I cannot overstate the disappointing experience I’ve had with Tiger, if I could give negative or no stars I would. I decided to purchase a vehicle due to the number of good reviews for this dealer, however by any measure tiger has failed to make this a good experience. Down to just the vehicle that I purchased that was just over a year old with less than 40,000 miles on it. I have had in for repairs TWICE in the 3 months I’ve own the vehicle. I picked a Chevy certified vehicle assuming that they ensure quality and expected it from a car the was just a year old. If I wanted an unreliable car I would have stuck with my old car. Secondly, I went in and completed all the paperwork for purchase and over two weeks later they informed me I would have to drive back out because they failed to secure the financing we discussed. They came back with an offer over 100 dollars a month over what we discussed. At the end of the day I went out and got my own financing with a better percent, however resulting in multiple inquiries on my credit report. It is now January, I purchased in early October, and I have yet to receive my license plate. I have called to leave multiple messages with no response and driven over a half hour to the dealer today and they tell me to come back tomorrow for it. This is unacceptable seeing as the temp plate is good for only a few days/weeks. I have also been waiting over an hr and a half for my state inspection because they do not have the stickers at the dealership. Nothing comes easy here. From top to bottom purchasing my vehicle from tiger was a huge mistake. I have had to take time off work to come to the dealership multiple times as service is not open on Saturdays. This was my first time getting a car from a dealership, and I had hoped it would be good experience. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. UPDATE: after waiting almost two hours for my sticker, I was told I was unable to get it because I just had work completed. Which I told them prior to waiting for the inspection. Great, now I’ve wasted more time and taken off work for nothing.

Found a scratch off advertisement in the mail, they refused to state what my winning number actually would get me when I called, suggesting it's most likely just a scratch off detailed in the fine print of their advertisement. The sad thing is, they know most people will not read the small fine print. Terrible advertising and business practice. I wouldn't trust any business that operates that way and customer service over the phone did not provide any help. This review is strictly towards their phone customer service.

Terrible, absolutely the most unprofessional business i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I spoke with someone for a week on a particular vehicle. I asked every question imaginable when buying a vehicle. I recieved a condition report, but not a certified carfax, which they advertise they use. My family and i drove 6hr round trip to look at this vehicle, which they knew we would be doing. Pulled up walked in, was introduced to a salesman. We told them who we were and what we were there to see. At first they couldn't find the keys, then overheard them say "this one has engine problems". We then spoke to a salesman who wanted to show us the vehicle while they found the keys. We asked if the one we were looking at has engine trouble, he said "yes" then tried to show us the vehicle anyway after we stated we did not want to see it. We were then told the vehicle for sure had engine trouble and we at that point left their place of business. This was absolutely unacceptable, the engine problem should have been the first thing we were told about the vehicle.

My daughter bought and traded a vehicle in over a month ago. Her truck that she traded in still has not been paid off or the new truck she bought registered with the DMV. She has no plate and the owner also sold her truck she traded in but has not paid it off. The bank has been constantly calling and harassing her due this.I have filed a complaint with La used car commission. Please stay away from here. Very unprofessional.

I spoke with a representative by the name of Lanette Brown who was very rude and deceiving to say the least. She was supposed to have helped me purchase a car but I had some defaults. Well to my surprise she asked to make me some fake stubs and charged me $125. Not only that but she connected me to a guy that would give me counterfeit funds to make a purchase with having a higher down payment. I felt very uneasy about the counterfeit funds so... Well let’s just say I never got my stubs and she basically ran off with my money and I reported her about the fake funds. Needless to say she still employed there but referred me to Nissan (her old employer) where I was able to purchase my 2017 Altima. So if you want a deal out of this world go on down and ask for Lanette Brown. She states that she will swap your good funds for fake funds and process your application. Let me not forget that after research, i found out she on probation for fraud and she did time at Louisiana Correctional Institution for women. Consequently after this incident it appears she has not rehabilitated yet.

Bad experience. They said they can get a car I wanted but to do so i need to be there with documents. I drove 40 min with all document they asked for. But a sale rel lady was busy with meeting and man help me does not know what to do and another guy keep saying bla bla. I have no idea they seriously want my business or not. They were not helpful.
