a mailing from Herb Chambers Kia offering top dollar for my lease trade-in, offering to keep my payment the same for a lease on a new vehicle. I figured it would be worth a try again and maybe I just had a bad sales rep the last time. I called and asked them what the details were and they stated that they were offering to dollar for lease turn-ins because they needed the pre-owned inventory. They stated I should bring the vehicle down and speak with a sales man. My wife and I both came down to the dealership on a Wednesday at lunchtime and I brought the flier with me. The salesman didn’t really know anything about the flier but took all of my info including the VIN of the current model. He accessed my lease info in the Kia system and took all our info and contact info down as well. We spoke about leasing a new vehicle and also possibly leasing a second new vehicle. He led us up to the upper parking lot to show us a couple vehicles. On the walk up the hill we had to pass by another Herb Chambers employee who was smoking directly in our path. I would think that employees who insist on smoking would be told to do so behind the building out of a customer’s way, especially now that the dangers of second hand smoke are so well documented. The back parking lot is very small and there are cars crammed in every square inch. Our sales rep also directed us to the “boneyard” as he described it, which was where they kept additional new vehicles. The “boneyard” is an un-paved un-level fenced in area complete with rocks, large dips in the ground, and overhanging trees some of which had branches directly on the cars. It was a sad and dangerous site to see. We test drove a vehicle and then our sales rep became busy with another customer who was picking up his car he just purchased. That is when we stopped being helped. I asked the sales rep to please get back to me with pricing and the high trade in value that was promised, and he stated that I could make an appointment to come back another time. I stated to him that I had spent an hour and a half there already and they had looked at my vehicle and had all of my information and I would like to get pricing and options from him asap. He said he would get back to me as quickly as possible. By Friday I had not heard anything so I went onto their website and did an online chat. I requested that someone call me back however I never received a call. I called at lunchtime and spoke to the sales manager and he mentioned that they never got any info from the online chat. In any event I explained that I had been waiting since Wednesday for pricing and a trade in value and he stated he would have the sales rep call me back. My sales rep did call me and apologized for not getting back to me sooner, however he still didn’t have any pricing or info for me. He said he would get back to me. Saturday morning at 10AM I received another call from my sales rep requesting additional info on my current lease. Ironically I received a followup email on Monday so I responded to the sales manager and voiced my concerns since I still had not received any pricing. I didn't hear back from the sales rep until Tuesday afternoon and the pricing ended up being higher than the two other dealers I had already contacted. It took almost a week, four phone calls, an online chat, and two emails to finally get pricing from this dealer. Stay far away from any Herb Chambers dealership...their prices are not competitive and their service is terrible!

I recently went in to service my vehicle for my sway bar link at this location. Upon arrival the service agent Cesar greeted me with exceptional service. I really didn't know what was going on with a rattling in my car and he soon found the solution. He set me up with an appointment to bring in my vehicle immediately for the next morning upon my availability. I went in there the next morning and within less than an hour they serviced my vehicle. I was so satisfied with the service that I was provided, that I had to give credit when credit is due. From now on I wouldn't even think about bringing my vehicle anywhere else but here. I highly recommend it.

I was ready to get out of my mommy minivan and into a new vehicle, I wanted a hybrid SUV that I could afford with some features. He got me into the Niro Hybrid Touring which is exactly what I wanted. He found the closest option to what I really wanted that Burlington had in stock for me to test drive. Tom went out of his way on a number of occasions to make the process smooth and pleasant. For everything from coming on an extended test drive to get the car independently inspected, to having some minor cosmetic issues addressed, to assisting me with the process of having the car registered out of state, Tom was extremely accommodating and helpful. I own a Kia optima and I love it that's the only reason I give it a 3. The sales people are a bunch of liars and will do anything to get you in the door. They sent me an email saying I could trade my car in for a newer model and they would give me 1000$ bonus with 0%. All lies! I even printed the email out and gave it to him and he said they couldn't do any of that. So thanks for wasting my time. Also the guy who works in the parts and service is rude and doesn't listen to you if your trying to describe what's wrong. Just yeah's you and takes your keys to the mechanic.

So you may recall that I had horrible horrible customer service from Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington. It ran the gamut from not properly fixing my car, to making me sit in a dealership for over 4 hours while they try to call me on the phone about my car, even though I was less than five feet away from them. After that experience, having turned to social media with my story, they did reach out to me and came to a small financial settlement. They then proceeded to not honor the agreement they made with me. Over a month later and I still do not have the check they promised me I would have. I've been assured it's currently in the mail and I assured them that I would be using the money to spread the word about how horrific their customer service is. Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington, horrible customer service, a lack of intelligent action and the inability to follow through on a simple promise.

My fiancée knew she wanted to buy a new Kia Forte EX sedan, along with some specifics about it. I researched dealerships and am so glad I settled on this one. And I'm so glad we ended up working with Tom O'Donnell. We went in on Mother's Day with no appointment and Tom was promptly assigned to help us. Tom was quite mellow so initially we weren't sure what to expect. But as we interacted with him more during that visit and signed the paperwork to place a deposit on the car she wanted, we became much more comfortable. We came to realize during that visit and our subsequent phone calls and appointments that Tom is consistently patient, very knowledgeable about the vehicles and the process, focused on getting us what we wanted when we wanted it, with no pressure or sleazy tactics. Tom moved diligently on his end to get everything done for us behind the scenes quickly but never rushed us and his communication could not have been better. They offered us such a big discount off retail price up front that we spent very little energy on negotiation. Tom came across as so honest and straightforward—as well as a pleasure to work with—that we were not inclined to waste time or energy working with other dealerships. We completed the purchase process and she drove happily away in her new car by the next weekend. It was one of the few car buying experiences in my lifetime where the salesperson was a delight and made the whole process pleasant, easy, understandable, and satisfying.

Excellent service department!!!! I ran over a nail on Tue. It was 5 minutes before they closed. They ask me what tire I needed. They plugged it in less than 10 minutes! They SAVED the day by not having me have a flat or worse yet breaking down while driving into the city. I am a teacher and it's hard for me to miss a day of work. I went into look at used kia sorentos. Tom o'Odonnell was helpful. He found me one that i really liked. We filled out all the paperwork bit being a Sunday banks were not open. So he told me that he or one of yhe business managers(sonia or stu) would get back to me today(monday) either way. Well i never got a phone call email or text. Hello, So I went to KIA Burlington just to service my current leased vehicle that will be ending soon. However, I wanted to know my other options as my car was in service and was waiting around anyway. At this point I was introduced to Tom O'Donnell. He was very soft spoken and had no "car salesman" attitude about him. He was just a friend helping another person out to ensure that I would make the best decision based on my own situation/life scenario. He did not once urge me to go a certain way, only answered every question I had. There was nothing "pushy" about him. He pulled up a few cars for me to look at even though he knew I probably was not going to purchase, just because he knew I had curiosity. Even though he knew he probably was not going to make a sale, He spent 2+ hours with me and answered every question I had and even talked some music with me! At no point did Tom try to sway me a specific way. He answered any questions I had without beating around the bush or giving me any unrealistic scenarios. He never tried to sell me on anything, just explained exactly how it was and the best price he could do for what I wanted and that was that. I did not end up re-leasing the optima he showed me, but changed in no way at the end of our conversation and I ended up making a new friend out of it. Customer satisfaction is something we all want businesses to strive for but rarely receive. Many restaurants and small mom and pop shops live by making sure the customer is 100%+ satisfied. The reason simple: if we don’t like the service we receive, we will go someplace else. Car dealerships is one area where we seldom find businesses striving for perfection. Yes, some high end dealers do go and try to satisfy the customer. But when we visit a standard dealer, we are often met by a pushy sales rep trying to close a deal. Or we see an ad which seems too good to be true and when we dig a little further, find out that in order to get that deal, you must be born on the second Tuesday in October in an odd numbered year; get my drift – lol. However, one dealership which I recently visited went above and beyond expectations: Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington. Julian, Rich and Stu made my lease of a new Kia Optima an extremely pleasant experience. After finding out what I was looking for, they found and secured my car promising it would be there the next day. In the meantime, we did a majority of the paperwork electronically as to expedite the process once I arrived to pick it up. When I went to pick up my car, they were extremely friendly and filled me in as to where we were in the process. In and out quick. This is my new favorite dealer and am looking forward to dealing with them in the future.

I had a battery issue on my 2017 kia This very busy dealer service center gave me honest information and worked to help me with warranty support on the battery but also the alternator. He worked to turn me around and get me fixed inside of 90 minutes so I could make a meeting I needed to attend. I've honestly never been to a worse dealer. I advise everyone I meet to never go here and constantly tell people about my terrible experience in the past couple weeks. You will be greeted by seemingly nice sales personnel that don't know much about any of the cars that they are selling. I bought a 2015 Kia optima sxl. The car was parked in a BUSH UP AGAINST A FENCE ON THE LOT. I was told the scratches on the side caused by the bush would be wet sanded out and wouldnt be noticeable. That never happened. I fact those idiots ceramic coated over the scratches and charged me for it. I was told by 3 different people that that wouldnt happen. They lied to get the sale and that's disgusting. On top of that there prices are $2,000 over Kelly blue book. When I contacted them about the other issues...chrome molding popping off, weather stripping ripping and tail lights that had so much water in them a fish could swim around, alI got was the same answer. It will be fixed... When I got the car back they replaced the inner tail lights and didn't even touch the outer ones with the actual water in them. Still waiting on them to fix it. You literally have to be an idiot to miss that moisture. As of now I'm still getting the run around for the appointment to get everything else fixed. No one can give me a confirmation on an appointment and they have been "waiting" for parts for a week and a half. I want everything fixed yesterday and I don't want another rental. After reading everyone else's reviews of the service it makes sense. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau and attorney General to hopefully get things moving in a more speedy way. A speedy way that every other car dealership seems to understand except this one.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I brought my Kia in via roadside assistance, I didn't purchase it there, but Kia's warranty is valid at all Kia dealers. My car had an issue with overheating while idling and gave them the entire story and all the facts about what was going on. It was there for about a day and half. They said that they drove it around and they found nothing wrong under the hood. I drove it home, then while sitting in traffic and in my driveway.... it overheated again. Brought it up to my dealership in NH. They found the issue within 2 hours by guess what.... letting it Idle!! All it was was the cooling fan was unplugged. Really? They missed that! I highly doubt they even looked under the hood. I'm sure the sales side is great, but the service side was poor and rude. Basically got accused of lying and wasting their time. Never going there again.

Customer service is amazing!!! In July 2016 I leased a KIA Optima. It was my first lease and my first KIA. John Francis was my salesman and this was the best experience that I have ever had. He wasn't pushy at all. He answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. When I picked up the car, he spent nearly an hour explaining all of the features. Well a little more than a month later, I totaled the car. I called John and he helped me through the process of getting a new car. When I went in to see him, he already had paperwork drawn up to save time. While I was waiting, Harry came up to me and shook my hand and told me how happy he was that I was ok. Julian was very helpful and even cancelled my tire and wheel protection for me. This dealership is just the best. While on wait list to test drive 2020 Telluride dealership notified me that a similar model Telluride would be arriving soon which had better pricing than "build" model I was interested in. Rushed down to test drive similar vehicle only to find out one hour later a mistake had been made; "That car is no longer available but for $3000 more...", you get the picture. All kinds of excuses for mistake; "they move so fast, offer should have been taken down.....blah blah". Offer is still up on web!

UPDATE 2: Yes this was at this particular dealer, went here for 2+ years or so after I bought the vehicle. I will reach out directly to Senee per his follow up, but damage is done, I moved on a while ago. UPDATE: Even worse, I had a remote start installed when I bought my car here, and they effectively disabled my driver's side, side curtain airbag. When they ran the antenna, the wire is all tangled around the airbag in the A pillar. What a joke this operation is... Lazy and dangerous. Avoid if you value your life. I bought an Optima here back in 2015, and have had it serviced(oil changes, tire rotations) ever since. They just lost a customer over a $15 part that takes 5 minutes to replace. Pros: Service and Sales staff were very nice. Get a wash and vacuum with any service(including an oil change) Prices are good Cons: The technicians don't care about your vehicle. I brought my car in because a piece of trim fell off the car and was under warranty. I still had the broken part, in case they needed to see what I was talking about, and instead of replacing the part, they just glued the broken damaged one back on, and it wasn't even done well... It wasn't lined up at all with the rest of the trim(very noticeable at a distance) and was scratched and damaged. I brought my car back today, and again, asked for this part to be replaced, the repair looks good, and since it was a warranty part, I wasn't charged. But they then left my car unlocked with the windows open in front of the service station.... In the middle of a rain storm... Thankfully I showed up just as it finished(coincidence, they didn't call), but if I had been 10 minutes later, it started raining really hard and this would have been worse. In short, the technicians have no pride in their work, and don't respect your vehicle. Go elsewhere.

Recently purchase a used volkswagen from them and had a great experience. I had to wait to buy it until I got an insurance check in and they allowed me to leave a deposit to hold it for a couple weeks, which I really appreciated. My salesman, Jim, was patient, transparent, and a pleasure to work with. No pressure or pushy behavior that you often see at car dealerships and car lots, which was a huge plus to me. Their business manager, Stu, was also great. He made it clear that he was required to give you all the different options in terms of add-ons and packages, but that there was no pressure to accept any whatsoever. That was a first for me lol. Came in to replace 1 tire and get an oil change. I wouldn’t have come to a dealership but I have a tire warranty so I didn’t want to go somewhere else and pay for a new tire. I had an appt, they took me on time and now it’s 2 hours later and they are just now changing the tire. I wish someone had told me that it would take this long and I could have arranged to drop it off. This should not take this long in my opinion. On top of this, I scheduled online days ago and added that I needed an inspection sticker and when I arrived I was told they couldn’t do it because my car would need to be driven to a different location and they could not accommodate that right now. Someone could have called me days ago to let me know. Probably won’t come back here for service again unless I need a tire.

I have to say the people in the service department are wonderful. The serious problem with this Kia location is the waiting are. It is in the middle of a hallway and very uncomfortable There is a TV on, but the employees are blaring the radio so the sounds are competing against each other making it a nusence and giving me a headache. On top of that the waiting area appears to be where employees gather to chat thus making even more disturbances. Overall, the worst time I have spent at a dealership. The service techs and personnel that I dealt with were very professional though and a credit to the place even though the ownership provides such a poor environment for customers compared to other Kia locations.

My case manager from Kia reached out to this dealership and the sales manager told him they would contact me and follow up, they never contacted me. And here they are telling KIA they will. I was telling another dealership about my experience I had, never once mentioned the name of dealership but they already knew I was talking about Herb Chambers!! Wish I knew before I walked in there. Just goes to show how shady this dealership is BUYER BEWARE UPDATE: 8/30/18 Now if you see response from owner, I have been reached out to by the manager, who tells me, the confusion should not have happened , and to reach out to him and see what can be done for me to help. I have sent three emails and no response, which I knew would be the case. I figured I would share my experience recently with Kia Herb Chambers. I only gave them a 1 star so I could post this. In April, I went in to renew my lease on a Thursday. I was greeted by Richard the salesman. He went over some numbers with me etc. That Saturday I went into sign my new lease. I have had 2 previous with Kia and they have always been 3 years leases. I received an email from Kia exploring my options for leases since it was around the 3 year mark as well. Anyways, went in to finance office, in which he was given my previous lease paperwork, because he had asked me about coverage if I had on previous lease. I signed the paperwork for new lease. I left with new car but they can’t register or give me sticker yet I had to go back for that. So that Tuesday, Richard reaches out to me letting me know he is going to take care of Registration process, and that everything was all set I could pick up my car that Saturday!! Now I see why they had me wait for sticker/registration. So I went to get the car that day, and I am greeted by Julian the sales Manager, who proceeds to tell me now that " I have a year left on my previous lease, and now I have two cars registered to me." Richard didn't see this when he registered my car?!?! Of course he did. So after a few phones calls with Julian (who really needs to brush up on his customer service in my opinion because of a few things that were said) tells me now that I am stuck with the remaining payments/balance on my previous lease. I don’t understand why I wasn't told this before I signed the new lease, or the car even being registered ? According to them it was my fault because I told them my lease was ending. Why would I put myself in a position like that if I thought I still had a year left on my lease ? Granted I take responsibility also , but as a company you couldn't of told me this prior to me signing the new lease paper work. As part of KIA they wouldn't see this in the system? This paper work went through 3 people at this office and no one said a thing to me until it was too late. Now I see why they didn’t tell me, Richard makes a nice commission off me , and now I am out $3500. For a company that promotes "We'll gladly lose a sale to win a customer” is clearly not the case. They offered to take $500 off my remaining bill, and sent me the check for it, how generous.

Had a very great experience here. Tom was super helpful and knowledgeable. I had previously gone to a different closer kia and the person trying to help me knew nothing and it was a horrible experience. This place was so much better and they have ice cream.

TomO. was great too work with, and knew the vehicle in extreme detail inside and out. He explained usage examples for each feature. I would recommend buying a Kia from Herb Chambers.
