Excellent experience. Particularly liked the fact that they have a product specialist rather than salesman do the test drive. He was able to really explain all the electronic features rather than just sales pitch. Only negative was after we agreed to final price they tell me I had to finance at least $10,000 with BMW. Not a big deal as interest rate was low and can prepay the whole thing after 3 months with no penalty.

Took delivery of my 2019 X5 on 12/3. Sales process was smooth and price was fair. David Williamson was very professional and kept me up to date with my new car as it was being shipped and through dealer prep etc. He is a very nice man and a straight shooter. Once my paperwork was done I met with one of their geniuses Conor Kegan, he was great. These cars are very complex and he took over an hour to show me all the equipment. I think he was more excited to show me then I was to learn. Went back tonight for my sticker and had a list of additional questions for Conor and he took more time to answer and show me. Last shout out is for Heather Dumas in the finance office, she has a no pressure style and doesn’t push you to buy all the extras. She explains them well, will work with you on your price and doesn’t high pressure sell. She also has a great sense of humor. Both David, Conor, and Heather are great at what they do and represent BMW Gallery well. Huge thanks to all of them. Love my new ride

My first buying experience with Mohammad and Sergio was December 30 2017. I purchased a 2018 540 and the knowledge and service was absolutely phenomenal. Sergio and Mohammad are a terrific team and the compliment each other very well. Post the purchase I had called in for questions and they always answered solved my questions immediately. I have called their cell phones and again alway answer with positive attitudes and utmost professionalism. One year later I was not comfortable in 540 with long commutes I have so I called Mohammad explained and said I was interested in trading for X5. His first reaction was his concern for me to make sure it made sense financially. So on December 28 2018 I came to the dealer to see my two favorite BMW professionals. Long story short, I was in dealer for two hours everything taken care of including researching of discounts for me to lessen the burden of buying new X5. Because I trust these two fine gentlemen I was never concerned about anything. I knew I would be taken care of almost as a family member would do. Honestly in my decades of buying cars I have never experienced anything like this before. Mohammad and Sergio take care of you as if you are their friend and not a customer looking for a sale. I will continue to buy from these gentlemen in the future and I would follow them for next purchase if they ever were somewhere else but my guess is the Galkery management must be very pleased with their results. We worked with Jason Nasiff who was wonderful! We went in looking and he was very informative and also took the time to find us exactly what we were looking for. He helped us all along the way with our purchase from beginning to the end. He even stayed past closing time on a Saturday which really surprised us. If I would have any complaint or comment it would only be to have the department who reviews the technical or options of your car to take more time to explain the features of your car. I left thinking I knew everything about my car but somehow my navigation was linking to my iPhone. I know these features are all standard to them and setting up is easy for them but sometimes when it’s a feature that you haven’t used before it would be helpful to slow down the explanation a little. Very nice gentleman who helped us but just needed to slow down a little. All in all though it was a smooth experience and would definitely recommend Jason Nassif as your go to guy at this dealership. This is the 4th car we have purchased and I feel he was by far the best person we have dealt with there!

I was in the market to lease a new car for my Fiancée. We researched online to find that BMW of Norwood had a large inventory and was not too far from Providence, RI. When we arrived at the dealership we were professionally greeted by Thomas London. After viewing a few cars, we chose a new 3 series to test drive. While on the test drive, Thomas showed us all the features available and knew all the facts about the car. Thomas was also a BMW enthusiast himself and personally drove one. We felt no pressure at all while working with him. He was knowledgable and very personable. By the end of the test drive we felt very comfortable with him. Once we finalized the sale, we came back the next day to pick up the car. Talk about a quick turn around time! The dealership did all the paperwork at our local DMV for us, saving time and money. Before we left the dealership we worked with Paul Bonitto who was extremely knowledgable and knew all about BMW, the new tech and safety features. Paul helped us setup the car and tailored it to each driver. Overall BMW of Norwood gave us the greatest no hassle car buying experience and I would reccomend them to anyone in the area. 1. I was baited in with a renewal offer for my lease that sounded too good to be true.... and couldn’t be fulfilled. So I called. I was told I had to get there on that day (the last day of the month) or the offer would not be available. However I’ve received the same offer in the mail the last two months after releasing so that was a lie... and apparently they don’t know that I ended up renewing my lease. 2. There was a small discrepancy on the purchase and sales agreement versus the true mileage on the car, not to my advantage. 3. I received a message from the sales man the next day stating I had two days to get my spare key to them or they were going to charge me $350. 4. After negotiating and settling on a deal, I still received a bill for $500+ for additional lease charges. 5. My brand new 2019 lease has a scratch on the side of the door! And the tow cover on the front bumper keeps falling out.

I was very disappointed with the service. Routine oil change with air filter and a light replacement required 3 1/2 hours of waiting. I drove off only to realize the light wasn’t fixed and the warning light on the dashboard was still there. I had to turn around into rush hour traffic to return for service. The tech then told me I had to replace the light. That’s when I started to get crispy and told him that’s what I expected him to do. Not premium service from a premium brand.

I stopped by BMW Norwood to look at a 2019 BMW X4 M40i. I met with Roger Laferrara and from that point onward it was a smooth and easy process. At no point did I feel any pressure or experience the dreaded sales tactics that many dealers incorporate into the buying process. I met with Edison Morales to go over the financial paperwork and he was patient with all my questions regarding the service plan options. Finally, I met with Paul Bonitto Jr to go over the auto technology. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable with BMW he knew a lot about my prior Lexus SUV which was an extra bonus. Paul suggested I schedule an appointment to come back so he could show me more of the BMW technology once I settled into the new vehicle. High-end car dealership with just a little various quality about it going in you feel comforted and relaxed and not hurried or bullied at all. I bought my car there years ago, and came back for service, which was excellent. I had scheduled service on a Friday for my car that was broken down. Had it towed there on Tuesday and they did the work immediately and was out of there the next day, three days ahead of schedule, which was excellent. The only downside is if you need a rental car there is a long backup wait probably six weeks to have a free rental so even though they offer that service it's not really applicable if you have to wait so long in advance to get one.

5 STARS!! I had the greatest experience at BMW of Norwood! I worked with Rob Picerno the Executive Sales Manager and Jake Archer from the Sales Team. Everyone was incredibly friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in. I took a few cars for a test drive and landed on the 3 series. Jake was so nice and knowledgeable about each car he had in the showroom. He was able to answer any question I had while we were on the test drive. Jake made sure I chose the car I felt most comfortable driving, which shows he has concern and care for his clients. When I went to pick up my new car a few days later, Jake was right there waiting for me to arrive. He made the process incredibly easy and simple. I signed all of my documents within a few minutes. I then worked with Max who was also incredibly knowledgeable about the technology in my new car. If I could give zero stars I would definitely do it. I had the worst experience at a BMW dealership. I drop off my car for service with an appointment at 8:45am for my front passenger door, which will not lock or unlock. I get a call from Carlos V at 4pm saying that they couldn’t find which door would not unlock or lock and they will need another day for it. It’s just shocking to me that a mechanic couldn’t figure out which door wouldn’t lock or unlock. I understand if you don’t have the part or you are slammed with customers, but a terrible lie like will make things worse. On top of this, when I picked up my car, my license plate cover was broken. The valet attend was constantly arguing with me about how that was present before hand, when in fact she checked the photos and it wasn’t broken. After an argument with her for 10 minutes they finally gave me a new plate cover. This cover was not chrome because they stopped using the chrome. Now I have two plates that don’t match. I would 100% stay away from this dealership because of Carlos blatant lies and the time it takes to service your car. Look at past service reviews and there’s a trend of long wait times and lies about your car. EDIT: 2 weeks later the General Manager still hasn’t called me. Please stay away from this fraud GM and dealership EDIT:Couple Months later still no call. The last time I brought in my car, they recommended a transmission fluid flush. I called to get quotes and I spoke to an adviser and he said he did not recommend it. I encourage people to please stay away from service center.

Waited most of the day to diagnose emission fault codes. Re-set, no reason as to why code came up? Visited today with my family to take a scheduled test drive and talk about price. Dealership is more interested in keeping their preferred clientele. After making us wait long, he informed that they have only one X5, which is out on test drive and might take hrs to return as the client wants to show it to his wife at home. He was too afraid to put mileage on other X5 in the showroom. He even suggested us to go to other company dealers in the neighborhood and take a test drive of other cars. I definitely did not haul my two little kids to get this treatment at the dealership and would never recommend anyone to go there.

My wife and I walked in, walked past approximately 5 sales guys. We were never greeted or acknowledged by any of them. We proceeded to stroll around. One sales guy almost walked into us texting. We then looked at each other and left. So for you folks with the brown pigment that God gave, you know what was happening... Racial profiling, we could’ve easily financed two cars no problem....Sooo, we will be going to another BMW dealership or try Lexus.. Great speedy experience dropped off my vehicle for work and got a ride back to work and they called me 30 minutes later and it was done the advisors where great they treated me like I have gone there for years. Sales was nice and cool guys where nice looked at 2 cars after picking up. When to get my vehicle and they even clean and vacuumed it witch I expect but not how I expected even better spot less. Jake at BMW Norwood was great throughout the whole process of reviewing and leasing a new car. My original intention was to only come in for a service appointment and take a look at the new 340i as my lease did not come due until February. After working with Jake to find a new 340i that had all of the criteria I was looking for we took it out for a brief test drive. The car was amazing but what really pushed it over the line was Jake ensuring that transitioning to a new lease early was as easy as possible. The whole process took us 2 hours from start to finish and for a few questions I had after I left he responded to my texts and calls within minutes. I would highly suggest Norwood BMW (this is my 3rd car from them and they always are candid) and Jake Archer.

Purchased 550i about 2+ years ago - Sales good Service department - okay My car sat there for 8 months for engine replacement. Given new loaner bmws to drive. You leave your car there so long, that things start to rust and corrosion happens. Some of it addressed .... I had no choice... the parts were back ordered for so long... The reason for my rating is simple, ( I have an n63 engine replacement) After 8 months of waiting - it finally gets fixed. I then have to bring it back 2 days later for a corrosion on a a connector, This dealership service department asked me to pay for it..... Just two days later ... I feel this is not right ... I also received my car back where there was a lot of dusty/pollen areas around the car ... not how I gave it to them ... I would expect they clean it better - it did sit there for 8 months.... I honestly thought my car would kept in a fashion that this would not happen... Very sour experience from this ...

Amazing customer service. Work with Carlos Vasquez. Need my transmission re-built when my car is out of warranty and only has 12500 miles (I did not purchase car here, so they did not sell me the car with this issue). They were able to work with me to correct the issue at a reasonable price. Originally brought it to South Shore BMW when still under warranty last year, and they said no issue. Now the issue is awful and brought too independent shop, where they diagnosed it instantly, but they did not have time to fix and recommended a dealership. Brought it back to South Shore BMW again and they are still saying no issue. Must not want to deal with extended warranty or to do the work, and blatantly lied to me face multiple times saying there was no issue. Brought to Norwood and they diagnosed instantly (and now fixing at a reasonable rate). South shore BMW still lying saying they can't reproduce. Avoid Brett Quinn (at South Shore BMW). He will lie to your face with a fake happy tone. Left a bad review and owned ask to talk. Said Brett doesn't even take cars our to diagnose issues, yet i have emails of him telling me he took it out multiple times and there was no issue. GO TO NORWOOD BMW. This is my dealership of choice for future cars and service

The work was all fine. However. I scheduled this appointment in advance, and at that point I was told it would be 1.5 hours. I sat there for 2.5 hours. No one tried to tell me what was going on, that they had delays, or anything at all. I had to go ask what was up, and then wait another 10 minutes for someone to tell me the car was getting washed. Absolutely nothing about "sorry for the wait", "we had delays", nothing. And when they finally came to get me, the car wasnt even out front yet and i stood waiting another 5 minutes. Delays are fine, but you have to tell people. Give them something. Because going a full hour over the allotted time with no explanation screws with a person's day and is terrible, unacceptable service. This is the third time something like that happened at this dealer and at this point i don't want to go back because I've never spent less than 2 hours there for very routine things. Update: it's been a week since i contacted the manager at their own suggestion and I've heard nothing back.
