Changed my oil, put air in my tires and charged me north of $385.50. Let me give you the break down. Filter $35, Oil:5 liters of prime engine oil $50 (If they used prime) Air: $1 - Labor and tax $300 FOR A FREEKING OIL CHANGE & AIR! Think this says it all. Done and Done.

Outstanding service to diagnose and correct a warranty issue with my DEF injection system. The service manager even went so far as to install the suspected faulty component from my car into one of the dealer's demo. cars to ensure that the same check engine code would repeat in a separate vehicle to ensure that the diagnosis was correct.

Our first visit to Jaguar Scarborough since relocating from northern Virginia. Staff were very accommodating with technical advise for my Jag XJ Vanden Plas, arranging a loaner and helpful in educating us in Maine's safety inspection requirements. The inspection was thorough and results clearly reviewed and all questions answered. All work was performed as discussed and pricing was as declared at the onset of the visit. We have found a good source of service and hopefully new friends to help us keep our Jag running smoothly for years to come.

My experience from the first contact was positive and professional. Debbie Frend was my sales representative, and she was knowledgeable, straightforward, and responsive. The pricing discussions were transparent and competitive with other dealers in New England. The closing was timely and the vehicle was meticulously prepped. Show room is clean, waiting area is nice and comfortable, although not a lot to it except a couch, chairs and a t.v. running adverts with some coffee. We did arrive about 45 minutes early for our appointment for an oil change, and requested a tire rotation also. They advised they could get the car in right away and would be about an hour, which was a pleasant surprise. Due to issues with mechanics in the past, my wife marked the front tires before we went to sit down. (if they would be rotated, the rear tires would be marked, not the front - and right tire would be on the left etc..) After two hours and no offer for transportation, or test drives or really much engagement we received the bill and 'all services completed including tire rotation, which was NOT completed. Marks on tires were still on front, and when we protested, they said they 'forgot'... and could get us in... after a two hour wait, and being charged for services not rendered, we asked for the rotation monies to be refunded and will find another place to service our Jaguar. Seriously disappointing.

I have found Scarborough Jaguar to be excellent. While driving in Maine I visited the dealership "just to see", the experience was so good I left with an F-Type. I live in NYC and I go to Scarborough yearly to have my car serviced. They are professional, courteous. They remember my name when I walk in the door before registering. My Jag is six years old and runs as if I just bought it.
