Stay away from the wrecked rental car lot. They have hundreds of them. Most of these vehicles should've been totaled. They take the pictures in ways or angles to misrepresent the damages. Avoid unless you can go see them in person before buying. My company was badly burned by them recently. AVOID!!!

They treat disabled employees like trash. I was treated like I was nothing after providing good work for them. I had to leave work one day after having a seizure. They called me on THE SAME DAY, and told me i just wasn't a good fit, I was told my work had been fine and I did nothing wrong but i wasn't a good fit. i had been told prior i was doing really really well but suddenly I'm being told out of the blue with no warning at all that i'm 'not a good fit' I wouldn't do business with some one who treats disabled people as if there something you can throw out just because they don't fit your ideal candidate in terms of health (They new i was disable when they hired me to). If there was any other problem i was not made aware of it so i can only assume i was fired for my disability and they used double speak on me so i couldn't bring up charges on them.

I have been going to bel air auto auction for many years at the old location, however today on 02/16/18 @ 1130am I decided to ride along and pick up 1 of the vehicles we purchased Thursday . I never walked the back lot before and was a bit lost . I needed lot 8 . I approached a ford pickup with a older man in a security vest and asked for lot 8 . He pointed to my left and stated if you don't see where its at ,you need glasses , he was very rude . We all should think these guys would be the go to people for directions . Very unprofessional . Enough to anguish me to write this review .

I just want to start off by saying i was negligent and my car ended up at the Be-lair Auction. I was told i had to contact the redemption department and i spoke to someone named Tenae Brown. I was told that i may not get my car the same day. I explained to Tenae that i took off of work and she understood and did everything she could to help me. To make a long story short i called her about 20 times and she was sweet and considerate each time. She never once got an attitude. She even waited 30 minutes after she got off to assist me in one of the most stressful situations i think anyone could go through getting your car or property back. I just want you guys to know you have an excellent employee and i think she should be recognized.

Us hard working Americans sometimes get behind in bills, your car gets towed in the middle of the nite by an unknown towing company, and gets taking here, a business, to make money on YOUR money or investment, your car. My self and friends have purchased several vehicles from here during our college years. Unless you go to one of the dealer auctions where the selecting of vehicles is of better quality, don't expect to get a car to last any substantial amount of time. Get there early and inspect your options with a fine tooth comb. This is good for finding an inexpensive first car for new drivers that need experience before spending top money on a new car.

This place is the biggest rip-off, I bought a car from this place and the seller lied and the manager " Mike Shaub" who checked the car before shipping and failed to inform me that car was in accident I asked them multiple times if car is in accident and they did not inform me. Once I received the car sure enough the car was in accident in announcement - IT DID NOT MENTION CAR WAS IN ACCIDENT! I tried to call Mike Shaub he answered call once and said get back to me.. after that I called 50 times left numerous messages and never received call back. The other "guy" who helps Mike Shaub, Matt Groller is the biggest LIAR and tried to put the blame on me that I did not see on the posting that they mentioned when I asked to send me the posting screen shot he refused by saying its my problem not his (that's a great customer service they provide) I e-mailed him the screen shots of the posting after that mike shaub and matt groller did not answer calls its been more than 3 months and I still have no reply of my e-mails or call. STAY AWAY FROM BEL AIR AUTO AUCTION! poor customer service and junk cars...

Terrible!!! I sent a motorcycle to them to have auctioned and with no movement after 4 months I decided to ask for it back and sell it myself. Well, after receiving it back from them it was in terrible shape. Completely dirty and from what I found out, it was kept outside in the weather the whole four months. It also came back with a broken front fender and the worst of it was they lost my keys to the bike. Not just any keys, a key fob which electronically unlocks and starts the bike. This is a $1100 system that has to be replaced because the ECU (computer) is tied to the key fob. Tommy Rogers said they would pay for it but so far I only received $500. Not sure what logic was behind that, as if we were to split the difference or something...no, you made the mistake of loosing my keys, you pay for it. So, lesson learned, do not do business with these people ever again and I caution anyone else to do your homework before letting these amateurs handle your property. I attached a picture of the bike before I sent it to them as it was in beautiful condition. I only wish I took pictures of it when I got it back as it was very weathered and oxidized and the rear trunk was full of water...thanks guys, I appreciate your care of my vehicle.....YOU SUCK AT DOING BUSINESS

Do not expect anyone from this auction to answer the phone the first time around, in fact, do not expect anyone to answer the phone after the fifth attempt either. After attempting to purchase a vehicle, I was never able to speak with ANY representatives from BAAA to confirm the status of our potential purchase. Bel Air is by far the worst auto auction I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor, just use Manheim (or any other auction) instead.

DEALERS BEWARE! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS AUCTION!! I bought a car from this auction through Manheim Simulcast (using proxy bid) advertised as engine starts/bad transmission. Somewhere along the lines the auction folks decided to take apart the car without changing the condition report. They pulled the transmission, transfer case, driveline, axles, half shaft, mounts, intake, maf sensor, etc. I bid on a car that was completely assembled with a good running engine but a shot transmission, what I received off the truck was a car that was missing most of the drive terrain and engine is hanging on by one mount. Called the GM of the auction and told him that this is not the vehicle that was advertised to me. The CR did not represent this car at all! He explained that during the live run they made an announcement that parts have been removed. According to Manheim arbitration the auction should not have taken my proxy bid due to such major announcements during the live run, but I was advised to take it up with Bel Air. Bel Air GM told me that he cant do anything for me. They made the announcement during the live run, so as an internet bidder I was told tough luck. After weeks of getting the run around from the GM and Relations Manager I have given up. The condition report is the difference between a 5 and $15,000 bid. These people dont seem to understand that. They are crooks and treat dealers very poorly. Please do yourself a favor and read the enormous amount of negative reviews before doing business with this auction. Learn from other peoples mistakes. Im out over $5,000 in parts due to the fact that they completely miss advertised this vehicle. Will never do business with them again! UPDATE 6/1/17 BelAir reached out and we reached an agreement on this vehicle

That has got to be the rudest, most self centered woman I've ever met and I truly hope to never encounter her again in my life. She is the main reason I hate that place so much... NEVER GO HERE!
