all my oil changes can be up to three hours. and im on day 4 of them having my vehicle for a battery replacement and a new tire. still dont have the tire. always say theyll call you back but they dont. service before this one, they had my vehicle for 3 days before even looking at it. cant go anywhere else bc no independent will work with extended warranty companies.

Exceptional "no pressure" experience. Amber Shumpert and the entire Sterling team were extremely helpful, transparent, and trustworthy. Rude, lies, and talks negatively about people. Only good thing I can say about this place is that their delivery guys are nice. I’ve dealt with a female sales person who has only been working there a few months. She is rude and doesn’t tell the truth nor does she care about her customers. Then, there is the financial guy who basically had mouthed others in front of you and thinks he’s better than others. Do yourself a favor and drive somewhere else if you’re in the market for a vehicle. One of their employees even told me never to buy there again because it’s a horrible place! Don’t waist your time with rude people who think they are better than others. Skip the Jennings location altogether.

Well in the beginning everything was fine and the buying process was as smooth as can be. I purchased a 2014 Dodge Durango and within 3 days of having the vehicle the engine light was on and the vehicle wasn’t performing at its best capability. My husband and I traveled back and forth from Baton Rouge, la to do business with Sterling just to purchase an almost new lemon. We’ve had to come back for every other day for the past 4 days or so for the same problem that they still have not yet fixed. This is our only transportation and we have 5 children and we can’t even get a loaner vehicle until they fix whatever the problem is. The vehicle is having transmission like problems as my previous vehicle we’ve had and it’s performing the exact same way as our old vehicle to say this a a 2014 Durango. So basically my family and I would be stuck out while they fix something that THEY KNEW WAS A PROBLEM FROM THE BEGINNING. I was satisfied at first but now I am completely disgusted. I know it’s more that they can do than what they’re trying and this is just bad business. Don’t get me wrong Connie was pleasant but as far as the other issues....it’s frustrating. I’m paying for a 5 yr old vehicle that drives as if it’s a bucket mobile and I’m very distraught. Something has to be done or I WILL GO TO A HIGHER POWER AND GET THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT MY FAMILY AND ME DESERVES!!! WHATEVER IT TAKES!
