From the moment I first stepped on the lot the team was present and willing to assist. Bill took the time to show me around to the vehicle tell me about the features of it and answer all questions I had. He was never pushy, always fun and friendly and just an overall joy to be around. Upon deciding to proceed Bill, David (SM) and Tommy (GM) worked diligently to get my vehicle brought in and ready for me. During the times where there was nothing to do on my part, it was a joy to just sit and talk with the gentleman. While the vehicles speak for themselves, the customer service is what truly makes this place stand out. I went to 3 non-Infiniti dealerships during my search and none of those 3 really gave me the time of day and really just told me to look online. If you want to avoid all the nonsense and poor service out there, go to Ray Brandt Infiniti of Metairie.

To my surprise this visit was not pleasant. My QX60 Hybrid battery died for the second time in less than a year. After having my car towed to this facility, it was like pulling teeth to get information about my car. Mainly because of the sheer rudeness of the receptionist. After being cut off multiple times because she lacks the ability to listen, I was finally able to get in contact with the service person responsible for my car only to hear more non answers. Once my husband went to the dealership we were finally able to get answers. I still haven’t gotten all of my questions answered about the unreliability of this battery or a call back on a recall part from about 3-4 months ago. Disappointed is an understatement for service that started out so good.

Actually Jon and Shannon here and Bob is awesome and hooked us up with our second QX60. I wanted to keep it localish (live in MS coast) and he again blew the doors off the other dealers. Ray Brandt Dealership is nearly 60 miles Northeast of my home, but it’s always worth the lil’ bit extra effort from my part to drive there for any of my service work to maintain our 2008 Infiniti QX56. It’s in mint condition (per the service dept) with really low mileage. I’ve always had my QX56 service work performed at the dealership were it was purchased. If for any reason they needed to work on our vehicle for a long period of time, they would transport us to a shopping mall or anywhere we would like to go. If a part needed to be ordered or any reason the vehicle had to remain overnight they would loan us a fantastic vehicle free of charge (no credit card down payments either). You’re truly treated like you are just as important as the owner of the SAINTS football team or Benson Mercedes Dealership. I’d RECOMMEND RAY BRANDT DEALERSHIPS TO EVERYONE, BUT ESPECIALLY THE INFINITI DEALSHIP! Proud OWNER~PROUD CUSTOMER!

Did not want to slam the team via social media. Everyone was nice and attentive. My issue is that i was charged $50.29 for a license plate cover. I was quoted 35.00. I even checked the Infiniti genuine parts website and the cost was 35 or 45 with Infiniti valves. When i asked the cashier about the price she simply said "I don't know and that it was too late to take it off my bill". Not good customer service. I tried to text them but no response.

I made 2 visits to Ray Brandt Infiniti and would rate those visits as great. However, when I got a better deal from Infiniti of Baton Rouge, everything changed. When I notified my salesperson, Victoria Bourgeois, of the quote from Baton Rouge, which was significantly less than Ray Brandt, she appeared to not believe the price. I gave her the name of the Baton Rouge person as confirmation. When it appeared that Ray Brandt couldn't meet the Baton Rouge price, Victoria Bourgeois, sent me an email saying she spent time with me did the test drives with me, etc., and all Baton Rouge will do is sell me the car. My immediate 3 thoughts were (1) How dare you send me such an email? (2) Isn't it part of your job to show me vehicles and do test drives? (3) Why would I pay more of MY MONEY for a vehicle just so you can make a sale? Ray Brandt decided to match the Baton Rouge deal but I was disappointed by the email and purchased from Infiniti of Baton Rouge. UPDATE: Victoria and her management each offered apologies after my rating was published. We all have disappointments and moments that we regret doing or saying something. Therefore, I modified my post and changed my rating to 4 stars to be more reflective of the majority of my contact with Victoria and Ray Brandt Infiniti.

The attendants serviced me fairly quick which was appreciated. However, I don't appreciate not receiving a full service experience. I was asked if I purchased vehicle from that location. When I said no, then my service declined. I didn't receive an exterior or interior clean. I also had to pay for a service which should be complimentary. At time of purchasing my Infiniti, I was told I could visit any Infiniti Dealership and receive the full service experience. This has not proven to be true at least not at this location. May be I am one off.. but had a bad experience. I walked in here for getting my ABS lights issue diagnosed and fixed. They have asked for 143.00$ for the scanning, they came back to me with an error code and stated that I need to replace my right passenger seat frame and quoted me $5640.00. They also have recommended an oil change. I told them that a week (04/22/2018) before in fact changed my oil from Firestone and that sticker was still on my car. The service person changed my oil even without my consent. I CONFIRM that dealership did not charge me for it finally though tried to put 50% on me. The crust of the story is, I went back online searched YouTube videos and found that there is way to reset the ABS sensor and that should solve the problem and it in fact did solve the ABS light. My question is why did the dealership not try reset my ABS light and see if it fixed as they scanned the error code? Why did they try to change my oil with out my consent and try to charge me for it? How can I trust this shop for my service?

Ryan did an outstanding job. There was a mis-communication because the program used for accepting or declining proposed work was a bit vague and all lumped together. I simply wanted to decline an alignment but the program showed me declining all work. Ryan obviously was concerned so he called me and got to the bottom of the issue. Secondly, I asked him if the dealership offered a military discount. He said yes and that he would apply it. I subsequently discovered while paying the bill that the dealership doesn't give a military discount and that Ryan discounted the price in turn affecting his commissions. I'm very impressed with Ryan and his professionalism, but am very disappointed that the dealership doesn't discount in any way for those of us serving. Respectfully Kevin R Wise US Army (Retired)

I have had an issue where my lights flicker on and off when my back drivers side door is opened. I am continually told they cannot find anything wrong. 75,000 miles later, they still can't find anything wrong. It is very frustrating when entering my vehicle at night and lights flicker while trying to put kids or items in my back seat. Now that my car is out of warranty, I am sure they will find the issue.

Ryan was awesome. I had the full inspection and decided to buy 4 new tires as well. The process was seamless and proficient . Ryan was a huge help in getting in touch with me throughout the day. He went above and beyond the norm when I asked if I could have my engine cleaned At the end if the day when I picked up my car, at quitting time, Ryan took the extra time to power wash my engine. Something I had asked for the last few trips to this facility, but it had not been performed. The young lady at the service desk was also pleasant and apologized to me, in not knowing that I had an appt but had waited for almost 2 hrs. Shes always most helpful too.

Had to call twice to speak to service - everyone busy & no return call after 30 min. Brought car in for unscheduled service because had nail in tire. Was told it would take 1 to 1&1/2 hrs. Took 2 & 1/2hrs. Did provide transportation to mall to wait but would have asked to be taken to work had I known how long it would be. Staff was pleasant -just extremely busy.
