We went to Gervais Kia and Gervais Lincoln because of excellent unsolicited recommendations from two separate friends. We purchased a certified Kia Forte, very happy with the price and service. 10 days later, it was in an accident and totaled. We went back to Gervais Kia and looked at their stock, didn't see anything we wanted in our price range. Without any prompting they then offered us a fantastic deal on another certified Forte at a significant discount. We signed up! I have bought several cars over my lifetime and Gervais Kia easily offered me the best experience. Thanks to Frank, Calvin, John, Key and Mr Gervais! We look forward to doing all our vehicle shopping and servicing at Kia Gervais and Gervais Lincoln in future.
Very unprofessional staff they don't help no one, will not recommend it to anyone..
I had my SUV in for a recall on the fuel pump. My gas needle which is mechanical, was work fine and everthing was reading right until they had to drop the tank to replace the fuel pump. Now my needle fluctuate, the needle dosn't read full anymore and I smell gas fumes now and then when i park my SUV. Long story short, I got intouch with the service manger he told me it was my cluster on the dashboard. Which would be a $1,200 repair. I took it to my mechanic in my town and he told me the install was not properly done. It would cost me $700 for my mechanic to fix the problem that they caused,which would have nothng to do with the dashboard cluster.I would never buy or get my vehicles service from them again.

We leased a 2016 Sorento in July of 2015. That is when I should have known to walk away from this dealership. The sales person was absolutely useless. She didn't know anything about the vehicle, and couldn't answer any questions about it. Then, when we went in to pick up the vehicle at the delivery time that she scheduled, she wasn't there. It was her day off. And the vehicle wasn't ready, since it had only come in the night before. So we wasted time that morning, and still had to wait a few more days to get the truck. When we finally did take delivery, the sales person tried to charge us for a title search, even though both she and the finance manager had told us that we didn't need to bring the title for our trade in with us. I refused to pay it. Starting in January of 2016, less than six months in, the check engine light was on, and the vehicle began throwing a code of P0010 ("A" Camshaft Position Actuator Circuit (Bank 1) ). We brought it to the dealership, and they kept it for a few days to figure out the problem. They claimed to have fixed it, but a week later, we were back with the same issue. They kept it for another week, and again claimed to have fixed it. The code came back two more times within a month, and they cleared the code and said it was fine (despite severely degraded acceleration performance). The poor acceleration was dismissed as "it's just cold out". When it came back for the 5th time, they called in a "regional mechanic", who diagnosed the issue, and explained that it was a symptom of a different part needing to be replaced. We had to wait until both parts were available. At this point, the weather had warmed up, and the problem subsided. A year later, come January, the weather started to get cold, and once again, the check engine light is on, and P0010 code is being thrown again. When we brought it in, yet again, and told the service writer Ralph that it was the same problem as the last 4 times, his response was "You don't know what the problem is. We'll look at it and tell you what it is". I have an ODB-II reader, and I can clearly read "P0010". It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out. After a few hours, they called to officially inform us that it was, indeed, the same problem as before. We were told that they would replace the two parts, yet again, and were assured that they were readily available. Ralph got very indignant when I questioned whether the parts would show up, since we had to wait for them over and over again the year before. Apparently, Ralph's indignation was a bit misplaced. We got a call the night before the scheduled repair (two days after being assured that the parts were on their way, an obvious lie) to tell us that the parts were on "National Back order" and it would take at least two weeks just to find out when the parts would be available. If the parts aren't available anywhere in the country, then obviously there is a much larger problem. The sales manager, Jim Brophy, has been completely useless as well. His assurances of "I'll look into this, and we'll make it right" have been empty promises in the hopes that we'll go away. He has done absolutely nothing, does not return calls, and is probably the most dishonest person I have met (and in the context of used car salesman, that is saying a lot). It doesn't bother him in the least that he is selling unsafe cars, and screwing every person that walks through the door. His only concern is that the customers keep paying, and they keep collecting the warranty money from Kia corporate. So far, every person in that dealership has either been completely incompetent, or just downright corrupt. So now, we are dealing directly with Kia corporate, and will most likely end up proceeding through the Lemon Law process.

Gervais KIA is filled with wonderful people that truly are their to help you find exactly what your looking for and work with you until your driving away in Your new car. Everyone there is so nice and not pushy at all. From the sales men to the financing to the owner. Everyone made me feel so comfortable. They go above and beyond to help you with whatever it is you need! I met the owner Peter and He made me feel so comfortable. He came over introducing himself asked how I was and what I was looking for and assured me that I would be in great hands. and he wasn't wrong! He truly is an amazing man ! My sales man Will was also amazing. He was very thorough in explaining everything to me and showing me everything about the car there was to know. The day that I was scheduled to pick up my new car was Wills day off, but instead he asked me what time was best for me to Pick it up and he was there waiting for me when I arrived and made sure I had no questions before I drove off. He even took the time to set up my blue tooth and other features that would have taken me forever to do. I could not be more happy with my new car, Kia Sorento, It is absolutely beautiful and amazing and I love it. By far the best vehicle I have ever owned. I recommend anyone who's looking for a new vehicle to start with Gervais, they won't be disappointed!
Wish they separated service reviews from sales reviews. I find it hard to believe this place is rated so high after my experience. Was sold a car that overheated, blew a radiator and blew a head gasket all within a few weeks of purchasing the car. Asked for them to take the car back and get us into a new car, I wanted to buy a new car from them, and they refused to deal with me, though I was more than within my legal right to ask for what I did. The salesman and manager I dealt with were rude and disrespectful when I simply asked why they wouldn’t work with me on this. I got upset, the salesman asked me why I was upset and I told him the manager was rude (stormed out of the show room as he raised his voice to me). The salesman said it was my fault because the manager told me he wasn’t going to deal with me that day. He blamed me for this man’s terrible behavior. I do not recommend this place. It’s been a nightmare dealing with them. If they sell you a car and it has problems, they will not own that.

I went to Kia Friday morning for a simple oil change and sticker on my previous car, then bumped into Humprey, that great person and salesman who in five minutes convinced me it would be reasonable to trade it now in for a new lease. Even gave me free cigars! Within hours I was in a shining new vehicle. Humphrey made it all as easy as changing a pair of shoes!
Had a recall on my vehicle. Everything from the scheduling to the repair was fast, courteous, and professional. Great people!

Let me start by saying, I absolutely loved my experience at Gervais Kia. My salesman Mike Squadrito went well above and beyond to service and satisfy me. I hated my recent car, I travel a lot for work and needed something better on gas and easier on maintenance. Also being a New England'r I needed all wheel drive. The Kia Sportage was what I was looking for. I wanted a specific color. Pacific Blue. They didn't have that color, I told him I would settle for black. (He DID NOT settle on anything less than what I wanted) but he made absolute sure they got the Pacific Blue for me. He really went that extra mile for me. I will absolutely return to Gervais Kia in Lowell and see Mike. I'm 100% satisfied with my buy!

Before I "examined" my car, I told them sometime engine shakes and they told me "we definitely give you an answer"! After they "tested" it for five minutes , They told me: We do NOT know what is happening, we can NOT replicate the problem. ONE hour labor is $110 ... ---- they told me "the was the answer"!
Went to look at a car, test drove it. I liked it has an issue with the brakes sales person said that will be taken care of, I brought the car trusting the brakes will be fixed. BRAKES WERE not fixed they said to drive it for a little cause the car was sitting I said okay fine I've added 1000 miles on the car and the noise is still there brought it in to get serviced and nothing was wrong. Then I bring it to another dealership and they mention the rotors are pretty much bad. I show them the paper work the service manager drives the car and apparently there is noise mind you, you have to step on the brakes slowly. DIDNT WANT TO FIX IT AFTER I SHOWED HIM THE PAPER WORK FROM THE OTHER DEALERSHIP. HE WAS RUDE SAID "IF I DONT HEAR THE NOISE "WERE DONE"" NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY A CAR FROM THEM DUE TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT Car also had black oil I mean it was bad and I called they said it was done 1000 miles ago.

Wish there were negative stars.. Scheduled days in advance took car in for A/C problem they talked to them twice they said car would be ready for 5 o'clock . At 4;50 get a call they didn't have the SPECIAL freon for my car???? They don't have freon to fix my car that was scheduled for A/C Really Manager Mike don't care we had no car to get to work piece of work he is Had the owner call me He didn't seem bothered by the fact that his service dept. didn't have freon in stock! Its spring time guys really Stay far away from these clowns . Special freon what a bunch of LIARS

Took my car in for an oil change and leaking tire. Got everything done within an hour as promised. Tire plug cost a very reasonable $12. Somewhat disappointed that they didn't wash my car even though I gave them the coupon, but I didn't confirm that I could get the free car wash if I used the oil change coupon also. I've read that other customers have gotten the free car wash in conjunction with the other coupon, so 4 stars instead of 5 because everyone should be treated the same way.

I took the day and was determined to get a car on that day. I went to Gervais Kia first and then went to 3 other dealerships to look for the right one for me. After hours and hours test driving different cars, different models and makes, I went back to Gervais Kia. Will approached me and never once was he pushy. If had been that way, I would have left and not come back. Instead, he took his time to explain and showed me the cars' features. He was informative, amiable in nature and friendly. I also met the used-cars manager who was also fantastic. I met the guys in the maintenance and the parts department and they were all phenomenal and willing to assist. I strongly recommend this place for all your buying or leasing needs. What a bunch of professionals they are!

From my experience with their service department, be careful. I paid for full service for replacing my front and rear brakes,e-brakes and rotors. About two weeks after I left the garage ,I had an inspection coming up and guess what, I had no e-brakes .Tried calling them about the issue, all I got was you have to pay an extra two hundred dollars to get that fixed.At that point, I hanged up the phone. Also five months in after the so called brake replacement, my rear brakes where all gone. So what am saying is they lie right in your face. Never coming back...

We recently had major engine issues with our Kia Optima and decided to bring to Gervais Kia for service. I interacted with Ryan in the service department during the lengthy process to diagnose and repair the issue. Ryan was extremely patient with my wife and I throughout the process and he did a fantastic job with explaining the problem and the steps to get to resolution. I am sure there were others at Gervais who were involved with solving our vehicles issues and I can't thank them and Ryan enough for their outstanding commitment and customer service. I highly recommend this dealership and will do business with them in the future

This was the best car buying experience ever!!! Mike was my sales person. He was personable, compassionate, respectful, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. When he wasn't sure about something, he knew who to ask. We had issues getting the RMV1 form from my insurance company so that I could transfer my plates from my old car to my new car. He made two trips to the registry to take care of the transfer. It took all day to get my new car registered, but it was because of the snafu with my insurance company, not the dealer. I sat at the dealer all day, and everyone was so wonderful to me while I was there. I've been back a couple of times and they have been amazing. Thank you!!!!!

I only needed a state inspection sticker. I called ahead to see if I needed an appointment. I did not. I was going to come in first thing in the morning to be the rush but they suggested that if my schedule was flexible I'd have less wait time if I came in in the afternoon. They were 100% correct. When I arrived they took me immediately. I also asked them some additional questions. The driver side sunshade wouldn't stay up and the rear window defroster wasn't working. They were very helpful with suggestions for both issues. When my car was ready a short time later. I was informed that they were able to fix the rear window washer and provide a temporary fix for the Sun shade at no additional cost. I am very pleased with the service I received and the time it took to complete. The all people I dealt with were very congenial and professional.
Service dept. wouldn’t accept a valid coupon for service that they mailed to me. I’ve bought two new vehicles their. Never do business with them again! I hope that $20 they saved was worth it.

THE PARTS DEPARTMENT IS A JOKE! They know they are the only Suzuki parts department in the state (which he literally said to me) so they can treat you however they want. I will never use this parts department ever again. I would rather turn away a Suzuki repair than work with incompetent lazy people. Never again!!!!!

Was looking for 2012 a Hyundai Santa Fe or Kia Sorento for my next vehicle. Drove 3 Hyundai's two with 6 cyl AWD and one 4 cyl AWD. I'll tell you the AWD with 4 cylinder engine is not enough power for me to get on the highway. Gervais had a FWD 4 cyl Sorento. Plenty of power to get on the highway and satisfactory highway ride. Humphrey at Gervais was good to work with. I explained what I had to have for options and spending. He didn't try to up-sell anything after that and 90 minutes later I was signing for a 2012 Sorento.
