Bought a car that should of had keys with it. Asked them if they can look for them and they refused and said copart is not responsible. I bought the car for 5300 and they charged almost 700 in fees and they could care less to help me out by just taking another look to find the keys that they lost. This auction is a rip off with one of the worst customer service that I have seen.

HORRIBLE experience. You can obviously read the rest of these reviews and see this is a common occurrence at this location. I went way out of my way to come to this location, to have a miserable individual try everything possible to not let me see any cars. I wanted to see a few vehicles, and I was immediately shut down with an automatic assumption comment right off the bat, “oh sorry you can’t see any cars, you have to have an account.” Clearly blinded by ignorance, little did she know that I had an account; she didn’t ask, just automatically assumed I didn’t and wanted to shut me down. I had my girlfriend with me as well, after I politely told her I had an account, she then proceeded by saying “oh well she can’t go out with you, she has to have an account.” Yet another assumption, it just so happens my girlfriend has an account too. After informing her she has an account as well, she goes on by saying, “oh well I don’t know what you want to see, but you can only see 5 cars, and you can’t look at anything else, you can only go directly to a specific lot number.” Ok, what am I suppose to walk blind folded thru the yard until I got to a lot number I was interested in? And only see 5? There are YouTubers making videos regularly of Copart walk arounds looking & starting damn near every car in the yard, but a customer with intentions of buying can only see 5? I could have went with the intention of buying 10 cars, this individual had no clue if I had a truck outside with a hauling trailer capable of loading 15 vehicles. After that comment and her overall rude demeanor the entire time, I could tell she just wanted me to leave, so I did and walked out. Not sure why they’re turning down business, I could have bought 1000 copart cars prior, this individual had no idea who I am or what I do, or how often I utilize Copart. These reps should be offering ways to help the customer become a part of the Copart community, not find every reason possible to get a person out of their sight as fast as possible. Not sure why these individuals are working here if they clearly don’t want to be there, sorry you hate your job at Copart, but customers don’t need to be greeted with rudeness as if the reps are mad a customer walked in. Not sure who is managing this location, but upper management really needs to come in clean up shop and get back to the basics.

I am from Libya. I bought two cars from this city on the same company. When the two cars were removed from the auction, the Titel were not sent and when I sent them a 20 inclined. They did not answer the phone and did not answer me. I say this company is not good.

Never buy from there location, u can receive car on parts only with lot on missing parts on it, really bad description and not true, bad management Buyer for them nobody, they r don't care about u. Lot of stolen parts on the cars, they make extra money on rerunning the car 10% from the price. STAY AWAY FROM THIS AUCTION AND SPECIALLY from BALTIMORE LOCATIONS. Stolen exhaust coast me to replace 900$

They will institute whatever stupid policy they want and they have no regard for the money and time of their customers. One day they didn't accept a cashier check from me until they called Bank of America to confirm that the bank did indeed issue the check. Even the staff at the bank were so confused. Why would you need to verify something that is already a verification?! They kept me standing for an hour and the carrier kept waiting too before they released the car.

The staff is extremely unprofessional! They have a young little small smurf working that is extremely rude to everyone. Honestly if you hate your job or even dealing with people WHY HAVE A JOB IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! There’s a way to talk to people no matter what she needs training on inclusion or just leave. The fact that no one else in the facility says anything about how she handles clients is outrageous!

A white only staff location and a very racially biased location. I stood in line while the staffs tended to White customers and even people that came after me. when I complain, they answer me by saying someone else will be right with you. while they call on white customers that just arrived and take care of whatever business they are there for. and worst of all they have bathroom in the yard but they will not let the customer use it. They recommended I take my wife to the park across the street to use the grass or I have to drive 3 miles to get my wife a bathroom to use.

Do not trust them with your car. I tried to sell a car via Copart in Baltimore. The car wasn't sold and when I went to retain the car I found the front bumper cover and driver headlight damaged. I contacted the general manager Mr. Kyle Roschli and all he offered me was to refund the $85 fee, despite that I was quoted $600 for the replacement and painting. Terrible customer service. Do not return phone calls or emails. There is a systemic lack of professionalism along many ranks and levels.
