So, let me tell y'all about my experience with this dealership.. From the very first moment I contacted them, I was impressed. I made some mistakes that effected my credit drastically but they didnt see me as a number or dollar signs.. they saw me as a person who needed their help. Jason Francis was amazing from the second I walked in the door. He went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted, with a payment I could handle. But, not only did he do that, he got me in touch with an insurance rep who got me full coverage for what I paid for liability with my current insurance company. This place, and not only Jason, but everyone who works here was amazing, helpful and so nice. I had my daughter with me during this process, and they talked to her, keeping her occupied while I did everything, the woman in the office even got her pizza and fries! Awesome people, and a great place to go for anyone who has credit issues like me! I’ll start off by saying I received a call after putting in an application. Was told before I went in I could get a vehicle for $500 down. I confirmed before I went, I AM approved for 500 down? “Yes” so who gets down there and it went from 500 to 3500. Knowing and stating I said I had NO vehicle I wasted $50 on Uber. Will never recommend after that. It was fine up until my sales person asked some dude if that would work. So you’re definitely losing business this way, I’m buying a car elsewhere

I won't go back. The prices listed online are significantly lower than the prices listed in the car windows. I was told that this was because one price was cash and the other was credit. They had a hard time finding the keys to the cars we wanted to look at, and two of the cars wouldn't start. I was not given my papers at time of purchase and had to call twice and come in twice to get them. I was told the plates would take 2 weeks to come in, called back after the appropriate time had passed, and then was condescended to and told it ALWAYS takes a month. My title came with errors on it. On the plus side, my salesperson was proactive about getting issues with the vehicle fixed before I bought it, and those repairs were well done.

Three words to describe Patriot Autos: unprofessional, lazy, and incompetent. The "150 point inspection" they claim to complete on their cars is an absolute lie. When I drove off the lot with my new 2010 Honda, I discovered that my windshield wiper fluid was faulty. A week later my check engine light came on revealing the catalytic converter was bad, they replaced it and now my car sounds like its whistling. I went back to them and they said "it's supposed to sound like that." Within two weeks of owning the vehicle the oil warning light started blinking, checked the oil levels to find it was empty even though I checked it before purchasing. The mechanic said he "didn't know why it happened" and that my car was fine. Yesterday, the same thing happened which likely means I was sold a LEMON with a faulty engine. To add, they were supposed to replace my damaged console cover. It took over a month for Ryan Codd to send it to me, after consistently dodging my extremely polite texts messages and calls to check on its whereabouts after him promising me on multiple occasions that it would "arrive by Friday." Finally received the part last week and its a RADIO for a Nissan. I have had the worst experience with this company, which includes being lied to, dodged, unanswered emails, and the mechanic yelling at me in front of other customers and staff. And all that to say, my car is STILL experiencing issues. To say that I am unhappy is an understatement. I'm reporting my experience to the BBB. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE PURCHASE FROM PATRIOT AUTOS.

But on the website it states "where we’re confident you’ll find the vehicles you’re looking for at a price you can afford". Then they tell me that they have nothing to do with that. I’m not going to go as far as saying the whole company was horrible because it wasn’t! My Boyfriend and I wanted to finance a vehicle and we heard about patriot autos from carguru. Our experience was great Jason was an amazing person. Our problems began when Jason consulted with Tim and he completely acted as if he didn’t want to help us. Steve and Wendy went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied throughout our car buying experience. He was friendly and definitely not pushy. We took the vehicle out for a test drive that ended up being longer than usual due to traffic but he kept us engaged and he was not bothered at all. The price was competitive in the market so it did not give us much wiggle room to negotiate but overall the staff was professional and helpful. The only area for improvement was the level of auto detailing but my wife and I had an overall positive experience at the dealership.
