Check engine light, they said wrong air filter and air filter box not closed completely. 350.00. Check engine light off but came back on. Returned car they said clean fuel injectors another crazy amount, I took car to another Jaguar dealership.
I just purchased my jaguar from another dealer and used this dealership for my service. Matt Moylan has top notch customer service skills. He took great care of me and I am a very satisfied customer. Even when I wasn't satisfied with something that could be considered small he went over the top to make sure I was pleased. Kudos to Matt in service department. He also was very reliable and responsive to my questions over the period of time until my car came. The process was easy and everyone at the dealership was great! I had an excellent experience with Land Rover Annapolis when purchasing my new car. Robert, my saleperson, was outstanding. He knew the vehicle through and through and never made us feel rushed or as if we were being "held hostage" like other car dealerships that I've dealt with. The finance department was great, as well as the sales manager and general manager. Every time we came in we were treated well and acknowledged with a hand shake by the saleperson and managers. We were deciding between two totally different cars (Range Rover Sport and Mercedes E-350) and experience between the two dealerships was unparalleled. At Land Rover I felt relaxed, respected, and actually enjoyed the people and the process. The dealership itself just has a positive vibe! Highly recommend!!!
If you buy or lease, do not pay for any extra warranties or insurance. It’s not worth it. They don’t cover what they say it will and they make it impossible to use. They pass the responsibility to the insurer, who passes it right back to the dealer. They should know better. I wouldn’t even buy a car here at all.

Frank Elizondo is the best!! This was my first car buying experience and he made it so smooth and easy. He is not pushy at all, and is very helpful with any questions/advice you may need. The team at the Jaguar/Land Rover Annapolis are altogether amazing, extremely friendly, helpful, and provide wonderful service. I would refer Frank to anyone!

Very disappointed. I also dealt with Graeme. Came in on a day we agreed to meet and he was gone for the day. Worked with Frank who seemed nice and found me a car. Graeme was supposed to call me when it came in, but apparently he quit/got fired and I never got a call. Called myself about a month later and looked like car was going to be here soon. That's when things fell apart quickly. They didn't like that I was using my own bank to finance (I guess they make extra money from their very high rates??), they actually said they will not sell me the car if I don't register it in MD! Never head that one before. Frank was ok to deal with but he couldnt get any question answered. Every time I asked, he had to "go to his GM". I called on Monday, let them know that I will register it in MD, Frank said "ok I'll send you purchase order and we'll get the car for you". Then half an hour later he calls me and says "oh we can't sell you the car, my GM said not to" . I asked him if they already sold the car to someone else and he said no, but lots of people were interested. Sorry my friend, but I'm already paying sticker, just because you have "other people interested" doesn't mean I'm gong to overpay. Frank he basically that they have buyers that are going to use their dealer financing, so they'd rather give it to them (I'm not the first person this happened to...reading the reviews looks like it's a common theme with these guys). Now I'm stuck waiting 3 months to order a car.. Wow...I've bought 6 cars in my life and NEVER have had this strange of an experience.
I have always had fast excellent service every time I take my car to Annapolis Jaguar. Matt Moylan in the service department is awesome, he always promptly returns phone messages and makes a vist to the service department (which at most dealerships is typically not a pleasant experience) a pleasant experience. Matt was with another customer today when I arrived for my appointment and one of the other guys in service promptly said he would help get me checked in and start my paperwork until Matt was available which I thought was very professional and showed great teamwork. All of the staff including the sales, management and greeter are very helpful and add to an overall positive experience. I would highly recommend Annapolis Jaguar sales and service. Last Saturday I called Jaguar Land Rover Annapolis when I discovered a pre-owned Mercedes Wagon I had been searching for; for quite some time. I live north of Baltimore, so I called to confirm the car was still for sale before I drove to Annapolis for a test drive. Fortunately I connected with Robert Carter who confirmed the availability and helped me with directions. Once I arrived at the dealership Robert immediately made us feel at home and was always checking to make sure we were comfortable. I test drove the car (loved it) and then we worked out the details. They had some final prep work to do with the car and I had to collect some paperwork (the title for my car I was trading in, etc.) so we agreed the delivery would occur a few days later. Robert even offered to drive the car to me on his day off (50+ miles away)!!! He was easy to work with, answered all our questions, and always returned calls quickly. The entire experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend this dealership!!

I have a 1993 Range Rover and I lost the radio code. I called the service Department and Provided the required information and the gentleman gave me the code. It worked instantly and I have tunes again! Thank You for helping me out even though my Rover is old!

Needed a car for our daughter and ended up more than hour away from home. Couldn't have had a better buying experience. We didn't purchase a Rover or a Jag and were still treated as if we were buying the most expensive vehicle on the lot. No wonder the place is always busy. Worst high end parts department the people working had bad attitudes an no respect.
Just went on line to schedule a service appointment and was surprised to see such mixed reviews for the dealership. Both my wife and I have Range Rovers. Our experience when buying them was great - we worked with Frank. As we were buying two different cars (Sport and Evoque), it took a lot of time and patience on his part. Frank has a nice demeanor and is very professional. we probably went to the dealership 2-3 times. For a variety of reasons (mostly procrastination on my part), we ended up buying both cars on 12/31/14 and were able to get very competitive pricing. We both love our cars and have returned on occasion with questions. We were treated with the upmost respect and diligence. The treatment by the service department has also been great. Recommend the cars and dealership without reservation.
While searching for well-cared-for pre-owned Panameras, I came across Jaguar Annapolis' website. Karen Hayes was very helpful, a true professional who modulated her salesmanship to the extent that the customer was comfortable with.

I drove to Annapolis from New Castle, DE, 200 miles round trip, to test drive and buy a car in stock. Upon test driving the vehicle I agreed to buy it, however, because I was not doing my financing with the dealer they told me that they wouldn't sell me the car. I explained to them that I agreed to sticker price for the vehicle but that I would do the financing thru by brother at his bank and they said sorry we're not going to sell you the car and I drove all the way back to DE. What bothers me most about this was that I told them over the phone that I was going to do my financing with my brother and they said that would be fine. These guys are typical SCUM BAG car salesman.

My experience with Jaguar in Annapolis was absolutely amazing! I called prior to my arrival and spoke with Travis Brown to notify the company I was on my way. As I arrived, he was very professional and greeted me at the door ready for a test drive. During the test drive, I had SO many questions as I needed to do my research on the Jaguar brand. Travis was VERY knowledgeable and answered every question with meticulous detail. Travis even provided me with a information folder so I could continue my research and comparison. Though I decided not to purchase, I would definitely recommend Travis Brown to guide you through your experience with Jaguar/Land Rover. You wont regret the service he provides. I have been going there for 5 years. I started taking my Range Rover there and Mik Kelley gave my amazing Service. They also gave me a loaner XF that I puchased in 2016, yesterday while dropping off the XF they gave me the new Range Rover. The cycle continues, and as long as the wife is happy I love it.

I can't say enough about the staff at this dealership. My salesman Paul, and Ben the sales manager made this one of the best car buying experiences that I have ever had. Larry in the finance department knew I was in a rush and stayed late the night before to have all the paperwork ready for me the next morning. My new range rover had a small imperfection that I didn't even notice and Paul and Ben pointed it out to me. They would not let me leave until it was fixed. Mike in the service department has just honestly went out of his way to make sure I am 110% satisfied. Coming from someone who has a Lexus, has previously owned another Lexus, a BMW, and a Mercedes, as well as a load of other cars I have to say that I have never met a kinder group of people at a dealership. And by the way I love my new RRS SC...just trying to avoid getting a ticket! Thanks for making my experience at your dealership such a positive one. It was a pleasure doing business there.
Poor service, No customer service skills. Just over all poor. Mike & Josh are the worst, and whoever answers the phone never say hold on.after doing work on you vehicle it's never clean grease and oil stain in the vehicle. Please don't go here Very disappointed.

i am posting a review about this dealership inability to sale a decent luxury car in which was pre-owned. I own luxury vehicles being a mercedes, BMW, and Range Rover. One of my Mercedes I purchased from this dealership. Needless to be said it would be something I will never do again. This dealership may be great four purchasing a new car but not pre-owned. When I originally brought the vehicle there were wiring issues in which they had to fix. Than a few months later there was an issue with the steering wheel pump and also gaskets in which needed to be replaced. These things should have been taken care of by the dealership and should not become an issue a year or two down the road. I am disappointed by this and would highly recommend for no one to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I have had management provide an opportunity to discuss this in which I have sent them an email requesting the ability to talk via phone. I have not heard a reply back via email or phone which too me is even more disturbing across the board new or pre-owned. I will stick to dealerships who appreciate their customers and will provide the best vehicle in the best condition possible because they respect your business and respect you as a human being not to be a shyster.

The car buying experience at Jaguar Annapolis was by far the best I have ever had. As a long time buyer of german cars, I was skeptical Jaguar Annapolis could beat the customer service those brands are known for. I was pleasantly surprised. Salesman Frank Elizondo was fantastic. He explained everything thoroughly and I never once felt pressured. Sales Manager Doug Carson was great as well. Honestly, every person I interacted with here was friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I look forward to bringing my new car here for service and continuing to experience their wonderful customer service.
New to Land Rover and new to this dealer. I could not have been treated better. Very customer first, great communication, really good coffee in the waiting area!!, and everyone is amazingly friendly. Work was done quickly and well. It was worth the drive for that kind of service.

I have owned Mercedes, BMW, Lexus. I begin with that statement because it was not my first luxury purchase when I bought a preowned LR3 from a Virginia dealer last year. Since Annapolis is closer to me, I used this Land Rover Jaguar location for truck service. Jonathan Monias was assigned as my service manager. A can of paint has more personality. I'm sorry. I'm sure he is a nice guy but probably better suited for a job he doesn't have to interact with customers. I've been to their facility a few times now for service and each time I found him unwelcoming and not very personable. I have a Mercedes too and when I go to that dealership for service I get greeted with a big smile and they know my name. LAND ROVER is a luxury brand dealership they too should be giving that same type of welcoming service. Beyond the fail in service hospitality, I recently visited to purchase a new Land Rover vehicle. They showed me a car that was just traded. It was not even listed yet but I loved it. I completed the application on a day I was told Tom, who is the Finance Manager, was off so they wanted to run my credit the next day. My salesman, Frank, who I liked, was off that following day so I left a message directly for Tom in Financing to check status of financing. Tom never returned my call so today I called my salesman Frank to tell him I was coming down to drive it again. Unfortunately, he told me that someone was there buying it with another salesman as we spoke. I was very disturbed. Know that I asked if I could put a deposit on it when I was there two days prior and I was told "No." With the circumstances now as they were, Frank told me they 'd show me another very nice vehicle. When I arrived and drove it, this car was a year older, higher in price, rough and in no way compared to the vehicle they sold from under me. I spoke to Doug, the manager, whereby I expressed my dissatisfaction with their customer service, or lack thereof. I asked him why I should still purchase any vehicle from them. He offered no reason, apology, discount on future service or car pricing assistance. Truly a disappointment for what is supposed to be a luxury dealership not to exemplify some level of added value. From service, to finance, to sales management, I find this entire group extremely arrogant. Though I live in Upper Marlboro, I will certainly drive to VA or Hunt Valley before I do business here again.

Went to the show room this afternoon. Was promptly greeted by the receptionist, who told me she would get the first available salesman, they were all busy at the moment. I waited for 15 minutes. Turns out that busy means that they are standing around talking while customers are out for test drives. Apparently they cannot handle more than one customer at a time. I walked out. No one cared that a customer left without being helped. If that's the treatment you get in the sales cycle imagine the treatment when you need service or have an issue,
Frank is fantastic. He is helpful, accommodating, and just a joy to work with. There is none of the “pushy” salesperson feel that I experience with every other dealership. He is very knowledgeable and works hard to meet your needs!
