They sold the car that they said they were saving for me, and when I showed up the next day the were like oh sorry we sold the car but no one called to ask if i was definitely going to buy the car or to tell me that the car was already sold. So they basically wasted my time!

I've purchased two vehicles from this place. They give a fair amount for trade in, and ok enough price for car. The worst part is dealing with the haggling because the sales manager will argue and get mad at you over a couple hundred dollars.

She was ready when we arrived with the vehicle and made the process very easy. They listened to what we needed and wanted in a vehicle and gave us the best possible deal. DeMarcus Carlin is a great salesman at Ralph Sellers. He never once pressured us into anything and was able to answer any questions. His attention to detail was great and knew the product he pushes front to back. He took me around and introduced me to the service center coordinator while they were detailing our Santa Fe. If the experience I'll eventually get at their service center is as good as DeMarcus' customer service I'll be getting my Jeep there in the future. Thanks DeMarcus!

My daughter had visited this dealership. She had already spoke with a salesman earlier in the week and had an idea of the vehicle that she wanted to purchase. I arrived in Gonzales as part of my scheduled vacation and we went to this dealership to look at the vehicle that she wanted. The people were friendly. We financed the vehicle through the dealership. She purchased a 2017 Elantra. We had a couple of small issues prior to and after the sale but the management/owner of this dealership did step up and make things right. I would recommend this dealership to others who are in the market for a new Hyundai as this dealership will work with you.

Wonderful buying experience on Black Friday! The place was packed, but my salesman, Demarcus Carlin, took the time to answer ALL of my questions (I had a ton) and go over all of the features of my new 2019 Santa Fe. When it came to the financing, Michael Snedigar, was awesome. He explained all of the warranty information, financing details, and worked with me to get me in the best vehicle ever! This was my very first car purchase on my own. I went into the dealership thinking, "if I get pressure, I'm walking right back out to go somewhere else." I was welcomed warmly at the door, recieved assistance when I wanted it, and no pressure was given to purchase just any car. I told the salesman exactly what I needed and he took his time and showed me 5 different cars and explained the differences in each. My salesman went over all of the paper work and process thoroughly before I even went talk to the finance guy so that I would know exactly what to expect and would not be afraid. I previously left a review venting all my frustrations of bad experiences had at Ralph Sellers due to a few bad apples that are no longer employed there. After speaking with Corey Templet, the parts Manager who has ALWAYS gone above and beyond to help, I feel confident things will be turning around at Ralph Sellers. I had my car towed there yesterday afternoon after I was not able to compress the brake to start the car, and I was dreading having to face another potential ordeal. Luckily, there was no ordeal at all! They took care of my car today...within hours!...and stayed in constant contact in order to update me on the progress. I would definitely recommend trusting your car to Ralph Sellers in the future because they are very invested in their customers and getting things RIGHT for them. 7/3/19 Update: Corey introduced to Liz and Service Manager today and they are wonderful! Great experience. Thank you all for going above and beyond to take care of me and my car!

Purchased a car and they, not me, did not correctly complete the paperwork two times. When I was called 11 days after the sale I questioned the issue. Offered cash to fix their, not my, issue and was met with resistance. The general manager called me and spoke to me like a criminal for asking questions. A very bad experience. The sales manager eventually called me and fixed the situation. He was very nice and understanding. I'm a nobody that knows everyone. Have shared my experience with everyone I know from Lafayette to Baton Rouge. The staff and sales manager are great. The general manager that treated me like a dog for their mistake is a horrible person. Back the blue.

Bought a 2 year old genesis. I love the car and the service was great. Found out the car had 3 bent lateral arms after I got my tires changed the first time. I brought the car to them, spoke with the manager and they took care of the repair. The problem is, they told me it would take 1 day. It took 3 full days and they were completely disorganized with telling me when the car would be ready. This cost me an extra 3 hours of my time plus a half day off work.

When I told him I was not ready to buy just yet, he did not just dismiss me but said if he could be of any assistance to just let him know. It was nice to not have your typical “car salesman” act, and be treated like a person. I will come back when I am ready to buy.

Best experience ever. I posted a lengthy review under Ralph Sellers Jeep, Ram, etc because my awesome salesman Luke worked that side and I originally went in to look at Jeep Cherokee. But when I decided I wanted to see the Hyundai Tucson Luke was awesome at showing me those and letting me test drive 2 different models of it. The finance manager Sammy, the finance guy Lee ( who told me about the Tucson because I had never heard of them) and DeMarcus who showed me how everything worked and where it was on my new vehicle were awesome too ( more in other review). I would give this dealership a 100 stars if it was an option. They definitely earned me as a repeat customer hands down. ******************************************+

The level of customer service I received from this dealership is extremely horrendous requested for someone to do Saturday service on my car I was told we don't put Hyundai car technicians on Saturday mornings .... Level of unwillingness to work with a customer is extremely ferocious never have I ever experienced this in all of my days of buying a car and receiving warranty repairs this much disregard for customer satisfaction is the opposite of what a service center should be doing .... I am extremely extremely extremely unsatisfied ... And if I were you I would not get my car serviced at this dealership service manager Shane ... Responded to my post ... Within 15 minutes ask me to give him a call ... Shane offered me a rental car while the work on my car was getting done I was very pleased with this resolution ... I will follow up with another post on completion of the work
