I called this company 4 times in the setup my service for my Kia Optima software update. I chose this location because it was close to my job. Bad choice. I called the main number 4× (2x on Saturday, 2x on Monday and today Tuesday) and was told that I could bring my car in at anytime between 7a-7p without an appt. It didn't right so I called 4x and even got a text to bring the car in. Today I arrived at 445p and after 1hr drive in rush hour, I was denied service. They said that I had to have an appt. I explained what I was told and replied that all Kia techs leave at 5pm. I was highly disappointed so I asked for the Manager Mr. Gram. He verified the text messages recvd today but said that all Kia techs leave at 5pm even though I got there at 445p. So we left. Wasted time, bad service, wrong information and nothing resolved. Beware dont go here because you will get denied service regardless of your service issue.

I came in with several makes/models in my consideration set (some Kia, some were other makes) but after speaking with Rolland Owusu-Ansah the decision became quite easy. Rolland answered all of my questions, we test drove a few different Kias, and his approach was very passive so there was no pressure for me to commit at any point in the process. Regret not going elsewhere. When they won't budge from full price, you expect them to throw-in some options or to work with you on the trade. Nationwide would not do either. As with most dealers, they mark it up with dealer installed options that I don't need, or want to pay for. They put Lojack on all their cars & claim it can't be removed. We really needed a tow hitch kit & agreed to ordering it and buying at dealer cost for $475. I should have made it a condition of the sale & gotten a written quote. When I called back to get it ordered, the price they gave me was the same price when ordering it myself from the KIA website. We should have waited & gone elsewhere. The following week a closer dealer got the exact same model, with the hitch already included.

Stay far far away!! Completely incompetent ! First they lost the keys to our car, so we had to wait a few hours until they have up looking and just cut new keys so we can get our stuff out of the car(car seats etc) (3 hour wait). Then they took 3 weeks to fix a simple issue. They loaner car they gave us was filthy and had personal items from the previous owner. In addition, when we initially showed up to our appointment they could not find an appointment in the system so we had to come back a different day. So much wasted time; I had to take off of work due to their incompetence. So disappointed.

Horrible Customer service. I kept calling to make an appointment for a so called software update for GDI. The customer service guy transferred me to a voice mail number. I tried calling again and the lady picked up and transferred me to the same voice mail. Another kia rep said I do not have to make an appointment that I could go there to get the software update done. I went there, drove for over 40mins and got there at 4:55pm. Only for them to tell me that I needed to make an appointment and that I have to make an appointment, go and come back. The service manager couldn’t be bothered. He showed no concerns and there wasn’t a sort of apology. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. It’s a big shame that in 2019 this still happens. HORRIBLE!!!

It’s a shame that Kia now has a luxury car and gives second class service. It could have been the beginning of a nice relationship, instead I would never go back there for service.

my experience with kia was nothing but the worse decision I have ever made the service center couldn't help me not one bit. my engine went up out of nowhere no one really wanted to see what the prob was no customer loyalty was rendered I just was sent out the door with a loaner car fee and no care at all. I called to check on my car more than they even cared in my opinion. I was just told by the service manager that it is nothing they could do for me saying as though this is their brand that they work on everyday. I honestly felt as if nobody cared at ALL the service manager basically said I was outta my warranty and didn't care to see if he could check on any loyalty option because both Hyundai and kia has those options. I wasn't offered anything please if you choose to do service with these people dear customer be very careful this experience was less than 5 stars

We started off talking with Siana by email and phone and she was great, gave me general info about the model we were interested in and then specific information about the one we wanted to come in and see. She wasn't available when we came to the dealership, but Rolland took over and was very knowledgeable. Didn't try to talk us into any upgrades, or try to talk us out of our pre-arranged USAA Buying Service price. Sang was courteous and helped us decide what we wanted to do about financing, and Zach closed out the paperwork in a friendly and courteous manner. The whole team made us feel like we were valued to them, and not like they were doing us a favor by selling us the car. Best of all, maybe it was just coincidence, but they had the trim package and color of the Kia Niro that we wanted. Or maybe it's just that they know what peole want and make sure to have it in stock! I'll go there again, but I'm looking forward to many years of saving gas money in our new Niro Hybrid.

Hi. I was looking for an orange Kia Soul with a sunroof. I found one at a Nationwide 3 hours away. I felt the price was a bit high (1-2k) when comparing it to the others further away but knowing that these are rare, I didn’t want to lose it. They said the price wasn’t negotiable and I decided it was worth it. They usually don’t hold cars but I gave them deposit money and they held it for me which I very much appreciated. They were very responsive and minus a few nicks, the car was described accurately. They agreed to send me a paint pen so that’s great. My first contact was with a guy named John and then I mainly dealt with Matt and Anthony. All seemed knowledgeable and were very nice to work with. I would recommend the dealership. Had I lived closer, I would have just gone in and tried to negotiate a bit but I’m very happy with the car and the whole transaction so no regrets.
