I have been a customer of this dealership since 2013. I have two vehicles that I only service them there and I've never had such a bad experience as I did this time. The service advisor didn't know what he was doing at all. When he came to tell me what was wrong with the car I asked him to spell for me the name of the part that was needed. He said "oh don't ask me that, I don't know". He never even tried to find out. That was not professional at all. Also every time I come over they give me a car so I can return home. This time they said the policy has changed and that I would not get one. So I said I will wait here, he said they had to order the part and I wouldn't be in until the next day. After the service advisor going back and forth to his manager (whom I asked to speak to and never came) he said they would give me a car and as long as I brought it the next day I wouldn't be charged. Nobody said anything about what time, but when the service advisor called the next day to tell me my car was ready, I asked, what is the latest I can come? And he said 7pm. I picked up my car at 5 and they still charged me for it, saying I had the car for two days. I picked up the car THE NEXT DAY. He told me "you can bring the car tomorrow and you won't be charged". THAT IS WHAT I DID. He didn't say "bring the car in... hours" He said "TOMORROW". When speaking to the rental company, they said that the manager sent them a note saying that it was my responsibility and that I had to pay. They charged my card the next day. To me that is very deceptive and is also called lying.

Buying a certified pre-owned vehicle here was a great experience! Khalil was extremely helpful before, during, and especially after the purchase. We had a few minor issues with our car a week after we drove it away. He made sure that everything was corrected immediately, and got us a loaner vehicle for an extra day to make sure that we weren't inconvenienced. This is the type of five-star customer service that should come with a Mercedes!

The service in Silver Spring is very good. My sales agent Darryl is very helpful and nice. We are not familiar with the sales of CAR in US, Darryl explained to us very in detail. We closed a deal for a C-Class, the estimated monthly payment for provided to us. Following day we cleared our car (that was suppose to be traded) and went to the dealership for the trade. After an hour of waiting the salesperson came back to us and said "ohh there was a mistake in the price given to you and it went up by $1560 and we don't have to honor the price given to you". Which in car market is considered very unethical. We wanted to be sure if higher management of " Mercedes of silver spring" endores such shady practice and to our surprise the sales manager instead of been apologetic came out and called us "unreasonable" for not agreeing to pay extra $1560. Mercedes Benz is a very reputed brand and such shady dealerships give bad name to them. They should seriously reconsider and reevaluate how they want to run their business or they will lose alot of clients.

We had issues on a previous visit he made sure those issues were resolved before we left even though he wasn't our advisor at the time. I highly recommend O'Riley for your service needs.

I recently purchased a pre-owned automobile through Mercedes-Benz of Silver Spring. The Customer Service at this location is already legendary; but what I experienced working with Khalil Nuri was beyond even my wildest expectations. He took the time to talk to me in detail about what I wanted in a vehicle. He was not pressing for a sale; he was genuinely interested in what I was thinking. Using that information from our conversation, he found the perfect vehicle for me that very afternoon (Saturday). By Monday, he had gotten the car transferred to the Silver Spring dealership; and by Tuesday morning we were trading in my 2009 Honda Civic (for which Khalil had gotten me $1500) and doing the paperwork for a 2015 Jeep Cherokee 4x4. Later that afternoon, after driving away a very happy customer, I experienced a battery issue and had to get the car battery replaced. I informed Khalil, and he immediately apologized and set about getting me reimbursed for the expense. Without hesitation, this was the best car-buying experience that I have ever had. Khalil was excellent; and I would recommend him to anyone searching for a vehicle. Not only will you not be disappointed; you will be amazed.

Update: The GM reached out to me to Apologize, as well as the sales rep Ty. He did reassure me that they have a much higher standard than the service I received and corrective action will be taken. He also gave me a personalized list of vehicles that matched my original inquiry. I ended up purchasing a mercedes elsewhere but will be going to dealership for in warranty work. Will update how my experience is with that.

Zero stars. My husband had a terrible experience at this location! They are not honest dealers. My husband was given a quote and the next day they raised the price by $1560. More importantly, the sales person and manager were unapologetic about the whole thing. If they admitted that they made a mistake, he would have been willing to pay the unexpected difference. This wasn’t the first Mercedes we were getting nor will it be the last. But we definitely won’t be coming back to this location. Didn’t expect such behavior from a luxury car dealership!

I bought my last Mercedes vehicle from this place. James McDonald was the sales person that I dealt with. James is a super good guy and I don't say that about Car salespersons, especially when it comes to used cars. Generally buying a used car is not a pleasant experience but James above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. I ended up buying a slightly used vehicle, a dealer certified CPO with good warranty and I am very happy with my decision to buy it from this dealer. I purchased a GLE 43 2018 I bought the vehicle and traded in my 2016 truck at a fair value I was overalls pleased but I came on my lunch to finalize the deal to realize they needed 1000 down we spoke and got to 500$ and final 250$ things that were important to me in the deal was the question my sales man ask me James went to jay the sales manager and we had a deal gap , maintenance and wheel and tire , but found out though a rare event when I got a nail in my tire . I did not have the plan and it had been removed at some point. Now since the papers are signed and deal is done no one recalls anything about this including my salesman , no surprise I’m use to that part I was in the marines so I should know better then to trust a mans word now days . The solution to the problem from my sales man was just patch tire and don’t bother coming in. The dealership presented me a great competitive offer to resolve things and then when outlined in the event , dealership now sales offer from sales gm and gm are not conjoined, sounds like my sales experience all over again now with upper management see the attached pics of the offer now changed just like the first original terms . Keith and Jim are on different pages.I will not return to silver spring and will not use them for anything in future and I’m excited for my mom who just got and Audi due to the issue I experienced and think I will take my trade in future there also. See the picture with Keith’s conversation with me. Owner responded spoke with Jim still no resolution and my salesman gave a salesman answer.

They never ever ever answer the phone to answer a question at service. And if you call back they look at the caller ID and send you straight to voicemail. I stopped going to this location for about 3yrs because of that, I complained and nothing was done, I called today and they did it again. This location looks great but the staff...not so great. Too bad my old service guy Mike is no longer at this location. He was good. The service manager is good too. His staff and the service receptionist are horrible! I will never ever ever go to this location again!!!

The service department at this location is horrible. Do not go here to get your car serviced. I went here last week to get my car repaired after it broke down. I spent almost $3,000 in repairs. And within less than 15 minutes of leaving the dealership my car breaks down again with the same problem. They did not take responsibility for misdiagnosing the problem and instead wanted me to pay and additional $2,600 in repairs. Horrible customer service. You are better off going to another location.

Class service and care right from the beginning! I scheduled a Maryland Safety Inspection on a GLA 250 I purchased out of state. A service representative met me as soon as I pulled up for the appointment. He asked my name, and for the keys, and directed us to the waiting room. He said my Service Advisor, Thomas Grant, would be with us in about 5-10 minutes. Sure enough, about 7 minutes later, Mr. Grant walked over an introduced hinself. He explained that in addition to the Inspection, they would also take care of the open recalls on the car. He escorted me over to the rep who completed the loaner car registration, a GLC 300, and i was back on the road in less than 20 minutes! Mr. Grant called twice- once to update me on the service progress and later to say the car was ready. The pickup was just as smooth as the drop-off. My one question was answered very quickly and we were good to go! Without question, this was one of the best service experiences I've ever had! There's a camaraderie that exists between the staff, and they make the customer feel it too. Great service, great customer service, top of the line efficiency, and friendly folks to top it off! Thanks Mercedes-Benz of Silver Spring and Mr. Grant for a very nice experience! I can't imagine going anywhere else!

If i could give them no stars i would. I am a general service tech still learning so I don't know much about transmissions. However they gave me a complimentary 27 point inspection which was cool. Come to find out not only did they straight up lie to me about the inspection, they didn't even list the issues I came in for, minus the transmission service that they probably only listed because of how much the cost was ($400), which were alarmingly obvious. After trusting them with my E-320 I pull off the lot to deal with what ultimately turned out to be a vacuum leak. So i pull over only to find out, that not only did they not tell me, they completely broke my air intake line that connects to the air filter. Seriously Mercedes!!!! Then they have the audacity to tell me I need motor mounts when I literally just replaced them less than a month ago. Moral of the story they tried to play me into a 5,000 plus dollars service quote when all I really needed was an oil change and transmission service. Again, do not waste your time or money here as they will bold face lie to you. I am completely unsatisfied and will never return here for as long as I live.

I contacted Mercedes-Benz Silver Spring, and Chiraz responded the same day. I scheduled a "look/see" because I didn't know if I wanted to buy. Chiraz gave me the details, and I liked what I saw. I didn't know I could take the car home the same day. What can I say, I don't buy cars that often, and that caught me off guard. I was able to leave my old car, which I decided to keep, on the lot and picked it up the next day. Dorit walked me through the final process which was very clean cut, no games, and no frills nor thrills. I got what I paid for, and I'm good with that.

If I could give zero stars I would. My family member went to trade our vehicle which we had gotten a quote for the day prior. After clearing out the car and going to the dealership he was told the price went up reasonably and that the dealership didnt have to honor the price given. Not only that but he was treated terribly and spoken to very rudely by the manager himself and told "you dont have to buy a car from us we dont have to honor the price we told you originally" mind you this we are repeat customers. Instead of apologizing for misquoting him and being rude he was then told that he was being "unreasonable" for not wanting to pay more. I shouldn't be surprised the experience we had in 2017 wasn't much better. This dealership should reevaluate the way the treated their clients. Will not be returning nor recommending this establishment to anyone. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

When I brought my CLA250 into Mercedes-Benz of Silver Spring I was greeted immediately at the service bay by a gentleman who directed me to Mike Dowling, my service representative. From the greeting to the review of the door dings my car suffered, Mike took extreme care to not only document with his tablet, he stepped me through the process. Mike Dowling touched base immediately with the repair technicians and got the ball rolling assuring me that the repairs would be started and completed by the next day. Mike set up the loaner car connection with Enterprise Rentals and they came to the dealership to pick me up. Mike Dowling contacted the MileOne coverage rep to confirm coverage of the repairs and followed up with an e-mail to me. Professional from beginning to end. Mike was awesome.

Dropped off my car at night on 11/17/17 had a service appointment on 11/18/17 at 8:45am for service B it was 2 pm and I still did not hear anything from the service department stating when I should pick up my vehicle or even if it was checked in. I usually get a text or email none of those were sent to me. When I called the service Deparment the person who answered did not seem to be aware my vehicle was there or if it had been serviced already, she transferred me to the service manager to have him check on it. After speaking to the service manager I got a feeling my vehicle was just sitting in the parking lot still parked and not serviced yet. I asked the service manager would it be ready by 3pm he assured me it would. When I picked up my vehicle no one explained to me what was done to it I had to ask the cashier what exactly was done to it concerned if everything was fine with my vehicle. Finally paid for the service when getting in my vehicle I discovered they had not vacuumed my car which I thought well I did not bring my car in for a car wash anyway but it felt unpleasant because I know in the past it has been done. I was not going to write a bad review until my husband told me yesterday he popped the hood he discovered oil spill close to the air filter. I expected more service from a luxury dealer not the kind I received if I wanted just any kind of service I would have taken it else where. I will not bring my business back to this Dealer will try a different MB Dealer. Don't know what happened years ago this Dealer was great and I had recommended it to my friends but not anymore.

Atrocious. We just returned a leased vehicle, and were thinking of replacing it. We've purchased from this dealership in the past, when it was Herb Gordon. At the time, sales and service were pretty good. The years have taken their toll. We came into the parking lot, and looked for a handicapped space. They had a bunch! But every handicapped space but one was taken by dealer's inventory! Is that even legal?? Or are they sending a message to people with disabilities? "Stay away, we don't want your business." Well, we overlooked the implied message, parked, and went in. There, the message was much more explicit. We walked around, looking at vehicles for 20 mins. Not one person came over to talk to us. No one greeted us. No one spoke a word to us. A couple of salespeople deliberately looked away when their eyes met ours. Okay, in contrast to the Catonsville Mercedes dealership we recently visited, you folks don't want our business . Don't worry, we won't burden you with it. Disgusting experience.

Let me start off by saying the Service Advisor Michael Dowling and Adolfo Sorto the Mechanic have been more than helpful. They have gone above and beyond everytime I bring my vehicle in. I have had the worst experiences with dealerships and getting my vehicles serviced, but I have received nothing but professional and friendly service by Michael and Adolfo. I’ve had such a horrible and exhausting day my brothers car had to get towed and we live in Arlington VA and the closes place we could tow it to was silver springs and they wore so nice even thou we didn’t get it serviced there because we got another tow truck to pick it up from silver springs to Alexandria. Anyways SARAH was very helpfully and she made it stress less and stress free to get places we even got a shuttle to go eat we had not ate all day because waiting for tow truck.. even thou I’m not sure how the service is there but for the first time walk in for help they helped thank you

I purchased a GLE 43 2018 I bought the vehicle and traded in my 2016 truck at a fair value I was overalls pleased but I came on my lunch to finalize the deal to realize they needed 1000 down we spoke and got to 500$ and final 250$ things that were important to me in the deal was the question my sales man ask me James went to jay the sales manager and we had a deal gap , maintenance and wheel and tire , but found out though a rare event when I got a nail in my tire . I did not have the plan and it had been removed at some point. Now since the papers are signed and deal is done no one recalls anything about this including my salesman , no surprise I’m use to that part I was in the marines so I should know better then to trust a mans word now days . The solution to the problem from my sales man was just patch tire and don’t bother coming in. The dealership presented me a great competitive offer to resolve things and then when outlined in the event , dealership now sales offer from sales gm and gm are not conjoined, sounds like my sales experience all over again now with upper management see the attached pics of the offer now changed just like the first original terms . Keith and Jim are on different pages.I will not return to silver spring and will not use them for anything in future and I’m excited for my mom who just got and Audi due to the issue I experienced and think I will take my trade in future there also. The services at this dealership are really going downhill. Earlier this month my car's 50K (A Service) maintenance was due, and I also wanted to fix a small dent. So I called the service department of Mercedes-Benz of Silver Spring on January 13. Because nobody from the service dept answered the phone, the operator transferred my call to the service manager and I left a message in his voice mailbox. I also used their text service, but it turned out the agent responding to the text is off-site and knew nothing about how to coordinate dent repair with maintenance. After a series of useless text messages, the agent promised to have someone from Service dept call me. A week later, after I have completed the maintenance and dent repair at another dealership, I texted back to tell the agent at Mercedes-Benz of Silver Spring that no one ever contacted me. That agent replied that they are off-site and have nothing to do with on-site staff and suggested that I call the on-site service staff directly (what a hilarious response! I should have framed it!) The text function is a total waste of everyone's time. The service manager was irresponsible, not answering calls and not returning my voice message over a week. The services at this dealership are really going downhill. The cause of this problem is poor management. This dealership has enough service staff and their business is not that busy (they always say they are overbooked, but if you actually go see, there are not many cars in their workshop. Compared to other, bigger dealerships in the region, this dealership is not at all busy). The core of the problem is the managers there don't know how to develop and enforce operational procedures that prevent customer requests from falling through the cracks. Managers must manage, please!

Thinking this will be my to go to dealership for great service, I decided to have my car towed to the Silver Spring location for a pop tire although I reside in Gaithersburg. Any who everything was going great at first. My service guy at the time was Mike S. Communication was well, he was very responsive and etc. Mike informs me that my car was due for a recall, so he asked if I mind the recall being done while replacing the tire so I said sure. I received a call by Mike my car was done. So I picked it up by the end of day. Here’s why I gave two stars. My car was already on and waiting for me. Once I pulled off heading home, a message popped up on my command screen saying you have 3 minutes to turn your engine on or command was shutting off which was weird because I was driving. Next message comes saying shutting of in 10 seconds and it does just that. Afterwards the screen would open and then close continually. I called Mike S. explaining that my command was not working properly and it worked perfectly fine when the car was brought to Mercedes. He said it sounded like the tech may have triggered something with the wiring while doing my recall. He told me to bring it back. I was given a courtesy car and how I was treated was awesome. I get a call my car is done. I get my car and the problem is not fixed!!! Mike explained they fixed the knob that controls the command, but not the command system itself. I explained the point of bringing the car back was to fix the system not the knob. I even showed him a video of what the screen was saying and how it continuously open and closes on its own. Mike proceeded to tell me that what was happening was nothing that they did and it most of been a coincidence that this problem is coming up. He told me they can take a look at it and fix for $1200. $1200 was steep to fix the command especially when it was working fine a few days prior. Not only did Mike not further assist or take accountability for what was going on with my car. I inquired about the blue tooth connecting to the music on my phone and he told me because I drive an “08” I should just buy a new Mercedes if I want music to be connected from blue tooth. I have never stepped back into Mercedes since then because I’m afraid of what type of experience I’ll get it again. Oh my command still don’t work!!

Very disappointed in the loaner service management. No longer going to do business with them. I had a loaner while my car was being serviced and a small rock chipped its windshield. They forced me to pay over 800 dollars to replace the whole windshield over a chip the size of a quarter. I believe that was extremely excessive and they should cover damages outside the customers control like a rock chip on the highway. They offered no alternate options or “mercy” of some sort. Beware if you use a loaner at this dealership. Take your car and money elsewhere.

The service team at Mercedes Silver Spring is stellar. I had a problem with my rear passenger seat not clicking back into the upright position after being down for cargo. Of course, I was swamped that day so arrived late for my appointment. I sheepishly asked the guy checking in my car if he could take a look at my issue and if someone could just fix it quickly so I could avoid the whole drop off car/get loaner/pickup car circuit. He referred me to a service adviser who said that he would get the shop foreman who promptly came over. After attempting to "pop" the holding piece back into place, he said he had to take it to the shop and would I wait in the lounge. He promised he would be back in a jiffy. I said sure and made a few calls while waiting in the lounge. A half hour later, my service adviser Mike Dowling handed me the keys and I was on my way back with my car completely fixed, washed and vacuumed!

My sales guy Mohammed was great and very patient, I picked out my car and was all ready to go but I had to wait for paperwork. Mohammed was off the day i wanted to pick up my vehicle so i spoke with his manager he told me my car would be ready for pick up and Mohammed would be in at 1 the next day. I get there at 1ready to finalize financing , and no one can find the keys to my cars, turns out the Owings Mills location had sold my car and picked it up . I had to buy a car for 3,000 more and a yr older they wouldn't even discount the price. First time I ever cried while buying a car So I've been in this vehicle for 4 months and the tires are bald already had to kick out an additional 1200. For them. The tire plan is a joke. I will say that Silver Springs service dept is way better than Owings Mills however gheez, . After completing chemo I just wanted my dream car this a nightmare. Btw if you plan on traveling with 4 pol and luggage dont buy gla250 it only holds 1 damn suitcase found that out the hard way Christmas

My friends were promised a set monthly payment price for a C-Class, but when they went to the dealership to do the trade (which had already been cleared), they were rudely informed that the agreed upon payment had increased by $1560! The sales rep made it clear that not only was the dealership not willing to honor the previously agreed upon payment price, but that there was nothing that said that they "had" to. The sales manager then proceeded to tell my friends that they were being "unreasonable". I am completely shocked that a Mercedes dealership would flagrantly disregard basic customer service etiquette and and disrespect their customers like this. Repeat customers, no less! The payment discrepancy is the fault of the dealership, not the customers. It's wholly unreasonable for them to expect my friends to just accept this increase without some conversation (which in no way should have resulted in my friends being insulted). When a business makes an error, it's their responsibility to fix it, and not at the expense of the customer. This seems like a basic "bait and switch" tactic, which should be beneath a luxury brand. It's a ploy I would expect from a low-level used car dealership, not Mercedes. Please consider going elsewhere if you are considering a the purchase of a Mercedes.

Exceptional Roadside Assistance. Darrel Fenton is an awesome road side technician. He provided a level of customer service that I will never forget. My car wouldn't start so I called Mercedes Customer Service. Started receiving tons of calls regarding providing service. When Darrell called me, I was at my wits end because I had been given false information from a third party. I explained my situation to Darrell and he immediately began educating me on what the process should've been. He told me exactly what to do. Because of his graciousness, I was refunded the charge from the third party. Darrell let me know that he would keep me updated throughout the process until he arrived at my location. Darrell reinforced that there are still decent, genuinely nice people in this world, who aren't looking to get over. I let Darrell know that I appreciated all of his help, knowledge and experience and most importantly, his integrity through this process. When I need a battery for my truck, I'll definitely call Darrell. If you're ever in need of road side assistance, Darrell is the man!

When nothing came up, he worked with me to place a factory order. The process was seamless, and it ended up taking a couple weeks less than I had anticipated. Jason was extremely knowledgeable about the features and was able to help us select various options. He also kept in constant contact with us, even after we placed the order, to provide updates. I bought a used 2012 Hyundai Sonata from Julius. II drove from Harrisburg PA. Initially it was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. They were prompt and thorough with every aspect of the sale. They gave a 12 month 12000 mile warranty with the vehicle and said if anything arises to call them. I took the vehicle on a test drive and everything worked as it should. Unfortunately for me the rear vision camera when backing up stopped working and the cruise control stopped working. I called Julius and he said oh it won't be a problem take it to your local Hyundai dealer and the warranty will cover it. I did just that. They informed me the warranty claim was denied and I had to cover the diagnostic fees out of my pocket which was over 100 dollars. I called Julius to explain this. He told me he would speak with his manager and get back to me. It has been 3 weeks and I have heard nothing. My problem with this is, don't say you'll take care of something and not hold up to your word. I would have never thought with the service I received when buying the car that something like this would have happened. As the saying goes dealers will tell you anything to make a sale. Very disappointed, would give 0 stars if possible.

My name is Jordan Cotturo I am absolutely sad to make this review as I used to work there when Enterprise was doing there rentals. Since working there I decided to buy a car there and I got great service at the time I bought the car. But after that there service department has been horrible I have called several times to make an appointment to bring my CLA250 in and every time I call I get transferred directly to an answering machine that I never get a call back from( I must have left 5 messages). Finally when I called I got though to one of the ladies in the back the makes appointments to bring cars in, and I explained to her my car was having problems starting and that I was able to get it to start could I bring it in for a service. Her reply “do you have a ride out of here” I bought a brand new car there and I was told I would have a rental if I needed one so I asked her do they have any rentals available she put me on hold, then without coming back to the phone just transferred me to another answering machine where I left my name number and the problem I am having, it have been 2 weeks still NO response I had to take my car to JRS auto repair because they have no customer service and it’s a shame my car should be under warranty. Feel screwed by Mercedes of silver spring. Taking my wife to Euro motorcars :(

But it was several years old and after receiving some promotional information, I decided to stop at the dealership just to “look” around. I was assisted by Khalil who walked me through all of the changes and features of the new trucks. He listened to my likes, must haves, and dislikes and was able to find a truck I could not say “no” to and worked the numbers so that I walked out that evening with a brand new truck that had all the bells and whistles that keep me in a Mercedes. It was a pleasure working with him and he made sure that I had an excellent customer experience. I own a 2016 E350 which I purchased new at this dealership but never had it serviced here because of the known poor service department. Unfortunately, yesterday evening I hit a deep pot hole which ruined the RF tire. Not many tire dealer stock Michelin tires but this dealership had them so I decided to purchase the tire here, Bad Mistake!!. I made an appointment and was given the approximate cost and the time required to install the new tire. It took the service department over TWO hours to mount the new tire (I was told less than one hour) and it would have taken another one hour for the complimentary car wash, so I skipped the car wash. Regarding the cost, it was about $100 more that what other Michelin tire dealer were quoting but I would have to wait 1-2 days. The actual cost was about 15% more than what the service department quoted when I made the appointment. May be the price of a car is more competitive here but the service is very poor.

Bottom line up front .. what I share here is what you expect when you buy a Mercedes and these folks delivered! The rear defrosters on my certified 2015 E350 weren't working. I purchased the car in May and had no reason to use or check the defrosters. Long story short ... They investigated and found the vehicle had window tint removed incorrectly prior to them receiving the vehicle and that damaged the rear defroster grid. They fixed it under warranty and the cost was $0.00! I was given a loaner for the duration. No quibbling, no negotiations, just made it right. Kudos to Robert and the rest of the sales and service team.

After my car was serviced rather than driving the car up to the lobby I was instructed to walk over a block to retrieve it. The customer service was subpar and the overdue service notification wasn’t even removed from the car. Additionally, I was mailed a letter stating that if I choose to trade the car in they would offer $22,600 but when I went to the dealership the offer was not honored. It was just a gimmick to get me to come in. We have bought over 4 cars there and would think they would have more loyalty to their customers. Instead they lost a sale over $1000.

I am leasing my Mercedes C300 2015 since November 2014 and it could have been the worst decision ever made by doing it at this location. The sales representative provided a great customer service, explained everything in details and helped me as much as possible. However, Mercedes-Benz of Silver Spring Service Department is horrible, the worst of worst. I had to take to take my car because the touch pad was not working and all fluids on my car were low! I am only 23 years old and I decided to lease a Mercedes because of their luxury cars and "great customer service", but if I knew that I was not going to be equally treated just because of my age I wouldn't have done it. It is a tremendously stupid policy that every time I will be taking my car for service I will have to wait around two hours for me to get a loaner car from enterprise; when any other consumer that's older than 25 whom could be paying the same amount as me get treated a lot better by giving them a loaner car from Mercedes. And the worst part is that I am paying almost $1000 for maintenance for my car and not getting full customer satisfaction. I'm very upset on how such well know company as "Mercedes" discriminates buyers by their age, but yet again they don't discriminate when we are buying it. They are willing to sell you a $40k+ car but don't let you borrow one of their loaner car!! Again, their customer service is really bad and the Service Manager is the worst one there. State Restoration

There are two individuals at this location that have earned my upmost trust and respect. Elias and Pascal. Elias is who I initially started working with and he helped me choose the machine I wanted (which wasn’t easy mind you). You could say he has the patience of a Buddhist Monk. Any question I had he went out of his way to answer promptly and efficiently. Furthermore, I live in PA, and Elias arranged for one of his men to deliver my vehicle. I would have recommended this location because of him alone but then Pascal took over from there, delivering the machine and teaching me about the Mercedes’ controls and functions. I would recommend this location because of the fantastic customer service and the experience I had was the most pleasant auto-purchasing experience I have ever had. I wish I had a third thumb so I could give them three thumbs up!

I made an appointment online for my 2015 ML350 in for routine service. Thought I need a B service, so I requested for B service. My online appointment is at 10AM. I brought the car in at 8:30 AM. The service consultant his name is O'Reilly Moonasingh told me that he will call me to let me know if there's any other works or will confirm the service needed. He did, however gave me an estimate of a B service price at $849.00 By 3:30 pm, I called to check to see if my car is done, I received a text message at 4PM letting me know that they're still working on my car and it will not be done the next day, and also told me that if they come across anything that need to be done, they will let me know. I asked how long it usually take, he texted back and said 3 to 4 hours but they do have other cars to work on while working on my car. I asked them if I have appointment at 10AM, and if it takes 4 hours, shouldn't it get done by 2PM? O'Reilly called me and explained that appointment that made online doesn't mean it would secure an appointment until I see him in person, I told him that I did see him in person at 8:30 AM. He then said "I'll see what I can do" Anyway, he called me at 6PM and let me know that my car is done and that they'll be closed by 6:45 PM for pick up. There's no way I can get there in 45 minutes, so I told him I'll pick up the car the next day. When I come to pick up my car, I paid for whatever it said on the invoice. But when I got home, I saw that they charged me for 40,000 miles "required service" but the milage in my car was only 29,000 miles. I called O'Reilly and question him about the charges, he started to tell me that "I explained to you that your car is a 4 years old car, and it's normal to do a 40,000 miles service on a 29,000 miles on an old car". I corrected O'Reilly that my car is only 3 years old and also there's never was any conversations or discussions about the age of my car or the mileage when I drop my car off and he had never called to discuss about my car so I told him that apparently he just made up the conversations or get my car mixed up with another car. He then gave a very bad attitude saying that "so why did you agreed to pay when I gave you the price?" I told him that because I didn't understand what involved and what needed, and I told him that I trusted Herb Gordon to give an honest service. He then said it's even normal to do a 40,000 miles service for 20,000 miles. However, I told him that for whatever services they did on my car, I can't see to verify. But the only thing I can see is that they listed exterior washed and interior vacuum. I told O'Reilly that I see no signs of the car being washed or vacuumed. He then gets really upset and said raised his voice "I am going to let you to talk to my service manager". I told him "it was my mistake that I trusted Herb Gordon but after this I don't think I will feel confident to bring my car there for service in the future". O'Reilly said " you agreed to pay and already paid. There's nothing I am going to do" and hung up the phone. I don't know if Herb Gordon knew how O'Reilly's attitude toward customers? I thought if I called and talk to O'Reilly about a possible mistake or un-nessary works being done on my car so it can be avoided in the future, but O'Reilly didn't take it at constructive way, he's being very defensive, came across as dishonesty and covering up his less at-tentative and care to customer's needs. Honesty is the best policy!

The level of customer services is unparalleled at Mercedes-Benz of Silver Spring. This was our first experience and our salesman and staff did their best to make our experience extremely satisfying. Tony Zelaya walked us through the whole process, test driving, looking at several model options, and financing, and he did it using his expertise of the Mercedes Benz brand. Additionally, Tony provided one of the best, if not the best, customer service that we have seen; he was attentive, helpful, and genuinely interested in providing the best options and value to us. Another person that provided excellent service, and was extremely accommodating to all our questions and concerns, was Jay Son. He was very patient and forthcoming with all the details of our purchase, and was able to ensure that we walked out of the lot with the vehicle that we had our heart set on. If you are looking at Mercedes Benz as your car of choice, I highly recommend paying a visit to Mercedes-Benz of Silver Spring.

I would like to start off by thanking my service specialist Jai Jennings!! He was absolutely amazing to me and Naa-nee (my CLA-250). I was completely distraught that my car was overheating (at 2am in the morning on a dark, random road) and panicking about the price tag associated with fixing it. My car was towed to Mercedes Benz of Silver Spring at some ungodly hour and the waiting game began. I then received an email and phone call, confirming that my car was received and in good hands. They have a really cool system of sending a generic text message, requesting your communication preference (text vs. call). I of course chose text because it's Monday and a work day. Jai kept me informed every step of the way. Text when my car was diagnosed (cracked coolant reservoir), text with the cost ($450+), requesting permission to proceed (hek yes!), status updates on ordering parts .. just all the information I needed without me having to think twice. He was professional, courteous and informative. They also went ahead and did a full diagnostic and presented me with a handy dandy snapshot report of what would need to be done in the future (red, yellow, green). Overall I am very happy with the labor on my vehicle and the courteous service provided by Jai. See you in a bit for those brakes!!!
