Previous experiences with buying cars was a nightmare, taking up to 5 hrs. to get aporoved, these guys had me aporoved and in a car I would have never believed i could get, my dream car. Stay Away!!! Their ad is Bogus on vehicles being Inspected & Reconditioned.. Most vehicles are auction repos that have not been cared for and some even have title issues but they still try and selll.. Make sure you check the auto check history on any vehicle if your looking at buying from here because you will find lots of issues with their vehicles.. They got me in a ride that's already costing me money to fix!! Never Again!!!!

I came in here last Saturday 8/12/2017 looking at a Jeep Wrangler. We couldn't get to the same number. That was OK, I understand that is how it goes sometimes. I thanked them for their time and left. Today at work, Monday 8/14/2017, I get a call from Alex at Wholesale Auto Group and he told me he had a discussion with his manager and wanted to know what they could do to get me to take home the Jeep. I told him the price and he said they could do it. I said great I will come in now. I asked my manager if I could leave early, and got in an Uber to pick up my Jeep. When I got there I filled out some paperwork and waited. Alex comes back later and tells me he was mistaken and could not match the price he had quoted on the phone. They went back to the same price they had told me the previous Saturday. This is not how you conduct business or treat customers. I am ok with them not wanting to give me the price I want. But don't lie to get me back down there and just quote me the same price I said no to last week. I will never come back here

Had some work done at their repair shop spent around 1800.00 to fix automobile still is not fixed, They are to have a 24 month warranty on repairs due to being with AAA Which i am a member called they will not return phone call Called and spoke with AAA As well they stated they would have a rep call never did, So i would be very careful doing business with this company, See if they will let you make sure they repaired your car before you pay?? Looks like i am going to have to start process over with another Automobile repair company, I Would not Trust these folks ever again THEY LIE LIKE A WET RUG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Once I arrived for my appointment, I was impressed with his directness and honesty in regards to determining the value of the vehicle and how much they could purchase it for. When you are purchasing or selling a vehicle, it is preferable to deal with someone who is a straight shooter, who will be fair and honest with you, and walk you through the selling or buying process patiently and courteously. This is exactly what I experienced.I felt comfortable and at ease the entire time. I received a fair deal and that is all you can ask for. After having it looked at by a few mechanics everyone told me the same thing... they should have never sold me the car in the first place....the car had countless amounts of problems to the point it made no sense but to get rid of it.

I live out of state and was willing to get everything done over the phone by today. Very unprofessional and doesn’t follow back up. Will not be making my almost 45k purchase with them. All vehicles sold at this place are from auctions which means they are rebuilt title and with damage. I went to get an estimate on a truck and boi it was TOO EXPENSIVE with so many miles. They are a scam, prices are ridiculous expensive. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Today, I purchased my 1st truck. Prior to going to Wholesale Auto Group, I looked at their site as well as other sites of new car dealerships. I read reviews from all of them. I decided to give Wholesale Auto Group a try because their reviews stated that they were a no hassle lot and that they wouldn't have you waiting around all day. True to the reviews that I read, I didn't spend all day there. Alex Ghaibi was great. He took me on a test drive within 10 minutes of being on the lot. Within 15 minutes of returning from my test drive, they had secured a bank to finance my loan. Alex then took customer service to new heights. In order to finalize the deal, the bank had needed my wife's signature on the loan. Alex personally walked over to my wife's job to have her sign the necessary paperwork. I know of no one who would have taken this extra step. Thank you Alex for going the extra mile.

Issues needed to be address. New Orleans East location being ran poorly. They had only three full time techs just up to recently after forcing the fastest tech "African descent" they had off by asking him to transfer. They claim they were trying to accommodate him because of an issues that came about with him a new hired assistance service manager Caucasian.The tech was grabbed inappropriate by the service manager in a sexual way and in return put the service manager in a puddle of blood with three punches of course knocked out. Management above both the tech and manager beg the tech to forget it happen 10 min. after it happened and to never speak about it. The tech was asked to return right back to work and dap it up with the manager and speak to other managers there on duty and agree to never speak about this incident so they both could keep there jobs. The tech, 20-30 min after this incident was over, was greeted by the manager after he came to all his senses with a apologies and jokes like "that was the hardest right hook he felt since 4th grade". Management above both of them stated they just need to know they both were going to take care of any medical issues on there own and asked the tech to pay for the glasses he broke with that right hook and get his hand stiched on his own(8stiches).The tech excepted the manager he struck apologies knowing it was BS as BS and started seeking assistance which is costly. The tech went the extra mile and drove the manager home in the manager vehicle so he could get his contacts cause he couldn't see(crazy). Now months later "note" this incident happened in 2017, the tech was asked to put a transfer in to another location because the other employees at this Pepboys in New Orleans East didn't want to respect the service manager. Management above both the tech and manager told the tech he was not a problem and it would fix there employee issues if he find himself another Pepboys to transfer to so the assistance service manager could shift his weight around sort of speak to gain the employees respect he felt he lacked. The tech one of the nicest politest people they had working there enjoy talking to him has been out of work for about two weeks now because they need him to go into there HR web and find another location and apply there and continue to keep quiet about the unappreciated inappropriate sexy gab that he received unwilling by one of his managers. The manager that did this assault has previous done it before he stated to the tech against a female employee he managed at another company he was fired from. At this giving time the tech 42 with four sons 22 12 10 and 4 and with one daughter 18 Senior at Carver Sr. High here in New Orleans Louisiana with a budget out this world with graduation approaching has been backed up heavily on bill because this mishap that he was not ready for. The assistance service manager "early 30's on the other hand is still working have not missed a day and just purchased himself a new home and is looking forward to the promotion they are getting him ready for with training.

I purchased a Cadillac ATS. But after purchasing a $2,500 warranty, months later, I am now being told the warranty does not cover multiple facets of the car. Even after my salesperson Alex told me on several times that it was bumper to bumper, and that I would be able to use it at any Cadillac dealership in the country. The thing that upsets me most, is that their not offering ANY compensation to repair my vehicle. I’ve spoken with Alex(salesperson), Alberto(finance manager) and Brett(service manager)on numerious of times this past week, and still no avail. Wait, I’m sorry, Brett offered a $50 allowance to help toward a $1,300 repair!!! But told me I’d still have to pay a $100 deductible?!?! WHAT?? It’s very unprofessional to promise a customer one thing and not so much as attempt to hold up your end of the bargain. So now I’m out of rental car exapense as well as repair.
