I was interested in purchasing a late model Porsche Cayenne and noticed that Annapolis Porsche had a 2017 in their inventory. It was a weekend evening so sent a text requesting information. To my surprise I receive a response that evening. As a result of that response I looked at the car the following week and made the purchase at a fair and honest price plus received a reasonable offer for my trade in. I was totally impressed by the operation at Annapolis Porsche. The Manager, salesman, finance officer, and even the receptionist were professional, responsive to me questions, and made my buying experience exceptional. Wouldn’t hesitate doing business with them again and would certainly refer my friends to this store. Nice people who treated me with respect. I believe they do that for everyone.

I did my research and knew what (new) Porsche I wanted to buy and what a fair price was for the car. I spoke and met with 4 dealers in MD and VA. Graeme Reeves and the team at Annapolis Porsche delivered while the others wasted my time. The "new" car was actually a used demo they could sell as new because the mileage was under 10K. Or the car didn't have the options I'd specified for the price I wanted. Or they didn't have the car but how about an Audi? Ugh. I called Graeme told him what I wanted to do, went to see him and was buying my car an hour later. Zero hassle. Zero hustle. Buying a Porsche should be FUN. Go see these guys.

The best Porsche dealership in the country hands down. I live in California (unfortunately) but order all my OEM parts from this place. I've called several times to ask questions before ordering parts and always receive the best customer service on the planet. I've eaten at 5 star restaurants that can't even come close to the customer service I've received from this place. I recently purchased some transmission seals for my 915 gear-box and Tommy from the parts department assured me that he would personally check the exact specifications of the seals once they arrived before he sent them out as I needed exact factory replacements. There is so much after-market junk out there (junk seals ='s you get to pull your engine again in 6 months..) He followed through with exacting details and called me to ask if it was okay to proceed with shipping. The seals were perfect and now I'm back on the road again thanks to Tommy and Porsche Annapolis. I highly recommend this company for all of your Porsche needs. If and when I'm ready to trade in my 1986 Porsche 930 Cabriolet, I am flying to this place to buy my upgrade!. This place does it right! Henry Ontario, CA

I planned on purchasing a Mercedes Benz ML 550 from a dealership down the street. I talked with Brett and Graeme and changed my mind. I owned a Cayenne GTS that I had serviced at Porsche of Annapolis 2 years ago before Mr. Smith was general manager. Back then, the service was below average. Needless to say, ever since Mr. Smith took over as general manager of this dealership one year ago, it has turned into a world class place of business. The buying experience was nothing short of magical! They were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind to my family and me. I feel that I am family with them. The customer service at this location is amazing I have just purchased my 4th Panamera, 3 of which I purchased from Brett (dealer GM). Yes I said 4th... I love the Panamera but the customer service plays a huge part in me continuing to stay with this dealer. I could be considered a “diva” as I do not like waiting in the dealership, so Brett typically helps me virtually via text and FaceTime. His assistant Senaite ensured I was able to complete the app online, assisted with transferring the insurance and had my car prepared when I walked through the door! As, I cleaned the mess out of my previous car, the finance guy walked outside to ask any questions I may have had regarding warranties etc. so once I was done... he had all required documents that I needed printed and prepared for my signature. Again, this is an amazing dealership. If I could give them a score of 10.. I would!

Brought my 2015 Cayenne in for an update for the navigation system. Through the installation process they realized the particular update was already installed. Hugo in the Service Department took the time to show me how the software paired with my phone and how all the options worked. They could have easily charged me for the software and the installation, but they charged me for neither for what amounted to my mistake. Very classy operation!
