I've only given Rosenthal 1 star to rank, if I had to tell the truth it would not rank at all. The worst experience I have had. I currently own a Range Rover & s Jag. I went to this dealership to purchase an Acura. Did want want to finance at all. Do to me this should have been a no brainer. I wasn't allowed to drive the auto without a Salesman (don't have a clue why) when I watched another couple drive away with a dealer tag and no salesman. I know what I think?? I then asked to see the key the salesman had a problem with this & didn't give me the key. He then proceeded to tell me where to drive. To tell you all the wrongs I would write a book. I arrived at the dealership, made an appt. the salesman had no clue of our previous conversation. Was not prepared as he told me he would be, tried to show me a car of less cost then what I wanted (maybe he thought by looking at me I could not afford the auto that we talked about). I arrived at the dealership @ 3, I was out the door by 5pm. I called Arcua of Chevy Chase. They cost @ 6. Drove there, purchased the automobile I wanted and was out the door by 7:30. Puchased the top of the line & no financing. Could not be more happier. Rosenthal learn how to treat people with Respect & not be judgemental. Oh I forget to mention I had spoke to the Sales Manager to see if this could wk itself out before leaving & it also was a waste of time. Rosenthal you lost a great deal & it should have been really easy. No financing at all.

Honestly ,I do not trust this facility and most of the people. Because was told different things and stories by different people as the years went by, and realized we have been somewhat abused and used. We thought they were reliable, but from sales, to finances throughout their service centers, we did not see total honesty.... however some singular people are nice, but it is not enough to recommend anyone I know to buy with them. Truly do not trust them, and feel trapped from having bought car with them. Do not recommend

I recently purchased an Acura from Rosenthal Acura and I must say the service was exceptional! My fiancé and I pulled up to the dealership and began looking around to see if what I wanted was available. We were greeted by Ned. He asked if we were looking for something in particular, we shared what we were looking for. He wasn’t pushy and told us where the particular models were located. We browsed a bit and Ned reappeared to help us further. After finding the model, Ned offered a test drive and told us where it would be best to do so. I REALLY loved having the freedom to test drive on my own—-it’s just a thing I have. After we came back, Ned asked how was the drive and we were then introduced to Gary, the manager. We chatted a bit and began the process of purchasing. While my ew ride was being detailed we enjoyed our choice of coffee from their fancy machine, bottled water, and soda in the lounge area. We then closed the deal with the finance office and she was wonderful as well. We circled back to Ned and we were on our way! After leaving the dealership, I noticed a service light was on. I called Ned and let him know my concerns and he told me to bring it back. My fiancé brought it back to the dealer a few days later (no worries, everything was up to par, the light just needed to be reset!). Alas, Ned was there to make sure everything went smoothly! Any large purchase takes time and can be nerve wracking, I’m just glad we weren’t pressured into purchasing or upgrading during the wait. I want to thank the Rosenthal Acura staff for up front pricing and he overall experience!

USAA members beware. Dealer would not openly accept loan paperwork from USAA unless accompanied by power of attorney with "raised seal". Dealer asked me to complete paperwork for Equifax credit check despite providing USAA approved loan documentation. Dealer then indicated a background check was needed to ensure I was who I said I was despite providing driver's license. Ultimately Dealer wanted power of attorney with raised seal and would not talk to or accept any artifacts from USAA directly. Did not purchase vehicle from Dealer. And do not recommend.

Stay way from the sales person named Steve Kwon. He does not read or respect customer's requests about not calling. I have tried to inform him multiple times that my preferred way of communication is via texts or emails, yet Mr. Kwon still tried calling many times. I inquired about the lease price on a vehicle and asked about the numbers. Instead of providing me with detail or breakdown, he threw out numbers that have nothing to do with how a lease payment should be calculated. i.e. "try $25,305 *52%/36 it will be $365 /month". What does this even mean???? Lease payment should look more like (net cap $25305 - residual $18080 + interests)/36. He's lag of interest in provide details when asked was extremely unprofessional. He also tried to throw me off by telling me the high monthly payment is because I wanted 0 down. I understand that 0 down is one of the factors, but dealer fees, such has documents fees, dealer processing, acquisition fee, or double up on destination charges could also drive up the costs and which are exactly the things a customer should be aware of and avoid. Showing me the net cap without giving the monthly detail breakdown does not provide any clarity to me as a customer. I have purchased/leased multiple Acuras from before. During our communications, he also suggested that I get a Honda or Nissan instead. Really? I really expect a salesperson from an Acura dealership to be more professional.

First and foremost, shoutout to the salesman I worked with, Rahul. I had spent the day going to a few different places to get appraisals on my 4runner. I had been planning to step into a Golf R and Rosenthal Acura happened to have one. As the last stop of my day, I decided to swing by and at least check it out. Lucky for me, I got to work with Rahul. We checked it out, talked price and where I wanted to be with my monthly payments. He was very understanding about all of that and never pressured me into anything. It was refreshing to not have to deal with the typical dealer bs. Anyways, they offered me more for my 4runner than any place I visited that day and the gears began turning. He went to go crunch the numbers and work on getting me a deal that fit my price requirements. A good thing to note, as I waited in the lobby, Rahul made sure to always keep me updated of what was happening. I don't think I went more than 10-15 min without an update. Really appreciate that type of service. As the numbers were finalized and I was about to go to talk to the Finance dept., he even offered me pizza that he had ordered. That's just a nice thing to do and I was really surprised at that gesture. Anyways, I ended up getting the car and couldn't be happier. I also bothered Rahul on two separate occasions to get something I had forgotten from the 4runner (I really wasn't expecting to sell so I hadn't cleared everything out prior). He was very understanding and accommodating, never grew impatient with me at all. Hospitality that persists after ta deal is struck is just good business. They have a customer for life with me! I highly recommend going to Rosenthal Acura and even further recommend you work with Rahul!

On Saturday Oct 6, 2129H, I received my Used Car Certificate via email upon expressing interest in a used Toyota Corolla LE Automatic via the USAA Car Buying Services website. The total before tax read as: $4083.00 On Sunday Oct 7, 0146H, I received an email from Simon Agboola, an agent at said dealer, which stated the going price was ‘$6788.00 plus tax, tags an [sic] fees”. At 0753H, I left Simon a voice message on his personal cellphone line clarifying that the certificate I received read the $4083.00 price. I then received phone calls on my personal cellphone at 1202H and 1217H which reiterated the $6788 price, claiming that the $4083.00 figure was a “typographical error”. At approximately 1355H, I proceeded to speak with David Son, the General Sales Manager who reiterated the above typographical error claim and said that they would “not sell the car at that price” and that it was the “Dealer’s Discretion”, and said that the website was “fixed” and now displayed a $7000 price, despite stating that I had the certificate in hand with the $4083 price point. All of the above exchanges were extremely unpleasant, sarcastic or even irate in manner, and lacked apologetic tone and every semblance of customer service. I was very disappointed and appalled at their utter lack of openness to even consider any kind of compromise or consideration despite the mistake admittedly being on their end.

Update: they violate basic personal info rights. I have a loaner car from them and in there have 4 peoples personal name, address, license number, phone number, and signature. But then again their manager probably won’t even bother reading this. ============================ They don’t actually do an inspection at all: My tie rod end are bad, bushings are destroyed Rear end links are bad Oil leak, I had to put 3 qt of oil in And they said my car is ok and passed inspection.

The TLX A-Spec's handling, comfort and technology are simply spectacular, and the gas mileage (25-27 mpg city and 34-36 mpg highway) remarkable for a high performance sedan.

Im in sales and expressed that to the salesman, we had to get a car for my wife who doesnt have the best credit but its above a 600. We had all the paperwork, a trade we owed nothing on but gave us $1000 for it and we put about $4500 down and the salesman flat out could not get the deal done on a $13000 vehicle. The math worked out to financing about $7850, he tried to say our payment would be $580 a month on a 2015 vehicle with a 72 month term, UNLESS I cosigned because he knew i had better credit. It's her car not mine. I could've gotten this deal done in my sleep it was that easy. They are a shameful dealer.

Family friend of mine and I went to the dealer since the wanted a certified Acura MDX . Sales professionals wouldn’t even approach us while we walked around the lot for 30 minutes as they just sat in the building at their desk on their phones . I wanted to give this dealership a great review, but this was honestly this worse car purchase experience I have ever recieved. I’ve been wanting to buy an Acura for a while now and finally was presented the opportunity to do so. While doing my research, Rosenthal was the only dealer that had a significant selection of vehicles in which I was interested in. I do the inquiry online , and Fernando reached out to me for an appointment to come in. With this being my third car purchase I knew exactly what I was looking for , what price range I wanted to be in etc. I had it all mapped out in my mind , praying that things would go smooth through the whole process but it turned into a complete nightmare. Finance completely screwed me over. Had me sign/fill out paperwork for two different banks , with the intentions that I would recieve the better interest rate once they get a hold of “their” contacts on Monday since majority of the banks were closed during the weekend. Unfortunately, it didn’t work out that way. I take a drive to the dealership (Keep in mind, this location is a HOUR away from me). Speak with the Finance Director to only find out he had no complete knowledge of what was promised to me on this deal when from jump everyone was involved, even the Used Car Sales Manager. I signed up for GAP, Tire and Wheel and an additional warranty, none of that was included in my deal. I’m giving them the complete benefit of the doubt with given opportunity that we still had room to fix it, I don’t know how when it’s been 30 days already but maybe they can pull some strings for little ole me since I have traveled back and forth to this dealer 3 times already. Not even given a full tank of gas when I first drove off the lot which was another surprise to me. I’ve always known each car purchase new or used to come with a FULL tank of gas, but mine was at half. And again, this is a LUXURY dealership right? OK. I take it as they just did whatever to get the deal done. I give them what is now, two weeks since I’ve made the visit to fix the problem and still no answers , no solution just the constant run around in which they pretty much been giving me the entire time. I’m exhausted with the phone calls and emails. So it looks like I’m STUCK. The part that bothers me the most is that I work for a dealership and have numerous contacts in my area that I could have very well reached out to as far as purchasing a new vehicle but I trusted and gave my confidence to this Acura Dealer thinking that they wouldn’t screw me over. I guess I should have dug into this deeper but I think they took advantage of the fact that I needed a car since mine was totaled and I had been riding around in a rental for a month. What’s that saying “Stick to what you know” yeah, goes well with this scenario and from here on out I will do so.

If you need to buy a car, you should go to Larry Pinto. I can honestly say he is the most genuine person to work with-- he doesn't make you feel like he's just trying to make a sale. The truck is my dream truck and big enough for my family. It's a Tahoe. But the price was different that advertised online. The sales guy Sean was helpful and cool. However, after signing and driving off I was called and told the price went down but I now had to put another 1000 down and that I had 12 less months to pay for it. Plus they snatched my warranty after changing all this. Very skeptical. And they didn't have hard tags so I had to come back. My tires were faulty and they refused to look at them honestly and I ended up having to buy two spares and two new tires. Plus now it's a jerking sound going on, I'm scared and pray it's not transmission. I've been calling them repeatedly no response. I was happy about the car but not the back and forth games. Especially since I was made to drive back almost two hours to the dealership each time and still going back. What an inconvenience!

Bought a used car from Nikolas and manager gary , excellent service, night and day compared to other previous dealers i went to prior to the purchase. Although it is an Acura dealership Nik went out the way and showed me how the accord i bought works and what features it includes. Wasn't pressured at all he just wanted me to feel if i like the car or not during my test drive before any negotiations.
