The only positive thing I have to say about Supreme is that the saleswoman, Starr, was knowledgeable and told me everything I would need upfront to speed up the process. Other than that, this was my worst car buying experience ever, and I have purchased 4 cars on my own! Kevin in finance was very indifferent from the beginning. These people ran my credit multiple times and KNEW the finance company of choice was not willing to finance me, but failed to let me know over the course of 2 months. I spoke to the finance company numerous times and was told the dealership was just trying to still make a sale because they denied the application. After speaking to Supreme about running my credit without my consent, Kevin STILL chose to run it again! On top of that, I wasn't in the vehicle good before I started having issues, like it not wanting to start. The day I chose to just give up, it started beeping in reverse and the check engine light came on. At that point, I saw why he wanted me in the truck so bad. It wasn't to help me, but to get it off their hands. There is no way I would ever consider purchasing another vehicle from them. I appreciate Kerry the GM reaching out to me and trying to assist, but by then I was already over the lying and scheming. Reconsider before dealing with them. Trust me, you don't need a vehicle that bad and no sale is that good.

Initially I wanted to go and shop around to pay cash for her, but after speaking with Starr on all the advantages of financing, I chose to finance. Brought service truck in for flat tire and oil change. Flat tire was forgotten. Made me wait additional hour to get repaired, was late for job and left with nail in tire. Then brought personal truck, that was bought from Supreme, for complimentary oil change. Drove to Houma and noticed at certain times my new truck was dumping a cloud of smoke out exhaust pipe. Quickly checked oil level to notice it being overfilled, 4” above full mark. How much damage was done to my new engine? To say the least, I’m pissed

Supreme Chevrolet has been our "go to" car dealership for many years. I purchased my first vehicle from them in 2000 and I have never been unsatisfied. On Saturday, I purchased my fifth vehicle (the tenth for our household) from Supreme and our superb salesperson Amber Pellerin, Stephen Winkler, and Sales Manager Kerry Mumphrey went above and beyond to make sure that I left satisfied once again. I don't recommend this dealership if you are an out of state buyer. They had me over pay for taxes to my state by over $700 and it's over 3 months and they have NOT sent me my refund for the over payment. I paid for a extra key (I actually read the charges)and have not received it yet and the salesman keeps coming up with excuses. This place is dishonest! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Only thing good I can say is salesman were very understanding and nice but management sucks!!!! Also please make sure you get a car fax before you purchase your vehicle and inspect your vehicle.

I have to take some stars away. I wanted rubber floor mats. No problem they said. Your mats will be in the next day after I bought my truck. I went 3 days later no mats. Got a text the next week, your mats are in. I went yesterday, guess what no mats. Two trips to Gonzales and no mats. How hard is it to get mats? Apparently very hard. Sorry customer service after you buy.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I just wanted to let you guys know that I’ve come to this location a total of two separate times for my oil change. The first time I scheduled an appointment at 7:30am and did no today leave until almost 12pm. When I started getting impatient I got up to check on my car and I just saw my keys left on the counter. They just left my keys on the desk without notifying me that they were done with my car.. I scheduled early because I’m a student and I had class later that day and I knew they would take a while but I didn’t expect to wait 4-5 hours for a oil change.. The second time I came i again scheduled an oil change again at 7:30am but this time I left after about an hour and 40minutes which is understandable. Although they do take a while I do appreciate their service and they get the job done!

I brought my vehicle in to get worked on and they left my window down in my vehicle and rats got in my car. Along with not doing proper repairs (they forgot to tighten my belt, my car does not have an automatic tensioner)they had to clean my vehicle twice, they had to re-dye my dash because the chemicals they use to clean my vehicle strip the paint off, they had to order me another seat cover for my seat since the rat chewed a hole in, and it only took a total of four months to get everything taken care.I came back to get the mileage on the loaner vehicles that I use during this process because my car was physically making me ill and they released me the names and phone numbers of everyone who had use the vehicle that I had used. On top of that I had asked for my vehicle repair documentation, they gave me all of the repair work that had been done on my vehicle. They also released the documentation from the original owner of my vehicle with all of her personal information including phone number address full name...so only take your vehicle to this dealership if you want your personal information compromise along with your vehicle.

I waited 8 months to post this review because that's how long it took for us to get our new license plates. The lady in charge of getting our plates just didn't seem to care, and wouldn't follow through on doing the things she said she would. We finally ended up getting them from the state ourselves. Also if you buy a car in the winter don't forget to check the AC, because we forgot to check and had to get it repaired.

After arriving for my 9:30am appt for an oil change and a check on squealing brakes, I finally got up after 12 noon, from my seat on the showroom floor to ask about what was taking so long only to discover that my car was outside backed up in a parking space for I'm sure for over an hour because the service person said he thought I was still speaking with a salesperson which had been an hour before.

I had to change my rating. The sales associates we worked with was excellent, but then we notice a problem with the dome light not coming on ( something you dont notice during the day). We called and brought it in and was told they didnt know how to fix it after they did something to the radio. So i came home and my husband called and the one and only time he got to talk to the manager Dave and was told someone would call him back. Guess what, we still havent gotten a phone call back. I have called multiple times ( i have phone records to prove ) and you NEVER get to talk to a manager. They just keep taking messages. I am well known in my town and surrounding towns and i will make sure no one i know goes here to buy a car. I will also be filling a complaint with the BBB and putting a write up on my social media pages. Anything i can to make sure no one else waste their money on a vehicle that their mechanics cant fix.

Brought the truck in for an oil change. They said that it would take about an hour if I wanted to wait. For the next hour and 15 minutes I waited and walked around the building. Everytime I passed the service area, I couldn't see or hear anyone working on any vehicles. I only saw one guy hanging out and talking with a non employee. I asked an attendant to check on my vehicle and she said that it would be another hour or more. I told her to go get my vehicle so I could leave and they immediately put it on the rack and started working on it, even though there were 2 other people in front of me and I told them I had to go. Terrible experience. Only reason I had been going there is because I bought the truck from there. Won't be going back for any service again.

Also was charged right at $300 for oil change and filter change....save ur money and go to a local shop for half the price and helping the small shops. Today's visit was to get my complimentary first oil change, tire rotation, and multi point inspection. I have to say, I was dreading coming back to this dealership after what they put me through during the purchase process. I am happy to say that my experience was spot on and perfect. My appointment was for 7:30am. I arrived 15min early before they opened. They had a line of people outside waiting. After checking in at the desk, they took my truck back right away. One hour and fifteen minutes later they were done!! The gentleman at the counter was very nice and respectful. I don't remember his name. I wish I did so I could post it here. Overall, my experience today was spot on excellent!!

I will continue to use Supreme Chevrolet in Gonzales even though I live in the Baton Rouge area As a side note they took the time to check for GM Recall's and took care of the one that showed up while they had the vehicle. If it wasn’t for Cody this last round of service would have last all reputation for me. I was getting all kinds of runaround from other associates at the dealership and the GM 800 customer service. I purchase my car here two year ago and bought all the extended warranties. I've had my car in countless times (which is an issue, I think) but have always had a GREAT experiences with your maintenance team. Although wait time is always a minimum of three hours, the service team is usually great. This last time I was dealing with all sorts of contacts to deal with an issue covered under my warranties. No one at the dealership or the GM customer service number was either sympathetic or worried about any of the issues. Cody took it upon himself to fix it. So, while I would say the dealership has great customer service... it would have been lost this time without Cody.

It generally takes an hour or so to get the oil changed on my 2012 Malibu. I scheduled a 1:00pm appointment this oil change because my wife had to bring the vehicle, and I knew she would have my 3 year old daughter with her. I scheduled the appointment thinking it might speed up the process. The oil change took two and a half hours! I come to the dealership for my oil changes because I bought the car at your dealership and also purchase my tires there, so I get free tire rotation. Going forward, I will no longer be visiting your dealership. I'd rather pay for a tire rotation than wait the crazy amount of time it takes your technicians to change my oil.

Awesome.!! Brandon Miles was quite cordial and very knowledgeable of the brand of vehicle I was looking for. The Tahoe test drive was everything. I love the way the Tahoe drives, and especially the turning radius it has. Thorough, but over an hour just to change the oil. Good customer service just painfully slow. Update with today's events. 1.5 hours for an oil change. I walked the lot a few times and see a couple service techs sitting on the express bay and regular bay lifts playing on their phones while my vehicle sat in front of them. I finally pointed it out to a passing salesman who asked if he could help me. I'd walked past the service desk folks several times and they were busy, but didn't seem to have time or awareness that I'd been waiting over an hour for a service that should take a few minutes.

This was not a good experience!!!! I put my truck in for repairs after being hit from behind. The truck needed to have the right side of the bed replaced, the rear bumper, muffler and the drive shaft. I thought that leaving the truck with a dealership would be the best option for getting it back in perfect condition. I got a rental and left the truck with them. They called a couple weeks later saying that my truck was ready to pick up. When I arrived I immediately saw that the paint on the bed rail just behind the back glass was scratched up very badly. I also pointed out that the back of the cab was scratched and the tail gate was scratched and dented. All of this damage was not there when I brought the truck in for repairs. The body shop manager said that he wasn’t sure how they missed those things and told me to bring the truck back in a couple weeks so that he could fix it. I made a detailed list of the damage and gave it to the manager when I brought the truck back in for the repairs and Supreme loaned me a truck while mine was being repaired. They called me a week later saying that my truck was ready to be picked up. When I got there I immediately saw that they did not fix the dent in the tail gate and they did not fix the scratches on the cab. It became clear that I was not dealing with the professionals that I had hoped for. So I told them that I would just take the truck as is and that I would figure out how to get it repaired later......... I WILL NEVER TAKE ONE OF MY VEHICLES THERE AGAIN!!!!!!

I was upset after getting I thought the window price. When without my knowledge, they added over 500 dollars to the purchase price. I went in to cancel the "extra's, like Etching, tire insurance, road insurance and get this, windshield, and key insurance. I asked an asst. mgr why the window price and the purchase price did not match (over 500 dollar to their good). I now am disgusted with supreme. I may service it elsewhere, I also canceled the extended warranty.

I bought a 2013 Chey Captiva from here, only to find out upon trying to order optional parts to add to it, that it is actually a Saturn Vue with a bow tie slapped on it. The Saturn division was forced to shut down when the government bailed out the car companies years ago. So they sent them to Enterprise as Chevrolets. I feel deceived. I got an oil change there a couple of weeks ago, & I asked them not to change the tire pressures, as I had only the day before pumped them up to my liking. When I got in the car, I found the tires inflated far more than I like, causing a rough ride in this smaller car. So, for the second time in a week, I had to adjust my tire pressures. Add this to the fact that I waited for an hour & a half, & I was the second or third customer that morning, & I'd have to say it was a less than stellar experience. Sorry, Supreme. Listen to what i request, get me out in a more timely manner, & I'll add some stars.

I am giving two stars because there is only two good employees at this dealership. Mr.Jonathan Green and Mr.Avery Stokes! If you like going back and forth between the manager and the sales consultant over the price, then this dealership is for you. If you want to enjoy your sales experience , go purchase a BMW from Brian Harris BMW of Baton Rouge! There is absolutely NO comparison between the two experiences. Trust me, I made a purchase from both of these dealerships in the last six months. One left me calm and comfortable, the other left me tired and stressed out. I think you can figure out the latter.
