Absolutely the worst experience I have had at any new car dealership. Nothing but lies, cloak and dagger and bait and switch tactics. After two visits of 3 hours each, I walked. I still like the car I went for but I will buy it elsewhere. Wild horses could not drag me back there. After learning of my experience at Kia of Bowie, the general manager invited me to return. This time treated very fairly. I got a fair deal on the car I was interested and, in a short amount of time, drove home in a beautiful KIA Soul EX. My salesman Kevin Freeman did a great job. We wanted to test drive a car before deciding to purchase. When we got there, there were so many cars in the parking lot we could not park our car. Had to park in the street. First car we tried to test drive, the airconditioning was not working. The sales person tried to find another car of same class, but took a long time. So we told him it was taking too long and we left. We spent almost 2 hours there and wasted the afternoon. If they want to sell cars, they have to make the experience better for the customers. We went there to test drive cars and it should not take that long. If you are going there to test drive, don't even bother. You will be wasting your time.

First of all I want to thank Kia of Bowie for taking my car in after Kia of laurel failed to open my car up and then proceeded to charge me saying the car is fixed yet there was no diagnosis done. I drove home with a dying engine that eventually gave in shortly after I got home. Mind you I kept it under 3000 rpm and did not exceed 55 mph, it wasn't a fun ride home just to hear my engine knock loud as hell. Scott over at the service department got me in and out. Very great guy and down to earth. Everything was covered under warranty as stated. On top of that I needed a few plastic parts replaced and 2 new tires one was getting bald and the other got a nail. He made sure I was taken care of. With that being said I'll always take my Kia's down there for any issues that come up in the future. By the way Kia of Bowie I'll be there to snag a stinger gt2 awd soon around spring time. Looking forward to doing business with them. Scott is the man without a doubt. A1 SERVICE.

My sales rep was John Relosa. He was extremely professional, had excellent knowledge of the vehicle, and didn't try to up-sell. He was very responsive to my emails and calls and took the time to follow up afterwards to ensure I was happy with the vehicle. John even offered to come in on his day off in order to see my off in my new car as he wanted to be a part of the full sales experience. The only negative experience for me was a long wait to sit with the financial team and sign all the papers, but even then, John was there providing regular updates, offering snacks, drinks, etc.
