This is my 2nd time purchasing a vehicle from Team Honda and both times I have been fully taken care of by Terwin Gibson. The overall service was excellent but Terwin was exceptional. I spoke with him over the phone, explained my situation and told him what I was interested in and by the time I came in a few days later he had everything ready for me to go. He made the process super easy and made sure to answer all of my questions. I plan to purchase all future vehicles from him and I also recommend friend and family to see him as well.

I had the best experience at Team Honda on Siegen Lane with salesman Bobby Hebert. I was not sure between an SUV or a car. Mr. Bobby showed me both and test drove them. He was very knowledgeable and went over everything about the vehicles. He was able to answear all my questions and explain the car to me for vehicles have changed a lot since my last one. I looked a couple of other places but Bobby Heberts assistance always stood out. He took his time in finding me the perfect car in the perfect color . If it was not there he would have found it and had it delivered to Team Honda for me. Anyone looking for a car I highly recommend Team Honda and Bobby Hebert. The finance office mgr.was also great in going over all the payment options and finding what was best for me. My new Honda Accord is awesome.

Definitely not my favorite experience when purchasing a car. I worked with Krista, who is part of the reason I gave this review 2 stars. I had e-mailed her a few times to find out what I needed in order to purchase the car ahead of time, seeing how I don’t have 10 hours to spend at the dealership. Never got a response back. I finally go in and ask for her and as soon as we sit down she has to cancel her nail appt that she made because now she has a client. Cool. Sat there about two hours while she went to take a look in the used car department. Never came back to communicate with me what was going on. I turn around and she is walking back in with her bag from Izzos on her lunch break. Never explained to me that it was her lunch break or she was leaving. I had to leave to go and get my son while I waited on some more check stubs to come to my email, I texted her at 330 letting her know I was on my way back. She never responded. I got there for 4 and ran into her as she was heading out the door. She took my check stubs and responded, “I’ll email you tomorrow with the details, I have to pick my daughter up for 5.” I said, “well I would like to get this done today, is there someone else I can work with?” She responded, “yes, but they will take half of my commission, so do you think you can come back tomorrow?” “I told her no, I only have today.” So she preceded to walk off and escort me to someone else. She was supposed to return with my folder and documents I gave her, but she never did. So the gentlemen, Jason Victor she left me with had to redo some of my paperwork. He was very polite and professional. The major issue I had with this department was the time frame. It took forever to get the ball rolling. I went and ate dinner, came back, finally test drove the vehicle, then it took another hour to process everything. On two occasions I told them I would just come back because I was exhausted. I started this ordeal at 12pm and finally finished everything at 830pm. I was told to come back the next day for noon to pick up the car because I was told it wasn’t ready. I showed up at 4pm to give them extra time. Of course, the car wasn’t ready and I was told it would be another 30 mins before it was finished being cleaned. Waited 30 mins and my car looks like it was untouched. Wish I could upload the pictures from this “detail,” still has the gross residue from the person before me, so great now I have to pay more money to have the car PROPERLY detailed. This whole experience for me was not exciting. This car was a graduation gift to myself that turned into something that was draining. This is my second car with Honda, but I more than likely will not return to this location. It just was not as professional as I would have liked it to be.

Mixed review. Bought my 2019 Honda CR-V in March 2019. Loved the sales person - Jess - and refer her to others due to top notch knowledge and service she gave. Price on my new Honda beat the Costco price at another dealership so very happy with that. Trade in value they gave me on another car was very fair. All 5 stars on that but service times for service gets 1 star!. Called to set up appointment for oil change(first one is free) and they said it was on a first come basis - no appointments allowed. Asked best time to come and they said Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday before 11 and after 2 (ask service guys rotate their lunch between 11-2 and slows down times). My son took car in for me today (Tuesday) and was there by 9 am and it was 2 hour wait. He is still waiting now (almost 2 hours later) and he said that people who showed up after 10 are being told it is a 3 hour wait time. That is totally ridiculous! Service is clearly understaffed and/or they need to schedule oil changes so people don't lose half a day on this.

If you’re in the market for a reliable vehicle, head to Team Honda, and ask for Curley or Wesley. We couldn’t have asked for better service! We didn’t need a vehicle right away, and Curley was still happy to help. There was only one time where he wasn’t able to help me, because he was already helping another customer, so he had Wesley help me. He was also so helpful! Very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at. It started pouring rain while my two year old and I, an 8 month pregnant lady, were inside the dealership, and he ran outside and pulled our car under the service/parts roof, so we didn’t get soaked when we left. We already have a luxury vehicle, and don’t get that kind of service there. Cameron was great to work with too! She made all the techy info super easy to understand.

Not a big fan of leaving reviews but in this case I feel its warranted. Wesley and Steve handled the transaction. They kept cool even when I changed cars up. I was impressed. I felt like I was dealing with actual people not salesmen. Purchased a Civic Exl from Team. I looked at multiple dealerships but regardless of where I went I still got the most for my trade and the lowest price from Team. This took place over a 5 days. They were the first place I stopped and they sold me my car five days later (My fault). Should have dealt with them in the first place. I intend to buy from them again in the future. Thanks Team.

I have an accident on I 10 near team Honda so I went into change tires they changed 2 tires and charges me over 1K for tires plus labor, I came i from 2pm to 4pm done working tires started back on my trip to Pensacola my nightmare started Team Honda had put my family in danger and we drove every 2 hours one of the tires is flat we has to stop by has station pumping air and it took us 6 hours to getting to our destination Worst on that tires was flat next morning I took my van to Pensacola Honda they told me team Honda technician had damage the tires, we called them to paid our money back at first the service consultant has denied I have to yield at her miss brook Robinson and her service manager on Tuesday's later when they're called me for surveys I wished none of this happened to me on my vacation and I have to deal with people fixing car was terrible and they didn't think theirs jobs could cost people life's. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because I can't speak to how the actual buying experience is. My experience with team Honda was surprisingly negative. I've been to many many Honda dealers and purchases many Honda's in the past. Last night was the first time I have ever been asked to leave a dealer lot for looking at cars after hours. We pulled up in our 2018 Civic and were looking for Civic si"s as I am visiting baton rouge for the week and noticed online that they have a couple. I've done this every time I've purchased a new car as I like to avoid speaking with salesman right away so I can see if I like the car without being harassed. Me and my girlfriend were walking around looking when suddenly a voice came over the speaker saying we needed to leave the lot and come back during dealer hours. I thought that was odd but we were almost done anyway so I was going to comply. As I was leaving I saw another Civic across the lot that I thought I may be interested in. So I was walking towards it and the voice came over the loud speaker again...."to the people walking in the lot at team Honda, you need to leave or the cops will be called and you will be removed." So we cut our looking short, got into the car and left as we were told. I don't know if this is a strategy to get people to HAVE to speak with the dealers by making them come back during hours, or the feel it's some kind of security issue but to be in unnecessary and a crazy sales strategy. After this we went to tiger Honda and were free to roam the lot and look at a couple Honda's that interest us. We plan to return to TIGER Honda today to make a purchase. If you want me business, you have to let me look at the cars on my own time.

I'm sure others had a great experience but mine was horrible. My salesperson was nice but that was about it. Told them I wasnt coming in to buy a car THAT but I was hounded as if I was. After I was sitting for about 20 minutes to get a purchase agreement, I got up to leave, suddenly the salesperson appears. She decides she wants me to talk to a finance manager after I had already told them I was financing through my bank. He gave me the wrong rates for the bank I was using. Not sure if he thought I wouldnt check for myself. Then I get sent an email by the salesperson who was offering a great rate. I reconsidered, only to get told she didnt sent the email, it was auto generated and those rates wont apply. Overall, the experience was horrible. So horrible that I went to MS and bought my Honda there. Try Patty Peck Honda in Ridgeland MS and ask for Ms. Tony, she was the best. Team Honda....I could never recommend them.

Bought a used Honda S2000 here with “implied warranty” meaning that if something major were to fail, they would fix it. About a month of owning the Honda I realized that the AC is not working properly (my commute is only 3 miles). I would think that an AC system that is not functioning properly in this Louisiana weather would be a major problem but apparently it is not. They refused to fix it and now I must bring my vehicle to another shop to get it done. The shop then recharged my AC system which leaked out completely in minutes and were unable to find any signs of the leak in the engine bay using dyed refrigerant meaning that the leak would be coming from the heater core. This make me wonder if Team Honda has actually took a look at my car when I dropped it off to them.

Let me start with: I HAVE NEVER LEFT A REVIEW ONLINE. I bought a car from Team Honda back in 2014. It was my first car I purchased by myself. The experience there was nice, HOWEVER, I called months later to let them know that I didn’t receive free oil changes like my sales person told me I would. The response was that my salesperson was wrong, was no longer employed there, and they couldn’t honor that. Was already over them then, however, kept my opinions to myself. NOWWW I have sold my car and gotten a new Toyota before the coverage and warranties have ran out. Therefore, I have been trying to cancel my coverages for a refund, YETTT I can’t even get a call back or get in touch with a finance person for the past 2 weeks. I’m livid at this point and will not be recommending Team Honda to anyone. ALL of your customers matter, not just future/potential. Maybe I’ll actually get a call back now that I’ve taken this drastic and ridiculous step.
