(Before I begin, I want to explain that my husband is very disabled veteran with Parkinson's disease therefore the time that I can be away from him is limited). I brought may car in a couple of months ago for an oil change and to check the engine light. At that time they told me they did not have tie to check the engine light, I would need an appointment. I made and appointment for 9:00 AM, waited in line for over an hour before they checked my car. Needless to say, I was disappointed. First I brought it in and they did not have time, 2nd time, I had to wait anyway. Then the plugged the machine in to check to the engine. I needed almost $800.00 worth of work. I was under the assumption that the cost of the Check Engine Service was be deducted from the total cost of repair. It was not. I paid the $130.00 and left. I will find someone else to check my car out. It may not be any difference in the price, I a sure that I would be treated with more kindness than politeness than these people.

Cars are filthy !! New cars are dirty and their used cars are disgusting. Seems like they just cover the interior with armor all. Everywhere you touch is greasy and sticky. Couldn’t bring myself to even consider buying a car from them. Detail department desperately needs a change

They changed my oil and shortly after I noticed a leak..a small one but a leak. I had 13k miles on an 18 month only car! I waited 2 1/2 hours for service...the problem was an improperly installed oil filter! Did not give me paperwork, just a rude your car is ready! Really....OH! Yea! NO COFFEE, NO WATER! When I asked I was told they took it out, there is no coffee and if you want water... you have to buy it. I hate Supreme Chevy

If I could put 0 stars I would. Horrible service for an out of towner. DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED. They will charge you premium service price but will not DO everything they state. They'll cut corners anyway they can. And when you call them on it they'll said "oh well we can do it now." (Words from the general manager himself). NO you should of done it when it was supposed to be done in the first place. Service lady, service Manager and general manager were all unprofessional. Not how we treat customers in Texas.

They well sell you a lemon in a heartbeat and charge you out the ass for it. I purchased a 2009 Saturn Aura here 3 months ago and it is completely dead and I'm on the hook for the repairs. Do not buy a used car here do yourself a favor and either buy new or don't buy at all.

We purchased a new 2015 Traverse from Supreme Chevrolet. It is a great vehicle and would definitely buy another one. Problem is on Thursday April 18 the check engine light came on. It is an emission problem. Wife goes to the dealership and was told they were shorthanded. Only 2 techs available and they were busy. No problem. Fast forward to Monday, April 22nd , wife calls for appointment only to be told someone would contact her. No return call. Today called back and was told they would call back. Got call that said checking on extended warranty will call back. No call. I have purchased vehicles from this dealership when it was Iberville Motors. Never have I been so disappointed in a dealership. I'm very interested in purchasing a new heavy duty truck in the very near future. Bet if i called them today about purchasing one they would have burned my phone up. Just venting a lil bit but will be hard pressed to get me back in that dealership anytime soon . I'm born and raised here in Plaquemine and if this isn't corrected very soon alot of my friends here will also k PwC about my experience. It's just common courtesy to back up your word.
