I had scheduled an airbag recall with Jim Lorditch with guaranteed loaner car. I had to reschedule due to the weather. Someone still called (20 minutes to appt. time)to tell me that due to the weather, there was not a loaner car available. I updated her with the new scheduled appt. While driving to the rescheduled appt. I received a phone call but couldn't answer. When I arrived at the Frenkil dealership, I was informed by Milena Boyer that there was not a loaner car available...again. I don't think they ever intended to provide a loaner car to me even though I had reserved one and was guaranteed one for the inconvenience of the recall. I had to wait for over 2 hrs to have my airbag replaced. The entire service area is poorly organized. The right had does not know what the left hand is doing. Frenkil Jaguar was not familiar with the airbag recall as I had to tell them that I was guaranteed a loaner car, which I did not get. I don't blame Milena Boyer as she is just working with what she is given. It is management that needs to improve so that she can deliver great customer service. I did not feel special or feel like I could trust this dealership. They lack credibility. Thank you, Kaye

My RR A/C was not cooling. I had a gas station recharge the Freon but was still not cold. I took it back and they said I needed a new compressor. I took it back and asked how long it would take as the were reading on how to remove the compressor. They said it might take another two days. I was not comfortable, got my car back and took it to the Land Rover dealership. They found it was an electrical connection and got my car back the same day. That was a “Wow” experience. Never again! When I scheduled my first service appointment , I also purchased a roof rails and Luggage carrier rack. Unfortunately they only put the luggage rack on and they forgot to do the service ! When I called and complained, I was told by the service manager Jeff that he would get back to me. That was early May and I'm still waiting for a callback To come pick up my car for service . The final straw Is that I was only given one car key and I'm still waiting for the second key and it's been six months. I'll never buy another Range Rover again. Service advisor kept me up to date on progress of vehicle which was very helpful since I live two hours away and did not want to run home while the had it unless necessary. One complaint I do have about the dealership is that when I purchased vehicle I was told a loaner would be provided. The salesman nor anyone else stated that there was a 100 mile limit on loaner. They knew where I lived when I purchased vehicle and should of made mention of the limit. If I would of known this I would of possibly purchased from different dealer. I will keep it in mind for next purchase. All work was completed and very satisfied with service department

Pulled my credit for a Range Rover I wanted to buy then found out hours later it sold the night before... Who does that? Who doesn't check that the vehicle is still in stock before credit application is run. Furthermore, I replied to the generic email from the dealership director voicing my dissatisfaction. He of course didn't have the time to reply, so he had the sales person call me. If I wanted to talk to the sales person, I would have called or emailed her. Needless to say, I bought a Range Rover the next day elsewhere, and now pray that the service department is better than the sales side since this dealership is very close to my home...

I started taking my Jag here for service about 4 years ago. I found the service department to be honest and fair. My car was always done on time and i never had any issues. The waiting area I must say is the nicest I’ve ever seen. Because of the service department I decided to buy my new Land Rover from Frankel. Following an accident, I had my car taken here to get my sensors fixed. The current body shop couldn’t figure out the issue but when I got my car back I had a dent and chipped paint on my driver side door and chipped paint on my passenger side that were not there prior to it going to them. When I asked them about it, one of the guys in the service department completely lied to my face stating the marks were there prior. I asked for a copy of the check in sheet and the the guy told me he couldn’t get it because the lady that handles the paperwork was not there but he told me when I called earlier that day that he completed the papers. I insisted that I need to get it today and he eventually got it and on the paper it stayed “dings in door” which is exactly what I told him when I first called about it. It looked like he wrote it that same day in hopes to avoid them being liable. It was not specific as to where the dings were or anything. I would expect a prestigious company like this to be more diligent in matters like this. I eventually spoke to the manager who was acting as smug as ever and didn’t seem to care about helping a customer. I am still waiting to hear from them, it’s been over 2 weeks. I use to get my car serviced here but I won’t be going back.

My pregnant wife and I were driving up 95 on our way home to Philadelphia, when my 2016 Disco Sport lurched violently and stalled. After getting it over to the shoulder, it wouldn't restart - shaking violently and stalling as soon as I pressed the ignition. Using LR roadside assistance, we were towed to LR Hunt Valley, where Gint in Service arranged for a loaner Evoque. He coordinated with my dealer in PA, and we were back on the road within 2.5 hours of the breakdown. He called the next morning to make sure we were alright, had it looked at right away (turned out a hose clamp on the turbo was bad and the hose came loose). They fixed it, shipped it to my dealer and kept me in the loop the whole time. My dealer arranged a valet swap at my office this morning - less than 36 hours after being stranded on the side of the road 120 miles from home, I have my Disco back, good as new (and washed to boot). They were friendly, courteous, and very helpful. Also - the waiting area was very nice, with a good selection of snacks and drinks. We didn't have much of a choice at the time, but would highly recommend.

I've never been to a dealership that DIDNT want to sell you a car as much as Jaguar Land Rover Hunt Valley. 2nd time going in over 2 year span, the first on the LR side, the second on the Jag side. Folks that work there are nice enough, but man what an impersonal experience. Automated email responses to direct questions, slow reply times when you do get an written email, etc. I get the feeling that once you start asking about residuals and money factors, they dont want to do business with you because they know you're keen to the numbers and can't get a sweet deal. Would not recommend this dealership. Had a much better experience at Porsche Towson.

If I could give Frankel of Hunt Valley no stars for this review I would. This dealership has the WORST customer service I have encountered in my last four car purchases in four years. When I purchased this vehicle I advised everyone at Frankel that I would be shipping the vehicle overseas. I specifically purchased a LR due to the location I am relocating to. I advised the staff at Frankel that I needed a vehicle that would be in excellent condition. Due to the issues stated below, I don't feel safe driving myself, my son or anyone for that matter in this vehicle. I purchased my "certified" 2014 LR2 HSE from Frankel 18 January 2019. Since purchasing this vehicle I have had the following issues within less than four months: 1) alternator failure while driving on the highway (the steering completely locked up as if I had no power steering, all the lights went off on the dash and the car stopped. I would have been severely injured had this happened during rush hour traffic, not to mention I have a young son that would have been injured as well. With the alternator failure came the repair of the 2) serpentine belt and 3) idler pulley. Once that was repaired 4) the turbo needed to be replaced then the 5) battery. After a 90 degree day I found out that 6) the air conditioner wasn't working which lead to another repair. Frankel management states that my issues are routine maintenance. I could understand that if they happened over an extended period of time, not within days of one another. There are a host of other issues I have, however for the sake of time I won't go into. After all the issues that I have had with this vehicle there were two things that I asked the dealership for, 1) a spare key that should come with the vehicle (at no cost to me) and 2) the driver's side arm rest that I have been waiting for since I purchased the vehicle 18 January. Initially, I was told by salesman Eric that he was unaware that the armrest was broken. When I went back a month later he said that he had ordered the armrest when the car arrived at their dealership. Which is it? Did you know or not know? Was it ordered upon arrival to your dealership, or only after I purchased it? After paying out of pocket for the alternator/ serpentine belt and idler pulley, I told them of my issues and filed a grievance with LR Customer Service. I was assigned a case manger, Charles Becket who hasn’t followed up with me after I finally received my car back from Frankel on 24 May. I have spoken with Centre Manger Paul Darby and Operations Director Bill Keys and host of other employees of Frankel that would tag team me on speakerphone to cover themselves. I had been calling Frankel for months regarding the key and armrest but no one returns phone calls at this dealership unless your complaint is escalated. Prior to purchasing my LR2 I had completed 8 months of research thinking I found the perfect vehicle, only to find out that I have been sold a lemon. Buyer BEWARE!!!I

I am not impressed with my first visit at Jaguar LandRover Hunt Valley. The customer service person was great and I can only assume that the mechanic performed the requested maintenance properly. I thought the prices were high but expected top notch service to be included. Upon entering my car at the end of the day I had no paper floor mats. I received a courtesy car wash that my 10-year-old nephew could have done a better job. My front wheels were still dirty, The mat on the driver side was full of dirty water and the sill was wet and dirty along with some scratches. I informed my customer service rep about my dissatisfaction and the car was taken back to be cleaned properly. I was told then that there were a few scratches on the passenger sill and they did not feel that they had scratched the sill on the driver side. I am very particular about keeping my 2008 XK8 convertible in mint condition. I did not agree with their assessment about the scratches but it was their word and the highway for me. I had to clean the wheels myself upon return of the car the second time. I do not know what the service manager was doing because I never saw him nor did I get an apology. I am pretty sure that all they did was rinse my car because it was extremely clean when I took it in for service since it is garage kept and only requested that my car wheels get cleaned. I had waited two hours to have my car washed when they told me that it would only be a half hour. I of course am not the only person that was dissatisfied that day because the gentleman that was sitting next to me had already gone up to the service counter three times within four hours inquiring when his car was going to be done. I can only assume that they over booked vehicle services for that day and they did not have enough employees to provide superior service for a courtesy wash they offer. I am sorry but when you pay $85,000.00 for a car, you should be receiving the best service around. I had planned on going back to have some additional work but based on my experience I will not be returning.

I would give 0 STARS if I could. We have been leasing a 2017 Discovery Sport for a year and a half. My fiance got in a serious accident and the front end was totaled. We took it into the Land Rover body shop to fix it. Three months later and serious communication gaps, the car is still not fixed. We have come to pick up the car three times after they have said it was working, but still have issues with the sensors. All they do is make excuses and don't care about our inconveniences or us as customers, or even my fiances well being after being in a serious accident. SERIOUS QUALITY ASSURANCE GAPS...NO ACCOUNTABILITY FROM MANAGERS BILL, JACK, & JIM... TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT BUY OR LEASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP OR ANY OF THE FRANKEL SITES!!!!

They stated four different times they fixed it completely, making me drive all the way out to pick up the car only to realize once driving off the lot it still was not fixed. I was never offered a rental and was told by Jim it is what it is and he isn’t concerned with this vehicle because his staff never looped him in from the beginning. Love Land Rover, but would never recommend this dealership.

I should've been told that I had the option of a loaner vehicle while confirming my service appointment. Even the service advisor could've told me after dropping my vehicle off. I had to wait 2hours instead for my vehicle when I should've been offered a loaner. And to make matters worst, I was offered an uber instead. Which I would've had to pay for coming back as well. Alot of money in one day including service. Times like these, I wish I had a BMW or Mercedes bc there service department knows how to treat their customers.

For a premium brand the service falls short. Having owned other brands such as Mercedes and Audi and even Honda I found all them to much better in terms of attentive service. I just had my first service performed on my new Jaguar and the service manager didn’t even introduce himself. The service itself was fine and the technician asked if I wanted my car washed. Nice of him to ask but I’d would have expected that. Setting the appointment wasn’t the greatest experience either. I’d called and left a message. The service department was closed at the time but the lady said they’d call back the next day. That didn’t happen.

Shame on this dealership they sold a friend of mine a car she don’t know much about cars but I do they just sold her a suv going into summer with snow tires????? That’s cutting it cheap coming from a franchise Dealer. Why is my question just make it right. The all season tires have to be somewhere why wouldn’t the dealership just find them and give them to her . Or the bigger question why a national brand like land rover shouldn’t be putting SUVs on the road in summer with snow tires. Compound on snow tires is very soft and snow tire will not perform the way it should and braking in hot temperatures.

My "two hour at most" appointment lasted from 8:30am until 4:24pm with no offer of a shuttle or loaner car. Then they charged me $167 to tell me that my TMPS unit needed a several-hundred-dollar software upgrade. Which is a lot of money to fix their software bug. And my trim was improperly reinstalled and rattles around now, but I'm afraid to go back to have it fixed for fear of another day-long ordeal.
