I am so mad at myself that I did not take my car to the Acura dealership in the first place they were able to diagnose and get the car started in less than a day. It took the better part of a month with other repair shops and they still couldn't figure it out. The staff at the Acura dealership was very professional and they were courteous.

Very disappointed they claim my taillight could not be fixed because it is not based on the recall which it is.. but they did not do a good research with there certified technician now I have to pay from my pocket a problem from Acura Factory... They did not even want to take a second look at it and analyze the claim.They say it makes no sense but they would not address the problem properly and look more in depth.very disappointed..

My first visit at Acura, Had to get a recall taken care of. My visit was started out great. Acura gave me a rental while they were fixing my car and checking it over for any other issues. They called me a few time to update me during the process. I returned to pick up my car. Easy check out process. They were very helpful. Getting into my car, I noticed new scratches. The manager came over and checked them out. They buffed them out but you can still tell they are there.
I brought in my car for service the other day. The great costumer service all started with an awesome conversation with Matt Mowry. He explained to me clearly what had to be done to my car, how it would be done, and how much it would cost me. Once I got there, I was met with smiles and comforting words from the whole staff. After a few hours, I was told my car was ready, so I came to pick it up and was shocked to see my car. Matt had informed about the complimentary car wash, but this car looked absolutely stunning! And to top that, the young man who gave me my keys met me again with a smile and thanked me for coming, and told me to enjoy. Awesome company, awesome staff! I will definitely be coming back!

I drive from northern Virginia to purchase my car from Frankel Acura and I was rewarded for my decision. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. My salesman Dean Barber was incredibly responsive without being pushy. They were thorough, thoughtful and fair. I would strongly recommend going to Frankel if you’re interested in a new Acura. I missed my apt that was scheduled for Saturday, but I had it scheduled for Monday. When I called to explaine what happened, they were able to service my car on the day and time I had on my schedule. I can't tell how pleased I always am with Acura's professionals and service to my car. I usually don't have time for surveys as everyone I do business with wants one, but today I have taken some time to say Thank you!
We reached a deal in 45 minutes but were at the dealership 5 hours waiting for the finance department to be ready to see us (and no there was no problem with our credit or anything like that). We should have been told how long it would take and given a chance to leave and come back when everyone was ready.

Dealership did a great job servicing our 2013 RDX on its extended warranty. Communication was good and staff very personable.
We walked in on a random Tuesday to check out the 2019 RDX and met Dennis. We had a great experience working with Dennis. He knew all about the car and was a pleasure to get to know as a person. We communicated in the week via email about which cars (colors) we were interested in. When we showed up again on Friday he had both cars out front and ready for us to look at. The whole process took a little longer than anticipated (we were third in like for the finance guy), nothing you can really do about that. However, we had someone for every step. Someone called the insurance, there was a tech guy that took us though every single thing about our car, made sure my phone paired up to the Bluetooth, all of that. Everything was transparent, there were no surprises on the final bill. All in all, it was a great car buying experience. I would highly recommend Hunt Valley Acura, and Dennis especially.
This was the second expensive scheduled service in a row. Luxury cars create expensive repairs. But the work is excellent; no complaints about a vehicle that has 100,000 plus miles without unscheduled costly repairs. Our service advisor, Matt, is leaving the dealership next week. We drive from southern Delaware to Hunt Valley for service, mostly because of his honesty and reliability. I hope we find the new advisor as helpful.

Incredibly nice people in sales and management. They did their best to give what we though was an honest price. We were happy with the deal we got and the car is magnificent. The only thing that kept me from a 5 Star rating was the excessive down time when taking delivery. It was almost 2 hours before I was out of the dealers. I would also recommend to them that the exit lane out of the delivery area was cleared so you don't have to pull into the entrance lane to leave with your brand new car.

Walked in and opened the right side door as there were 2 doors for entering and exiting. One of their staff decided to exit as I was entering, instead of opening their side door and never said excuse me or anything. Once on the show room floor no one said hello within 10 minutes..so left

I just picked up my car from the service department and I am EXTREMELY frustrated at the level of customer service provided by your dealership...to say the least! Initially, I scheduled time at the beginning of June to have this recall fixed. The notice I received stated it would only take an hour. When I dropped the car off they told me it would be at least 4 hours and they didn’t have a loaner. Why couldn’t they have told me prior to my 30 minute drive to your dealership? I couldn’t sit there for 4 hours so I had to reschedule...which I did for the following week. After a couple of days I was called and told I needed to reschedule because they couldn’t accommodate me at that date. After my husband got hounded by several text messages asking to reschedule I called at a later date to reschedule for a third time. I dropped the car off at 1pm last Friday, my scheduled time. After dealing with a rather rude person handling the loaner car, I waited as she would not take a snapshot of my insurance card located on my phone and proceeded to call the insurance co. Herself. She made me feel like I was lying and didn’t have insurance! Finally, after my insurance was verified I got the loaner, she told me it would only be a few hours and drove the 30 minutes home. Thinking I’d get a call between 3-3:30pm I waited and waited. My husband received a call after 5pm telling him they didn’t have time to do the car and it wouldn’t be done til Monday!!! Why they called him I have no idea because I gave them my cell and told them to call me. It was bad enough they couldn’t accommodate me during my scheduled time! On Saturday at appx. 4pm my husband got a call AGAIN saying the car was done. I drove the 30 minutes over to pick it up. While scheduling the appt. they asked if I wanted their signature service which basically vacuums and washes the car. I said sure. When they drove the car up it looked liked someone dipped a rag in a dirty bucket of water and wiped my car down and to boot, their were minor scratch marks on the back drivers side door. I am appalled that such incompetence and lack of customer service occurred at Frankel. It’s unacceptable!!!! I will definitely think twice about purchasing my new car next year at your dealership. This is my 2nd MDX and it won’t be my last, but having to deal with a service department of such low caliber will move me to another dealership!!!
This dealership is very professional and makes sure that your needs are met. Rick was very helpful and made my purchase decision easy. At other dealerships I was at they push you so much into trying to buy a car, here they don't. Rick wanted to make sure that I was happy with the car that I had picked out and to see that I was satisfied with everything. There was a small camera calibration issue with the car and they didn't hesitate to make sure it was fixed and to also make sure I was happy with how it was fixed. I have been with Frankel Acura for years. My main reason has been it’s professional service department. . This morning without an appointment I brought my vehicle to Frankel and was met by Mat who is always professional and courteous. They performed the necessary work and my vehicle was ready when I arrived. I can always count on my friends at Frankel.

Disappointed about my last service experience. I scheduled an appointment for A14 maintenance for my car and was quoted “$1700-$1800” for the service. They told me I could come at 8:45 and would have a loaner car for me. At 8:43 as I’m litterally pulling into their parking lot I receive a phone call that they need to cancel my appointment because they ran out of loaner vehicles. This is after driving 20 minutes to even get there. Since I was already there I went inside to discuss the matter further. They had the nerve to tell me I should have been there between 7-8am to guarantee a loaner car. If that was the case why schedule me for 8:45?? Never mind that would have meant dragging 3 children out of bed at 6am that I could not legally leave at home alone. There was a reason I picked a later appointment because that was the time I could get somebody to help watch the kids for an hour. You would think for a maintenance that might cost $1700 (and that’s before they quote me for any additional work) you could save a car for me. But I suppose it worked out for the better, through word of mouth after voicing my disappointment I found a local mechanic that could do the work for cheaper.
Service is fine and all and they now take pictures of the exterior of the car to prove the condition that it’s in prior to them taking it in for service, must have had some issues with some other clients. This is fine and all, you know CYA, however upon returning my car and one of my biggest pet peeves is how dirty they leave the interior. There were greasy footprints along the door sill of the driver side door. Now I may be overreacting here to some of you but if you’re gonna take the time to take pics of the exterior and all at least do something to protect the interior also. I mean I know I’m not driving a Ferrari or a NSX, but it’s my car that I paid for and I take the time to take care of, then it should be returned to me in the exact same condition that I gave to the dealer for service. Also an hour and forty minutes seems excessive for an oil change and a tire rotation, I mean what’s the point of an appointment then. Staff is friendly but I feel like the waiting room needs some attention also.

Had the recent opportunity to purchase a new vehicle at Frankel Acura. First time buying a new car and nearly 20 years, and they made it a fantastic experience. You could tell that many of the people there were sincerely happy for me. They did not belabor the buying process. Highly recommend the good people in sales there, and I was already a fan and in a big way of the service people there.

MacKenzie is a great service rep but was on phone when I arrived for a 9:15 appointment. Her customer would not hang up, and I waited for 10 minutes. EVERYONE ELSE IGNORED ME!! I was not informed that I would be notified by text of work that needed to be done, so I waited for a phone call that did not come until I finally noticed the text. Some problems (Bluetooth, new floor mats) were not addressed so I have to go back.

I was able to leave my car for service during a 3 day period when I was out of town. I also use the night drop which is also very convenient. During my time away the Service Department communicated with me frequently. In addition, it's always nice to have a clean car returned after service!

Very poor experience. Bought a car here earlier this year and if you had to buy an Acura I wouldn't do it here. And definitely wouldn't get it serviced here either. The incompetency starts in the sales office and filters all the way up through the finance office and the titling office. Bringing my car back in 2 months later for warranty fix has shown me all I need to know that I won't be servicing it there... Sad!

Took a 2nd test drive was about to start buying process of a used trade-in. During the test drive on a 90+ degree day the A/C went out. Dennis, the sales associate, told me that they would look at it and call me back as well as get a price on my trade in. A couple days later I saw that the car was sold. Thing is, I suspect the A/C was shot since the car only had 40k miles on it. So chances are they just recharged and sold it to some poor unsuspecting person.

The waiting room is always clean and comfortable. I almost feel as if it is a set up for the wait. I made an appointment days ago. It was for 9:30 and I arrived around 8:40 hoping it would be a 2 hr service. I only requested an engine oil change and new battery. I did not get any updates on my car until 11:52. I watched other patrons come and go with the same service is really what's so upsetting. If they were here before me then it would not be a problem. However I checked on my progress at 12:15 and he said 30-45 mins so they could wash and vacuum. I declined paid for my service so I could leave. I am highly disappointed.

This was my second visit to this Acura dealership, which is a compliment itself. They were friendly and very courteous each time. Jonathan was my advisor. The waiting area is one of the best I’ve utilized...roomy, clean, comfy chairs and workstations, kids play corner and free snacks & drinks. I don’t usually like going to dealerships for service, however I’ve never had a problem with the work that they’ve performed on my vehicle here. The complimentary wash & vacuum is a huge plus, as well.

I was at this Acura dealership to finance an Acura I was previously leasing. The entire process took three hours, which was excessive, especially when I was told it would take 1 hr. The sales associate was pleasant to work with but the finance associates were careless. My paperwork had to be re-done multiple times due to errors, including spelling my name wrong and putting the wrong down payment on the contract after clearly discussing it many times. I also do not appreciate how much the extended warranty is pushed. It was automatically put into my contract and au had to ask to remove it three times with a lot of questions as to why from the finance associate. All of that extended the time I was there. When I buy my next car, I am going to take advantage of the newer options to buy a car online to save the headache of working with a dealership. If dealerships don’t improve this process, they are going to lose customers. There is no good reason it should take 3 hours to buy a car. It took 45 minutes to buy my house.
Always a great experience with Frankel Acura. Our service coordinator, George, is pleasant, efficient, and always available to answer all of our questions. The young lady who brought my car around was also very pleasant and seemed to be a very happy soul. We’ve never had any complaints about our service technicians. They alwasy inform us as to what service needs to be taken care of now and also what we should take care of at the next service appointment. Our car runs well and we are pleased. Thank you.
I like the fact i was kept in the loop about what was going on with my car. And o recieved my car in a or around the time frame that was given to me. The only thing i did mot receive is my free car wash. I was kinda hoping for that. But i was overall satisfied
4.5 hours for an oil change when I arrived I was told 1.5 - 2 hours. I was told about a recall on my vehicle and that it would be checked to determine if it was needed and no follow-up regarding the recall. I inquired about 2 tires and was told they would check and was never given any further information. Lastly, when it was finally ready I was pointed in a general direction and told my car was somewhere on the side so I had to go look for it. Very disappointing experience.

We found the exact car we were looking for at this dealership. The price was perfect and the salesman Rick was personable and honest. We can't say enough good things about our experience. No hidden "fees" or backend trickery. The finance manager Jared was excellent and saved us over 2k on our interest rate. This was the best car buying experience we've had and when we are in the market for a new car this is where we will go. It was very refreshing not to be subjected to high pressure sales. The honesty of the salesman Rick was incredible. This dealership is apart of "Priority 1 Auto Group" which we've had nothing but excellent experience with. We will be back in a few years because of this sale. This dealership gets it right and if you're looking for someone who won't twist your arm, this is the place to go and ASK FOR RICK!

We bought a used CR-V. The sales person was a pleasure to deal with but he no longer works there. When we took possession of the car we were promised a second remote entry key. We were told to contact "the key guy" that makes keys out of a van, two hours a week. After two months of not being able to connect with him. Josh ( the used car sales manager) said he would give me a check for $85 and I could get the key myself. I told him that is less than half of the cost, and he said that is all he allocated. We called the dealer's office and Robert Hess (the general manager) told me they can make me a key at Frankel Acura. Josh had told me previously they couldn't. Now I have my key thanks to Mr. Hess

We bought our Acura from Norris. The experience went from normal to... strange (at one point when we had paid for, but not received the car, the salesperson hid). Service at Norris was unimpressive and calls for warranty work went unreturned. So they get an "f" for everything. Frankel, on the other hand, was delightful to deal with despite the long drive. Nice people, great service. I'd go back.

Overall experience dealing with sales and financing was very good. The purchasing cycle as always is long but the team worked diligently to minimize any inconvenience. The vehicle delivery cycle was tainted by some poor vehicle cleanliness that we highlighted and then also finding we had excessively over unflated tires (44psi vs 33psi) once we got home even though this was mentioned during our vehicle familiarity review, hence 4 vs 5 stars.

Came as a first time customer with no appt during morning time rush hour, service advisor, Matt was very accommodating and thorough, even picked up the car needing an update to fuel system that Acura paid for. Nice and clean waiting area with comfortable upholstered chairs and phone charger! Not your typical waiting area. Car was hand washed after service and was out of there in no team. Thanks Matt and his team.
