I really wanted to do business with you. The sales man told me I would be able to roll my loan over into another car. It wasn't until after I gave him all of my information, him helping me shop for a car and me picking a car did he tell me that he wouldn't be able to help me. He told me that my credit was good but my loan is worth more than my car. That shouldn't matter. People roll loans over all the time. I shouldn't be an exception. He also told me he'd call me back with more options. It's been a week and I haven't heard back. I'm very disappointed.

I have been using this dealership for years. Once they have an established relationship with you, they will bend over backwards to help you and make sure that they give you all the discounts and rebates that are available. They are professional and offer courtesy vehicles and in emergencies will offer a loaner vehicle. It's generally a very professional dealership and service department.

Went in for engine light on servicing, oil change, Saab airbag recall, tune-up, tires etc. Spent $2.5k @ Quirk service, my car is far worse. Check engine light was removed instead of properly fixed. This resulted in the computer failing to warn of an extremely low oil level due to Quirk not topping off during oil change. Bottom line, we just spent another 10k fixing damage caused by Quirk's negligence. The 10k was the cost of a new used car

After ruining the starter on my wifes car, { which we have never had a single issue with until they had it} They said it was very convenient that it broke there like I planned it and set them up to get a new starter out of them. They rolled the car outside and said there you go. Because we didnt want to pay them $590 to put in a new starter. Horrible people at QUIRK HYUNDAI SERVICE !!!

Too expensive. I don´t have a Cadillac. I have a Chevy. $118 an hour calculated by the minute?! That's almost $2 a minute! What happens when the mechanic stops to talk to his fellow worker while on the way back to the punch clock? $2 a minute! Wow! Too expensive!

If you are not using the Quirk Quick Lube in Bangor to get routine maintenance done to your car, then you should be! Even though I drive I Toyota, I ALWAYS go to these guys- they are honest, they are quick, and they are not going to try to scam you to buy 76 new things that you just "have to have" to get your car inspected. At other places you have to call, make an appointment, have a car dropped off, then pick it up days later even for an oil change! It's ridiculous! But at Quirk, you just show up and get in line- sometimes it's longer than other times, but generally very quick. Grab a coffee, sit down, and relax knowing that you didn't have to get a ride to a dealership, clear out your car, and then get a ride to pick it up later in the week. I tried to go to my own dealer to do service to my car, but just to LOOK at the car costs over $70! It's a complete sham! If nothing is wrong, I would have just paid $70 to have my car looked it for 3 minutes. C'MON! At Quirk they'll take a look and give you an honest assessment without charging you $70 and then offering you ridiculous things you don't need like a diamond rear windshield wiper. As a mechanic's daughter who knows nothing about cars, I can at least spot an honest mechanic from a hundred miles away. Quirk Quick Lube is the honest mechanic you've always hoped for! GO THERE!
