Late on a Sunday evening, my wife smelled "something hot" in her 2013 Cayenne. She drives 110 miles round trip most days to work and was reluctant to drive it. She took another car to work and I called Brian( Rogers) at the service department about 7:30am Monday morning. He answered right away! I told him the problem and he said "bring it in". I needed a loaner vehicle for other appointments that day, and he said "no problem". They looked at the car and were finished about 10:30am, but I was already at appointments. He was going to be there until 6:00pm, but I didn't think I could get back by 6:00pm to exchange. He said "no problem, I'll let Steve (Postol) know you're coming later and he can take care of checking you in". Steve handled the paperwork and I was out in several minutes. This is the type of service that sets a dealership apart from others! Update June 18, 2019 Brian Rodgers once again came to our rescue. The AdBlu warning wouldn’t reset after filling to top. Emailed Brian in the morning. After a brief back and forth to try to accommodate my travel, he said “just stop by this afternoon. I’ll try to fit it in. And he did. The service at Porsche if Towson is fantastic. Brian makes it all happen.

Brought my vehicle in for simple service: 2 tire rear changes. Never received a phone call back that the vehicle was done despite my explanation that I needed it that evening. Despite that, luckily the manager was able to get my vehicle out of the service center and back into my possession. Unfortunately it wasn’t cleaned afterwards along with the miscommunication. I get it things happen, but this is Porsche, not Hyundai... my $0.02.

Took my vehicle in for two recalls. Wasn’t much to it. I had just purchased my vehicle 4 days prior and had questions about operating systems. No help was provided. I guess because I hadn’t purchased my vehicle from a Porche dealership, but from Carmax. Yet I was getting service from a Porche dealership and would continue to do so, but at a location that’s more willing to provide good customer service.

I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership and have had nothing but trouble. They screwed up on the contract and tried to lie their way out of it. I've had to spent hours dealing with both the sales manager and finance manager. I ended up contacting Porsche customer service. They were no help either. In the end, i had to get a lawyer which made the whole car buying experience less than desirable. I've owned every luxury car out there. Dealing with this dealership and priority 1 was by far the worst. If you are looking to purchase a new vehicle. I would advise looking elsewhere.

Terrible! To be fair the Porsche of Towson service center and Brian Roger are amazing! They offered fantastic service. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said of the their collision center. They were so horrible that I had to get my car and take it somewhere else and "poor" cannot describe it! HORRIBLE! If you need body work, stay as far away as possible. Robert at collision center is rude, lies, and does not care about the customer.

Horrible One of the worst dealers I brought in my SUV for door handle and was given a quote with 1 hr minimum service charges - after the quote was given, I decided not to pursue as another Porsche dealer quote was almost $500 cheaper !!! To my surprise, service manager changed the amount due for inspection to 2 hours. I was very upset and had to escalate this matter to general manager who never returned my call, however, service manager called back couple hours later to tell me that I can come to pick up my SUV and pay 1 hour service charge per original agreement. I came, paid and picked my SUV. Few days later, I heard a draft coming in from the back door anytime I drove on highway, however, all the windows were closed and was not sure why this is happening - i called back and left a message for service manager and never heard back from them ! My SUV still has a draft coming in from the back door (i guess they took it off while doing inspections ?!) Their treatment and handling of this issue was pathetic - will not recommend this place to anyone Be careful of this dealer !!!!!!!

I brought my 2011 Mini Cooper in for an oil change. During the visit, they found a couple of belts, etc that needed to be replaced. I was kept informed during my entire visit. It was a pleasant experience and my Mini is running fine as always.

My wife and I drove 4.5 hours to see a CPO car in person. Alfred, our sales person, was working with another client, but made the time to get us out on a test drive immediately. When we returned, he had the car cleaned so we could assess the condition of the black paint more easily. Once the decision to purchase was made, Alfred and the GM worked with us on a price that we all agreed was fair and off we went to finance. 30 minutes later we were on our way back home. Flawless, easy-peasy process! We felt that we were taken care of very well - highly recommended!

Compared to various luxury car service departments in Baltimore/Washington metro area which I had previous service with, I found Brian to be very knowledgeable and straightforward. Other service specialist were more like sales people rather service specialist. The explanation of costs, detailed work and possible additional issues were detailed via e-mail and text. Towson Priority One Porsche switches out the US Dept of Transportstion amber color side marker lights for the clear color European market side marker lights. (That's the "blinker" light by each of the front wheels.) Some say the clear side lights look more stylish, and I happen to agree, but technically they're illegal in America. My father was failed in the inspection lane in his Porsche due to the clear side marker lights. I reached out to the sales manager Steve to explain to him what happened with my father and that I'd like to have a pair of USDOT approved amber side lights for the car I purchased from him several months previously so that if I ran into the same problem my father did I would be able to replace the European spec lights with the US spec lights. He proceeded to tell me that the amber color lights they removed from the car were inside the car when I purchased it. They, in fact, were not. He then told me that he could put me in contact with the parts department to purchase a pair of the lights that they removed from the car. I didn't say anything more once I received his reply. If he wanted to nickel and dime me fine.. I asked once nicely and then I proceeded to purchase a pair online at Suncoast. Chintzy for a luxury car dealer right? But wait, there's more. A lot more. The following day after my car purchase I had a really hard time getting Steve to agree to replace a couple of parts underneath the car that I luckily happen to see were broken when I was drying the car off in my garage, since it was raining the night I drove it home after purchasing it. (To me it appeared someone ran over a curb which needless to say I'd have remembered if I'd done it.) By my estimate, it was going to cost me about $1,200 to $1,500 with parts and labor to have it repaired, maybe more, if they were unwilling to stand behind the damaged car. (The two broken parts were unpainted, bolt-on plastic/rubber parts thankfully) To Steve's credit he did repair it for me at no charge (thus the 2 star rating), but man did I ever have to stand firm on that one. REALLY firm. This was because he quickly accused me of being responsible for the damage during the few hours since I had it and repeatedly demanded that I would have to pay to have the car repaired. He clearly wasn't going to do the right thing. It wasn't until I informed him that I stopped payment on the personal check I wrote for the car that I got his complete and undivided attention. Yes, you read that right- I had to literally stop payment on the check before he was able to completely appreciate how unreasonable he was being. If I hadn't done that, it would have been my tough luck for buying a car that needed hard to recognize body work. Of note- I was promised by AJ and perhaps Steve too that the car was completely straight- needed no body work and had no body work (I had no reason to doubt what I was told since it was a current model year car with practically no miles on it.). Period, end of story. Right? Nope. What's the moral of my story? 1) Ask for the legal amber color side lights that were removed from your car. 2) Ask to have the car put on a lift in the service bay so you are able to completely inspect the underside. I cannot stress hard enough to inspect the car with the utmost care, because with this dealer it's truly buyer beware the second they get their hands on your money. 3) Also, if you can afford to you may want to write a personal check since if I hadn't done that, the car would have cost me @ $1,500 more than I thought. That should buy you a little extra time in case there's something wrong with the car that they're not expecting you to find. Protect yourself. Note: This review is strictly for the sales practices and post-sale support of the business, as I never used the service department for any of my previous Porsches.

The techs diagnosed and repaired a noise that appeared to be coming from the instrument cluster but was a loose headlight bracket screw. I'm very impressed that they found the noise so quickly.

Horrible customer service, and lazy sales staff. Went there last week to check their inventory. I have always owned MB and wanted to change it up. I wanted to treat myself for the recent promotion i got at my job with a brand new car. When i went there, they had one sales person, who was on a personal phone call, laughing and talking about his nights plans! I figured ill go to the guy who says "manager" since no one came to greet us. :/ He then says what they have is this from behind his desk, didnt even come to shake hand or say hi:-O Then calls that lazy boy who rolls his eyes, and wasn't happy to be there. After a 2000 mile round trip to Florida for Porsche Werks, Amelia Island Concours, and the Sebring 12 Hour; took my '16 Cayman into Porsche Towson for the initial oil change and to have pulsing brakes looked at. Brian in service was attentive, the shuttle service was convenient and immediate, all four rotors were replaced under warranty, and the bug and brake dust encrusted car was returned in an immaculate condition. About as perfect a process as one could ask for.

After being a long time customer of Len Stoler Porsche in Owings Mills, I got tired of the drive and decided to give Porsche of Towson a try. BIG MISTAKE. After a surprisingly impersonal experience with service manager Brian Rogers, I was put into a loaner car for a standard oil change service on my Cayenne. The next day, I was contacted with an estimate for almost $2,000 for a major service that was recommended every 34k miles. With not even 55K miles on the odometer, and the Cayenne not being my primary vehicle, I decided to hold off on the service until my next visit. I was told my "Service Now" light would not be reset, which while i thought was a little silly, accepted without incident. Later that evening around 5:15, Brian contacted me via text asking if I'd be returning the loaner car that evening. I explained that I wouldn't be, but would be dropping it off early the next afternoon. I received a rude text message back stating that I HAD to drop off the loaner car before 9am as that was there policy (which was never told to me when I dropped off my car) I was shocked. I felt that because I was unwilling to spend $2,000 on a recommended service I was now seen as unworthy of their time. So I had to rearrange my entire evening and rush down to return the loaner. When I stated my dissatisfaction to the customer service I received to salesman Alfred, as Brian had already left for the day, I was told that he had never heard of such a policy. But, was told that I should have never received the loaner car to begin with as they only loan cars to "people who have bought cars here." What an insane policy! If any of these "policies" were told to me before I brought in my car I would have just stayed with Len Stoler. I truly felt that because I wasn't willing to spend thousands on services there I was seen as a lesser customer, and not worth decent customer service. If you're looking for a dealership that will value your patronage, be upfront and honest with you and provide the customer service Porsche is known for, I highly suggest you look elsewhere.

Not a very good service. There was nobody at the help desk as we entered and we had to wait for almost 5mins for somebody to come. The sales manager who helped us was not at all professional he did not greet us nor welcome us, he didn't even have the manners to ask us to be seated and we had the whole conversation standing at his booth while he was seated. This would be the least expected service from a Porsche team.

Wanted to buy a used Porsche Turbo. Was definitly the first potential customer, but out side US. Sales rep (RJ) first time was friendly and provided some material (pics, documents, etc). I was pretty keen on the car because it would have fit perfectly into my collection. RJ promised me that I would be #1 and nobody else woulg get the car. Less than 12h later he wrote me a 1-liner that the car have already been sold. This is not the business behavior I expect from a Porsche dealer ship. Really bad!
