To be fair the service dept. was pretty helpful even though they did not fix the real problem basic maintenance was fine. I am upset that I am driving a new car with less than 8,000 miles on it, waiting for it to breakdown AGAIN !!!
Our salesmen, Alex and the finance managers at Quirk Chevy were excellent! We had been to 3 other dealerships in the area trying to decide what we wanted for a vehicle and what worked with our budget. Alec found us the perfect vehicle even as closing time approached on a Saturday evening. He was friendly, patient, and above all, HONEST and trustworthy. Worst car buying experience in over a decade. Sales reps quoted me a price and when it came time to finance they couldn't deliver. Had me waiting more than 2 hours after being told over the phone the deal we came to was a done deal. Left empty handed with 3 credit hits even though they only lease through GM. I have good credit, a good government job, I'm a Combat Veteran and own a home. There is no reason they could not finance at the agreed terms. Was told I have a top tier credit application yet they came in more than $100 a month more than we agreed to. Would never give my business to these clowns.
Spent two and a half hours to learn they were not capable to perform a simple service that other locations successfully completed in a quarter of the time. Terrible service and will take my business elsewhere!
Worst customer service experience I have had in years in any kind of business. Miscommunication internally and just incompetent employees who seem disengaged and unconcerned with their customers in the service department. Their lack of service cost my business hundreds of dollars, and I would instantly fire any of my own employees if they ever dealt with one of our customers in the rude, uninformed, and uncaring manner in which the Quirk service team dealt with me this week. I will certainly take all of my business elsewhere in the future.

I have always been treated well at Quirk. This latest experience was excellent, I was in a situation where my wife two small children were down to one car and being a half hour from the dealership was straining us and our ability to get my truck after the vehicle was serviced. When the dealership called to tell me additional work needed to be performed on my truck I was concerned and I had doubts on how I could shuffle around my ride to the dealership and work, The technician asked me if I had a way to get the vehicle the next day and if not getting it today would put me out. After a few gasps on my end the technician volunteered a driver to pick me up and offered a loaner car to me. A loaner and someone to pick me up changed my outlook and would allow me to get to work and get my children to day care in the morning without issue. The driver who picked me up was friendly and we maintained a conversation during the trip. upon arrival at the dealership I was met my the technician who arraigned for my pickup and loaner vehicle, he started the paperwork and right as I was getting ready to get the loaner vehicle he informed me that my trucks work was complete and ready to go.
I just purchased a Malibu from Chris Na over at Quirk Chevrolet. I had a great experience with Chris and he made sure I got a great deal on my Malibu. The dealership and management was very helpful in getting an approval for me and my girlfriend and the service department is awesome and very helpful as well. I plan to send any friends and family who are in the market to Quirk Chevrolet and MotorCity to have a great car buying experience.

Went in for my 2nd maintenance check up, witch was a tire rotation, oil change, i noticed they fill the air in my tires. i all so bought and had the window shields installed on my 2017 Trax... Took no more then an hour, less in fact... I give it an 11 all the way!!

Quirk is amazing!! I usually don't go to dealerships to get oil changes and tire rotation but one thing I've noticed is the price ends up being the same. Not only is the price the same but the service is unreal. I can honestly say they go above and beyond. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Quirk and will be purchasing many more. If you are looking for a dealership that doesn't just sell you a car but are looking for a dealership that will take care of you after this is the one for you. Thank you again Quirk!

Went in last week to purchase a new Suburban. I was waiting for a call back from a manager regarding prices and lease estimates. Called back twice without any information or even a return phone call. Scored an amazing deal on a new Expedition. Sorry Quirk!! You lost a sale for simply not doing the minimum salesmanship work. It cost you a sale and a long time previous customer.
Craig and Bill went above and beyond to get my vehicle fixed and covered under warranty. The repair was flawless and free.
Oil change and tire rotation. Only question is does it really take over an hour to do that? Other than that it was a pleasant experience.
I lease my truck from Quirk. It was a positive experience. Occasionally, it takes a bit of a wait for a service appointment but the lounge is clean and the staff is friendly.
Excellent experience! We were very lucky to have such a patient seller. Stewert was so honest and helpful with our sale. We wouldn't have been able to drive of the lot with our new truck if it wasn't for him! And then Joe finished our sale and explained everything piece by piece.

I give Quirk five stars solely because of their employee Josh Skehan. He is dependable, reliable and takes customer service to a new level. Whether it is buying a new car or issues with your current vehicle, you can rely on Josh to make it an easy process. He will get the job done and make sure you are satisfied and then some. Our brand new car with less than 15k miles on it had to get a brand new transmission. Josh was right there to get our vehicle, bring us our rental and even switched our rental to something better for snow when a storm hit. He even shoveled our walkway for us!

Despite bad storm , power outage, parts delays, sickness, & shop backlog every call was answered /return call and car was fixed correctly. Nothing beats car fixed correctly. Nothing.

I would highly recommend this Chevy dealership! I recently purchased a new equinox from this dealership. This is the second time I have bought an equinox from them. Every time they come in with the most competitive financing. They are transparent, courteous and go above and beyond to get you exactly what you want. They make sure you are completely satisfied with your new vehicle. I worked with Brian and he was wonderful. I would ask for him specifically to assist you, he was knowledgeable and genuinely cares about your satisfaction with the vehicle.

Got an oil change here and they told me I needed to buy a new oil plug. I asked them to show me the oil plug and there was nothing wrong with it and it hasn’t leaked at all. Not impressed with them trying to sell me something I didn’t need.. I won’t be coming back

I am in the search for a new or used SUV, and I didn't even make it in the door...inquired about a couple vehicles online, and received the courtesy "what can I do to earn your business phone call". Initially, all I wanted was some photos of the vehicle I was interested in as they only published 1 stock photo to preview. I was told no problem, we will get them over to you...I got nothing, radio silence. I actually inquired a second time about the same vehicle, and received a nice email from an internet sales manager. I replied to the email, and explain, yet again, what I was looking for, and asked for pictures...she never replied, never called, no sales rep called, etc...should I really have to work this hard to give a car dealership my money? I would say no...needless to say, I will be purchasing a new or used vehicle elsewhere.

We were on a short vacation in Portland, had trouble with the car, stopped at Quirk with no appointment, were greeted with a smile! Told of course they would fit us in. Luckily we were staying at hotel near by, driver took us back to hotel gave us his cell to call when car was ready, EVERYONE was great. They all made a day that could have been ruined to a relaxing, take it easy day! Then we got a Thank-you letter from the dealership. WHAT AWESOME SERVICE, TOO BAD WE LIVE FAR AWAY! I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE GREAT SERVICE WE RECEIVED.

Worst customer service experience(s) I have ever had. Tried to get my recall fixed in 2014, made an appointment for me, kept my car for 7 hours without even realizing they didn't even have the parts in. Made a new appointment this week, was told a rental car would be provided for our "convenience" at our appointment time, was made to wait 1.5 hours to get the rental car to go to work. Please save yourself the headache. Get your recalls done at your local mechanic and submit re-payment paperwork to Chevy directly. Unbelievably bad.
This was a dealer scheduled vehicle maintenance visit. (Happy to report no issues with vehicle!) As it was a dealer scheduled check-up, it was covered under warranty, so I have no comments here regarding the cost of service or parts, only on the quality of the service I received. I was very pleased with today's visit! Immediate entry was granted to the indoor, drive-through vehicle drop off area. I walked right up to the service counter and was greeted by a pleasant and courteous employee. Check in was a breeze; again, they we're expecting me. He told me it would take about 30 minutes to complete the service. 32 minutes later, I was climbing back into my truck. The waiting room was large, clean and comfortable. There was free coffee (which was actually GOOD coffee from Green Mountain) and available snacks for about a buck. Large screen TV with Today show playing. Oddly, I didn't see any newspapers, but there were lots of magazines. A free phone charging station was available. Restroom was large, clean, well stocked and ADA compliant.

Beware when leasing a vehicle. Ask to see the "DDS Contract Verification Sheet" before leaving. We have excellent credit and are type "a" personalities. Keep all our ducks in a row, to a fault. We had a 36mo lease with 15k/yr, so we thought. Left the dealership in our new car with no issues for 3yrs. Turned in our lease, at term; with under 45k miles. To find out a year later our contract was never approved for 15k miles, but only 12k and we owe for the overage. Roughly $1500. Our signed contract says 15k but Hyundai finance says it was never approved by them. So we had a car for three years and never was contacted by Quirk telling us our lease wasn't approved. Hyundai Finance had no problem collecting the add'l fee per month we paid for 15k. The funny part is it looks like Hyundai credited us the add'l fee we had paid but wants us to pay the overage. Dropping the amount owed to roughly $1000. We have made multiple calls to Quirk, told it is taken care of and still 2yrs later still unresolved. Now Quirk will not return calls. So I repeat, demand to see the verification before leaving. We are being asked/harassed to pay for Quirk's mistake.
Typical dealer experience. I went in and new which used vehicle I wanted so we skipped all the hoopla and went right to numbers. Came out with a satisfactory number and am still waiting on the truck to have some body work fixed that happened prior to purchase. Ken Sweet is a good salesman and person to deal with.

I’ve dealt with both the sales staff and service department. All interactions were top notch. Sales gave us very competitive prices without any hassle or pressure. And even though we bought somewhere else, the service department has been excellent. Solid 5 stars all around!

Bought two cars from this place previously. Car I looked at was 3k over KBB fair purchase price and it was like pulling teeth to get them to a reasonable price. They had the exact same car at another dealership for 2.5k less than the one I looked at, and said they couldn't come down on the price since that was lost leader pricing. Very convenient. Also gave some sob story about how they're making next to nothing on the car at this price. The theatrics did not sit well with me. Salesman went from pushy to distant, ended up leaving the negotiating table multiple times without saying a word, then talked about leasing after I stated I had no interest in it whatsoever. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Ray M. was persistent in his advice to purchase an extended warranty several years ago with the purchase of a vehicle. Well, that advice has been like gold!!!! The warranty has been more than worth the cost and the ease of working with the service department has also been fantastic! I was recently at dealership and I particularity interested in one of the 2500HD trucks. Over the course of many weeks, I have come to a really reasonable out the door price with a $6,434 Powder Coated Mild Steel Plow and we are extremely grateful for one your sales managers, Ted Severance to give us one of the best deal possible. Unfortunately, after about half an hour or so, before I finish signing all the paperwork, I called Ted to inquire so much it would be extra to get the $6,994 Stainless Steel and he said if I wanted that I would need to bring the money with the down payment, since the service department was already closed before they could submit the paperwork to place the order for the Powder Coated Mild Steel Plow. So on following week, before we went off to finish signing the paperwork, I told Aaron, my salesperson, that we would go ahead and get the Stainless Steel Plow and we brought the extra money for the Stainless Steel Plow. But Aaron told me that the one they have down on paper is indeed the "Silver" Stainless Steel Plow and not the "Yellow" Powder Coated Mild Steel Plow. And I were skeptical and shock at first and I wanted to make sure of that, so I kept on bothering Aaron to make sure that the one they have is not the "Yellow' Powder Coated Mild Steel Plow and is the "Silver" Stainless Steel Plow and time after time he kept on telling me, "Yes." So then, we went into the room with one of the finance managers to finish signing the paperwork. Then, over the course of couple days, Aaron told me the plow on the truck was the "Yellow' Powder Coated Mild Steel Plow and not the "Silver" Stainless Steel Plow and he will get on Stainless Steel Plow ordered. And that was fine, I thought all I needed to do was just pay the difference between the two. But Ted told me that not only would we need to pay the difference but we would also need to pay the additional labor of about $350 to install the Stainless Steel Plow, which is unreasonable when we already pay for the labor fee when the Stainless Steel Plow should have been installed the first time. If I were to take any businesses out there, big or small, and a customer was to go to a store to order products, and the store ordered a wrong product from the manufacturer, the store would sometimes ask the customer to pay the difference, or give a discount on the product. But I am not asking for a discount, I'm are willing to pay the full difference of the plow but not another labor charge. We were told that the labor charge is not something the sales department can do, that the service department will still bill the labor charge to the sales department, but at the end of the day aren't all the people part of the Quirk Chevy Group? Who knows what goes around behind the scenes at the dealership, maybe I'm seen as a minority group or maybe they just don't want to do business with me?

Place insults you if you try to get anything reasonable for a trade in. Been offered 24k at another dealer they offered 18k then 20k. No better.
I took my Equinox there to have my headlight replaced and they didn't put the frontend grill back on right . Now there's a gap around my other headlight
