I have been looking for a Kia Niro since it hit the American Market a few months ago. So far I have been super satisfied with my vehicle. And the gentlemen from the Service department who added my roof rack were super helpful. I tend to pay attention to service and parts when purchasing a vehicle because realistically this is where you hope not to spend time...but you want it to be good if it ends up happening. And the service/parts were very nice, helpful and professional!
I purchased a vehicle from Daniel Rouff. I am an extremely busy professional and due to work demands, did not have much time available to deal with the incidentals. Daniel Rouff contacted my financial institution, insurance agent, and dealt with all of the preliminaries in such an efficient way that all I had to do was basically sign when I arrived. He took the time to tour my vehicle with me extensively, including all of the new technology. He actually paired my phone and helped me with the additional apps which aid in the use of my vehicle. He was patient, honest, and still makes himself available for any question or concern. He is a top notch salesman at a top notch dealership.

lack of customer service and communication. Bill Buckley was rude and I did not like his tone when I brought a problem to his attention. I was nothing but professional when I expressed my concerns. Thankfully I won’t be going back for any type of service. This bad experience definitely overshadowed the good experience I had when I brought my car for service the first time.

I had a great experience buying a Kia Forte here recently. Ask for Daniel Rouff, he's knowledgeable and will help you get what you want without being pushy. With 17 years of experience, he really knows what he's doing. He walked us through all the rebates we qualified for and answered our questions about how their prices compared to those of their competitors. I can't think of any aspect of customer service that they could have improved. Overall, I would definitely recommend this dealership.

If I could give a zero I would. I left a review about a month after my lease but seems it was removed. I'm back because they needed to contact me again. And I am sick of it. Paperwork reasons, again. I leased a Sorento 2017 from them. I dealt with Zee (which was the only person that I would give 5 stars!). Spencer was the manager on duty, and Chuck is the finance paperwork on duty. Chuck, first experience - tore up first contract because he messed up. Second contract was signed. We left. About 2 weeks later, Chuck called me and left a message about how the contract was incorrect and would send a new one for me to resign. I was at work at the time of the call and didn't answer. I asked my fiancé to call to get more information about what was going on. When he called he asked for Chuck and Chucks response - "what don't you understand I left a detailed message". Completely rude, considering this was Chucks mistake. I received the new contract the next day. We called another Kia dealer to find out if the contact was correct or not (I bought the extra miles). I wanted to make sure from an outsider I wasn't getting screwed, as Kia Finance are unable to speak about the contact. Because I did call them first. The contract had a 1 day turn around. The day I was sending it out (later because I had several appointments that day), Spencer called myself, my fiancé and then my work. Looking for the contact. After I dropped it at UPS, I called Spencer and told him it was sent and next time not to call my work. It's completely unprofessional. After all of that, the tags should of been completed in 60 days. It took 90 days. I had to contact them for a new set of paper tags. Patricia is the office associate I spoke with. And she doesn't sound like she likes her job at all. And if you don't get firm with her she won't do anything for you. Once I got the hard tags I was thinking it was over. But no it wasn't. Chuck reached out to me because the trade in had a co-signer on the title. Which I told them the day I was there getting the leased vechicle. It took them over 3 months for them to figure it out that they didn't gather the information to get it signed. Chuck again, called me. Since I couldn't answer my cell because I was at work. He again decided to call my work. Again, unprofessional. I gave Chuck all the information he needed, and firmly told him he is not to call my work. I am not allowed personal phone calls at work. I will not be back after my lease to this location. And I would NOT recommend this place.
King Kia is the best Kia dealership in the area - and I’ve been to many. It should be called the king of Kia dealerships! I really appreciate Ryan Aschenbach and Daniel Rouff working so hard to make me happy. They went the extra mile to find me the exact car I wanted and offered me an excellent deal! I spent months researching. They really worked hard to earn my business and they succeeded. I’m very picky about the dealership I buy a car from. Best Dealership for the Savvy Informed Car Buyer I had the best possible car buying experience possible thanks to Daniel Rouff of King Kia. I contacted 15 dealerships asking for very specific and simple information. I did my car search the way I would conduct an interview in my business, the first way to weed out dealerships were those who could not even follow the simple instructions in my email: please only email me, don’t call me, and provide me with your information for the best total price and whether or not you have this specific vehicle in stock. Like most internet shoppers, I am a different car buyer than someone coming in off the street. I had done all of my research and I knew specifically what car I wanted and all I wanted was for someone to simply tell me the price of the car in an internet quote so I did not need to do any dreaded "haggling" in the dealership. Out of 15 dealerships, the only person that competently handled my internet request, and provided me the necessary, accurate, clear, and expedient information I requested was Daniel Rouff of King Kia. I emailed the other dealerships asking for the same basic info (do you have my car, what is the price, what is the best deal you can offer) and everyone gave me either a lazy reply, didn’t read my request or insisted they would beat whatever offer I could get if I would just come in. I was even told by one dealership (Dulles Kia) that they wouldn’t even answer my questions because they “didn't play the bidding wars game" and after my "dust settled" I could reach out to them if I was serious about getting help buying a car. As a business owner myself I was horrified by their lack of customer service and bravado that they were so far and above they didn't need my business. In this case, it just helped to show how much better King Kia was in every single aspect over literally 15 other dealerships. As a woman going into most dealerships where there are very few women present it can feel very intimidating and having the ability to negotiate the deal ahead of time without pressured sales tactics was such a relief. I was able to handle mostly everything on the internet before I came in. Daniel told me he would have the car detailed with a full tank of gas for my arrival. I arrived and just as promised everything was exactly I was told it would be. They even suggested a creative financing option that I hadn’t considered and also matched my trade in offer from Carmax on my old car to help me avoid the hassle of taking it somewhere else to sell. There was no trickery, no haggling, no bait and switch, and everything was better than expected. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I would HIGHLY recommend everyone I know to King Kia. Thank you for having such a competent internet sales person!
Really bad customer service at the Service Dept. and body shop. They never call you with update you have to call them. Was told last week I would get a loaner since it has been almost a month they have had my car. Still no call. I am sure they will call when they want their money. I am not surprised this is the third KIA dealership that has horrible customer service. No more KIA’s for me.

I’m usually not one to write negative reviews, but I want to hopefully save someone from the headache that I’m dealing with now...We thought we were getting a great deal with King Kia on a 2019 Kia Forte, but we were so very wrong, unfortunately. 2 weeks after buying the BRAND NEW car, the check engine light went on and the car started making a grinding noise and so we took it in and they said it was just a loose wire...well, come to find out after the light went on again a few days later, the TRANSMISSION was COMPLETELY BAD and the front struts, as well as the insulator. They said it could take up to 2 months to get the transmission ordered! After all of this, we just want our money back and the sales manager is giving us the run-around!!! BUYERS beware, DON’T buy at King Kia, take your business elsewhere! Fellow Veterans and military personnal, take your business elsewhere, we wish we would have.

I took my Kia soul in to get a scratch removed and the work was impeccable. The costumer service was by far the best I've ever had! Richard and Cody made me feel comfortable because their knowledge and willingness to help! I really appreciate the wonderful service and I would defiantly recommend my friend and family to visit the King Kia body shop for help.
Went here last year when i first Got my car for the optima recall... told me my engine wasn’t one of the ones recalled. Few months later my engine almost blew up, on the highway. Called Kia corporate (who is actually excellent to deal with) turns out my engine is recalled and they replaced it no charge. Saturday, my car wouldn’t start, this was the only place open and close to me. Not only did they charge me $99 for diagnostic (yes i authorized it, but that’s a rediculous fee) but quoted me $700 plus tax for a new starter. RIDICULOUSLY OVER PRICED. Took it to my mechanic who is AMAZING $380. Stay away from here, it was a mistake to take my car here again.

Good service from Boris. The salesman gave a test drive of the car. He knew the car and features. He answered the questions informatively. We found the car on CARFAX and it was competively priced and generally a good deal and it was in good shape. A lot of paperwork on closing and we did not get any copies. However, they provided the copies on request later. I would recommend this dealer as they were not pushy and it was a good experience.
Do not go here looking for a telluride. They are charging 3k+ over MSRP. Find a dealer that isn't shady. They are out there.
I was able to get in with the service center within one week of contacting their offices to have my vehicle inspected for some recall issues and the staff were amazing! Due to a miscommunication on my part, I showed up to pick up the vehicle earlier than expected (by 2hrs lol) but the friendly staff were kind enough to entertain my questions/conversations and the manager gave me a free oil change at my next visit for the trouble. I’m thoroughly satisfied with the service I received here and definitely will be coming back if any issues arise. Thank you!

Do not go here, service center scammer!!! Against my better judgement I decided to go to a dealership and have my car’s recalls fixed. After dropping off my car I received a call from Wayne Johnson saying my car was missing a part and I will need to pay for it- this is all related to recalls and should be free. I asked for a quote and he told me $24.99 I said “for that amount I approve.” When I pick up my car 4 hours later (my car was ready at their closing time) I was told my total was $153! I was VERY upset and asking why is this the amount when I was told $24.99. The man (I didn’t get his name but was very irritated with me) said “that’s incorrect- no one should have told you that amount” and insincerely apologized. I paid because they did the work and they had my car keys. Then, I start my car and my engine light stayed on. I turned it off and on again, but the light was still on. I immediately went back inside and told the same man. He told me he didn’t see it when he just drove my car. I said this is not acceptable and asked if my car is safe to drive. He said “as long as it is not flashing” I will be fine to drive. When I asked to have this fixed he said I need an appointment and “what day works for you?” I told him I can come in tomorrow (Saturday) but apparently they “don’t do diagnostics on the weekends.” I told him the only other day I can come in is Friday afternoons (I work for a living). He said “I’d like you to come in sooner in case there is something wrong” however the earliest time he had was Tuesday afternoon (4 days later)!! I am so upset and disappointed in the lack of response and customer service. This whole experience is absolutely unacceptable! I will be reporting this service center/dealership.

First off I want to say thank you again to Boris Alvarado, Al Shibly and Stephan Sagbo. All three were incredibly patient with me as I selected the car that I wanted. I had been looking for a new Kia Stinger since January. For the life of me I could not figure out what model I wanted. So through some personal research on the website and looking through multiple car websites online and talking to dealers from Fayetteville NC up to Cherry Hill NJ. I was not convinced I was going to find the car I wanted for the price tag that I wanted to pay. On July 30th that all changed. Boris called me first and through some negotiations we finally were able to agree on a price sight unseen. I had already driven the car and knew what I wanted to purchase. Al and Stephan's support through the financing team provided me a rate that I could not pass up for a brand new car. I cannot say enough how great it was to work with these guys, the professionalism, the willingness to work with an out of state buyer and finally the customer service. The car was clean and ready for me as soon as I walked through the door, after waiting a short period for the financials to get ready I was in and out the financing office in about 45 minutes. Boris gave me a very thorough explanation on the media and the advance driver system package on the car as well. Highly recommend King Kia to any customer looking to make a great deal on a new car.
BUYER BE WARE!!!! Bought a used 2015 Nissan Pathfinder with 16,000 miles (a year old). My Salesman was Al Goldberg. He was a fantastic conversationalist. We hit it off great and he really wanted for me to have this vehicle. The only problem was that he's not the negotiator. Al shared a see through glass office with his manager, and the negotiations went as so: I stated a price, Al got up and went next door to his manager, and came back with a counteroffer. It was pretty much like this for a while. Finally, after many attempts, the manager decides to come over and negotiate face to face. Good grief! Don't they know that's how deals are done quicker: take me to the decision maker. Anyways, shortly after, a deal was struck...but wait; there's more: After many times telling the dealer that I did not want financing because of a really good approval rate received from my bank (2.74% for 66 months), they pressured me to do it anyways. My mistake to give in. Well, they were not able to find anything good for me to finance, so they gave up. But, after going back to my bank to collect the check to give to the dealer, I was notified by my bank that my loan was cancelled because the people from the third party the dealership was going through decided to inform my bank that I had chosen to go with the dealer pricing...(NO WAY!) Luckily, my bank was so cool to straighten everything out and put my loan back together...but wait; there's more: So, when test driving the vehicle, I noticed a shake on the steering wheel. Al thought it was just because of the non-use, but I should have known better. After the purchase of the vehicle, the shaking got worse. I immediately took it back, in fear that I bought a lemon. As it turned out, the only good service I received in this place was at their service dept. They found the problem to be the rotors, to which they put in new ones. But these things should have been disclosed prior to my purchase, or at the very least, my concern should not have been taken lightly. Anyways, they fixed it at their expense and I was left more concerned about the vehicle, so I'm taking it to a Nissan service department soon to have it completely check...but wait; there's more: The vehicle listing stated that it came with floor mats. To which, when test driving, I did notice all of them. But, after the purchase, the passenger Nissan floor mat was not there. It got lost while the detailing was being performed. I complained to Al, and he sent me to an amazon website to purchase them (at my expense), only they were not Nissa floor mats; and Nissan floor mats are over $100 easy. Regardless, I found the front floor mat only on ebay (used) for $54, and I asked Al to meet me 1/2 way. Amazingly, Al talked to his superiors and he was told to deny paying me $27 because they have spent too much on me already. WHAT?! HA! SERIOUSLY??? They were not happy that 1. I did not accept the extra warranty they so try to sell. 2. I negotiated the price. 3. I did not get financing through them. 4. I gave them back a vehicle that clearly needed fixing, prior to purchase. 5. And demanded they provide me with what was promised. THIS IS A JOKE! ...but wait; there's more: - The left side tail light was not working. - No owners manual **I'm taking the vehicle to a Nissan dealership to inspect, because I'm very skeptical now on the promises this dealership makes to their customers. NEEDLESS TO SAY - THAT'S THE LAST OF MY BUSINESS KING WILL EVER GET FROM ME. Next car purchase is for my wife...next year.
I got my vehicle repaired at the Body Shop through an Allstate claim. They provided excellent customer service and kept me up to date with the repairs. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely go back there!
Management is absolute trash, which leads to sales reps who are also absolute trash at their jobs. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. The deal that I wanted, which King Kia said was IMPOSSIBLE... was actually possible over at Herson's Kia on 355. 100% all about the full commission or burning you through their own financing even if you have cash in hand. Not even subtle about it, they make it very obvious that they want the loan for variou$ reasons I'm sure.. 0 Stars
I had a HORRIBLE experience purchasing a used vehicle from here. It was my 2nd time purchasing from this dealership and I naively admitted that it was my 1st time financing a vehicle. I paid cash for my first car. Every scam you are warned about happened to me. From them giving me an APR that was much higher than what was actually provided by the finance company, to adding excess charges. They sit you there for HOURS "going over paperwork/negotiating" in order to wear you down. I didn't want to leave because of the time I invested but it was a complete disaster. I should've taken my business elsewhere and will in the future. I was not given a full tank of gas after my purchase or the option to transfer my plates from my previous vehicle. The finance managers were both very deceitful and the upper management I contacted for assistance wasn't anymore helpful. I will be contacting the BBB for the excessive charges that were STILL not removed from my contract after my complaint. If you're a single woman, you'd be better off going somewhere with more ethics/integrity. Unfortunately, you won't find it here.
After spending a week in Maryland helping my parents shop for cars I left them in the hands of king Kia for the final paperwork. Out the door price had been quoted and verified even when we thought it was a mistake and asked for reassurance. When my parents made it in to buy the cars they were told there was a mistake. Mistakes happen I get that but what happened is unacceptable. They did not try to meet the price quote. My father offered to meet in the middle but that wasnt good enough. The dealership juggled numbers and offered a service package discount to try and cover the mistake. They mixed the numbers up so bad my parents had no idea if they were meeting in the middle or being ripped off. When I came back up to Maryland to discuss it with my parents and the dealership I expected some result. Instead after discussing it with the dealership for 4 hours they said they would speak to the general manager about trying to take care of my parents and honestly meeting I. the middle. When my father gave them the dollar amount he was owed to meet in the middle as he has expected they refused and did not even counter offer. This dealership knew I was the one negotiating the deal for my parents and as soon as I wasnt around they took advantage of them.

The majority of my minor experiences here included oil changes and the likes... small stuff. The service was usually great in that aspect! Recently, my KIA Soul had issues starting. I took it to KING KIA and they told me the battery needed to be replaced, easy fix. Two days after I picked my car up, it didn't start. I called them and they told me to try a couple of ways and to have it towed in if that didn't work. Eventually, I was able to get it to start, but the issue continued throughout the week. I took it back to KING KIA. They had it for three days and still could not find the issue. The car started right up every time they made the attempt. I told them the issues, they ran the basic tests, I guess... came up with nothing. So, I brought it to Herson's and they found the issue the day of, ordered the necessary part and replaced it. It has been about three weeks now and I am having no issues. I really appreciate the competency of the mechanic(s) at Herson's that/who worked on my car, Rudy. Thanks!

I live in Northern VA and went to many Kia dealers looking for the right car (color and options) and the right price .... only King delivered. Daniel Rouff is the most patient and honest car dealer I have ever worked with. There were times when I sincerely felt like he was working for me and not for the dealership. He spent a lot of time working out my deal and helping me. Not once did he try to BS me or feed me a line of garbage to get me to pay an extra fee or markup. The price from King was straight forward and by far the best I could get in the entire DMV area. If you are buying a Kia in this area you absolutely owe it to yourself to at least give King and Daniel a call before you purchase.
If I can give it a minus 5 stars I would. Attention all KIA owners. Please stay away from King KIA service department in Gaithersburg, MD. Not only are they beyond rude, they verbally yelled at us, cursed at us with various 4 letter words and told us to never come back. When we confronted their manager, he stated that “Wayne Johnson” responsible for his beautiful words and insulting me and my family that he was their best employee. Needless to say this is a poor excuse for any business, and no one especially in front of my wife and child should speak with such profanity of inhumane words.

We bought a new Kia from here last year. Overall they have been great to deal with. There have been a few minor maintenance mishaps when going in for service but they have always corrected the issue at no cost.
This is to bring to peoples attention that the navigation system for our 2016 Kia Sorrento problems isn't resolved from their 3rd party vendor Automotive Essentials. We have already made too many attempt to fix the problems and talk to KIA salesman, sales manager, and operational manager!! I would advise people if they don't have your vehicle there fully a equipped with what you want walk away, don't let them persuade you so they can get a sale on NEW CAR!!
I have used this car dealership for more than ten year and purchased 2 cars from them. The service is always top rate! I recently had a windshield leak that was previously fixed by another service through my insurance that did not fix the problem and as a result flooded my floors. Not only was a able to get my car into the dealership immediately for an inspection with their leak specialist, but they were able to diagnose the problem quickly when the other mechanics couldn't. Wayne Johnson, the Service Supervisor, oversaw all of the work and was extremely easy to work with. He was in constant communication with me throughout the entire process and was extremely friendly and personable. I would recommend buying a Kia and using this dealer for all your automotive needs. They are truly exceptional...you will get first class service every time you go!

Told him we were just shopping and his reply was “thats real incentive to tell a salesman.” We immediately left. The lack of professionalism was horrible! We will take our business elsewhere.
Sales staff was not personable, it is clear they are just here to push their cars on people with little concern with really helping you out. The worst part though is the service. They sold me a car with dry rotted tires, and aside from the fact that it took them weeks to officially own up to it and replace them (kept asking for more forms of verification that it was a fault on their end). The sad part is that whenever I brought it in for tires to be replaced, not only was I not in the system for my scheduled appointment, but it took OVER 3 HOURS to put on the tires. Poor sales, poor service. Definitely will not come back here for another car. **On one positive note, the manager Ryan Aschenbach was very helpful. He is the only one that got the ball rolling on the whole tire replacement**
Shopped online for Sorento with options we wanted and negotiated by email and phone. King Kia was able to beat another dealer's deal to get us in the vehicle we really wanted. We were in a time crunch and the sales team went out of their way to prep before we got there and get us in and out within just about two hours! It was worth the trip from Ellicott City to Gaithersburg for the great service and willingness to work with us. Thank you Shahed and Ryan. It was the best car buying experience we have ever had!
Boris was wonderful! I initially came in to get my first maintenance done on my two year old Kia Soul and ended up leaving with a GORGEOUS and SAFE 2020 Kia for less monthly payments. Christina in finance was so easy to work with and explained everything thoroughly. All was done with no "car dealer pressure" the sales manager Stephan was great as well, ensuring all went well and I was taken care of properly. Very comfortable and easy process. Nothing but positive things to say about King Kia. Hugo was my sales rep, and he was unfailingly courteous and helpful. I also appreciated that Hugo was clearly very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was buying, taking me through all the features without any hesitation or uncertainty. Ruben was my sales manager, and he too was very courteous and really bent over backward to accommodate my requests. Finally, Christina in Finance was courteous (sensing a theme?) and very clear in her explanations of each step in finalizing the paperwork. Hugo and Ruben were able to complete a lot of the work for the purchase before I even arrived, and I was in the dealership for less than 2 hours. Everyone I worked with clearly valued my time. I had never had such a smooth and quick transaction at any dealer, ever. I strongly recommend King Kia and would not hesitate to work with them again. Just outstanding.
Reached out to the dealership for a possible deal on a Kia Stinger and after a couple of downright disappointing experiences with Sales Consultants- Shahed (kept shouting “what else you want?” - lol) and Boris (snarky), had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Sales Manager - Stephan Sagbo. Stephan patiently listened and came across as someone who was both knowledgeable and polite. Though in the end, we couldn’t agree on the price, I am leaving a positive feedback for him.

:)))))) King Kia was highly recommended and nearby, so I thought I'd head over. Like you, I was extremely cautious in approaching a dealership, having bought only used cars all my life. To start, King Kia is organized, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and clean. I walked in wanting to buy a New Kia. Never did I feel like salespeople were trying to hard-sell me something I didn't need. King Kia also gave me several updates on my wait time in the queue to sign a contract after settling on a color, model, and other features. While not required, I was happy to sit down in the customer waiting area, which included a TV, vending machine, and more. I should mention that I was able to take advantage of several, heavy dealer (and related) discounts that made my purchase a no-brainer. Oh, and about the Sales Consultant... I wanted to give a special shout out to Daniel Rouff. He asked the right questions and gave me the full disclosure on everything. Transparency is an appealing quality to impart on a sale, whether you're interested in new or used. While waiting to check out and sign, Dan walked me through a-day-in-the-life with my new car, which I really needed having only bought used cars like I mentioned earlier. No question I threw at him seemed to bother him, whether about finances, customer support post-sale, etc. Based on my experience with other salespeople in the automotive industry, I can firmly say that I couldn't have landed a better salesperson. Really - he made the process stress-free and reassuring. Great job! I'm actually having fun while driving now and enjoying all the perks that came with this car. This was the most miserable experience with a new car and it's still going on!!! Their detail crew is the worst I've seen in my 56 years of existence. They delivered the car to us with dirt and grease marks on center console. The glue lines were still on the roof from plastic wrap they use to cover cars when they transport them to the dealership. We have been in several times to get these glue marks off and they are still there, but now there are clearly places where the finish is marred from them using a wet sanding method on the car. They said repainting may be what they need to do in the end. Everyone knows that repainting a car is noting but problems and a new car shouldn't need repainting. There service department is the pits. Avoid buying a new car from them if you can. Buyer beware!!!
Service levels here are really good and I have found them to be truthful in what I really need done and not just trying to make money. They are great at taking me on short notice and getting my car in and out fast. The only reason I dont give 5 stars is because sometimes the pricing is a little expensive. I do expect that from dealership service centers but doesnt mean I have to like it. I continue to go there though because their service is so fantastic and nearby.

Everytime I come to king kia they seem to find some reason to charge me more than what I came for a oil change and a tire rotation that end up costing more money than I can afford so can you people please tell me why you do that to people,thank you?

Really? I went in to buy a car contrary to what the sales person and sales manager believed. Other than a test drive of two vehicles they both failed to work on "numbers" to see what could be done. I NEVER buy the same day I look. It is just how I operate. I always like to at least sleep on it. But unless we were willing to walk out the door keys in hand they were not going to entertain a potential sale. They also didn't listen very well. We told them a few times that we were interested in a Certified Pre-owned vehicle they had on the lot. They continually ignored us on this. We went there because we had read such great reviews. Obviously they sell a lot of cars and perhaps this high pressure "Buy now or we don't want your business" works. It will never work for me and now I will take my business somewhere else. The last point of interest was their sister company did everything in their power, working with us until nearly 2100 hours to make sure they showed us their entire inventory per our request (lease/buy/certified pre-owned). Additionally, they committed to the pricing being good through Labor Day while Kia personnel said that they were 100% the pricing and incentives would change at midnight on Aug 31. Really? Best wishes Kia. I really wanted the car. Steve
I went to test drive the Kia Stinger today and had such a pleasant experience. Boris Alvarado demonstrated such great customer service, giving his honest opinion and input rather than trying to pressure a decision a out of me. I look forward to purchasing a Stinger within the next several months. Edit: I knew it was too good to be true. I got an amazing price on a Black Stinger GT. I told them I wanted a Yellow one and they said no problem as long as I put a deposit. We agreed to meet on a specific day so I could pay the rest of money as well as pick up the car. It turns out they did not have the Yellow Stinger. They then try to increase the price of the Black Stinger by $500 and tell me I have to finance the vehicle, when before they said I could pay with a certified check. I said no way, and then they agreed to refund me my deposit that day. Five days later, still no sign of my money back into my account. I email them and no response. Only until I dispute the charge on my card do they decide to call me to settle the issue. I finally get my money back seven days after they originally said they would give it to me. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking to deal with honest businessmen.

Daniel is such a great salesman! He never once pressured me into buying a vehicle. I was very indecisive about which vehicle I wanted and I think I had him run numbers on half a dozen vehicles and he never once seemed annoyed. He’s very kind and patient. The entire leasing process went so smoothly and not stressful at all. Daniel took the time after signing all the paperwork to show me every little feature on my new car and I’m so glad he did because half of the stuff I had no idea the vehicle even did! I’m highly satisfied with my experience and can’t wait to buy another Kia from Daniel + King!

As a young professional purchasing my first car, I was excited to find that King Kia had exactly what I was looking for. However that was the only positive aspect of my experience at King Kia. I had discussed purchasing a vehicle last week at the dealership and was told by the floor salesman that there was the option for a First Time Buyer incentive but that he would not be able to tell me what the dollar amount of the incentive would be until he ran my credit. I was not offered the option to speak to the manager and was told all of the incentives were managed in the finance office, and was also denied the opportunity to speak with them until I agreed to run my credit. As I was still shopping for vehicles that suited my needs I was not ready to run my credit. The salesman was also "doing me a favor" by getting the price down to the listed internet price...I returned to the dealership yesterday to purchase a car as it was the only option given my work schedule. We were greeted outside by a salesman who was not even able to answer questions about the lifespan of the tires on the vehicle. We were then passed off to another salesman who was uneducated in competitive prices of the same exact car and had to run back and forth between my party and the manager for the better part of 20 minutes. When I mentioned the First Time Buyer incentive I had been informed of on my first visit, the salesman and the manager both denied any such incentive was available. I asked the manager to call the salesman that I initially spoken with to resolve the issue and he refused to take the call in front of myself and to put it on speaker phone so we could all receive the same information at the same time. Rather, he went to a back office and was gone between 5-10 minutes. When he returned he reported that the salesman had never made that comment. I asked for him to contact the salesman again, on speaker phone in front of everyone and he phoned the salesman again who immediatly began the conversation denying what he had said. The unwillingness of the personnel to honor what I had been told and/or or offer a solution was unacceptable and I would highly discourage anyone from purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. When we decided to leave, the manager said aloud that we "were not worth it and we're wasting his time". Needless to say, I purchased the same car from a Kia dealer in the same area and received exceptional service and respect during the car buying process.
Great costumer service! The VW employee drove me in my car when I got there because Kia has its own maintenance shop now that I couldn't easily find. Nice that he took that extra step instead of just giving me directions I might not remember. The staff at Kia (Wayne and another man) were so nice and asked me how I was doing, just really pleasant people. Wayne even gave me a heads up that my next service (30K miles) is a big one and that I should schedule that right when my car reaches that mileage, which is great because now I can anticipate that cost. Then I walked up to the new waiting area for Kia costumers and it was BEAUTIFUL, so sunny and there was comfortable seating! Way better than VW even, so I'm glad we Kia costumers have our own space. The complimentary snacks and coffee are amazing and the vending machines are stocked. Also, the TV and magazine selection was wonderful. I plan on coming back to get my car detailed too.

My experience with this Kia dealership was nothing less than amazing. Daniel Rouff couldn’t be better if he tried. From the beginning, Daniel was EXTREMELY accommodating and helpful. I traveled over an hour to work with this dealership merely because of Daniel’s amazing customer service via email. He understood what I wanted, I was firm with what I expected and he literally made it all happen within less than 24 hours. I almost went with my local Kia who was wayyyy closer to me but I’d travel that hour one way gladly to work with people like Daniel and his team. Everyone I spoke to even if it was for a few minutes was so nice and helpful/accommodating. Thank you all so much for helping me surprise my husband for his birthday.

Do not take your car here!!!! Manager Bill Bellamy of Kia services is rude and disrespectful. My car has been in and out of this shop since May. I didn’t have any issues with my car when I originally bought it there, just took it for maintenance. I ended up paying over a thousand dollars which was fine for some things I needed on my car...One part had to be ordered so I left my car there and decided to come and pick it back up once the part came in. They call me the day I’m supposed to get my car back and tell me the part didn’t come in and it now wouldn’t be in until the following week...so I had to take my car back and bring it in the following week for the part. No apology from staff or anything for the inconvenience. Two days after leaving the shop my check engine light comes on. I bring it back to the shop and they tell me that the issue wasn’t related to what they fixed on my car and I would have to pay extra 270$ for the services of the new issue even though they had my car for over a week and I told them when I brought my car in to give it everything it needs (hence why I paid over a thousand dollars). Again no apology or explanation just excuses and expectation to pay them for the service. I again pay them for the service of my car, that weekend (3 days later) I go out and my car dies on me. I get my car towed to the shop and the shop tells me I need a new battery and would need to pay for the new battery. By this point I was upset and I knew that they weren’t taking responsibility for the lack of care on my vehicle. The manager was rude and explained to me that when I drove my car my battery was charged up enough when I got to the shop that it wasn’t showing up that the battery was bad....right so I argued back that I can take my car to advance auto parts and they can tell me my battery is going bad so why is it that this shop has had my car now back and fourth for 3 weeks and couldn’t figure out my battery was bad? Again no apology and just arguing and lies back and fourth from Bill the manager. I AGAIN had to pay for a new battery in my car. This was about four weeks ago and I am once again having issues with my car. My car is stalling out and sometimes not starting, when I called and asked if they could do a diagnostics free of charge due to the inconvenience they caused previously bill stated “the diagnostics is 99$ do you want it or not?” After explaining how the shop has taken zero accountability for the problems with my car. Save yourself the time and headache. Do not go here. Terrible management and terrible mechanics. Overpriced and if you’re a woman they’re going to tell you anything thinking you don’t know a thing about cars.

Beware, when you go to King kia(or any car dealers). You better know your price, APR and credit score. If not, you will pay 5k or more on you interest without realizing it. You better apply your car financing at your local banks. Don't be a fool!

I did not go with the intention of purchasing the vehicle that day because I knew from previous experience going to the dealership was an all day affair. I walked in with a plan to test drive and get numbers and walked out with an awesome new car. No pushy sales tactics just a straight to the point transaction. The best part is that once I had decided on the purchase it took approximately one hour to finalize the paperwork and be on my way...this is unheard of! Went to one of the other sites and was treated great and given a good deal but didn't like the vehicle they offered. Went to the Kia and was totally treated differently. Wouldn't give me the same price for my trade in and keep telling me they could work something out come by. I did and offered a much worse deal then the Mitsubishi dealership

Bought a car at king kia on 7/31. First time buying a brand new car, I have tier 1 credit and a full time job. You would think that this "dealership" would want your business and do anything they can to earn it.... Right? Wrong, not this place!! They heard first time buyer and figured I was naive too bad for them I wasn't. Anyways they wouldn't come down on the price, finally they did, but gave me one free oil change, big deal!! Wouldn't exchange my carpeted mats for all weather and were rude about the whole deal. I wont mention names, but noone thanked me for my business, or was even personable. Here its all about the money. First time buying a car sucked thanks to them. ***Dont buy a car here!!!!*** Service dept is great but like i said, sales... ehh Update: the paint protection that they did has swirl marks in my brand new paint. didnt have swirl marks from the factory...

I had an ABSOLUTE horrible experience with King Collision center of King Kia. I had my vehicle serviced by this center in part of a Geico claim. First of all, the service, including Andrew Lee and his supervisor is rude and unprofessional. The quality of service is horrible. All they did was slap a new bumper on and handed the vehicle on to me without fully assessing the collision damage. Even with that, the bumper wasn't attached properly. The day after I had the front bumper of my vehicle replaced, I found parts falling out from the front of my car. Refer to the pictures. They didn't screw on my bumper properly and they also left a huge gap between my wheel shield and the bumper. I took the car to another collision center and they were dumbfounded that this was a dealership auto body who did the repairs. When I returned the vehicle to King Collision center, they told me my car was "too old to service" and "I must of gotten into another accident". These people are crooks with a license and lie through their teeth. Stay clear away.

King Kia took advantage of a young driver. Told him he could not get a battery that worked in his car other than the one they offered for $330. This is a lie. The battery with the same specs can be bought at Advanced Auto for under $200 and even less with a coupon. Don't believe anything they tell you! When we called them on it, they said they could not take back electrical items and that they needed to pay for their $20,000 piece of equipment!!!! Corporate Kia was rude and condescending. I would never ever buy a Kia and would never go to King Kia for anything.

This had to be the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. We made multiple trips to the dealership over a several months period trying to find the right Kia Sorento with the options we wanted for our family. Daniel Rough worked with us each time explaining everything in detail and answering all our questions without putting any pressure on us to purchase a vehicle until we were ready. Daniel Rough is what you want in a salesman, he stayed in touch with us on a regular basis to let us know of upcoming incentives and rebates that we may have been interested in. When we finally decided on the vehicle we wanted he stayed after hours and until we completed all the financing so that he could show us how all the features of the vehicle operated and answer any questions we had, he even offered to have us come back anytime if we didn't understand something. I have to say that usually purchasing a car is very stressful, but in this case we found it to be a very pleasant experience all around especially dealing with Danial as well as Chuck our finance person. I would highly recommend if you are looking to purchase a Kia that you give this group a serious look, you won't be disappointed with the price or the service.

He was very empathetic to our situation, was assertive in taking actions to get the necessary work done and over all came through in helping us with servicing our vehicle without all the hassle you would normally receive from other dealerships. Had my car fixed at the body shop, did a great job. I didn't have to worry about anything except picking up the car. I would definitely use them again.

I had a great experience at King Kia. Daniel R was excellent from beginning to end. I do not like to be pressured when I am buying a car, and he guided me through the whole process without doing so. I was able to cut a fair deal, and the manager Alex was also great during the process. I love my Sportage SX so far, and look forward to many fun years driving! I highly recommend them.
