The WORST SERVICE I've had from a so call Luxury car dealership. I brought my car in February , service sucked. I called and left message for manager, he never returned my call. Management is horrible. I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend this location to anyone!! Not even worth one star, but I had to make a choice.

I bought my car in Lexus of Miami and this was the first time I had to service it in Maryland. I went in to have two recall repairs performed there a few days ago and I was very pleased with the entire process. They were very organized and extremely professional. Everything was set up and ready for me the moment I got there. I spent a total of maybe 10 minutes checking in and I actually didn't have to take time off from work. The loaner car was clean and when it comes time to get another car I will definitely be going to Lexus of Silver Spring!

Spectacular Buying Experience! Our Sales Consultant Dante Dustin's knowledge of our Lexus was extraordinary. My wife and I visited Lexus of Silver Spring to test drive a 2015 Toyota Sienna that fit our needs and budget. Ulrick Ulcenat assisted us with the process. He was very professional during the test drive and didn't give us the "hard sell". The car was in great condition and was fairly low mileage for a 2015. The price was right so we ended up purchasing the car that day. Ulrick was a great help; my only critique of the dealership was that they only had three finance managers on staff on a Saturday, so we had to wait about 30 minutes until we could finally discuss financing. Once we sat down with Finance, we were out the door in about 45 minutes. We'd definitely go back to Ulrick and Lexus of Silver spring.

Car buying can be a stressful experience but if you go in with your research done beforehand, Darcars will probably earn your business. These folks are hard negotiators but it is mostly because they have already surveyed the market and priced their new or used lexus at a competitive price. Don't expect thousands of dollars off of a car at this dealership unless you a buying a new high end vehicle. Darcar sells a lot of cars and it will negotiate with you but it will not be able to compete with some VA based Lexus dealers.

Every time I go there I have received excellent customer service. EDIT: Greg was the sales person I spoke too. Guy is top notch!! Really enjoyed my experience with him. However, the dealer he works for turns out didn’t want to deal with me. If they are anything like Faissal you will be treated like Lexus expects and wants you to be treated. I’m in the initial stages of negotiation with him and his team. He is making it super comfortable for me. And making it streamlined and easy. He straight forward and doesn’t lie but gives you the truth even if that means there isn’t a sale. (Hopefully I get the sale haha) Heck I’m almost tempted to give them my business regardless of price. That’s how good this experience has been. I won’t mention names but there is another dealership that I would say should go out of business because they treated me no where near even close to what a potential Lexus customer is supposed to get in treatment. And I guess that’s why their inventory sits in a dark dusty garage because they can’t move the damn cars due to their horrible services and sales. But yes I would say if your in Maryland and you want a Lexus without a shred of devout visit these people you won’t regret it! And I’m not even getting paid for this.. I’m just your average joe car shopper trying to find a bargain and deal out there. So you can trust me and if you do my review won’t let you down.

Jason found a way to squeeze me in to fix my tire. Simply put, Jason was totally awesome. He got me the best deal he could to fix my tire and was kind, professional, and prompt. Andris Bergholcs. That is the name to remember! After my initial service guy left (I adored him), I scrambled to find a new one, the person I was initially put with CJ I believe is his name was horrible! He was so rude and abrupt with me. I asked to see someone else and was placed with Andris! When I tell you he’s amazing... Andris is simply awesome! His appointments are timely and of course sometimes they’re not on time simply because it’s busy; that’s ok because he’s worth the wait! He is very professional, helpful and goes above and beyond at all times! He communicates with me every detail, and offers very helpful advice, if he can’t reach me by phone he even emails me! When I drop off my car with Andris I have no worries! He’s definitely a keeper at Lexus... I recommended everyone I know with a Lexus to him and they have an equally fulfilling experience. I'm currently in a Toyota Camry I leased from next door at DARCARS Toyota. I wandered over to DARCARS Lexus and just wanted to browse. I hate when sales people bum-rush you at the door so I was glad the new car salesman Greg did not do that. He seemed very knowledgeable and even offered me a test drive knowing my lease was not over. As soon as my lease is over, I'm definitely going to buy a car from Greg!

Service department is not the best. I had a bad experience getting the service manager to diagnose a problem unique to the circumstance that I went through with a stolen car dealing with the insurance and me with the service department being my only hope to prove that when the car was stolen the damage to the car was sustained and they refused to put it in the diagnosis to prevent themselves from being in any legal troubles. A few rude people when you first call in to get transferred.

I purchased a RX350 from Alex Abbaszadeh in October. My previous temporary tags expired, I contacted Alex who was extremely abrasive about it. After back and forth, he finally extended the temporary tags and assured me that it won't happen again. Now my second temporary tags are expired. I contacted Alex through email and phone, no response. Contacted the supervisor Warwick, was on hold for over 20 minutes, left my phone number, and still haven't heard back from him. After buying a car they have been essentially ghosts. I've been buying cars from them for a while now and have always had a problem.

If I could give zero stars I would!!! Being completely ignored is very poor customer service at Lexus of Silver Spring. I came with my family and no one even spoke or acknowledged us, so we left. Employees walked around, and one was even on his cellphone at a desk. Unbelievable! I guess we're done car shopping at Lexus.

He was available to answer all my questions and walked me through the process smoothly. I also felt at home with the Sales Manager Billy, who also understood how difficult it was for me to make a decision. After 6 days of test driving, numerous phone calls and etc...I am very happy with my RX 350. It fits my lifestyle perfect and I am really enjoying the ride. The finance guy Chris was also amazing. My husband and I just left this dealership. Looking at several models of SUV’s two sales associates saw us neither offered assistance. As I walked in to the showroom to get brochures still no assistant offered. I kindly left, I have never been to a dealership and was not offered any assistance. Easily one of the least professional car-buying experiences I’ve had. Sales rep. (Shell) kept us there on our original visit for nearly 6.5hrs... He then blamed management and the finance department for the delay. On second interaction when dropping off the car for agreed upon body work, there was again no communication from him on where to bring the car, and when following up for an update of the work (again 6hrs later), his response was to explain how “complicated” the car business was... Again, just looking for communication- not a lecture or rambling of flimsy excuses. Condescending and unprofessional throughout, consistently talking over or “at” you- a thoroughly miserable experience dealing with this sales “executive”. A shame because the staff in both service dept. (Julian and Jake) as well as finance dept. (Sally) have been absolutely pleasant to deal with. Management needs to examine how the Used Car sales staff interacts with their customers- there are simply too many choices for an experience like this to waste one’s time.

My sales staff was GODFREY UKWANDU, I purchased 2013 Toyota Camry and I paid a for 700 dollars for chemical cleaning the interior, you know what they did nothing and even I found a broken glass bottle under the passenger seat and hurt myself picking it up. Don't waste your money. He is the worst sale person ever I met even he charged me a 250 dollar for nitrogen fill later I found out the Costco offering free nitro fill.

Purchased a used 2015 Lexus RX350 from this dealership on December 31, 2018. The car was in fine condition and no complaints concerning the automobile. However, it is now July 9, over six months since the purchase, and the dealership still has not delivered a title for the car to me. This is outrageous. The finance company is asking me where their secured interest is recorded, and unfortunately, it has not been, as no title has been recorded. The dealership has failed to return my calls and inquiries for the most part. If you are considering purchasing a car from Darcars Lexus Of Silver Spring, I would ask for proof they have title before proceeding with the transaction.

Great service and prompt responses to calls and questions. My mom went to go pick up her car and return the loaner after an oil change and recall service that took a couple days. She heard some weird noise and wasn't comfortable driving it home, so the service coordinator there just told her to take the loaner home if she wasn't comfortable. Later that week, my dad and I went and sorted it all out. It was really nice of them to let her hang on to that loaner an extra 2 days, so we were all very happy with the way they handled it. Restores my faith in car dealerships a little tiny bit.

This review is from my father Jose H. Mendoza. He bought a 2019 Lexus 350L. There are no correct words to describe Dante. From the beginning he made us feel welcomed and took great care of my family. I told him that my dad came to the dealership a month before and that nobody came out to help him. As soon as Dante saw our family, he didn't just walk past us, but welcomed us with opened arms. Dante listened to my father and did everything to make sure my dad was able to understand everything. Dante is an amazing person with a great personality. I bought a 2018 Lexus LS500 from Darcars on March 30, 2019. Three days before, I sent out inquiries for a 2018 Lexus LS500 and got tons of phone calls, texts and emails. I selected Jona of Lexus Silver Spring out of as my first choice. It turned out to be the best car salesman I have met: knowledgeable, sincere, friendly ... you name it. He offered me dinner and stayed late until midnight while I was with Sally, the Darcars' financial manager. We closed the deal for the $80K vehicle in one visit. Jona's positive attitude and sincerity created the trust to help me make the decision to buy the car of my dreams. I drove the new car home and called Jona back at 1AM to ask him how to operate the heat which I forgot when he instructed me, he answered the phone and helped me through my questions. I would not dare to do that if it was not my Jona. After the deal had closed, he had my cars' tanks filled, both new and old cars and promised to mail me some items from the Lexus store. I strongly recommend if you are looking for a Lexus: CALL JONA! I will start with my relatives first.

The car buying experience was comfortable and efficient. We used Costco to secure a firm quote for the price of a Lexus ES 300h, and within minutes of submission, Alex Rutere had called me to ask if I had any additional questions about features on the car I wanted. We live a little more than an hour from the dealership and by the time we arrived, Alex had pulled the car I wanted out for me to test drive. I have purchased several vehicles before this one, and my experience with all members of the staff was outstanding. I had many questions about features and how I could personalize the car software — all were easily answered by Alex. A terrific experience for me as well as my wife and daughter who casually asked about the differences between the Lexus UX and NX and within minutes Alex had cars for them to test drive. 12/15/19 I had a trade in and purchased another used car. We agreed to have the license plates transferred. Proper paper work was not filed with the MVA (bill of sale of the trade in was never filed and new plates were ordered) which resulted in the MVA suspending the plates and claiming that I was in insurance violation (this happened in the end of February). I received a large fine in the mail. I contacted Darcars Lexus of Silver Sping and explained what I had been told by MVA and what steps they need to do to correct the issue. Has not been corrected yet! MULTIPLE times and over last few days I have left voice mails and sent emails to client relations manager and general managers- no response yet!

Waqar Bhatti was very professional and knowledgeable. He is very helpful and mostly everything can be done online, so you don't have to waste too much time at the dealership specially since i live far away. Unfortunately i did not end up purchasing due to my circumstances, but i highly recommend them. Edit: I was able to purchase the vehicle i wanted. I am extremely impressed and happy with waqar and his team. They were all able to make things happen and live in VA but it was well worth the trip. You guys won't be disappointed.

Not well enough organized and they forget to clean the car, put new reminder stickers on, etc. Once these free oil changes run out I will most likely be going elsewhere. First and foremost let me just say that I NEVER leave reviews, but my recent experience purchasing my new RX350 was one worth reviewing purely because of the salesman I worked with, Isaac. I have always feared going to a car dealership because car salesmen can be super pushy and often leave you feeling like all they car about is closing a deal but not Isaac. Isaac was super helpful, easy to talk to, very friendly, and extremely thorough. He explained every option to me in detail which was helpful because I haven’t bought a car in 19 years. I could tell he wanted to help me get the best deal and option for me and not just the best deal and option for him. After I was approved for financing and purchased the car, Isaac took me to the car and walked me through every single feature of the car and even set up my cell phone and voice recognition. This was super helpful for me because I am not very tech savvy and wouldn’t haven’t known what to do otherwise. Overall I’m super happy with my new RX350, my experience at Lexus of Silver Spring, and highly suggest you see Isaac Okebugwu when you go!
