My wife and I were more than happy with the service which was provided at the dealership. The sales person ( Paul K) staff was friendly and knoweldgeable and took the time to answer all our questions .He provided us with all our options to make an informed decision. We visited a number of other Acura dealers and came back to Acura of Peabody due to Paul and everyone else we spoke with. We hope the experience we had with the sales department carries through to the serice and maintanence department.

I went in to simply test drive an Acura RDX (Pre-Owned) and we met with Jude. Jude was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on EVERYTHING. After the first test drive I scheduled a second appointment with him and told him exactly what I was looking for and he found me the perfect car. I could not be happier with my purchase. Buying a new car can be stressful due to taking on a large payment and making sure you are making the best decision - but I felt confident through the entire buying process thanks to Jude's expertise and never once did I feel any sort of pressure from him - He felt like a friend rather than a salesman! I am generally pleased with the service and this review is solely on my last service. I brought in the car for A1 service in November. While I was in the office with the service coordinator going through the service paperwork, I asked her if they could perform the state inspection. I was pretty sure it was due in Nov - so I figured, perfect timing. After looking through the paperwork, she assured me that it wasn't due until Jan. Well, she was wrong. After taking her word for it, I went about my business. In December, I was parked in the city and ended up getting a $40 ticket.

The salesman, Jerry Dunleavy was nothing short of fantastic! Working with him was the best experience I've ever had dealing with a salesman buying a car. Short of that, the dealership came up short. We signed the papers on a new lease on a Saturday. Monday was a holiday, so we were expecting to pick the car up on Tuesday. On Monday they couldn't find the Certificate of Origin. Hopefully have it for Wednesday. Wednesday came and went, nope, have it for Thursday. Came in Thursday. We asked for a few items due to them dropping the ball. They gave us mats. They should have given us the additional items we asked for, the cargo liner, door guards and splash guards. Would have cost them a few dollars to make us happy, no such luck.

We had the best service from Steven Ashe.. A couple to days later we discovered that the middle-row cup holder gets stuck when closing and the back wheel suspension was not stable. We took the car back to be checked and they kept the car for at least 4 days on each visit and then tell us that this was nothing they could fix. I was disappointed with the fact that they don't look at the car for days after we took it there on our scheduled appointment. Holly made excuses like mechanics called out sick etc... Their inefficiency cost us a lot of money as use our car to drive for Uber. The cup holder is an issue because if a client opens it, it's a problem to close it for the next clients if they are more that 2. So the car is not going to meet our business needs as we expected!! I don't recommend this Dealer to anyone.

The staff is very friendly and attentive I was waited upon quickly All went well with my car’s check up and was out in about one hour. Upon driving away In the rain, my new purchased wipers were not working well. I returned the next day and the greeter saw that the new wipers had not been installed, so he took the car immediately and changed them himself. I was appreciative of the fast response. Acura of Peabody was very professional and responded to all of my needs. My used car didn't have the title ready so they rented me a car in the interim. They brought it to a nearby body shop to ensure the minor accident it had been in didn't have any structural damage. My agent delivered the car to me (1.5 hours away) and stayed with me to ensure the registration went smoothly. The general manager called me twice to ensure my needs were taken care of. I would definitely return to them, and highly recommend them!

I'm giving a 5 stars due to their customer service. Eduardo in the service department always promptly responded to our issues in a timely manner. Making us feel like we're part of the Acura Peabody's family. For example, Im 9 months pregnant I had an issue with my AC on one of the hottest day. I reached out to Eduardo, instead of waiting couple of more days to get it service. I brought my vehicle in and got a loaner that same day without any issues. Found a car on their website that was advertised as great condition. I called and spoke to Janet and asked specifically if the car smelled like smoke or had any traces of being a smoker vehicle before driving 150 miles to look at the car. Janet assured me it did not. After driving more than 2.5 hours one-way I was given the keys to a dirty car that reeked like cigarettes. I refused to look at the car further and was immediately hounded by salesman trying to push me into an Acura on their floor. Stay away from this place and Janet by all means. Unethical and unprofessional.

Don't Shop Here - You Do Not Matter. I had an appointment to see a vehicle this weekend at 11am. When I showed up someone was looking at the vehicle. I was told that they were supposed to come in at 3pm and that they came in earlier. They ended up buying the car and I wasted 3 hours of my time. There is no communication between the sales team as far as appointments go and you are second hand once a dollar walks through the door.

Service Dept has always been very good, but today a nightmare. My wife's car needed to stay in the shop a couple days so they gave her a loaner. The loaner broke down on the interstate and after 20 mins of calling to get a warm body on the phone they said call your AAA service. It was their vehicle!! She sat on the side of the road for over an hour in 20 degree weather. When I asked why they did not send a tow truck or use the Acura roadside assistance they said we don't use it for that - seriously? I asked what if we did not have AAA? They said we would have to call a tow truck and pay all services and they would reimburse us - again seriously? I told her my wife's situation and asked why can't you send a mechanic or other employee with a working car and have him/her wait on AAA and her response was the same saying it's our problem (again it's their car!) and she could care less if my wife was in a very bad situation with no heat. That should tell you all you need to know about how they care about their customers. I appreciate your response, but I guess the point did not get through. Your process on how you handled that kind of situation needs to be modified for your ownership of the problem. That's the kind of response expected - meaning what are you going to do in the future to ensure that is handled better within your policies.

I have been an ACURA loyal customer since 2010. I’m on my 4th Acura, (2) TL’s, (2) TLX’s. I NEVER complain about anything from this dealership as they have always been professional and very pleasant work staff. My latest, a 2019 TLX SH-AWD , delivered in August 2018, is beautiful, no issues, or performance problems. But , I now feel that the pricing for service is way too expensive . And I feel I’ve been taken for granted. I went for a b16 , which came up on the screen, I brought it in, was in the shop for a total of 40 minutes, and the labor for those 40 minutes was $246.26, which, to me is ridiculous. I went for an oil change and I came out feeling a little upset that this visit cost me $344.38. The bill States a”Rear Differential fluid for maintenance “ which NONE of my other Acura’s ever were called for. Something new?? It also says “”Required by Manufacturer”. This is all news to me. This vehicle, with a hefty monthly payment, an enormous excise tax, insurance , new registration, and now this service bill cost me over $2,300 to drive this vehicle for 1 month. And I don’t even own it. This is a lease . Can someone explain please??

Overall, this dealer is clean & people are fair (Mike & Juan at parts dept & Steve at service dept are great!). I do 90% of maintenance on my car by myself, but when it's time for annual inspection, tire change, wheel alignment I go to AoP. Steve at the service dept is THE man to go to when you have issues related to electronics that require Honda (Acura)'s diagnostic equipment. Got Check Engine Light? Request Steve. In the last 5 years, I've only seen one customer that seemed dissatisfied, and in general most customers seem happy. Can't speak for the sales dept, as I've never bought a car from AoP.

My drivers side door stopped opening from the outside without warning. It was extremely inconvenient and I wanted it fixed right away but it was Friday afternoon. I called the Acura service department and Eduardo took the call. I told him I need the car for work on Monday and he told me that he would squeeze it in for Saturday. I offered to drop the car off Friday night after hours leaving the key in the mailbox and he said that would be great because they could start on it early Saturday. He called late morning Saturday to say the car would be fixed that day. Then he called two hours later to say it was repaired, washed, vacuumed and ready for pick up! What a fantastic experience!! I leased a MDX, then purchased it at the end of the lease and have continued to have them do all service on the vehicle over its lifetime. I get my MDX detail cleaned every year at Acura Peabody. I got it detail cleaned on Aug. 31st. When I dropped my car off the night before, I mentioned and showed a few places outside of my car as well as inside that needed to be cleaned as well and it was not done to my satisfaction. And there were dry water drops on the windshield and rear window when I came to pick it up. I showed the assistant and he said he would mention it to them and call me. I'm disappointed because I've been coming here over 8 years and I feel like it wasn't given 100%. I know they wouldn't let a brand new car look like this.
