I just had an awful experience at this dealership. My advice would be very careful of used and preowned vehicles. They can have past history not available in a carfax report. Past accidents to the vehicle and rotten repair jobs done to make the car look like its in perfect condition. Pay special attention to the contract you're signing. I've been a very loyal customer for the past 5 yrs. What has happened to me with my recent car purchase from here is extremely devastating . I've been lied to from the sales manager and totally ignored with this bad car sale. I'm praying for a resolution to this incident and they will never get my business again. Please be careful people.

We just bought a new Kia Sportage and we really LOVE it! Frank Cicero was so patient and let me test drive EVERY make car they had - we were there about 7 hours. Mr. Wayne Walding from the Big Lots Store also helped us with looking at used cars initially, and even when we changed our minds and decided to get a new one, both salesmen were top notch and wanted us to be happy. John Roberts, the Kia Sales Manager was so helpful and we got a great rate on our loan! All the employees there are very nice, Blake the service manager was very informative and all the help we received was fantastic! My partner and I researched a number of automobiles on the internet and were fairly sure we wanted a Soul before going to the dealership. We bought a KIA Sportage and Frank Cicero found it in red for us! I love the way it drives like a car, yet has the space of a full-size SUV. Frank let us drive every vehicle we thought we might want and never pressured us to make a decision. It was a very smooth and easy transaction. Went in very late in the evening to look at a used car and Ryan was very helpful. I ended up buying a new car instead. He answered the questions I did have. He kept me updated on the financing process. Since it was so late that I went in they couldn't full up the car or detail it Ryan came the next day and picked up the car and filled up the tank and got it detailed for me and brought it back.

A BIG OLD THANK YOU!!! We had a Lon Harris as our salesman and he was very great to get us set up with on NEW pre-certified KIA Soul with only 20,000 miles on it. I had my 8 year old with us and we weren't sure what all we needed to do when we got there and felt a little out of place. As soon as we told Lon what we were looking to do was see where we stood on financing first, he was more than happy to get us all set up. He even made my shy little girl smile quite a few times by talking about his own little family. He made us feel like family and showed that great southern hospitality during the whole beginning to finish. We have been going there alot to get parts for my KIA Rio 5 and dealing Michael Calhoun in the parts department for a while and to be honest his original customer service is what brought us to shop KIA in the first place. BEST experience I have had with a car purchase EVER!!!!

My experience on this purchase was good. Your finance department was awesome but I do have to say I am not impressed with the Salesman Kevin Crooks. Between my sister and I we have purchased 4 vehicles from you in the last 3 years. When my sister Joanne Bentancourt bought her latest Soul, she was promised her 3 month check up and free oil change. I talked to Kevin yesterday and he promised me she would have a free oil change today to make up never being scheduled for her free one and after the oil changed she was charged. If Kevin cannot follow thru this is an issue. My first car I bought granted was used but ONLY because I was car shopping that day did my sister decided to buy a car. The only person I have heard from IS Kia corporate. I have to say I am not impressed and I should have know better than to deal with Kevin.

We arrived at Walker Kia the second time due to doctors appt previously from the first time. Kedrick Cleveland was our rep for this sale.We arrived at 2p.m. and by 5:45p.m. we were on our way home in our new 2015 Kia Optima EX. I understood that the financing was the problem due to BFCU not responding so we went with Kia and in no time we were signing the paper work. All that were involved in this transaction were excellent. From the bottom to the top all were there for me and my wife. I would recommend Walker Kia to all. We do plan on buying another vehicle from Walker Kia at in the near future, possibly the Kia Sportage that I looked at while waiting on the financing to go through on the Optima.

Absolutely the worst customer service. 2012 kia optima, good car until about 18k or 20k miles. Service department is a complete joke. Never again. When I would walk in I was never greeted or asked how may I help you. I would definitely not recommend this dealership or kia in general.
