The services is very inconsistent. It used to be really good with very professional people that actually helped you out but after the flode of 2016, they have gone down the hill. Don't make appointments either, it's usually first come serve. The salesmen are very friendly but the finance people are very rude.

After visiting lots of dealerships in both Texas and Louisiana, we were so extremely sick of the car salesmen who think they're so slick and just want to bulldoze you into either paying more than is reasonable or talking you into something you don't want. Maybe their aggressive tactics work for some people, but we were just really not interested in being fast-talked. For us, Gilbert Vallejo at Team Toyota really filled a gap in the market. He talked to us like regular people. He was very knowledgeable about the car on the test drive and gave us the facts plain and simple without the transparent car dealer tricks. If you are looking at Toyotas and want to talk to a regular person and not a dealership robot, then Gilbert Vallejo is your man.

Told me I had to buy an extended warranty or Toyota finance wouldn’t approve my deal. I called both Toyota Finance and Toyota Corp. These statements were false. Please contact me as soon as possible to resolve this issue. Stop making me call and leaving voice mails. I need this issue resolved quickly. What this dealership did is illegal and should be held accountable to the full extent of the law, how dare you pray on a family that needed a car and then make them spend as much money as possible. Anyone looking to buy a car here or did buy a car here and was forced to buy an extended warranty, call and get your money back. Edit to respond to response. Don’t sit there and send a lie about what happened. Why would I buy a 6 year warranty on a brand new 2015 car??? Only because I was told that Toyota financial wouldn’t let me get the car without it. We can sit here and go back and forth all day or y’all can man up admit what you did and we can all move on. Stop passing the blame. Matt the sales person knows what he did. And so does the finance person. Take ownership and pay up

He is the opposite of what you expect from a car salesman he isn't pushy, he follows your lead and even does his best to make the purchase fit your financial goals. I had found the same exact truck in Texas for a bit cheaper but still decided to buy from Mr. Henry cause of the experience. I wish I could have all my future auto purchases done by him. And also his teammate Mr. Joe looked out for me also when Mr. Henry wasn't available. Thanks Guys!!
