HORRIBLE experience. You can obviously read the rest of these reviews and see this is a common occurrence at this location. I went way out of my way to come to this location, to have a miserable individual try everything possible to not let me see any cars. I wanted to see a few vehicles, and I was immediately shut down with an automatic assumption comment right off the bat, “oh sorry you can’t see any cars, you have to have an account.” Clearly blinded by ignorance, little did she know that I had an account; she didn’t ask, just automatically assumed I didn’t and wanted to shut me down. I had my girlfriend with me as well, after I politely told her I had an account, she then proceeded by saying “oh well she can’t go out with you, she has to have an account.” Yet another assumption, it just so happens my girlfriend has an account too. After informing her she has an account as well, she goes on by saying, “oh well I don’t know what you want to see, but you can only see 5 cars, and you can’t look at anything else, you can only go directly to a specific lot number.” Ok, what am I suppose to walk blind folded thru the yard until I got to a lot number I was interested in? And only see 5? There are YouTubers making videos regularly of Copart walk arounds looking & starting damn near every car in the yard, but a customer with intentions of buying can only see 5? I could have went with the intention of buying 10 cars, this individual had no clue if I had a truck outside with a hauling trailer capable of loading 15 vehicles. After that comment and her overall rude demeanor the entire time, I could tell she just wanted me to leave, so I did and walked out. Not sure why they’re turning down business, I could have bought 1000 copart cars prior, this individual had no idea who I am or what I do, or how often I utilize Copart. These reps should be offering ways to help the customer become a part of the Copart community, not find every reason possible to get a person out of their sight as fast as possible. Not sure why these individuals are working here if they clearly don’t want to be there, sorry you hate your job at Copart, but customers don’t need to be greeted with rudeness as if the reps are mad a customer walked in. Not sure who is managing this location, but upper management really needs to come in clean up shop and get back to the basics.
